R&D조직의 창의적 팀 특성이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향 : 창의적 풍토의 매개효과 (The Effects of Team Characteristics on the Innovation Performance in R&D Organizations : The Mediating Effect of Creative Climate)

  • This study aims at analyzing the relationship between team characteristic and innovation performance. The mediating effect of creative climate on the team characteristic and innovation performance is also measured. Based upon literature review, individual creative characteristics, team diversity, team cohesion, task characteristics are presented as antecedents of team characteristic. Creative climate affects the creative behavior and innovative performance. Creative climate is measured as the Team Climate Inventory (TCI) proposed by Anderson & West (1998) including goal, participative-autonomy and innovative-support. Data were collected from 186 survey responses (54 Teams) out of total 462 (69 teams) from the R&D department of a major ICT firm in Korea. Empirical results show the diversity, cohesion, job characteristic, individual creative characteristic have a positive effect on the creative climate and innovation performance. The participative-autonomy climate factor appears to mediate the relationship between team characteristic (diversity, cohesion, job and individual characteristics) and innovation performance. However, the mediating effects of goals and innovative-support factors were not significant statistically. It was confirmed that the organization can contribute to improve the team innovation performance by facilitating a autonomy and participative climate as well as fostering the team characteristic.

20세기초 유럽 디자이너들의 작품에 나타난 표현주의적 특성 (Characteristic of Expressionism on the European Designer's Works in the early 20th Century)

  • The purpose of this study is to observe artistic of Expressionism reflected to works of European costume designers by analizing works of seven major representative costume designers in the twentieth century. They are Mariano Fortuny, Paul poiret, Madelene Vionnet, Jean Patou, Jeanne Lanvin, Gabriel Chanel and Elsa Schiaparelli. These designers deployed individual and various creative costume design work with peculiar expresive techniques, which is based on the Expressionism. Although each creative work was made in extremely unique sense, there was comon expressive spirituality I their creative activity. The findings are as follows : 1. Based on the "Medieval-directed characteristic" which arose over all fields of art of those days, a modern and reformative clothing beauty was created by reanalyzing traditional motive. 2 Characteristic of Cubistic Expressionism were described in overall silhouette of clothing and fine decorative element. 3. Fantastic Expressionism, which pursued basic worth from the primitive and ethnic customs, effected costume style of early 20th century and draw such designers as Mariano Fortuny, Leon Bakst, Paul Poiet, Elsa Schiaqarelli to adopt intensive and primary color. And it also gave an impact against traditional concepts by accepting fantastic oriental Exoticism.Exoticism.

체크리스트법에 의한 창의적인 패션디자인의 조형적 특성 (The Formative Characteristic of Creative Fashion Design by the Checklist Method)

  • This study contributes to the development of a creative fashion design and provides concrete data regarding the process of creative ideas through an analysis of the characteristics of the fashion design idea and the characteristics of fashion design from a formative perspective according to Osborn's checklist method. The data collection involved 466 pages that focused on the work of 30 designers (2005 S/S-2009 F/W) extracted from the websites style.com and ifb.co.kr. In the cases of pictures collected, a content analysis was applied based on statistical analysis and design analysis criteria. First, as a result of the examination of the characteristics of ideas for fashion design based on the checklist, it turned out that elimination method is most frequently employed, followed by addition, conversion, limit and combination. In addition, every idea showed a significant difference in terms of the applied item, expression method, and balance. Second, due to the study of the formative characteristics of fashion design (based on the checklist), it turned out that square-shaped silhouette, achromatic and chromatic colors, combined tones, identical color combination, complex texture, and identical texture combination are frequently used. In addition, every idea showed a significant difference in terms of form, color, and fabric. We believe that the use of the checklist is useful for the development of a creative design because formative characteristics vary based on the characteristic of ideas of fashion design.

  • 수학영재학생들로 하여금 자신들의 잠재적 재능을 최대한 발현하도륵 교육하려면, 무엇보다 먼저 그들이 어떤 특성을 지니고 있는지 구체적이고 면밀하게 분석할 필요가 있다. 특히 우리나라 실정에 맞는 수학영재교육의 행정적, 제도적 시행을 위해서는 수학영재학생들의 특성에 대한 장기간에 걸친 실증적 연구가 뒷받침되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 서울 소재 5대학교 과학영재교육원 수학분과에 소속된 학생들을 중심으로 실제 증명 사례, 수학적 성향 특성 검사, 사회적응 설문, 그리고 Torrance 창의성 검사(그림) 등을 통하여 수학영재학생들의 인지적, 정의적, 창의적 특성을 과학영재 및 일반학생들과 비교, 분석하고자 한다.

