가정폭력 가해자 교정상담 프로그램 효과와 내용 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Effect of Corrective Counseling Programs for Domestic Violence Offenders and Its Content Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 가정폭력 가해자들을 위한 가해자 교정상담 프로그램에 대한 효과에 대하여 분석하였다. 연구내용은 전국가정폭력 상담소 가해자 교육대상자와 전국 가정폭력 상담소 협의회, 한국여성의 전화 전화연합, 한국가정법률상담소 미 전국지부와 법원위탁 가정폭력 가해자 상담기관에서 상담 받은 가정폭력 가해자들이다. 연구결과는 부모로부터 받은 아동기 학대 경험이 적을수록 교육에 효과가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 도시에 거주하는 가해자의 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 이는 정보와 교육수준이 높아 이해력이 높기 때문이다. 셋째, 교정상담 프로그램중에서 부부상담 프로그램 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 교정상담 적용 프로그램중 여성주의 모델이 가장 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 가정폭력 가해자 교육중에 여성주의 상담과 여성주의 모델은 교정상담에 만족도에 큰 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있다.

Poland 증후군 1례 보고 (Poland`s Syndrome)

  • The Poland`s syndrome is very rare anomaly, which consists of congenital unilateral absence of the sternocostal part of the pectoralis major muscle, with ipsilateral hand deformities. The clinical features are variable but all patients have absence of at least the sternal head of the pectoralis major muscle. The syndrome is not hereditary and is of unknown origin. Early recognition of Poland`s syndrome may give the provision of psychologic and genetic counseling for anxious parents. We have encountered two patients with this entity, and one of them underwent successful surgical correction.

인천지역 초, 중학교 영양(교)사의 식품 알레르기 관리 실태 (Food Allergy Management Status by Dietitians and Nutrition Teachers in Elementary and Middle Schools in Incheon)

  • Objectives: Food allergy appears to be increasing in prevalence and can potentially result in significant damaging impact on children's mental and physical health. This study investigated how dietitians/nutrition teachers in Incheon, where a fatal fool allergy incidence occurred, manage food allergy issues in school lunch systems. Methods: A survey with a pre-tested questionnaire was conducted with 358 dietitians/nutrition teachers in Incheon area. The final analytical sample included questionnaire data from 208 study participants (58.1%). Statistical analyses used SPSS ver 19.0. Results: A total of 99.5% respondents reported having received food allergy education. The respondents showed a correction rate of the food allergy test slightly higher than 70%, where nutrition teachers and respondents working in elementary schools had correction rates higher than dietitians and those working in middle schools (p<0.05). All respondents reported regular monitoring to identify students with food allergy and making notification of allergy-prone foods on menu in their school. More nutrition teachers provided "elimination meals" (57.6%) or "replacement meals" (37.0%) than dietitians (43.1%, 19.8%, respectively) (p<0.05). Elimination and replacement meals were provided more in elementary schools than in middle schools (p<0.05). Although counseling students with food allergy on nutrition was done by 64.9% of respondents, the areas of counseling were limited to basics of food allergy and how to use the notification system on menu. To prepare for handling food allergy events effectively, networks with regional clinics or hospitals (34.1%), hotline with parents (87.4%), and keeping an Epi-Pen ready (46.7% elementary school) were established. Only 34.1% of respondents knew how to use Epi-Pens. Conclusions: Dietitians and nutrition teachers in Incheon widely adapted food allergy management methods. It appears that education/training on food allergy for dietitians/nutrition teachers can move on from teaching basics of food allergy to providing applicable food allergy management methods at school system.

