리더십과 지식관리 (Leadership and Knowledge Management)

  • 많은 연구자들이 리더십이 지식관리에 매우 큰 영향을 미친다고 이야기 하고 있으나, 리더십에 초점을 두어 지식관리와의 관계를 논의한 연구는 매우 드물었다. 본 연구에서는 지식관리를 성공적으로 해내고 있다고 평가받는 2개의 지방자치 직원들을 대상으로 면담을 통해, 기관장의 리더십이 지식관리에 어떻게 영향을 주었는지를 밝혀내고자 하는 목적으로 시작되었다. 특히 본 연구에서는 리더십 유형 중 지식관리와 상관관계가 높은 참여적 리더십사례를 통해 리더십이 성공적 지식관리에 어떻게 영향을 주는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구결과 참여적 리더십은 조직구성원들의 조직 내의 의사결정에의 참여기회를 확대하고, 자유로운 의사소통을 활성화하여 조직 내 성공적인 지식관리를 담보한다는 점을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 리더십이 지식관리와 매우 높은 상관관계임을 밝혀냈으며, 향후에는 양적접근방법을 병행하여 리더십 변수와 지식관리와의 상관관계를 경험적으로 검증하는 것 역시 의미 있으리라 본다.

간호대학생의 환자안전관리 수행자신감 영향요인에 관한 융합적 연구 (Convergence Study on the Factors Influencing Confidence in Performing Patient Safety Management of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 환자안전관리 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인하기 위해 수행하였다. 연구대상자는 국내 2개 도시, 4개 간호대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 230명이었다. 자료수집은 2020년 6월 22일부터 6월 26일까지 시행되었고, 구조화된 자가보고식의 설문지 작성을 통해 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0 program을 사용하였다. 상관분석 결과, 환자안전관리 수행자신감은 환자안전관리 지식(r=.321, p<.001), 태도(r=.584, p<.001), 임상의사결정능력(r= .460, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 환자안전관리 태도(𝛽=.35, p=.005)와 임상의사결정능력(𝛽=.23, p<.001)은 환자안전관리 수행자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 회귀모형의 설명력은 34.2%였다. 그러므로 본 연구자는 간호대학생의 환자안전관리 수행자신감 증진을 위한 맞춤형 융합교육 프로그램을 개발할 것을 제언한다.

  • 스마트워크의 적용업무는 점차 단순반복 업무 중심에서 지식기반의 업무로 변화될 것이다. 그래서 개인의 지식활동과 조직에서 지식경영을 스마트워크 환경에 적합하도록 지원하는 것은 조직의 성과에 매우 중요한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 맥락에서 스마트워크를 실시하고자 하는 조직에 있어서 필요로 하는 지식경영 활성화 전략을 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 먼저 기존의 텔레워킹, 재택근무, 이동근무, 가상조직 등에서 연구된 지식경영 활동과 관련된 문헌들을 중심으로 스마트워크에 있어서 지식경영의 특성들을 파악한다. 다음으로 기존의 지식경영 방법에 스마트워크 환경에서 추가되어야 할 지식경영 전략 및 활성화 방안을 개발하여 제시한다. 본 연구는 학문적으로는 스마트워크 환경에서의 지식경영에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제시하고, 실무적으로는 최근 스마트워크를 계획하고 있는 정부와 기업의 기획자들에게 지식경영 전략의 개략적인 방향을 가이드 했다는데 의미가 있다.

Human body model electrostatic discharge tester using metal oxide semiconductor-controlled thyristors

  • Electrostatic discharge (ESD) testing for human body model tests is an essential part of the reliability evaluation of electronic/electrical devices and components. However, global environmental concerns have called for the need to replace the mercury-wetted relay switches, which have been used in ESD testers. Therefore, herein, we propose an ESD tester using metal oxide semiconductor-controlled thyristor (MCT) devices with a significantly higher rising rate of anode current (di/dt) characteristics. These MCTs, which have a breakdown voltage beyond 3000 V, were developed through an in-house foundry. As a replacement for the existing mercury relays, the proposed ESD tester with the developed MCT satisfies all the requirements stipulated in the JS-001 standard for conditions at or below 2000 V. Moreover, unlike traditional relays, the proposed ESD tester does not generate resonance; therefore, no additional circuitry is required for resonant removal. To the best of our knowledge, the proposed ESD tester is the first study to meet the JS-001 specification by applying a new switch instead of an existing mercury-wetted relay.

