창의력 개발을 위한 패션디자인 교육 방안 연구 -직관력을 중심으로- (A Study on Fashion Design Pedagogy for the Development of Creativity -With Emphasis on Intuition-)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 21세기의 패션디자인 교육 활성화를 위한 창의력 개발 방안을 연구하는데 있다. 연구는 창의력에 대한 개념을 확립하고 구성요소들의 인지적이고 교육적인 특성을 파악하여 구체적인 교육방안을 제시하고자 했다. 창의력의 가장 중요한 요소는 문제해결 능력이며, 이 문제해결 능력의 배양 방법에 대한 기존 연구의 결과를 종합했다. 특히 예술과 디자인 분야에서 창의력 문제해결 원칙이 어떤 식으로 적용되는지를 살펴보고 교육 모델을 제시하였다. 이 연구에서는 그간 다른 연구에서는 널리 연구되지 않았던 창의력에서의 직관력(intuition)의 역할과 기능을 자세히 살펴보았다. 창의력의 중요한 요소 중의 하나가 통찰력(insight)이고 직관력이 통찰력을 증진시킬 수 있는 원동력이 될 수 있음을 제안했다. 또한 예술과 디자인 분야에서의 창의력의 발달단계는 직관력의 발달단계와 일관성이 있음을 밝혔다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 직관력의 발달과 문제해결 방안을 통한 창의력 개발 방안의 후속연구를 통해 실제 수업 모형 개발 및 연구를 제안한다.

예비영유아교사의 창의·인성 함양을 위한 강좌 개발을 위한 인식 및 요구도 조사 (The Survey of Perception and Needs on Development of Lecture to Promote Creativity·Personality of Pre-service Teachers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 예비영유아교사의 창의 인성 함양을 위한 강좌 개발에 대한 인식 및 요구도를 조사하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 유아교육과에 재학 중인 4학년 161명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구도구는 '창의 인성 함양을 위한 강좌에 대한 인식' 3문항과 '창의 인성 함양을 위한 강좌 개발에 대한 요구도' 7문항에 대한 설문지를 구성하였고, 자료분석은 기술통계를 통해 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 대부분의 예비교사들은 창의 인성 함양을 위한 강좌의 중요성을 높게 인식하였고, '창의 인성 강좌의 개발과 적용'의 지원을 중요하다고 보았으며, 창의 인성 함양을 위한 강좌가 효과가 있다고 인식하였다. 둘째, 절반 이상의 예비교사들은 창의 인성 함양을 위한 강좌를 수강하겠다고 하였고, 2과목, '1학기 3시간 10주'가 가장 적절하며, '창의성 교육요소 중 성향적 요소'를 많이 요구하였다. 또한, 그들은 '다양한 분야의 융합형 수업'을 많이 요구하였으며, '영화와 음악'의 교수매체가 가장 적절하며, '포트폴리오 평가'를 많이 요구하였다.

Comparison of University Students' Creativity by Grade: Focusing on Korea and China

  • The 21st century is an era of knowledge innovation. Under the era background of knowledge explosion and information explosion, the competition among countries is ultimately talent competition. High-end talents are the core element of national competitiveness. Today, with the rapid development of science and technology and knowledge changing with each passing day, the cultivation of students' creativity is the requirement of social development and national progress. This paper makes a comparison between the creativity of business school students in China and Korea with questionnaire survey. Empirical study and comparative study with university students by grade in China and Korea are performed. The test results indicates that there are differences between Korean and Chinese students. Also, university students' creativity are different by grade. This study finds internal reasons for creativity differences and puts forward counter measures and methods for improving students'creativity.

수학적 창의성의 요소와 창의성 개발을 위한 수업 모델 탐색 (A Study on the Factors of Mathematical Creativity and Teaching and Learning Models to Enhance Mathematical Creativity)

  • 학교 교육을 통하여 창의적인 인간을 양성해야 한다는 요구가 계속되고 있다. 특히 2011 수학과 교육과정 개정에서는 수학적 창의성과 인성을 길러주는데 초점을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 교육 현장에서 학생들의 창의성 개발을 위한 구체적인 방안의 모색이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수학적 창의성의 요소를 추출하고, 창의성 개발을 위한 수업 모델을 탐색해 보았다. 먼저, 수학적 창의성에서의 논점과 수학적 창의성의 요소를 인지적, 정의적, 태도적 측면으로 알아보았다. 이러한 요소들은 수학적 창의성 개발 수업에서 창의성 개발에 영향을 주는 요소이며, 창의성을 평가하는 요소가 될 것이다. 이러한 기저를 바탕으로 수학 학습에서 학생들의 수학적 창의성을 기를 수 있는 8가지 수학과 창의성 개발 수업 모델을 제시하였다. 8가지 수학적 창의성 개발을 위한 수업 모델은 수학의 특성과 최근에 강조되는 수학교육 이론 및 창의성 이론을 바탕으로 하였다.

