유비쿼터스 컨테이너터미널 구현을 위한 무정차 자동화게이트 시스템 기술개발에 관한 연구

  • 초대형 컨테이너선 등장에 따라 항만물류 산업에 경쟁력을 높이기 위하여 첨단 정보통신 기술을 접목시켜 새로운 물류 혁명을 가져오기 위한 연구를 활발하게 진행하고 있다. 유비쿼터스 컨테이너터미널은 기존의 컨테이너터미널의 한계를 극복하고 항만물류 전체의 새로운 혁신을 가져올 것으로 예상된다. 우리나라에서는 유비쿼터스 환경을 구현하기 위하여 각종 시범 사업을 통하여 항만물류 산업에 도입하고 있으나 현실적인 개선과제 및 기술도입전략 등에 대한 연구부족으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 컨테이너터미널을 구현하기 위하여 무정차 자동화 게이트를 제시하고자 한다. 여러 가지 신기술을 컨테이너터미널의 게이트에 도입하여 단계별 무정차 자동화게이트의 유형을 제시하였다. 향후 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 컨테이너터미널을 도입하기 위한 성공 적인 가이드라인이 될 것이라 기대된다.

  • There is a number of national internet web sites which provide educational information services and contents. One of the more important issues in educational services is to offer a set of educational contents of high quality. It is important to develop the instruction-learning efficiency based contents, considering the variety of learners and content types. In this paper, we present the design of a cyber teaming system using distributed learning standard technology. In this cyber teaming system we particularly describe its course management service which allows to users the registration, deletion, modification, contents conversion, and contents learning.

  • 최근에 학습 관리 시스템은 기존의 교수자 중심의 교수설계와는 달리, 학습자들이 스스로 자신의 진도를 판단하거나 관리, 동료들과 연구를 할 수 있도록 도와주는 역할을 한다. 학습 컨텐트 관리 시스템(LCMS: Learning Content Management System)는 컨텐트 관리와 학습자들의 학습 과정 관리를 한데 묶어 융통성 있게 활용할 수 있도록 도와주는 시스템이다. 즉 새로운 컨텐트 묶음을 생성하고, 학습객체(LO: Learning Object)를 통한 코스개발도 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습 객체를 통한 코스의 개발에 초점을 맞추어, 도구의 분석 및 설계 경험을 비교 분석하여 효과적인 웹 기반 CDT-L(Course Development Tool-LCMS)의 분석 및 설계를 위한 기능, 비기능 요소를 추출해 보고자 하였다. 학습 객체의 생성, 분해 조립을 통해 학습코스를 작성함으로써 수업개발의 효율성을 높일 수 있으며, 학습자리 개별적 요구에 컨텐트를 제공해 줄 수 있으며, 학습 객체를 통해 코스개발 도구의 분석 및 설계를 함으로써 비용과 효율성을 보장하며, 학습 컨텐트의 중복을 피하고 학습과정 개발의 효율성을 가지게 한다.

Analysis of dental hygiene curriculum of dental hygiene programs in Korea (치위생 교육과정 분석)

  • Objectives : This study was to suggest the basic data to develop the national exam contents for dental hygiene by comparing with those of other country. Methods : Several dental hygiene education course results were reviewed, and analyzed the culture subjects, basic major subjects, educational subjects, national exam contents in 3 or 4 years dental hygiene curriculum. Results : In Korea, grades of culture subjects in dental hygiene curriculum were different between 3 and 4 years education course, mean grades were 10.4, and 34.5 respectively. While there were few different between 3 and 4 years education course, mean grades were 36, and 36.5 respectively in foreign country. In Korea, grades of major subjects in dental hygiene curriculum were similar between 3 and 4 years education course as mean grades of 110, while there were different between 3 and 4 years education course, mean grades were 60 and 80 respectively in foreign country. In Korea, number of major subject was higher in 4 years(n=61) than 3 years(n=54). However, it was lower in 4 years(n=27) than in 3 years(n=33) in foreign country. Total grade number was 129 in 3 years, and 145 in 4 years in Korea, while it was 97 in 3 years, and 116 in 4 years in foreign country. By analyzing 3 years education course, culture subject was 9.5%, basic health was 11.2%, oral biology was 11.2%, clinical dentistry was 20.7%, public oral health was 10.4%, oral hygiene care was 35.9%, management of dental clinic was 9.4%, education was 2.8% in Korea. In USA, dental hygiene examination contains practice work as major part, while theory was thought of as most important things in korea. Conclusions : It is necessary to improve learning course of dental hygiene curriculum on the basis of other country's system, and then it could be possible to development of good quality's national examination contents, thus good quality of dental hygiene personnel would be turned out in Korea.