Bayesian Statistical Modeling of System Energy Saving Effectiveness for MAC Protocols of Wireless Sensor Networks: The Case of Non-Informative Prior Knowledge

  • The Bayesian networks methods provide an efficient tool for performing information fusion and decision making under conditions of uncertainty. This paper proposes Bayes estimators for the system effectiveness in energy saving of the wireless sensor networks by use of the Bayesian method under the non-informative prior knowledge about means of active and sleep times based on time frames of sensor nodes in a wireless sensor network. And then, we conduct a case study on some Bayesian estimation models for the system energy saving effectiveness of a wireless sensor network, and evaluate and compare the performance of proposed Bayesian estimates of the system effectiveness in energy saving of the wireless sensor network. In the case study, we have recognized that the proposed Bayesian system energy saving effectiveness estimators are excellent to adapt in evaluation of energy efficiency using non-informative prior knowledge from previous experience with robustness according to given values of parameters.

  • This paper proposes a search system using the topic maps that it extends XMDR into Knowledge based XMDR for solving of the problems of the heterogeneity of distributed data on a network and integrate data by an efficient way. The proposed system combined Topic Maps and the extended metadata registry effectively. The Topic Maps represent related knowledge and reasoning relationship by associations of topic. And the extended metadata registry standards and manages the metadata of the local systems through registration and certification on the distributed environment. We also proposed a meta layer, include the meta topic and meta association to achieve semantic classification grouping of topics and to define relationship between Topic Maps and extended metadata registry.

공공부문 지식관리시스템의 성과에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 -A지역 자치단체를 중심으로- (The Affecting Factors effect on the Performance of Knowledge Management Systems in Public Sector: Focused on Korea Local Governments)

  • In this paper we would like to provide a help to implementing KMS(Knowledge Management System) in public sector. For this purpose, we set up five contingency environmental factors and three process factors of knowledge management. And then investigates affecting factors effect on the performance of KMS in public sector by empirical study, A field survey of public officers in Korea local government was conducted. Complete data for 333 KMS users was analyzed to determine relationship of the research constructs. The system of evaluation and compensation is the most important factor effects on the process of KM and the performance of KMS. These results provide empirical evidence that supports the necessity of rational motivation systems does lead to effective implementation of KMS in public sector.

과학기술 정책의 과학화 서비스 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Developing Science Service of Science and Technology Policy)

  • The development of science and technology oriented knowledge society accelerates the convergence between scientific theory and industrial technology and increases the complexity problem of social and economic sectors. These cause the difficulty of securing the reliability and objectivity of science and technology policy. These also are barriers of balanced evaluation between rational science and technology policy making, management, and policy coordination. In this regard, Advanced countries in science and technology develops policy support system and promotes the program of evidence-based SciSIP(Science of Science and Innovation policy) together. This paper introduces a new approach developing science service of science and technology policy utilizing business intelligence technology in Korea. Also, it proposes the integration method of policy knowledge base and component-based service supporting S&T policy decision-making process and introduces services case studies.

ICT기업 융합성과의 결정요인에 관한 연구 (Determinants of Convergence Performance in ICT Firms)

  • Purpose With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution era, ICT convergence industry is leading the wave of new change. These changes in the industrial field are recognizing convergence as a strategic cooperation tool of management for creating new value. In order to achieve the research purpose, conceptual understanding of ICT convergence is summarized by focusing on concepts, features, types and cases. In addition, this study established the theoretical rationale for the determinants of ICT convergence performance, and examined previous researches related to ICT convergence. Design/methodology/approach The empirical research method is based on a survey of 510 companies including managers and mid-level practitioners who understand the contents of the relevant field, 305 data were used for analysis. We conducted exploratory factor analysis to verify the grouping of these questionnaire items and conducted confirmatory factor analysis to analyze the validity and reliability of the measurement model. Through the statistical analysis, we analyzed the structural relationship of ICT firms' competencies for convergence performance. Findings Linkage of ICT strategies established by corporations is an important factor for enhancing resource capacity and convergence ability. It is important to ensure that product innovation, consumer-oriented strategies, and ICT strategies for the implementation of business strategies are closely linked. In addition, in the convergence environment, companies should make efforts to develop convergence ability and improve organizational performance through utilization of ICT resources. From the CEO's perspective, it is necessary to understand the knowledge, technology and resources arising from the convergence environment, and to integrate with the resources possessed by the enterprise to induce the organization's performance.

Network, Channel, and Geographical Proximity of Knowledge Transfer: The Case of University-Industry Collaboration in South Korea

  • The relationship between geographical proximity and academics' formal and informal knowledge-transfer activities in the network is analyzed with a mixed research method. With social network analysis as a basis, we have explored the networks between academics and firms in the 16 regions of South Korea. The result shows Seoul and Gyunggi are identified as central nodes, meaning that the academics in other regions tend to collaborate with firms in these regions. An econometric analysis is performed to confirm the localization of knowledge-transfer activities. The intensity of formal channels measured by the number of academic papers is negatively, but significantly associated with the geographical proximity. However, we have not found any significant relationship between the formality of the channels and geographical proximity. Possibly, the regional innovation systems in South Korea are neither big enough nor strong enough to show a localization effect.
