공동육아 협동조합에서의 참여를 통한 이웃과 가족 관계의 변화 (The Changes of Neighbor and Family Relation by Joining Communal Childcare Cooperative)

  • The changes of neighbor relation by joining communal childcare cooperative are as follows. Neighbors who are cooperative members are consultant who advise on childcare and communal parents who nurture children in communal local society. They are also consultant on problems of couples because one can reveal difficulties and troubles in the relation with the spouse easily to the neighbors. They admit gradually that their daily life can also be shared with other families. Living with neighbors extend the boundary of family and form a sound family culture. On the other hand, because their relationship is satisfactory, they have no need to form relationship with neighbors who are not cooperative members. They regard neighbors who are not cooperative members as 'peoples with different color from us'. Also they recognize exclusive eyesight from neighbor who are not cooperative members. The changes of family relation by joining communal childcare cooperative are as follows. In the relationship between wife and husband, both husband and wife take equal responsibility of childcare and that husband gets to familiar with household matters. In the relationship between parents and children, equality comes true and parents get to blow wars to be good parents. And they neither attach to their children nor bear expansive delusions on their children.

가정과 수업의 협동학습이 학업성취도와 태도에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Cooperative Learning on Student Achievement and Attitude in Home Economics)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of cooperative learning method on student achievement and attitude in Home Economics. and that what sort of effectiveness be existed between the two groups. Homogeneous & Heterogeneous one in achievement. A junior middle school in Kwangju was served for the study. Setting two groups: One is for cooperative learning and other for traditional learning. Two classes were provided with cooperative learning method. while one class with traditional learning method. Two hours of a week were devoted for the experiment. and it was also planned to be lasted six weeks from the third of June. 1998. until the 13th of July. 1998. The results are as follows: 1) Student achievement from cooperative learning method showed a little higher than those from traditional learning method. 2) Cooperative learning method was more effective than traditional learning method. mental attitude toward school. lessons and teachers were more higher than those the traditional learning method. 3) The group of Heterogeneous members was higher than the group of Homogeneous members in their student achievement. 4) It is noticeable that two groups under cooperative learning method. however showed some difference when each of them is placed in different organization. The group of Heterogeneous members was more affirmative attitude toward school. lessons and teachers than the one Homogeneous members.

두유 신제품 개발을 위한 소비자 구매행태 및 지불의사에 대한 연구 - 천안지역 생협 소비자를 중심으로 - (A Study of the Consumer's Purchase Behavior and Willingness-to-Pay on the New Soymilk - Foucused on Cooperative Members in Cheonan -)

  • The objective of this study was to propose motivation for the analysis of consumer's purchasing behavior and willingness to pay for the new soymilk products in cooperative stores. We surveyed the purchasing behavior, willingness to purchase, willingness to pay, and impact factors on willingness to pay. The results indicated that most consumers drank soymilk more than once per week. The reasons for consuming soymilk were health, nutrition, and taste, in order. When purchasing soymilk, consumers considered environment-friendly, quality, country of origin, brand, and price, consecutively. Taste was also an essential quality factor. Thus, consumers showed some willingness to purchase new soymilk products. In addition, cooperative members considered environmental characteristics of raw material and improvement of preference for final product as more important than functionality or food additives. Differentiation of process and marketing strategies are required for the development of soymilk products for cooperative members.

병원조직구성원들의 지식공유에 대한 협조적 조직문화에 영향을 주는 지식경영 요인 (Knowledge Management Factors Affecting Cooperative Organizational Culture Regarding Knowledge Sharing of Members in the Hospital Organization)

  • This study attempted to examine what effect knowledge management factors have on cooperative organizational culture regarding knowledge sharing depending on workplace types and occupations in order to seek for solution to increase efficiency and effects of knowledge management in the hospital organization. Key findings are as follows: For members of the hospital organization, the higher their recognition was in relation to 'concern and support of chief executive officer for knowledge management', and 'problem solution by specialists or superior in the organization and acquisition on the task knowledge', the more they worked as factors exerting positive effects on 'cooperative organizational culture regarding knowledge sharing'. And influence factors were different depending on workplace types and occupation.

