With the business environment rapidly changing, organizational politics becomes a general and inevitable phenomenon in organizations. Employees' perception of organizational politics (POP) both has positive functions and negative functions, but many study results found it has a negative effects on employees' attitudes and behaviors. Despite the awareness of the importance in managing the negative effects of organizational politics at the workplace is increasing, research relating to employees' POP hasn't received much attention in China. With empirical analysis, the main findings come as follow: Firstly, POP has a significant positive(+) effect on turnover intention and a significant negative(-) effect on OCB. Secondly, Through the mediation of job stress, POP is indirectly and positively(+) associated with turnover intention and negatively(-) associated with OCB. Lastly, Procedural justice has a moderating effects between POP and job stress.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of hypertension and diabetes mellitus on depression and suicidal impulse through the total inspection on specific rural areas in Gangwon-do. This survey selected adults over the age of 30 and conducted from May 19 to Sep. 30 in 2014. Of the 1,200 questionnaires distributed, 970 were completed and returned to be used for the study. To figure out the actual condition of hypertension and diabetes among the participants, the research examined the degree of their depression and suicidal impulse. It examined their smoking and exercise habits to check their health conditions. The research showed that patients diagnosed with hypertension and diabetes had a higher tendency of depression and suicidal impulse. The significant variable affecting depression is suicidal impulse(p<0.001>). Also, the significant variables affecting suicidal impulse are hypertension and depression. Based on these results, local health institutions need to include mental health services for the patients with hypertension and diabetes and coordinate them comprehensively and effectively.

In the analyzed cardiac CT algorithm applied when comparing the MAR self-made metal artifact reduction in pacemaker inserted phantom degree. Result of comparing the energy value by CT showed a decrease in the CT value in the case of BKG 40 KeV in WSA maximum decreased to 663.2% in the case of 140 KeV BHA were increased a maximum of 56.2%. In addition, the maximum was decreased by approximately 145% based on a 70 KeV artifacts in CT value comparison by type WSA, BHA was to increase up to approximately 46.38%. MAR Algorithm is believed to provide a more quality cardiac CT image if the energy changes, or have the effect that by type and irrespective of reduced metal artifacts occurrence of artifacts applied to the pacemaker when tracking a heart CT scan after inserting MAR algorithm.

Lifts are used as an essential means of transportation within the building in an emergency situation, when used as a means of escape, so expect a lot of research has been conducted high effect. However, this does not include detailed design guidelines so far.[1] We propose the Evacuee Guidance of Elevator System that can be used as entering air equipment, sprinkler and smart phone evacuation system.

In this paper, we investigates the basis of the theological aesthetics and the Bible as the standard of human value standards on the basis of this theological aesthetics. In another approach, unique designs of plants and animals were described in terms of aesthetics. These descriptions were then employed to design and create things, recognised for their beauty as well as practicable applications. From this point of view, we can deduce the relevance of God, the created world, and theological aesthetics. We review the implications of human engineering and the art of convergence and engineering theology. We discussed why the need for a tool of theological aesthetics in convergence engineering is important. We will need more discussion in terms of technological progress in which theological aesthetics is embodied in order to develop more healthy, moral and ethical convergent engineering skills in our society and to provide a better and healthier life for mankind.

This study tries to look into the relationship between preventive behaviors and health belief for hepatitis A and seroprevanlence rate of hepatitis A. The cross ratio of seroprevanlence rate of hepatitis A significantly increased with an increase in age [1.210(95% CI, 1.158-1.264)], and those who had hepatitis A vaccination had a significantly higher cross ratio than those who didn't [19.591(95% CI 6.524-58.82)], and the more health motivation they had, the higher the cross ratio was [1.478(95% CI 1.053-2.075)]. To increase seroprevalence rate of hepatitis A, it is necessary to provide personal hygiene for health motivation and prevention education thoroughly and to give vaccination of hepatitis A.

Because of explosive increase of information, it spends a lot of time to trace and analysis research trends during total R&D process. It has rapidly evolved from R&D or process development within a specific domain of knowledge to R&D or process development through knowledge convergency. To accept such a paradigm, it is necessary to convert dissemination system from a separate, standalone, and fragmentary information to highly coupled fusion information. Although there are several studies on knowledge flows between science and technology or technology and industry, it is difficult to analyse and utilize quantitatively to establish policy of Science, Technology, and Industry. The reason is the lack of information resource to analyse knowledge flow from science to industry. This paper intends to develop framework of highly coupled linking system between patent and scientific paper to utilize R&D, S&T policy, and industry policy.

In accordance with importance of the economic value of forests and forest use, the paradigm of development and use has emerged as the dominant paradigm of forest policy. As forests are recognized as an important means of Wellness, the government pursues a policy convergence between forest use and conservation. So, this article analyzed whether the change of forestry convergence paradigm is reflected in policy or not. The purpose of this study was to analyze through content analysis and network analysis, whether the new combined text value are fused in how forest policy. According to the results, the function of utilization which is off the traditional forestry industry and recreation, wellness are acquired a greater importance in the 5th plan than 4th plan. But the 5th plan is insufficient to establish of foundation for forestry management and welfare functions. The evidence suggest a sign of sustained paradigm convergency in forest policy of Korea. As the policy implication in establishing national forest master plan, it is necessary to strengthen policy capability to pursue sustainable forestry utilization, which can converge forest use and conservation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the safety, working condition and the organizational commitment among crews members of airline companies in Korea. The data were collected from 230 employees of the a private airline company who gave their informed consent and completed a self-reported questionnaire in November, 2014. A structural equation model was established. The fitness of the hypothetical model was adequate (${\chi}^2=88.424$, df=48, RMR=0.044, GFI=0.940, CFI=0.964, NFI=0.926, IFI=0.965). Analysis of the hypothetical model demonstrated that effects of safety, working condition were significantly correlated with organizational justice and organizational commitment. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to develop a safety program and working condition to encourage better organizational commitment of the pilot, leading to a brighter future for domestic airline business.

The molybdenum cup and molybdenum pin, which are the main materials of the molybdenum electrode used for the LCD BLU CCFL electrode, did not been developed in Japan and all of them are imported and used from Japan, is giving a competitive burden. In this research, to develop the manufacturing technology of molybdenum pin used for CCFL electrode of LCD BLU, development of linear processing technology, development of molybdenum wire surface treatment technology, development of wire cutting technology, production of molybdenum pin, design and fabrication of JIG and Fixture for inspection, molybdenum pin prototyping and analysis, and development of 100% molybdenum pin inspection technology. In this paper, especially, research on design and manufacturing of JIG and Fixture for molybdenum pin manufacturing and inspection is treated.
