The changes of neighbor relation by joining communal childcare cooperative are as follows. Neighbors who are cooperative members are consultant who advise on childcare and communal parents who nurture children in communal local society. They are also consultant on problems of couples because one can reveal difficulties and troubles in the relation with the spouse easily to the neighbors. They admit gradually that their daily life can also be shared with other families. Living with neighbors extend the boundary of family and form a sound family culture. On the other hand, because their relationship is satisfactory, they have no need to form relationship with neighbors who are not cooperative members. They regard neighbors who are not cooperative members as 'peoples with different color from us'. Also they recognize exclusive eyesight from neighbor who are not cooperative members. The changes of family relation by joining communal childcare cooperative are as follows. In the relationship between wife and husband, both husband and wife take equal responsibility of childcare and that husband gets to familiar with household matters. In the relationship between parents and children, equality comes true and parents get to blow wars to be good parents. And they neither attach to their children nor bear expansive delusions on their children.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of cooperative learning method on student achievement and attitude in Home Economics. and that what sort of effectiveness be existed between the two groups. Homogeneous & Heterogeneous one in achievement. A junior middle school in Kwangju was served for the study. Setting two groups: One is for cooperative learning and other for traditional learning. Two classes were provided with cooperative learning method. while one class with traditional learning method. Two hours of a week were devoted for the experiment. and it was also planned to be lasted six weeks from the third of June. 1998. until the 13th of July. 1998. The results are as follows: 1) Student achievement from cooperative learning method showed a little higher than those from traditional learning method. 2) Cooperative learning method was more effective than traditional learning method. mental attitude toward school. lessons and teachers were more higher than those the traditional learning method. 3) The group of Heterogeneous members was higher than the group of Homogeneous members in their student achievement. 4) It is noticeable that two groups under cooperative learning method. however showed some difference when each of them is placed in different organization. The group of Heterogeneous members was more affirmative attitude toward school. lessons and teachers than the one Homogeneous members.
The objective of this study was to propose motivation for the analysis of consumer's purchasing behavior and willingness to pay for the new soymilk products in cooperative stores. We surveyed the purchasing behavior, willingness to purchase, willingness to pay, and impact factors on willingness to pay. The results indicated that most consumers drank soymilk more than once per week. The reasons for consuming soymilk were health, nutrition, and taste, in order. When purchasing soymilk, consumers considered environment-friendly, quality, country of origin, brand, and price, consecutively. Taste was also an essential quality factor. Thus, consumers showed some willingness to purchase new soymilk products. In addition, cooperative members considered environmental characteristics of raw material and improvement of preference for final product as more important than functionality or food additives. Differentiation of process and marketing strategies are required for the development of soymilk products for cooperative members.
This study attempted to examine what effect knowledge management factors have on cooperative organizational culture regarding knowledge sharing depending on workplace types and occupations in order to seek for solution to increase efficiency and effects of knowledge management in the hospital organization. Key findings are as follows: For members of the hospital organization, the higher their recognition was in relation to 'concern and support of chief executive officer for knowledge management', and 'problem solution by specialists or superior in the organization and acquisition on the task knowledge', the more they worked as factors exerting positive effects on 'cooperative organizational culture regarding knowledge sharing'. And influence factors were different depending on workplace types and occupation.

The objectives of this study were to 1) classify the cooperative farmers' organizations in Korea according to the development level and institutional aspects through the exploration of its' conceptual and institutional basis, 2) analyze the farmers' needs for organization, 3) identify the problems and situation of organizations, and 4) formulate an effective management model for each cooperative farmers' organization. The study was carried out through a review of literature and using available statistical data collected from various sources and empirical survey. Major findings of the study were: 1) the cooperative farmers' organizations could be classified into four types : crop units, farming cooperative corporation, trust farming companies and joint-stock agri-business. 2) a lot of members of the organization feel that the information is insufficient, the opportunity to suggest their own ideas is hardly given, and the members are not satisfied with the cooperation among the members, 3) the members who have higher level of schooling education showed a higher participation level in the organization, 4) most of members did not recognize the organization they participated in, 5) participation of the organization's members and concerned institutions is an important factor to promote problem solving and better communication within the organization, 6) any type of continuing education for the members is needed to facilitate the transfer of a new agricultural and organizational technology, 7) research and development(R & D) is one of the most important factors of the development of organizations, 8) most organizations are deficient in professional management skills(financial, personal, accounts, etc.), 9) the trust farming companies have difficulties in managing the firm on account of the characteristics of agriculture(especially seasonal), the dispersed trust lands, and the need for more alternative work in the winter season, and 10) in the case of agri-businesses, their organizations are more specialized in marketing and have more structured systems of management. Based on the results of the study the following recommendations were made for further improvement and development of agricultural cooperative organizations : (1) More governmental support should be given to education for improvement of the organizational structure. And more deliberate and differentiated governmental support should be provided for the organizations to be viably managed. (2) For more efficient communication between the members and the organization, more opportunities for discussion are needed. (3) The more research should be committed to this kind of work in order to get more analytic data and strategic plans of cooperative organizations.