A Study on Reinforcement and Development of Course Programs in Department of Food Science and Nutrition Related Studies 1st Report -Based on Survey of Dietitians and Professors - (영양사 배출 관련학과의 전공과목 강화 및 개발에 관한 연구 제1보 -영양사 및 대학 교수의 전공과목 강화에 대한 의견 조사)

  • This study was conducted to obtain basic data for reinforcing and developing course programs in department of Food Science and Nutrition. For this purpose, data was collected from dietitians and professors who work at 2-and 4-year colleges. Results are as follows. 1. Many respondents (95.7%) support that It Is desirable to separate dietitian license into two types. Reasons are (1) specific knowledge required by job type is different(29.5%), and (2) to increse job performance (29.3%). 2. Most respondents(95.4%) agree that course programs are needed to be revised. Because (1) current programs are inadequate to provide specific knowledge required at field work (67.8%), and (2) the programs are not helpful to increase job performance of dietitians (54.1%). 3. Respondents of dietitians want to extend applied science area(37.7%) and reinforce lab training (63.1%), as principles of program revision. 4. Course titles which need to be reinforced are Internship(95.8%) and Lap training(67.8%). 5. Specialized areas which need to be reinforced are Food Service Managemant and Practical Training(90.9%), Nutrition Education and Guide(88.9%), Public Health Nutrition(79.0%), Basic Area for Clinics(85.6%), Basic area for Education and Counselling(87.1%), and Cooking Science(77.5%) 6. Courses which are needed to be reinforced by respondents(over 75% agree) are Computer Management for Food Service, Counselling, Nutrition and Disease, Diet Therapy, Quantity Cooking, Internship, Public Health (Health Care), Community Nutrition(Environment and Nutrition), Clinical Nutrition, Psychology, and Communication.

Analysis of Maintenance Expense in various Golf Courses (골프 코스관리 비용 분석)

  • The purpose of this study are to investigate the reasonable maintenance expense of golf course according to the size and management system of each golf course. The maintenance cost per hole per golfer of 29 golf courses and the maintenance cost for items and locations of 8 golf courses were analyzed. 1. As golfers per hole increased, maintenance cost per hole per golfer decreased. 2. The decisive cost factors for maintenance cost of golf course are the number of annual golfers, the total course size, the management system, and automation of course facilities. 3. Maintenance cost of golf courses contained the landscaping areas except for building and parking lots is $869^{\}/_{m^2}$ Korean won. 4. Average maintenance cost of 8 golf courses is $44,325,000^{\}/_{hole}$. 5. Labor cost marked the largest portion in the total cost. Among the items of labor cost, repair cost for green ball mark was the highest with the ratio of 26%(\4,163,000). 6. Material cost for Fairways which reaches 30% of the total area was composed of $22%{\sim}44%$ of the total cost of materials. Cost of imported fertilizers, pestcides for insects and diseases, and sands for top dressing was the highest. 7. Material cost for Green which reaches 2% of the total area was composed of $28%{\sim}36%$ of the total cost. Cost of imported products such as particle-shaped fertilizers, micro mineral fertilizers, and soil conditioners was the highest. 8. There is no difference in cost between chemical fertilizers and the environmentally friendly fertilizers even if environmentally friendly fertilizers using microorganism or chitosan materials are also expensive.

