초음파 물체 이송시스템에서 Flexural Beam 의 형태 변화에 따른 이송특성에 관한 연구 (Transport Characteristics according to Flexural Beam Shape for the Ultrasonic Transport Systems)

  • In the semiconductor and the optical industry, a new transport system which can replace the conventional sliding system is required. These systems are driven by the magnetic field and the conveyer belt. The magnetic field damages semiconductor and contact force scratches the optical lens. The ultrasonic wave driven system can solve these problems. In this paper, the object transport system using the excitation of ultrasonic wave is proposed. The experiments for finding the optimal excitation frequency, finding phasedifference between two ultrasonic wave generators are performed. The relationship of transporting speed according to the change of flexural beam shape is verified. In addition, the system performance for practical use is evaluated.

  • The 10t/d pyrolysis demonstration plant have been developed for waste tire recycling treatment and value added commercialization. The initial plant model had been started under 2.4t/d capacity with continuous operation, and the commercial plant has been achieved to the 120t/d based on demonstration plant having the tube reactor with chain conveyer attached disk. The next generation pyrolysis plant for waste tire is reviewed and the assignment for plant development is presented briefly.

  • In the semiconductor and the optical industry a new transport system which can replace the conventional sliding system is required. These systems are driven by magnetic field and conveyer belt. The magnetic field damages semiconductor and contact force scratches the optical lens. The ultrasonic wave driven system can solve these problem. In this paper, the vibration behavior of flexural beam in the ultrasonic transport system is verified using Laser Scanning Vibrometer. The experiments for verifying vibration are performed in three conditions such as in the maximum transport speed, in the zero speed, and in the change of transport direction.

  • The 120t/d pyrolysis commercial plant for waste tire recycling have been constructed in Malaysia and is going to be operated. The plant have the tube reactor with chain conveyer attached disk developed in demonstration research stage. The reactor temperature for commercial plant is about 500deg.C and reactor inside pressure is -100$\sim$-120mmHg. Non-condensable gas is used as fuel for pyrolysis heat source, and the exhausted heat is recovered for cogeneration to produce steam and electric power of 600kw.

  • This study was performed to develop an automatic sacking device for the combine harvester which was constituted input/output signal system, controller, delivery device, shooting device, pneumatic system for shooting operation, vibration device fer sacking operation and a new developed sacking bag. A new developed automatic sacking device and new sacking bag were operated well in general. And they were possible to develop a new combine to reduce of fatigue, to improve the safety and the performance. In developed device, The optimum delivery velocity of conveyer for sacking was 5.16 mm/sec. In sacking device, sacking discharge was shown 94% with non-vibration condition and sacking discharge was shown 99% with vibration condition, respectively.

허리굽힘 각도에 따른 요배근력특성에 관한 연구 (A study on back power for lumbar bending angle)

  • Most of carrying works have been performed in almost all production process, conveyer objects, machine equipment and work method. Then, they are made by unfitted design which doesn't consider physical condition of workers. So, it causes them to bring about forceful motion. This study investigated the back power for what difference between lumbar bending angle and back power by selecting 21 male aged 22∼30 years old. Lumbar angle were shared each 30, 60, 90 degrees and measured. The results of this study was that as lumbar angle was increasing, back power was decreased and were very significant differences for angles respectively. Besides. sample correlation coefficients were calculated in order to analyze the relationship between back power, anthropometric dimensions and grip strength. Back power was correlated with weight, arm length, hand length, breadth of palm, breadth of lower arm, breadth of wrist and left-right grip strength.

지능적인 멀티에이전트 기반 소프트웨어 PLC (Intelligent Multiagent Based Software Programmable Logic Control)

  • In this paper, I developed an intelligent multi agents based softPLC(IMPLC). In IMPLC, the standard IEC 1131-3 PLC languages(LD, SFC, FBD, ST) programmed by a user are converted to IL, which is one of intermediate codes, in order to make them interactions. And then the IL is converted to the standard C code regarding some extension and transplanting, which can be used in a commercial editor such as visual C++. In IMPLC, the logical errors and syntax errors occurred by users are detected, so that the optimal PC control based softPLC can be possible. IMPLC provide easy programming platform to such beginner as well as professionals. The study of code conversion is firstly tried in the world as well as KOREA. I applied IMPLC to 3 steps conveyer belt system. The simulation results say that the debugging steps by IMPLC using multi agents are decreased than the conventional softPLC's.

  • A high speed and stable A/D conversion data process is required to weigh a mass on moving conveyer weighing platter. The paper presents a new method to obtain stable and fast automatic weighing A/D conversion data process. Dynamic weighting system which is constructed with dual load cell is realized by the stable A/D conversion data process algorithm using DSP. The proposed method is applied to the real design, and that experimental results showed good performances of the weighing stability.
