구별짓기와 협조적 행동의 공진화 (The Coevolution of Cooperation and Trait Distinction)

  • 본 논문은 국지적 상호작용 하에서 행위자들간에 특성의 차이에 근거한 구별짓기가 협조적 행위의 진화에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 구별짓기의 성향이 왜, 그리고 어떤 메커니즘을 통해서 진화해나가는지를 보이고자 시도할 것이다. 아울러 구별짓기 성향과 함께 내부인과 외부인을 향한 행동을 다르게 함으로써 어떻게 내부인에 대한 이타적 협조행동을 발생시키는지, 더 나아가 구별짓기의 근거가 되는 행위자들의 여러 특성들(생물학적 혹은 문화적)은 어떻게 변화해 나가고 이들 특성의 변화가 구별짓기와 협조적 행동에 어떤 효과를 가져오는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 더 나아가 본 논문에서는 구별짓기가 협조적 행위의 진화에 영향을 미치는 과정을 장/단기로 구분함으로써 구별짓기의 효과를 보다 명확히 규명하고자 한다.

Self-Organization for Multi-Agent Groups

  • This paper presents a framework for the self-organization of swarm systems based on coupled nonlinear oscillators (CNOs). In this scheme, multiple agents in a swarm self-organize to flock and arrange themselves as a group using CNOs, which are able to keep a certain distance by the attractive and repulsive forces among different agents. A theoretical approach of flocking behavior by CNOs and a design guideline of CNO parameters are proposed. Finally, the formation scenario for cooperative multi-agent groups is investigated to demonstrate group behaviors such as aggregation, migration, homing and so on. The task for each group in this scenario is to perform a series of processes such as gathering into a whole group or splitting into two groups, and then to return to the base while avoiding collision with agents in different groups and maintaining the formation of each group.

  • In previous research of social dilemma, there is no extended game that the players can select one game out of some social dilemma games. We propose this kind of game as "Distributed Social Dilemma" In this game, each player tries to acquire the adaptive strategy throughout local interactions. We make use of GA as evolutionary operations. In this paper, our purpose is to examine how the game selection of players influences the evolution of cooperation in distributed social dilemma.   • It is an interesting area in the field of artificial intelligence to and an analytic model of cooperative structure for multi-agent system accomplishing a given task. Usually it is difficult to design controllers for multi-agent systems without a comprehensive knowledge about the system. One of the way to overcome this limitation is to implement an evolutionary approach to design the controllers. This paper introduces the use of a genetic algorithm to discover a fuzzy logic controller with rules that govern emergent co-operative behavior: A modified genetic algorithm was applied to automating the discovery of a fuzzy logic controller jot multi-agents playing a pursuit game. Simulation results indicate that, given the complexity of the problem, an evolutionary approach to and the fuzzy logic controller seems to be promising.

  • 본 논문에서는 자율 이동 로봇의 학습을 위해 신경망과 진화 알고리즘을 이용한 방법을 제안하고 또한 행동기반 제어 방법인 포섭구조를 이용해 로봇의 행동을 제어하는 방법을 제안한다. 포섭 구조는 기존의 Al방법과는 달리 행동 규칙을 병렬적으로 모듈화 하여 낮은 레벨에서는 기본적인 행동을 담당하고, 높은 레벨에서는 좀 더 복잡한 행동을 담당하는 구조로 되어있다. 따라서 각 행동 레벨이 협조를 함으로써 복잡한 임무를 수행할 수 있다 포섭 구조에서 각 레벨의 제어기는 신경망으로 구성하며 각 행동 레벨이 서로 영향을 주고받으며 진화함으로써 주어진 임무를 달성하도록 한다 제안된 방법은 자율 이동 로봇인 Khepera 로봇의 시뮬레이션을 통해 결과의 효율성을 입증한다.

  • This paper describes some major trends in primary and secondary education now. It is a selective views of significant topics with important implication for the future. These trends are summarized as follows, after examining historical development of Teaching-learning Methodology in primary and secondary education. 1. Education is seen as part of interdisciplinary world; emphasis is on relating education to the students' world, which is not compartmentalized. 2. Emphasizing students' individual growth with their own goal of lives. 3. Open-education with variable contents and purposes of education. 4. Education for all from that for some. 5. Consructivist based from behavior based. 6. Cooperative learning, peer tutoring, group projects. 7. Authentic assessment; assessment integrated with instruction. 8. The teacher is a facilitator of learning and a learner as well; students are learners and teachers in some situations; networks emerge instead of one-way forms or communication. 9. Spiral curriculum from single exposure.

Dynamic Behavior of Photoinduced Birefringence of Copolymers Containing Aminonitro Azobenzene Chromophore in the Side Chain

  • Photoresponsive side chain polymers containing aminonitro azobenzene were synthesized for studying optically induced birefringence. Four different copolymers were prepared using methacrylate, a-methylstyrene, and itaconate monomer. Two copolymers are totally amorphous and the other two are liquid crystalline in nature. Trans-to-cis photoisomerization was observed under the exposure of UV light with UV-VIS absorption spectroscopy. Reorientation of polar azobenzene molecules induced optical anisotropy under a linearly polarized light at 532 nm. The dynamic parameters of optically induced birefringence let us compare the effect of polymeric structure on the rate of growth and decay of the birefringence. Besides the effect of glass transition temperature on the dynamics of photoinduced birefringence, we focused our interests on the geometrical hindrance of polar azobenzene molecules and cooperative motion of environmental mesogenic molecules in the vicinity of polar azobenzene moiety.

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the effects of jigsaw cooperative learning on the communication ability, problem solving ability, critical thinking disposition, self-directed learning ability and cooperation of nursing students. Methods: A one-group, pre-post design was utilized with 92 nursing students as subjects. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-tests using SPSS/WIN 24.0. Results: The scores on problem solving ability, self-directed learning ability and cooperation were significantly increased after the education intervention. Conclusion: These findings indicate that cooperation learning is an effective intervention for improving problem-solving, self-directed learning ability, and cooperation in nursing education.

Effect of Molecular Aggregation on the Photo-Induced Anisotropy in Amorphous Polymethacrylate Bearing an Aminonitroazobenzene Moiety

  • We investigated H-type molecular aggregation in a simply spin-coated amorphous homopolymer film of polymethacrylate containing push-pull azobenzene moieties. It was found that the aggregate formation was strongly influenced by thermal treatment an d that the aggregate created in the polymer film could be easily disrupted by irradiation of a linearly polarized light. In the first writing cycle of aggregated polymer film, photo-induced birefringence showed a steep increase to the highest value followed by a gradual decrease to the certain asymptotic value under longer irradiation of a linearly polarized light. This unique behavior could be attributed to the cooperative motion and the disruption of the aggregated molecules under continuous irradiation of light.