작목별 협동조직의 유형과 효율적 운영방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Types and Effective Management Schemes of the Cooperative Farmers' Organizations in Korea)

  • The objectives of this study were to 1) classify the cooperative farmers' organizations in Korea according to the development level and institutional aspects through the exploration of its' conceptual and institutional basis, 2) analyze the farmers' needs for organization, 3) identify the problems and situation of organizations, and 4) formulate an effective management model for each cooperative farmers' organization. The study was carried out through a review of literature and using available statistical data collected from various sources and empirical survey. Major findings of the study were: 1) the cooperative farmers' organizations could be classified into four types : crop units, farming cooperative corporation, trust farming companies and joint-stock agri-business. 2) a lot of members of the organization feel that the information is insufficient, the opportunity to suggest their own ideas is hardly given, and the members are not satisfied with the cooperation among the members, 3) the members who have higher level of schooling education showed a higher participation level in the organization, 4) most of members did not recognize the organization they participated in, 5) participation of the organization's members and concerned institutions is an important factor to promote problem solving and better communication within the organization, 6) any type of continuing education for the members is needed to facilitate the transfer of a new agricultural and organizational technology, 7) research and development(R & D) is one of the most important factors of the development of organizations, 8) most organizations are deficient in professional management skills(financial, personal, accounts, etc.), 9) the trust farming companies have difficulties in managing the firm on account of the characteristics of agriculture(especially seasonal), the dispersed trust lands, and the need for more alternative work in the winter season, and 10) in the case of agri-businesses, their organizations are more specialized in marketing and have more structured systems of management. Based on the results of the study the following recommendations were made for further improvement and development of agricultural cooperative organizations : (1) More governmental support should be given to education for improvement of the organizational structure. And more deliberate and differentiated governmental support should be provided for the organizations to be viably managed. (2) For more efficient communication between the members and the organization, more opportunities for discussion are needed. (3) The more research should be committed to this kind of work in order to get more analytic data and strategic plans of cooperative organizations.

산림경영협업체(山林經營協業體) 운영(運營)에 관(關)한 회원(會員)의 의식동향(意識動向) (The Opinion Trend of Members of the Forest Management Cooperatives Concerning Its Management)

  • 본 연구는 사유림 경영의 주체인 산림경영협업체에 가입하고 있는 회원들을 대상으로 협업체 가입의 동기와 운영상의 여러 문제점 등을 파악하여, 협업체 유지 및 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 수행되었다. 협업체 운영에 관한 설문은 직접적인 면담을 통하여, 1993년 7월과 8월 사이에 실시하였으며, 경상남도 울산군 서하 인보산림경영협업체와 전라북도 진안군 세정산림경영협업체를 조사대상으로 하였다. 조사 대상 회원은 소재 회원 가운데 산림사업량이 가장 많은 회원순으로 각각 20인씩을 선정하였으며, 설문내용은 협업체에 가입하게 된 동기, 협업체 가입후의 이점, 협업경영 방식, 협업체의 법인화 및 앞으로의 산림경영계획 등 협엽체 운영에 관한 전반적인 사항이다. 조사 기간 동안에는 관련기관으로 부터의 자료수집과, 조사대상지역에 조직되어 있는 9개 협업체의 회장 전원을 면담하여 협업체 운영에 관한 의견도 구하였다. 설문 결과 협업체 조작에 대해서는 대부분의 회원이 자주석인 산주조직이라는 공동된 의식을 지니고 있었으나, 산림경영으로부터 수입이 없어, 산림사업 대행과 육림기술제공에 대한 지도소의 역할을 높이 평가하면서도, 임업기술교육에 대한 관심과 협업산림경영에 대한 참여의식은 낮은 것으로 조사되었다.

