본 기술의 진화는 역사상 유래 없는 속도로 사회와 기업의 변화를 가속하고 있고 요구되는 대응을 위해 대형 IT 프로젝트가 긴박하게 추진되고 있다. 고도의 기술과 대규모 업무를 다루고, 막대한 인력과 비용이 투입되는 대규모 프로젝트는 인간 심리와 복잡계 이론에 기반한 전략적 갈등관리가 요구되나, 기존의 관리방법은 이에 부응하는 실용적 기제를 제시하지 못하는 실정으로 프로젝트 실패가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 적절한 해법을 찾기 위해 프로젝트 실패 현황과 성과 요인, 프로젝트 리더십에 대해 관련 연구하였고, 대형 IT 프로젝트의 복잡성과 갈등구조에 주목하여 기존의 프로젝트 관리방안에서는 간과하였던 심리학적, 행동경제학적 접근을 접목하였다. 논문에서 제시한 프로젝트 행태관리 방안은 대규모 IT 프로젝트의 주요 실패 행태들을 근원적이고 선제적으로 해소할 수 있는 프로젝트 단계별 행태관리 전략과 실천적 프랙티스를 제시한다. 해당 현장 전문가 및 실무자 그룹의 설문조사를 통해 제안된 행태관리 방안의 유효성에 대한 기대를 검증하였고, 본 방안을 대형 프로젝트 관리에 도입함으로써 보다 안정적인 프로젝트 성공 기반을 확보할 수 있다.

In Korea, various community investment renewable project models are being implemented to increase community acceptance of renewable energy. An important factor for enhancing local acceptance is that renewable energy projects have a positive effect on revitalizing the local economy such as income increase or job creation for residents and local companies. To maximize the local economic effect of large-scale community investment renewable energy projects, this study developed an evaluation index for local economy activation, whose indicators are the local return on investment, local companies' participation, local job creation, regional cooperation, transparency, and governance. Analysis of existing evaluation indicators and current renewable projects, financial analysis, and expert interviews were used in this research. The pilot evaluation determined that, the local economic effect was high in the following order: a fund investment wind project (Gangwon), benefit-sharing wind project (Jeju), and general wind project. In particular, residents' investment amount, the number of participating residents, and the amount and transparency of the regional cooperation fund were key factors to expand the effect of local economy activation. This evaluation index could be used in public bidding for renewable energy projects such as offshore wind zoning areas of local government.

Over the past few decades, gender equality has been considered one of the fundamental principles and a significant crosscutting issue in international development. However, beyond applying 'gender equality' as a policy buzzword, there has been a lack of critical reviews on how generally 'gender equality in education' is understood and constructed in Korea's development programs and projects. In this regard, this paper explores the use of vocabularies and semantic meanings of gender equality in the Korean Government's Academic Cooperation Program and its 52 projects. By applying mixed contents analysis as a method, the research resulted in several findings: first, the policy papers recently highlighted Korea's directions on gender mainstreaming and gender-sensitive approaches in international development. Second, 'integrating women and girls' into education institutions was emphasized in various projects; third, the term women rather than gender were used in the texts, highlighting their position as a 'marginalized group.' Lastly, there was a lack of evidence of projects dealing with changing gender-based power relations. The constructed gendered relations and powers were identified throughout projects, usually acting as barriers to project activities. However, they were only identified, not challenged, by the program. In conclusion, whilst Korean international development and educational development discourse actively embrace Women in Development (WID) and Gender and Development (GAD) in their programs, it is time to consider the issue of gender equality from different standpoints, such as identity, rights, and capabilities and a more active engagement with Korea's domestic issues in gender discourse and practices is also needed.

아르헨티나의 전반적인 광물자원 현황의 개략적인 이해를 위해 30여개의 광상과 프로젝트를 간략히 소개하였다. 유망광상 대부분이 아르헨티나 북서 및 중서부에 분포하는데 이는 안데스 조산운동과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 시사한다. 아르헨티나는 동, 금, 은, 납, 아연, 리튬 및 붕소의 중요수출국이다. 연료에너지와 광물자원 수급의 장기적인 전략으로 양국간의 지질연구 및 광산사업의 공동협력이 활발히 요구된다.