This study was carried out to investigate members' affiliation motive to Forest Management Cooperative which is the main managemental body of the private forests and management problems of the organization to find out a solution of the problems and set active promotion plan. The questionnaire about the management of the cooperatives was done by interviewing the members at Seoha Inboh Forest Management Cooperative in Ulsan-gun, Kyongsangnam-do and Sechong Forest Management Cooperative in Chinan-gun, Chollabuk-do from July to August in 1993. Twenty interviewees were selected in the order of their business quantity on the forest from the members who reside in their villages. Integrated matters such as were members' affiliation motive, benefit after their affiliation, management system, incorporation of the organization and other issues concerning to managemental plans questioned. During the survey period, other data about management of the cooperatives were collected from the related organizations and opinions of every president of nine cooperatives in the investigated regions. The majority of the members agreed that the cooperative is an independent forest organization and evaluated the Training and Extension Service Center high. However, their participations in the cooperative such as forest technical training and cooperative forest management were low since they have not earned any income from their forest management.
This study is to investigate the relationship among anticipation, organizational trust and cooperative intention of members of ski club for 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. Moreover, to provide the basic data for Gangwon-do Province, Pyeongchang-gun and 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics committee and to propose a plan to become a successful tournament by leading to take active participation and cooperation of the ski club members. In order to achieve these objectives, this study was given to a sampling of 341 people from members of ski club in Gangwon W, F resort. First, there was correlation static (+) between expectations and organizational trust among all factors and partially impact on an organizational trust by economic/industrial and social/cultural factors as a sub factors of expectation. Second, correlation static (+) between expectations and cooperative intention among all factors and significant impact on cooperative intention by social/cultural factors as a sub factors of expectation. The cooperative production system was proposed as an efficient production system to reduce the ship construction cost and to enhance the competitiveness for small/medium sized shipbuilder in the previous paper. In viewpoint of cooperative production system, the specialization of the FRP ship sizes has already been accomplished to reduce the number of the hull molds by FRP shipbuilders of the Sapjin industrial complex located in Mokpo area in 2003. There also exist lots of effective methods, as a cooperative production system, to cut down the construction cost. In this study, an effective production system in connection with the super structure and outfitting members is proposed such as the standardization of those items and specialized company which intensively produces the super structure and outfitting members at the collectivization area for cooperative work.

Communal places for parents to take child-care are very important in activating cooperative child-care(CCC). Therefore, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province has been operating Cooperative-Childcare-Places(CCPs) since 2016. This study analyzed the operational status of the CCPs and presented the model type to provide data for the activation of CCC. Qualitative analyses were applied to the results of interviews with 10 staff members. The common task they considered difficult was recruitment, and there was a big difference in the operation of the regular program depending on the competence of the staff in charge. The lack of support systems, such as education and consulting, has made it difficult for the staff to do their work. Additionly, four models of CCPs were found, a resident self-governing type, a workplace type, an institutional type, and a rural complex type. In conclusion, CCP spaces should be planned and facilities created with a focus on the needs of child-care activities. Second, the role of staff in helping to organize the parents' self-governing committee is crucial. Third, it needs to establish a support system to strengthen the capacity of the staff members.
The purpose of this study was to develop cooperative learning model by utilizing mind practice to build mutual understandings and reliability among team members at the early stage of cooperative learning model That is to say, mind practice was applied to make the team members understanding one another and building the member's mutual confidences. The study was performed by dividing into two stages. First, the draft of mind practice based on cooperative learning model was proposed by performing a literature survey and a case study. Second, the draft model was applied to actual classrooms. And the draft was modified and developed to the final model on the basis of the draft model's strength and improvement founded during the procedure of the actual application. This draft model was implemented to 46 students who were the sophomore of department of education and enrolled the profession class of "Education methodology and Education engineering" at J college in J city for 5 weeks. From the implementation result of the model, it was obtained that there was the positive reaction on applying mind practice to the beginning stage of cooperative learning. Adding of "Re-building team" step in the original steps was suggested. The final model was modified and issued based on the research result. In summary, it was concluded that cooperative learning model based on mind practice could not only provide the harmonious interactions among team members at the step of "building the team members" but also have a positive effect on refreshing learning atmosphere of the team.
