A ship's automatic steering system is the basis for addressing control difficulties related to course-changing and course-keeping during navigation through heading angle control, and is a link in realizing unmanned and autonomous ships. This study proposes a robust RCGA-based linear active disturbance rejection controller (LADRC) design method considering environmental disturbances, measurement noise, and model uncertainties in designing a ship heading controller for use when the ship is sailing. The LADRC consisted of a transient profile, a linear extended state observer, and a PD controller. The control gains in the LADRC with the linear extended state observer were adjusted by RCGAs to minimize the integral of the time-weighted absolute error (ITAE), which is an evaluation function of the control system. The proposed method was applied to ship heading control, and its effectiveness was validated by comparing the propulsive energy loss between the proposed method and a conventional linear PD controller. The simulation results showed that the proposed method had the advantages of lower propulsive energy loss, more robustness, and higher tracking precision than the conventional linear PD controller.

Recently Korea has stepped into a stage of sluggish development, and the unemployment of young people has become a major issue. Especially in 1998 IMF economic shock was influential in formulating government policy and social economic structure on employment. Restructuring now becomes everyday words and further restructuring is already under way. Owing to the growing economic crisis and resultant unemployment and initial appointment shall be considered conditional. Young job seekers are grappling with mastering their native language and unnecessary experiences. These unnecessary experiences are needless waste of time and money. Educational system in university may be affected by environmental changes in population of students and business crisis. Sometimes the departments made a very low rate of employment may be abolished or merged in university. The government will demand us in the work of reform by doing NCS. The government is now ask to teach, train and employ students on the basis of NCS especially in high-school, job training center, and college and university. NCS has advantages and disadvantages. NCS may reduce waste of time and money to make unnecessary experiences, provide standard course to prepare educational system. It will be a big help to adapt properly and make better employment system. The most negative element of the program is application to humanities and social sciences by the same standard with technology and engineering department in the university. Standardization of each educational course will not react quickly to rapidly changing situations in the future.

Objectives: This study evaluates and recommends the priority of policy implementation to improve the fire protection clothing management system used by firefighters and the reduction of cross-contamination from contaminated clothing at the scene of a fire. Methods: It consisted of 7 experts and conducted three interviews and two modified Delphi surveys. Through the results of previous research and interviews with experts, a plan to reduce cross-contamination of fire suits and improve the management system was first derived. An improvement plan was presented in the four areas including resources, management, fire protection related work, and laws and regulations, and the priority of policy implementation was derived by analyzing the importance and practicality of the policy at the same time. Results: As a result of the analysis, the first priority was education on the health effects of pollutants at the disaster scene for firefighters, and the second priority was the addition of SOP for the primary decontamination of on-scene personal protective equipment in preparation for the health effects of the disaster scene, and education for fire suppression and rescue workers. The next step was to improve the management system of personal protective equipment such as fire suits and develop a training course for systematic operation. Conclusions: This findings could be used in the implementation of mid- to long-term firefighting policies for the systematic operation and establishment of a systematic management system for personal protective equipment such as fire protective suits.

In this paper, we design and implement the UHSNS-DRM(Ubi-Home Smart Multimedia Streaming-Digital Right Management) in Ubi-Home. The proposed system support flexible distribution platform for digital content copyright protection and management in Ubi-Home. This system also can provide multimedia streaming service to authorized users who are using PC, STB, PDA, and Portable Device, etc. Furthermore, we adopt concept of domain authentication and it help to improve the efficiency of license management for all devices in Ubi-Home. We design user's location recognition algorithm in order to provide intelligent services. Of course, this algorithm is applied for the proposed system. Start after striking space key 2 times.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of agricultural management accounting information, education status, and policy demands through a questionnaire survey of advanced agricultural managers. These people are expected to play a key role in the changing agricultural environment in Korea. Based on survey results, several policy implications were derived for the advanced agricultural managers' agricultural management accounting information record activation. Survey results of 303 respondents identified that 63.4% of them record their agricultural management accounting information. The biggest reason given for not recording this information was lack of time for record keeping. The biggest problem was a 'lack of Question and Answer system'. In addition, 37.2% of the respondents were not aware of the current agricultural accounting guidelines. In terms of education, 71.3% of the respondents have completed course work in accounting and responded that an 'On-off parallel education system', which offers both online and offline classes, was the most effective method to prevent dropout. Respondents thought that agricultural management accounting records were helpful for the management of agriculture and their participation in government policies. They also thought that customized education programs should be further implemented for enhancing the effectiveness of education programs, and 'One-stop Question and Answer system on related web sites and organizations' is required for them to keep better records. The following policy implications can be derived from the survey results. First, interoperability between agricultural management accounting information recording programs is needed. Second, accessibility should be strengthened. Third, the education system needs to be improved. Fourth, voluntary participation should be encouraged. Last, the government needs to establish a post-verification system.