폴란드 증후군 :1례 보고 (Poland`s syndrome: report of one case)

신세뇨관 산증 (Renal Tubular Acidosis)

  • Renal tubular acidosis (RTA) is a metabolic acidosis due to impaired excretion of hydrogen ion, or reabsorption of bicarbonate, or both by the kidney. These renal tubular abnormalities can occur as an inherited disease or can result from other disorders or toxins that affect the renal tubules. Disorders of bicarbonate reclamation by the proximal tubule are classified as proximal RTA, whereas disorders resulting from a primary defect in distal tubular net hydrogen secretion or from a reduced buffer trapping in the tubular lumen are called distal RTA. Hyperkalemic RTA may occur as a result of aldosterone deficiency or tubular insensitivity to its effects. The clinical classification of renal tubular acidosis has been correlated with our current physiological model of how the nephron excretes acid, and this has facilitated genetic studies that have identified mutations in several genes encoding acid and base ion transporters. Growth retardation is a consistent feature of RTA in infants. Identification and correction of acidosis are important in preventing symptoms and guide approved genetic counseling and testing.

전화상담자의 직무스트레스 감소를 위한 내면가족체계(IFS) 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증 (Development and Effectiveness Verification of Inner Family System(IFS) Program to Reduce Job Stress of Telephone Counselor)

  • 본 연구는 전화상담자들이 상담 현장에서 경험하는 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진을 감소시키기 위해 IFS 이론 근거로 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 9명을 사전 선정하여 요구조사를 시행한 후 프로그램 세부 활동 및 내용조직과 타당성을 검토 하였고, 전문가들에게 예비연구를 실시하여, 평가 및 수정·보완을 하여 최종 프로그램 구성하였다. 프로그램 효과검증을 위해 자발적으로 참여한 전화상담자를 대상으로 실험집단 10명, 통제집단 10명을 선정하였고, 실험집단에게 주 2회기씩 집단프로그램을 실시하여 효과 검증을 하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 전체 직무스트레스와 그 하위요인인 '업무과다', '어려운 내담자', '상담자에 대한 사회적 기대' 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다. 둘째, 심리적 소진의 하위요인인 '신체적 피로감', '비협조적 업무환경', '내담자 가치 저하', '사생활 악화'가 유의하게 감소하였다. 셋째, IFS 적용 프로그램에 따른 IFS 점수가 유의미하게 감소하였다.

초등학생의 올바른 식습관 형성을 위한 영양교육 사이트 개발 (Development of Computer-Aided Nutritional Education Program for the School Children)

  • The performance of educational program for preventive nutrition is more beneficial for children than for the adults based on the cost reduction and the effect of this education. Also children's education helps them to grow and to live as a healthy adult. The purpose of this study is to solve the nutritional problem in children by developing nutrition education program for children and correct their nutritional problems. The characteristics of this program (www.food79.net) are the customized program for grade level based on the level of learning ability, the various education method such as game, cooking practice, and quiz, animation, and the self educated method by managing children's meal management as the result. The contents of this site are constructed not only for children but also for parents, the teachers and the school dietitians to increasing educational effect. The children room consists of food tower, nutrition kingdom, calculation of obesity index, food information, nutrient exploration, cooking world, and evaluation of dietary life. In the room for dietitian and teachers include the contents of the easy gymnastics, nutrition counseling methods, the teaching plans for nutrition education, and the information interchange corner. The third room for parents is constructed of nutrition evaluation, food 114, correction of living habits, and free discussion. Through this site, we are expecting to contribute to national health promotion by correcting the food habits of children.

고객상담 서비스품질 개선을 위한 인적오류 분석 (The Analysis of Human Error for Improving Customer Counseling Service Quality)

  • While many services appear, it are performed in the various researches about a service. Among them, as to the basic reason for measuring the service level, in order to find out the strategy improving service quality. But the method for measuring quality of services up to date was unable to make it enough the role. This research tried to propose the approach systematically analyzing the human errors in order to improve service quality about the call center which utilizes the information technology. In fact, the human errors was found in the customer contact point in which the actual service is delivered. An interaction between the element for comprising call service was classified into 3 while defining the human error as 3 group. Moreover, the process where a service is delivered was classified according to 5 step and the generated error was measured in each step. The implication of this research looks at the service failure and dissatisfaction as the occurrence of the human errors and illustrates the service quality improvement as a correction or a reduction. This approach is used that service is materially easily understood and is formulated with the quality improvement strategy.