  • Purpose - Because creativity, which is an intangible resource embedded within the company, can offer a competitive advantage, most companies have an interest in promoting creativity among their employees and division(e.g., marketing organization). Creativity renders a sustainable competitive advantage to a firm because it is a strategic resource that is valuable, flexible, rare, and imperfectly imitable or substitutable. Although most companies broadly recognize the importance of creativity, the methods for developing creativity remain elusive. Therefore, the present study investigates how to structure incentives to motivate employees to be more creative and how to develop tools to facilitate creativity. In detail, the present study aimed to examine the relationship between the regulatory focus of marketing organizations(e.g., promotion focus vs prevention focus) and creativity of marketing organizations. In addition, the present study set out to examine the moderating role of interaction of financial reward and creative training in addition to investigating the direct relationship between creativity and regulatory focus in New Product Development(NPD) context. Research design, data, and methodology - The data used to test the hypotheses are drawn from a survey of full time NPD project members(including project manager, designer, engineer, and marketer). The present study utilized data obtained mainly from a database compiled by the Korea Investors Service-Financial Analysis System which provides comprehensive corporate and financial information on firms listed on the Korea Stock Exchange. A study population comprising 1,000 South Korean firms was obtained from this database. We selected 864 firms from the database, and the firms have experiences of new product development project. We collected a total of 162 responses, for a 18.8% response rate. After we excluded 14 questionnaire because of incomplete responses, a total of 148 questionnaire remained(final response rate: 17.1%).     The moderating effect of joint influences(interaction between financial rewards and creativity training) on the relationship between promotion focus creativity of marketing organization,

    The moderating effect of joint influences(interaction between financial rewards and creativity training) on the relationship between prevention focus creativity of marketing organization). SPSS 18.0 and AMOS software were used in the data analysis. Results - The empirical study confirmed that promotion focus of marketing organization is positively related to creativity of marketing organization. Also, prevention focus of marketing organization is positively affected to creativity of marketing organization. In addition, the interaction between financial rewards and creativity training moderated the relationship between regularity focus(e.g.), promotion focus vs prevention focus) and creativity of marketing organization. These results suggest that managers can improve the performances of their creative efforts by providing the use of financial rewards and creativity training in combination. Conclusion - Based on results of this study that examine the effects of regulatory focused creative efforts on creativity of marketing organization, promotion focus is helpful with marketing organizations to enhance their service innovation and performance. Prevention focused organization should allow monetary rewards and creativity training to increase their creativity for innovation of new products.

  • The future society is forcasted the creativity society. The employee creativity and the leadership are more important than any other factor of the organization. This research would review the antecedent study of the superordinate leadership and the employee creativity. The major purpose of this study are theorically and empirically to identify the relationship between the superordinate leadership and the employee creativity. However, this would suggest the direction of the employee creativity development for both the management and the scholars.

수학 창의성 신장을 위한 평가 문항 개발 방안 (A Study on the Development Evaluation Item to extend mathematical creativity)

  • Producing tools for actively meeting social needs in a radical changing society due to the development of modern technology has been shifted from physical ability to intelligent ability. The prominence of educating creativity is perceived as a good preparation in order to deal with them. Considered that assessment which is systematic activity to collect, analyze, diagnose, and judge information of a series of instruction practices is means to impart evidence and feedback of teaching learning practices, education and assessment is placed on reciprocal relationship. Nevertheless, there has been some tendency of neglect of assessment, comparing education for upbringing creativity. In this paper model of pencil and paper problem is discussed focusing on the sub-components of creativity and problem solving as one of the variety of means to extend mathematical creativity.

  • The purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the background information regarding to the impact of personal control over the physical work environment on satisfaction with work environment and creativity at work. Today creativity has a significant and special place in business especially in innovative organizations which need creative people to generate new, and useful ideas for produce new products, services, work methods, systems etc. Moreover the design and appearance of workspace and individual ability to control the ambient conditions of the workplace have significant effect on their behavior, satisfaction and overall outcome including creativity. So the result of this study will contribute towards enhancing the understanding of the effect of office design to enhance employees' creativity.

과학창의성 평가 공식의 개발과 적용 (Development of an Assessment Formula for Scientific Creativity and Its Application)

  • Researchers have employed a diversity of definitions and measurement methods for creativity. As a result, creativity research is underrepresented in the literature and the findings of different studies often prove difficult to draw into a coherent body of understanding. With regard to assessment, there are some important problems both in creativity research and practice, such as originality bias and Big-C creativity bias in teachers' perceptions about creativity and creative thinking, and additive rather than multiplicative scoring systems of creativity assessment. Drawing upon most widely accepted conceptions of the creativity construct, I defined 'student's scientific creativity' as the ability to make a product both original and useful to the student in terms of little-c creativity, and 'scientist's scientific creativity' as the ability to come up with a product both original and useful to the science community in terms of Big-C creativity. In this study, an 'Assessment Formula for Scientific Creativity' was developed, which is consisted of the multiplication of originality and usefulness scores rather than the sum of the two scores, and then, with scores calculated from the assessment formula, the scientific explanations generated by children were categorized into four types: routine, useful, original, and creative types. The assessment formula was revealed to be both valid and reliable. The implications of the assessment formula for scientific creativity are examined. The new assessment formula may contribute to the comprehensive understanding of scientific creativity to guide future research and the appropriate interpretation of previous studies.

A Study on the Development of Creativity in the Secondary Mathematics in Korea

  • This study sheds light on the importance of developing creativity in mathematics class by examining the theoretical base of creativity and its relationship to mathematics. The study also reviewed the realities of developing creativity in mathematics courses, and it observed and analyzed the processes in which students and teachers solve the mathematics problems. By doing so, the study examined creative abilities of both students and teachers and suggests what teachers can do to tap the potential of the student. The subjects of the study are two groups of students and one group of mathematics teachers. These groups were required to solve a particular problems. The grading was made based on the mathematical creativity factors. There were marked differences in the ways of the solutions between of the student groups and the teacher group. It was clear that the teachers\\` thinking was limited to routine approaches in solving the given problems. In particular, there was a serious gap in the area of originality. As can be seen from the problem analysis by groups, there was a meaningful difference between the creativity factors of students and those of teachers. This study presented research findings obtained from students who were guided to freely express their creativity under encouragement and concern of their teachers. Thus, teachers should make an effort to break from their routine thinking processes and fixed ideas. In addition, teaching methods and contents should emphasize on development of creativity. Such efforts will surely lead to an outcome that is beneficial to students.