In this study GC and PAS were used to calculate $N_2O$ concentration of exhaust gas from Wood Chip combustion system. Fuel supplied to the incinerator was collected and analyzed and then the analysis result was used to calculate $N_2O$ emissions. Tier 3 and Tier 4 Method were used to calculate the $N_2O$ emissions. Plant's Specific emission factor of $N_2O$ by Tier 3 Method was 0.35 kg/TJ, while default emission factor of Wood?Wood Waste proposed by 2006 IPCC G/L was 4 kg/TJ. So the $N_2O$ emission factor of this study was 3.65 kg/TJ lower compared to the IPCC G/L. The total emissions calculated by Plant's specific emission factor was 4.22 kg during the measuring period, but by Tier 4 Method it was 7.88 kg. This difference in emissions was caused by the difference of continuous measuring and intermittent sampling. It would be necessary to apply continuous measuring to calculate emissions of $Non-CO_2$ gas whose the density distribution is relatively high. However currently, according to the target management guideline of greenhouse gas and energy, the continuous measuring method to calculate greenhouse gas emission is applied only to $CO_2$. Therefore for reliable greenhouse gas emission calculation it would be necessary to apply continuous measuring to calculate $Non-CO_2$ gas emission.

적절한 강의평가는 질 높은 강의가 될 수 있도록 역할을 하기도 한다. 강의평가는 교수에게 좋은 강의를 철저히 준비 할 수 있도록 유도하는 외적 자극요소인 동시에 강의개선에 대한 피드백 효과를 주어 보다 나은 강의를 할 수 있게 해준다. 또한 학습의 주체인 학생에게는 배울 권리를 보호 받을 수 있다는 유익함을 준다. 본 연구는 강의평가 방식중 하나인 설문지를 모바일 기반에서 편리하게 관리하며, 그 설문을 통해 나타난 결과를 토대로 교수가 질 높은 교육을 할 수 있는 피드백 효과를 얻도록 하는 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

This study is to identify whether three types of online instruction (text-based, video-based, and video-based instruction without text) and age category have a different influence on students' comprehension and motivation. Online students were randomly assigned to one of six groups, and they attended two-week online lectures via Course Management System. The comprehension test and the short form of IMMS were implemented when 114 participants accomplished two-week online lectures. The results revealed that using instructional video in online instruction is more effective instructional medium than text only in order to promote learner's motivation. Besides, older adults aged 41-60 are significantly different from younger adults (21-40 years old) in terms of students' comprehension. Furthermore, three types of online instructions are likely to be influenced by age category.

KEPCO International Nuclear Graduate School (KINGS) is dedicated to nurturing leadership-level professionals in nuclear power plant (NPP) engineering. KINGS have designed curriculum based on two philosophies. First, we balance aspects of discipline engineering, specialty engineering, and management engineering in the framework of systems engineering. Second, KINGS have designed the curriculum so that students can learn and experience the know-what, know-how and know-why level knowledge of NPP engineering and management. The specialization programs are opened during the 2nd year for 3 trimesters and those are a process of learning through practical project courses. The objectives of the specialization programs are to help students to learn the NPP life cycle technologies in highly structured and systematic ways. The systems engineer program (SEP) is one of the specialization programs. A practical case of the SEP which was applied to the project course for the NPP electric power system design education will be elaborated in this paper.

Debugging is very important element in programming development. We can find a lot of bug of program we made, and we can fix it. but after a product is released, we need system we can catch bugs as soon as possible. For this, we need to know post-mortem debugging. We will look at post-mortem debugging, and we will talk about process dump. Also when process get the problem, we should get the process dump, but we can have situation process dump was not generated. We will consider this case, and we will examine programming technique which this case can be retrieved. Finally, I will introduce EHModule(exception handler module)