  • 최근 5년간 e-Loaming에 대한 중요성과 웹 기반 학습의 활용성은 대부분의 기업에서 LMS(Learning Management System)의 형태로 도입을 하고 있다. 또한, 현재는 학습관리와 컨텐츠의 관리영역을 통합하고 학습 컨텐츠의 객체화를 통한 재사용성과 관리 측면을 극대화하는 노력이 이루어지고 있다. e-Learning을 활용하는 80%이상의 기업이 표준적인 메타데이터와 리파지토리를 기반으로하는 LCMS(Leaning Content Management System)형태로 전환하는 시점에서 LCMS 관린 연구가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 학습객체를 통한 코스의 개발과 관리 배포를 위한 LCMS를 재사용 가능한 실행 모듈인 컴포넌트 기반으로 구성하고자 한다. 학습 컨텐츠 관리시스템에서의 주요 기능을 계층적으로 체계화하며, LCMS를 위한 컴포넌트 참조 아키텍처를 정의함으로써 개발의 용이성과 시간, 비용의 효율성을 보장한다. 또한, 재사용 및 공유가능한 학습객체를 통한 코스 개발로 학습 컨텐츠의 중복을 피하고 학습과정 개발의 시간 효율성을 기대한다.

On knowledge-based modeler for network analysis (네트워크 분석을 위한 지식기반형 모형기 개발)

  • This paper is concerned with a conceptual design of a knowledge-based modeler for network analysis. The "knowledge-based modeler" approach is suggested as a method for incorporating the user's qualitative knowledge and subjective decison in the course of the mathematical modeling and the subsequent solution procedure. The submodules of the proposed modeler such as database, model/algorithm base and functional knowledge bases are identified and the flows of information between the submodules are sequentially defined. A prototype system is implemented for experimental purpose by using the application software GURU.ware GURU.

  • The construction of golf courses has had adverse effects on the natural landscape and delicate ecosystem of Korea. Efficiency in planning and design was necessary to minimize the environmental impact of the original construction. However, the ordinal design methods have limited the data processing by the massive scale of the project of golf course development. Conventional design methods did not have a proper tool for alternative plans on pre-estimation of landscape destruction or minimizing of the environmental impact. Therefore, advanced computerized techniques need to be adapted for golf course design to solve the problems concerning the environmental impacts. Geographic information system (GIS) was applied on the process of geographical data input and analysis through the final outputs. Simulation works by the total database management enable the pre-investigation of the design In view of an assessment of environmental impacts. It is also possible to evaluate plans easily and propose the alternatives properly. Precise quantity calculation of engineering works by computer system should be guaranteed scientific, economic, and environmentally-sound.

Operational Situation lf Dental Saboratories in Korea (한국의 치과기공소 운영실태)

  • In order to provide the National Dental Health Program with dasic data, and to implove the laborartory managent style, the author studied the operational situations of dental lads through questionaire. The results are as follows, 1. Unlicensured personnel should be replaced by the licensured(from present rate lf 49.2% licensured to more than80%) 2. Minimum wage guarantee system as well as well as oage raise should be established. 3. Monthly balancing accounts system and bepreciation reserve accounts system should be established for the reasonable management. 4. Manufacturing period should be elongated from presnt 2.8 days to 5-7 days for quality betterment of the processes. 5. Medical insurance system should be applied to the dental processes. 6. Manufacturing cost should be increased by 35%. 7. Retirement grants lr retirement annuity system, improvement of occupational environ-ment, and holidays incentives, and participation in medical insurance system should be adopted for the wellfare of the dental technicians. 8. Laboratory managers should operate the lads with pride and valuation. 9. Business Management course should be included in the curriculum of the dental labo-ratory school. 10. Good relationship between Korean Association of Dental Laboratory Technicians and local laboratories shorld be improved.
