  • The Analysis on AVR-MVR conversion trouble for Excitation System AVR-MVR conversion is a very important function to transfer AVR to MVR when the grid has abrupt changes or the control system has some problems. Therefore through studying on AVR-MVR transfer scheme, and problems which might happen when transferring, we would like to enhance the stability of generator and control system.

건강보험 환산지수의 유형별 분류방안 (A Classification of Conversion Factors of Relative Values in the National Health Insurance)

  • The purpose of this paper is to review the empirical study results of conversion factors(unit prices) for relative values of health care services in the national health insurance system and establish optimal classification of health care institutions for feasible contract of conversion factors between National Health Insurance Corporation(NHIC) and provider groups, based on legal backgrounds and types of health care service delivery system. some empirical research evidences shows the validity of applying multiple conversion factors to annual contract for reimbursement in the national health insurance. Policy recommendations suggest that clinic, hospital, general hospital, tertiary hospital, dental clinic, oriental medical clinic, pharmacy, and public health centers would be a basic category of provider groups for a meaningful price contract between the NHIC and providers.

  • The amount of electric power for photovoltaic power generation depends on the location of the power plant and the direction of solar cell. The solar cell controls the generation of solar power plants. Therefore, the structure of solar cell, manufacturing method, and optic technology were factors contributing to increased solar cell efficiency; however, the technical limit has been reached. Herein, we propose a new method to increase the solar cell efficiency using a wavelength conversion technology that converts ultraviolet and infrared rays, which are not effectively used in solar cells, into effective wavelength of solar cell. We used fluoride $Na(Ca)YF_4$ phosphor for wavelength conversion. Then, a wavelength-conversion fluorescent paste, prepared using an organic-silicon binder, was used to prepare a film that was applied to Si solar cells. It was confirmed that conversion efficiency improved by 5% or more.

토지피복지도를 이용한 저수지 수혜구역 농경지 면적 및 변화 추이 분석 (Analysis of Land Cover Change from Paddy to Upland for the Reservoir Irrigation Districts)

  • Conversion of rice paddy field to upland has been accelerated as the central government incentivizes more profitable upland crop cultivation. The objective of this study was to investigate the current status and conversion trend from paddy to upland for the reservoir irrigation districts. Total 605 of reservoir irrigation districts whose beneficiary area is greater than 200 ha were selected for paddy-to-upland conversion analysis using the land cover maps provided by the EGIS of the Ministry of Environment. The land cover data of 2019 was used to analyze up-to-date upland conversion status and its correlation with city proximity, while land cover change between 2007 and 2019 was used for paddy-to-upland conversion trend analysis. Overall 14.8% of the entire study reservoir irrigation area was converted to upland cultivation including greenhouse and orchard areas. Approximately the portion of paddy area was reduced by 17.8% on average, while upland area was increased by 4.9% over the 12 years from 2007 to 2019. This conversion from paddy to upland cultivation was more pronounced in the Gyoenggi and Gyeongsang regions compared to other the Jeolla and Chungcheong provinces. The increase of upland area was also more notable in proximity of the major city. This study findings may assist to identify some hot reservoir districts of the rapid conversion to upland cultivation and thus plan to transition toward upland irrigation system.

  • The relationship between the microstructure, mechanical properties, and oxidation behavior of pitch-, polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-, and Rayon-based carbon fibers (CFs) has been studied in detail. Three types of carbon fiber were exposed to isothermal oxidation in air and the weight change was measured by thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) apparatus. After activation energy was gained according to the conversion at reacting temperature, the value of specific surface area and the surface morphology was compared, and the reaction mechanism of oxidation affecting development of pores of carbon fibers was examined. This study will lead to a new insight into the relationship between the microstructure and mechanical properties of carbon fibers.

