Laser Scanning Vibrometer를 이용한 초음파 이송시스템의 이송 메커니즘에 관한 연구 (A Study on Transport Mechanism of the Ultrasonic Transporting System using Laser Scanning Vibrometer)

  • In the semiconductor and the optical industry a new transport system which can replace the conventional sliding system is required. These systems are driven by magnetic field and conveyer belt. The magnetic field damages semiconductor and contact force scratches the optical lens. The ultrasonic wave driven system can solve these problem. In this paper, the vibration behavior of flexural beam in the ultrasonic transport system is verified using Laser Scanning Vibrometer. The experiments for verifying vibration are performed in three conditions such as in the maximum transport speed, in the zero speed, and in the change of transport direction.

  • In the semiconductor and the optical industry, a new transport system which can replace the conventional sliding systems is required. The sliding systems are driven by the magnetic field and conveyer belts. The magnetic field nay damage semiconductor and the contact force may scratch the optical lens. The ultrasonic wave driven system can solve these problems. In this paper, an object transport system using the excitation of ultrasonic wave is proposed. The experiments for finding the optimal progressive frequency and the phase-differences between two ultrasonic wave generators are performed. The relationships between transportation speed and the excitation frequency, flexural beam shapes and amplification voltage are investigated.

  • A high speed and stable A/D conversion data process is required to weigh a mass on moving conveyer weighing platter. The paper presents a new method to obtain stable and fast automatic weighing A/D conversion data process. Dynamic weighting system which is constructed with dual load cell is realized by the stable A/D conversion data process algorithm using DSP. The proposed method is applied to the real design, and that experimental results showed good performances of the weighing stability.

  • In difference with the rotary type electrical machinery, the linear induction motor(LIM) that generates the direct thrust directly, is widely used for the operation system of electrified railroad, elevation system, conveyer system, and so on. The operational principle of linear induction motor is constructively similar to the general rotary induction motor. It is difficult to realize the complicate linear induction motor which is applied SVPWM system, but widely used in vector motor control system or servo control system because of its high performance in current control. In this paper, we presented the dynamic characteristic analyzing methode, and calculated efficiently the end effect by using equivalent circuit methode in the operating linear induction motor control system for Maltlab simulink modeling.

ʼn-BGA에서 Sn-Ag-Cu 솔더의 도금층에 따른 솔더링성 연구 (A Study on Solderability of Sn-Ag-Cu Solder with Plated Layers in ʼn-BGA)

  • Sn-Ag-Cu solder is known as most competitive in many kinds of Pb-free solders. In this study, effects of solderability with plated layers such as Cu, Cu/Sn, Cu/Ni and Cu/Ni/Au were investigated. Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu solder balls were reflowed in commercial reflow machine (peak temp. : 250℃ and conveyer speed : 0.6m/min). In wetting test, immersion speed was 5mm/sec., immersion time 5sec., immersion depth 4mm and temperature of solder bath was 250℃. Wettability of Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu on Cu, Cu/Sn (5㎛), Cu/Ni (5㎛), and Cu/Ni/Au (5㎛/500Å) layers was investigated. Cu/Ni/Au layer had the best wettability as zero cross time and equilibrium force, and the measured values were 0.93 sec and 7mN, respectively. Surface tension of Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu solder turmed out to be 0.52N/m. The thickness of IMC is reduced in the order of Cu, Cu/Sn, Cu/Mi and Cu/Ni/Au coated layer. Shear strength of Cu/Ni, Cu/Sn and Cu was around 560gf but Cu/Ni/Au was 370gf.