There are many global/continental or large area land cover mapping projects because land cover is one of key parameters in environmental studies. Though ground truth collection is a important and difficult task in land cover mapping, it is usually performed independently in each project without any cooperation between them. This is the background of the development of Global Land Cover Ground Truth (GLCGT) database by the cooperation of many projects and researchers. The developed GLCGT database will be used freely by any researcher. This cooperative and common development of GLCGT database will realize reliable and continuously improved land cover ground truth data. It also eliminates duplicated efforts of ground truth collection among projects.

It is very important to educate students who can be working professionals in contents-related field. This paper discusses three types of contents academic-industrial cooperation projects which are contents technology, contents software and education, and contents-making projects. Regarding third type, this paper explains two examples of contents-making projects that Daejeon University's Animation Department did. First one is Miznco Co.'s in 2015 and second one is which exhibition is held in old provincial of Chung-nam and Skyroad[1] at Daejeon in 2016. This exhibition is held for reviving old town area of Daejeon which is called one-do-sim through great contents. This paper also proposes what contents-related department in each university has to do to survive in tough period.

Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture(YKAP) possesses the potential to become the first testing ground for the North-East Asian Energy Cooperation in renewable energy sector. We found that production of biodiesel from rapeseed and CHP (Combined Heat and Power Plant) project utilizing abundant forest resources are the two main bioenergy development projects which may have further development potential considering the resource endowments and the focus of Chinese governments' current rural development policy. Provision of stable and transparent investment environments and the development of a close cooperation mechanism between Korea and China government are the prerequisite conditions for investments in the sector. Other international institutional agreements, such as CDM, shall be fully utilized for biomass CHP projects.

성장에 중점을 둔 도시정책은 도시 내 쇠퇴지역을 발생시켰고, 지속가능한 성장을 위한 도시재생의 중요성은 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 도시쇠퇴 실태의 정확한 진단과 현재 진행되고 있는 도시재생사업의 측면별 평가를 통해 도시재생 전략과 사업의 문제점 수정, 보완의 근거를 제시하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 도시 내 쇠퇴지역을 유형별로 도출하고, 쇠퇴지역에서 시행되고 있는 도시재생사업을 물리적, 경제적, 사회적 측면의 지속가능한 도시재생 계획요소로 평가하여 지역의 유형별 쇠퇴양상에 적합한 도시재생사업이 시행되고 있는지를 평가하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 대전시의 19개 쇠퇴지역 모두 지속가능한 도시재생 계획요소 적용 정도가 '보통' 이하로 나타나, 도시재생사업이 적극적으로 시행되고 있지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 회덕동을 제외한 모든 지역이 쇠퇴유형에 대응하는 도시재생사업을 시행하고 있지 못한 것으로 평가되었으며, 물리적 도시재생사업에 치우쳐 있는 것으로 나타나 쇠퇴유형에 대응할 수 있는 사회적, 경제적 도시재생사업의 발굴과 통합적, 지속적 도시재생 노력이 필요하다.

The construction industry in developing countries like Vietnam, which incorporates small and medium construction enterprises, is typically more prone to disputes and contract dispute-related lawsuits. A dispute may occur at any time in the life cycle of the project. It is sometimes solved with the intermediation of a lawyer or directly by stakeholders. Understanding the causes of disputes in a construction project not only improves the efficiency of a company but also increases the success of projects. This study was carried out using a questionnaire survey at construction projects in Ho Chi Minh City. Sample data with 117 observations were analyzed to find the disputing factors in construction projects: diversity of working style among the parties; reluctance to work; and poor teamwork. Correlation coefficient on a rank of factors between design consultant and contractor; Design consultant and project owners are positively correlated. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) analysis identified six groups of factors in construction disputes: cooperation, technology, economics, productivity, information, and behavior. The findings are useful for enterprise practice and provide participants with an overview of sources of dispute. Thus, a more complete risk management plan can be formulated, which will accelerate project progress and improve the likelihood of success.

Comprehensive rural village development projects were launched by MAF(Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry) and KARICO (Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Cooperation). Since 2004, they received much attention for rural development policy, such as the bottom-up approach, inducing participation of residents and enhancing regional capacity. However, there still remain several problems to be solved. The purpose of this study was to suggest methodologies to facilitate residents' participation in comprehensive rural village development projects by literature review. The core problems of comprehensive rural village development projects in the planning stage were the conflicts among residents and the lack of resident capacity for rural development. Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations were made to facilitate the residents' participation. In order to reinforce the residents' participation, the mediating skills of conflicts among residents and the strategies for strengthening the residents' capacity should be introduced in comprehensive rural village development projects.