  • Subjects in this study on causal relationships among playfulness, interactive peer play, teacher-child relationships, and creative characteristics were 286 3- to 5-year-old children. Instruments were the Rating Scale for Creative Characteristic of Preschoolers (Lee et al., 2002), Children's Playfulness Scale (Bemett, 1990), Penn Interactive Peer Play Scale (Fantuzzo et al., 1995), and Student Teacher Relationship Scale (Pianta, 1991). Results showed : (1) significant relationships among social spontaneous, cognitive spontaneous and children's humor in sub-areas of children's playfulness, friendliness in sub-areas of teacher-child relationships, play interaction in sub-areas of interactive peer play and creative characteristics. (2) Children's creative characteristics directly influenced social spontaneous, cognitive spontaneous and children's humor in sub-areas of children's playfulness and of play interaction in sub-areas of interactive peer play.

  • Capsaicin, a pungent ingredient in chili pepper, is known to excite sensory neurons that mediate pain sensation. This effect of capsaicin is determined by unique receptors and the capsaicin receptor (transient receptor potential subfamily V, member 1 (TRPV1)) was cloned recently. TRPV1 contains six transmembrane domains and three ankyrin repeats at N-terminal. This characteristic architecture is common in other ion channel in TRPV families. (omitted)

창조계층의 이동에 관한 연구 (Analysis on the Movement of the Creative Class)

  • 창조계층은 전문 지식 및 기술을 가지고 창의적이고 혁신적인 업무에 종사하는 직업군을 뜻하며, 지역의 경제성장에 중요한 역할을 한다는 점에서 많은 관심을 받아 왔다. 이에 지역정부에는 도시의 경제 성장을 위해 창조계층을 유입하기 위한 각종 정책 및 방안들을 제시하고 있으나 실제 창조계층이 이동과 관련된 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 17차 노동패널 자료를 이용하여 창조계층의 이동특성과 이주동기를 분석하여 함의를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 창조계층은 비창조계층에 비하여 이동성이 높았다. 둘째, 창조계층 이동자는 여성보다 남성이, 20대와 30대의 젊은층이, 미혼보다는 기혼자, 전세 등 자가가 아니며, 아파트에 거주하는 이동자가 많았다. 셋째, 창조계층과 비창조계층이 이주 동기에는 차이가 존재하였다. 창조계층의 이주 동기는 주거 요인과 직장 요인이 중요한 역할을 하였다. 특히 비창조계층에 비하여 직장 요인이 더 중요한 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 인간관계, 편의시설 등의 변수는 창조계층의 이동에 중요한 영향을 주지 않았다.

무용의상 디자인의 조형적 특성에 관한 연구-한국창작무용을 중심으로- (A Study on the Formative Characteristic of Dance Costume Design -Based on Korean Creative Dance-)

  • The purpose of this study is clarify the formative characteristic of dance costume design and analyse stage effect based upon the formative factors. Classified design element of dance costumes by line, silhouette, color, material, lighting, and also this based on content analysis method about each formative factor of costumes that showed 10 dance performances which practically be performed and made. And individually interviewed the professional dance composers and dancers who participated in the performances fer objectivity and specialty of this study. The results were as follows; 1. Dance costume contains and harmoniously expresses theme of a dance work, formative characteristic of fashion design, movement and character of the dancers, lighting effect. 2. Korean creative dance costume is effectively expressed with formative factors of traditional costumes and modem sensibility and symbolic expression of image-centered. 3. Costume line is affected by dancer's movement and it's possible to be different effect that the atmosphere or stage effect by the original form of line and the expression method. 4. Costume color is effective to inform that dancer's character and image of a dance work. 5. Costume material is most important to consider that the dancers and the atmosphere and the image of a dance work. 6. Lighting effect can inform various feel of dancer's dance.

소집단 탐구기법을 활용한 '계절의 변화 원인' 학습이 공간지각 개념 및 창의적 인성에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of the Space Perception Ability and Creative Personality 'Source of Season Change' Using Small Inquiry Method)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of small inquiry method on space perception ability and creative personality. Testees of this research are 36 elementary pre-service teachers taking an astronomical observation class. Doing inquiry activity after 36 elementary pre-service teachers are classified into 6 Jigsaw small inquiry. Learning activity was split into two groups, expert group and a population. To find out research outcome, pre-test was executed space perception ability test, creative personality test. Analysis of test result was accomplished with statistical package SPSS 18.0 paired t testing hypothesis. The results of this study are as follows. First, 'source of season change' class using Jigsaw small inquiry method has effect on space perception ability improvement. This was interpreted that space perception ability improvement was effective because characteristic of Jigsaw small inquiry is made up of lots of semin Second, 'source of season change' class using Jigsaw small inquiry method has no effect on creative personality. This was interpreted that experiment and discussion activity getting accomplished in a short time has no effect on qualitative characterizing Creative Personality improvement.