일본의 대학도서관 업무의 아웃소싱에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Outsourcing of the Academic Library Working in Japan)

  • 본 연구는 일본의 대학도서관에서 시행하고 있는 아웃소싱의 현황 및 실태를 조사하여 대학독립법인화로 인해 파급되는 대학도서관의 변화를 파악하여 그 대비책을 마련하고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 대학독립법인화의 핵심은 경쟁원리로 교육ㆍ연구를 통한 대학간의 경쟁을 유도하고, 국가재정 위기와 학생 수 감소에 따라 경쟁원리에 입각한 효율적 경영을 하겠다는 것이다. 이에 따라 대학의 자율권은 확대되는 대신 정부지원은 축소되므로 아웃소싱을 통해 경비절감을 추구할 것이고, 이는 인원삭감으로 이어질 가능성이 매우 높다. 따라서 이러한 환경변화에 대처하기 위하여, 아웃소싱 현황을 분석하여 대학이 요구하는 교육ㆍ연구기능의 강화와 효율적 경영에 도서관이 고려해야 할 사항과 방향을 제시하였다.

  • A two compartmented autoclave reactor for the polymerization of low density polyethylene is analyzed with respect to the effects of heat transfer and operation variables. Each compartment being considered as a completely mixed cell, two CSTRs model is proposed. The system shows various multiplicity features of steady state and periodic oscillatory motions. Heat removal efficiency and initiator supplement appear to have significant effect on the conversion of monomer with the temperature properly maintained, which should be taken into account in the reactor design.

  • This paper is Instant space vector PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)power conversion devices in switching power semiconductors from my generation to losses and switching when the voltage surge and current surge of electronic noise(EMI: Electro Magnetic Interference / RFI: Radio Frequency Interference)to effectively minimize the power soft-switching power conversion circuit topologies of auxiliary resonant DC tank for the purpose of high performance realization of the electric power conversion system by the high-speed switching of a semiconductor device(AQRDCT simultaneously : an active auxiliary resonance using auxiliary Quasi-resonant DC tank)DC link snubber switch has adopted a three-phase voltage inverter. AQRDCL proposed in this paper can reduce the effective and current peak stress of the power semiconductors of the auxiliary resonant snubber circuit compared to the conventional active-resonant DC link snubber, it is not necessary to install the clamp switch of the auxiliary resonant DC link, DC the peak current and power loss of the bus line can be reduced.

  • This paper proposes a new non-isolated DC conversion circuit topology of the voltage source coupled inductor series resonant high-frequency PFM controlled boost chopper type DC-DC power converter using two in one IGBT power module, which can efficiently operate under a principle of zero current soft switching for wide output regulation voltage setting ranges and wide fluctuation of the input DC side voltage as well as the load variation ranges. Its steady state operating principle and the output voltage regulation characteristics in the open-loop-based output voltage control scheme without PI controller loop are described and evaluated from theoretical and experimented viewpoints. Finally, in this paper the computer-aided simulation steady-state analysis and the experimental results are presented in order to prove the effectiveness and the validity of voltage regulation characteristics of the proposed series resonant zero current soft switching boost chopper type DC-DC power converter circuit using IGBTs which is based on simple pulse frequency modulation strategy more than, 20kHz.

태양광 발전시스템의 컨버터 고장에 따른 보상운전기법 (Fault tolerant control scheme for a converter in a photovoltaic system)

  • The demands for photovoltaic systems on a large scale have grown dramatically and require new technologies to get the high efficiency and reliable operations of power conversion systems. These needs can be realized by the cost-effective and high performance digital revolutions and faster semiconductor switching devices. However, the new power systems have been more sophisticated and their reliability becomes critical issues. In this paper, a new fault-tolerance power conversion scheme for the photovoltaic systems is proposed. The proposed fault-tolerant scheme is able to supply energy from solar panels to loads intermittently in spite of a front boost converter open failure, and its voltage and current controllers are designed to improve the transient performance by using an average model design scheme. The proposed approach is verified both by simulations. The results will enable more timely and wide usage of alternative/renewable energy systems resulting in increased energy security.