2018평창동계올림픽에 대한 스키동호인들의 기대감이 조직신뢰 및 협력의사에 미치는 영향 (Impact on organizational trust and cooperative intention from expectations of ski hobbyists for 2018 Pyeongchang Olympic Winter Games)

  • 본 연구는 2018평창동계올림픽에 대한 스키동호인들의 기대감, 조직신뢰, 협력의사의 관계를 규명하기 위해 강원도 W, F리조트를 이용하는 동호인을 모집단으로 선정하여 목적적 표집방법으로 341명을 표집한 후 SPSS/WIN VERSION 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구목적과 방법을 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기대감과 조직신뢰 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 기대감의 하위요인인 경제/산업, 사회/문화요인은 조직신뢰에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기대감과 협력의사 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 기대감의 하위요인인 사회/문화요인은 협력의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 조직신뢰와 협력의사 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 조직신뢰의 하위요인인 믿음요인은 협력의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

강화플라스틱선의 협동화 생산시스템 운용을 위한 표준화 연구 (On the Standardization of FRP Ships for the Cooperative Production System)

  • The cooperative production system was proposed as an efficient production system to reduce the ship construction cost and to enhance the competitiveness for small/medium sized shipbuilder in the previous paper. In viewpoint of cooperative production system, the specialization of the FRP ship sizes has already been accomplished to reduce the number of the hull molds by FRP shipbuilders of the Sapjin industrial complex located in Mokpo area in 2003. There also exist lots of effective methods, as a cooperative production system, to cut down the construction cost. In this study, an effective production system in connection with the super structure and outfitting members is proposed such as the standardization of those items and specialized company which intensively produces the super structure and outfitting members at the collectivization area for cooperative work.

제주 지역 공동육아나눔터 운영 실태 연구 (A Study of the Conditions of Cooperative Child-care Places in Jeju Self-Governing Province)

  • Communal places for parents to take child-care are very important in activating cooperative child-care(CCC). Therefore, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province has been operating Cooperative-Childcare-Places(CCPs) since 2016. This study analyzed the operational status of the CCPs and presented the model type to provide data for the activation of CCC. Qualitative analyses were applied to the results of interviews with 10 staff members. The common task they considered difficult was recruitment, and there was a big difference in the operation of the regular program depending on the competence of the staff in charge. The lack of support systems, such as education and consulting, has made it difficult for the staff to do their work. Additionly, four models of CCPs were found, a resident self-governing type, a workplace type, an institutional type, and a rural complex type. In conclusion, CCP spaces should be planned and facilities created with a focus on the needs of child-care activities. Second, the role of staff in helping to organize the parents' self-governing committee is crucial. Third, it needs to establish a support system to strengthen the capacity of the staff members.

마음공부 기반의 협동학습 수업모형 개발에 관한 연구 ((A) Study on the Development of Mind Practice based on Cooperative Learning Model)

  • 본 연구는 협동학습의 모형 초기에 팀 구성원의 상호 이해와 신뢰를 구축하기 위해 마음공부를 이용함으로써 마음공부를 기반으로 하는 협동학습 수업모형을 개발하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이에 따라서 첫째, 문헌 및 사례연구를 통하여 마음공부 기반의 협동학습 수업모형 초안을 구안하고, 둘째, 이를 수업현장에 적용하여 봄으로서 모형 초안에 대한 강점과 개선점을 중심으로 수정 보완한 후 완성된 형태의 최종모형을 구안하였다. 도출된 모형의 초안을 J시 J대학의 교직과목인 '교육방법 및 교육공학'을 수강하는 교육과 2학년 학생 총 46명을 대상으로 5주에 걸쳐 현장에 적용하였다. 모형 초안을 적용한 결과 마음공부에 대한 긍정적인 반응과 팀 재구성 단계에 대한 필요성이 도출되었고 이를 바탕으로 모형을 수정 보완하여 최종 모형안을 구안하게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 마음공부를 기반으로 하는 협동학습 수업모형은 팀 구성 시 팀원들 간의 원활한 상호작용뿐 만 아니라, 이를 통한 학습 분위기 쇄신에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다.