경남지역 초등학교 영양사의 영양교육 실시현황 및 인식조사 - 공동관리 여부와 경력을 중심으로 - (Nutritional Education Status and Recognition of the Importance of Elementary School Dietitians in the Gyeongnam Area)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the nutritional education status and the recognition of the importance of elementary school dietitians (N=183) in the Gyeongnam area. The results are summarized as follows. All subjects took part in nutritional education program, but the educational methods were passive, as in the case of “home correspondence”(80.8%) and “bulletin board poster”(16.4%), and the education frequency was very low as in “one time/month”(90.2%). The subjects thought “as an independent subject”(41.5%) and “as a related subjects”(35.1%) were suitable teaching venues for the nutritional education. They were very low in individual counseling (4.5%) for school children because of “lack of opportunity”(42.2%) and “heavy work load”(24.1%). However, most of the subjects wished that nutritional counseling could offered in the future (95.5%). The parents' experience of nutritional education was also low (34.3%). Information sources for nutritional education were mainly the “internet”(53.1%) and “re-educational materials” (25.0%). The available instructional materials included “printed materials”(96.7%), “exhibition bulletin materials” (70.3%) and “electronic materials”(46.4%). The preferred education materials were “exhibitionㆍbulletin materials”(32.2%), “printed materials”(29.2%), and “electronic materials”(27.7%). However, materials they wished to purchase were “electronic materials”(54.5%) and “cubic materials”(26.0%). These results show a difference between the preferred materials and the possessed materials. Most school dietitians (98.4%) recognized the necessity of nutritional education with respect to “good table manners”(42.0%), “correction of food prejudices”(30.3%), and “proper nutrition for growth”(21.0%) Although they had a great interest in nutritional education, they had difficulty in cutting their teaming into practice because of “heavy work load”(30.9%), “lack of a systematic curriculum”(25.2%), and “lack of a educational opportunity”(22.8%). Ninety five percent of subjects wished to have nutrition education taught as an independent subject. They pointed out “kindergarten”(60.0%) and “lower grades in elementary school”(33.9%) as the optimal starting times for nutritional education and “school dietitians”(91.3%) as suitable teachers for these programs. The required topics chosen by the subjects for nutritional education for children were “proper eating habits”(54.2%) and “nutritional problem”(31.5%). The dietitians thought “food prejudices”(44.7%), “rat too much processed and instant foods”(36.5%), and “obesity”(11.8%) were the most common nutritional problems among elementary school children. These results suggest the necessity of solving the nutritional problems in children by developing a nutritional education program. Along with this program, if dietitian assisted programs for parents were developed, the effects of nutritional education could definitely be increased.

교정상담이 수형자의 적응과 수용생활에 미치는 영향 (Effects of counselling on the adaptation and behaviors of inmates)

  • 본 연구는 교정상담이 교정시설 수형자의 수용생활에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해, 수형자들에게 인성상담, 종교상담, 개인상담을 진행하고 그들의 행동변화를 측정하였다. 구체적으로 상담의 효과를 알아보기 위해 상담 프로그램 실시 직전, 그리고 상담 직후와 2개월 후의 수형자의 범죄적 경향성, 수용생활 행형점수 및 징벌횟수를 측정하여, 그 변화값으로 상담 종류 간의 차이를 알아보았다. 연구결과에 따르면 인성상담 집단과 통제집단 사이에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 즉 다른 상담집단에 비해 인성상담 집단이 아무런 상담을 받지 않은 집단과 대비할 때 유의미한 변화가 일어났음을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 이러한 교정상담의 효과가 2개월 후까지 지속된 것이 발견되었다. 상담의 진행 시기가 집단들 간에 차이가 있는 점, 특정 종교를 가진 수형자를 대상으로 하는 상담 프로그램 구성으로 인해 완전무선할당이 불가능했다는 점 등의 한계점과 함께 교정상담의 실질적 효과에 대해 논의하였다.
