  • Recently, SCM(Supply Chain Management) embraces the dynamic environmental changes of the participatory bodies in supply chain. Under this dynamic SCM environment, the selection of supplier and outsourcing company is very important. In their selection, the productivity and expertise of suppliers and outsourcing companies are, of course, to be considered as important factors, but whether or nottheycanmeettheduedateisacritical factor. In particular, this is true because an order-based manufacture ought to have CTP(Capable To Promise). For this purpose, by capitalizing onthevirtualmanufactureundertheSCM, this paper has tried to suggest a new agent system for the selection of supplier and outsourcing company. While performing virtual manufacture based on the integration scheduling, this system acquires the production environment and scheduling information of both suppliers and outsourcing companies on a real-timebasis,thusmakingintegrationschedulingpossible. Also, in order to provetheviabilityofthisstudy,thispaper has selected a specific domain and applied it.

  • The current research attempts to measure the level of the acceptance of the Blackboard System (BBS) during the Corona crisis, and whether this is one of the reasons for the low use of the BBS at Al-Jouf University. To achieve this, the technology accepting model in the time of crisis (TAMTC) has been proposed to measure the degree of acceptance by students, which was then applied to a random sample of 339 of such. The results show a high level of student acceptance, despite their lower use of the system. The research also highlights the importance of upgrading e-courses and that the discontinuation of exam disqualification of students is secondary to their poor course attendance.

  • The development and management of epidemiology intelligence service (EIS) officer with more specialized competence to cope with and prepare for health threats, including pandemic of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases, is a high priority policy issue in Korea. First of all, we need to establish the training goal of EIS officer. It is necessary to establish manpower training and management system with at least three tiers including quantitative and qualitative targets. Second, at least 50% of all EIS officer must secure a physician and secure expertise and competence for epidemic. Third, for the ultimate purpose of EIS officer, the establishment of a public health expert should expand the scope of epidemiologist's work to health and medical care, occupational environment, and various disasters. Fourth, it is essential to expand the epidemiologist training and education program to the level of advanced countries. Especially, the training course should be expanded at least twice of current times. Fifth, it is necessary to independently install and operate the 'EIS Officer Training Center' as a mid- and long-term goal. Stewardship and governance are secured with the organization, personnel, etc. that can fully manage the planning, management, and evaluation of the EIS system. In the future, it will be necessary to establish a systematic and phased operational base of education and training programs for EIS officer, and establish a sustainable implementation system for strategy development. In addition, it is urgent to revise the guidelines for training public health professionals and strengthening competencies, and for establishing professional educational institutions.

  • The importance of technical innovation is increasing gradually in accordance with the life cycle of technology being shortened and the convergence being accelerate. This thesis aims to present the Framework of Competency Model of Techno Leadership capable of utilizing in promoting R&D (Research and Development) Leaders systematically by the technology based enterprise. The characteristic of core behavior necessary for Techno Leaders has been sorted out through the literature investigation and the analysis course of meaning, etc., the competency model of Techno Leadership has been deducted by analyzing the relation with MOT (Management of Technology) capacity being common skill of task necessary for Techno Leaders and the characteristic of behavior based on this through the questionnaire survey. The possibility of application in the field as well has been verified by applying the developed competency model in the actual field of enterprise. The competency model of techno Leadership developed in this research may be utilized in the direction establishment for the promotion of Techno Leadership in the enterprise or laboratory, especially, if would be effective to self-diagnose the core competency necessary for R&D manpower to be grown as the Techno leader in the IT oriented enterprise and to establish the improvement direction.

포소화약제 혼합장치의 개량화 방안 (The Methods to Improve the In-Line Eductor)

  • A core device of foam system is the in-line eductor and it is the device to mix the foam liquid into liquid solution proper to the use density and the mixture ratio must be kept regularly regardless of changing fluid condition of the front and rear end of the in-line eductor. However, if the flux of the pressurized water changes, the mixture ratio is not kept regularly, and so it becomes a cause which a performance of fire-extinguishing deteriorates in discharging foam liquid. I devise a method to improve it that the metering orifice type in-line eductor is improved into the metering venturi type in-line eductor, the fluctuation of the mixture ratio to the flux change of the pressurized water is minimized and the performance of fire-extinguishing is kept regularly. As this method is simple in its structure and can be designed at a low cost, it helps for maintenance as well. In the future, it seems to need the research for the metering nozzle type in-line eductor in the future.

앱 기반 포인트 관리 시스템 개발 (Development of Application-Based Point Management System)

  • 현재의 포인트 관리 시스템을 운영하는 앱은 포인트에 대해서 적립, 사용, 조회 기능은 제공하지만 다른 사용자들에게 선물하거나 포인트를 사용하여 더치페이를 하는 앱은 존재 하지 않는다. 또한 스마트폰의 보급률은 증가 하지만 앱을 이용하기보다 포인트 관련 카드를 지갑에 넣고 다니는 불편함을 지니고 이다. 물론 이 앱의 서비스가 실행 되기 위해서는 많은 연구와 개발이 필요하겠지만 일단 편리하게 고객에게 사용할 수 있다는 점에서 장점이 존재한다. 따라서 이에 본 논문에서 이야기 하고자 하는 포인트 앱 관리 시스템은 사용자들에게 불편함을 개선시키고 포인트 관리에 대한 편리함을 느낄 수 있다. 포인트 관리 앱 시스템의 구성은 Android 기기를 이용하여 앱을 실행하며 모든 서비스의 포인트를 관리할 수 있다. 또한 포인트와 관련된 금액을 적립, 사용, 조회 등의 기능을 수행할 수 있다.

  • Today enterprises are bringing forward the strong needs for the Global Work Space that is able to realize the collaboration of the virtual enterprise in order to achieve the rapid entrance to market, the quality improvement as well as the cost reduction of their new products. Especially, they are building the efficient Product Management Infrastructure in parallel with the real-time knowledge management for the information generated in the course of a product lifecycle and the Process Innovation making the Concurrent Engineering possible. Building a system in the web environment cannot be the entire effort to realize the Global Work Space within an enterprise that is an essential factor for the reduction of a product development period which in turn contributes to Time to Market. Various work models and processes are found in enterprises and many different application programs are developed and utilized to support these. This study proposes a scheme for the optimized Collaborative Workflow System Architecture that is able to take in and apply various application programs accompanied by the product development work process. Through this, we are to examine various limits and problems existing in the real-time collaborative system between enterprises and to reform these.

  • A high-speed railway system represents a typical example of large-scale multi-disciplinary system, consisting of subsystems such as rolling-stock, electrical hardware, electronics, control, information, communication, civil technology etc. The system design and acquisition data of the large-scale system must be the subject under strict configuration control and management. Systems engineering technology development project for Korea next generation High-speed Electric Multiple Unit (HEMU) system in progress is a national large system development project that is not only a large-size and complex but also multi-disciplinary in nature. Therefore, all stakeholders must understand and share the functional and performance requirements of HEMU throughout its life-cycle phases. Also in the test and evaluation phase, all systems requirements must be verified. In 2011, the prototype train manufacturing will be completed. It will do test run on the commercial line and all systems requirements are verified until 2012. For the system verification, the test and evaluation process have to be established before the test trial run. Using a systems engineering tool, the system design database(SDD) with requirements traceability and development process management in the course of the development have to be established. This paper represents the test and evaluation process development based on the SEMP(Systems Engineering Management Plan) developed in the design stage. The test and evaluation process is refined and updated in comparison to the design stage one. The test and evaluation process consists of procedure, test and evaluation method and schedule. So through this process, it is defined that each systems requirements is verified on which test and about what time.

  • 본 논문에서는 FLV를 적용한 차세대 인터넷 방송 솔루션을 설계 및 구현하였다. 현재 현장에서 방송중인 HD급 영상을 실시간으로 압축하여 인터넷 생방송은 물론 VOD 서비스가 가능한 시스템으로 온라인을 통해 인터넷 LIVE 방송 및 VOD 서비스 그리고 UCC 서비스를 손쉽게 운영할 수 있도록 지원하는 솔루션이다. 카메라 및 VOD 영상을 H264코덱을 사용하여 실시간으로 압축하여 MPEC4, WMV 등의 영상을 인터넷 및 스마트폰에 실시간 스트리밍으로 지원하는 시스템으로 첫째, 카메라 영상의 실시간 녹화기능을 갖춘 국내 최초의 실시간 인코더 시스템(Real time encoder system)이며, Web 및 스마트폰 환경에 적합한 최신의 코덱 기술을 지원하며, 소프트웨어 제품이다. 둘째, 동영상을 MP4 플레이어로 재생이 가능하며, 사용자 채팅 및 커스터 마이징(customizing)이 가능한 양방향 인터넷 방송 시스템이다. 셋째, CMS(Contents Management System) 기능은 동영상 콘텐츠 및 강좌 관리 콘텐츠를 안드로이드 폰 및 아이폰을 통해 실시간으로 스트리밍 서비스가 가능하다.
