This study empirically examines the differences in attitude and memory effect according to the product knowledge (high knowledge / low knowledge) and temporal distance (near future / far future) in the new product preannouncing strategy of companies through Facebook Respectively. Experiments were conducted by inserting the experiment into a virtual web browser using Facebook 's actual brand fan page and then connecting the experiment to the experimental banner site. As a result of research, when preannouncing new products are released in the near future, low knowledge consumers have made judgments of purchasing decisions because GRM judgments are more favorable than property information (ARM) judgments, but preannouncing is a new product At the time of launch, highly-knowledgeable consumers had a positive effect on the property information (ARM) judgment of the product rather than the comprehensive information (GRM) judgment. In addition, when preannouncing was introduced in the near future, the attitudes of the products between the low-knowledge consumers and the high-knowledge consumers were all positive, but when the new products were launched in the distant future, Product attitude was negative.

The need for integration of knowledge and technology among SMEs has been acknowledged, and lacks ways of convergence in practical education. Therefore contents of convergence in practical education of high quality are needed. In this study, a case-oriented curriculum and contents were developed to enhance employee's skills of SMEs. The curriculum consists of 3 steps. The first step is analysis of trends and current status of convergence of SMEs in the domestic and foreign areas. Thus drawing up measures of standards to analyze a successful case. The second step is collection of materials, and development of models through successful cases of convergence. The third step is the analysis of a curriculum to enhance employees' of SMEs and the development of an education program. This study may lead to strengthening competition of SMEs through knowledge and technology convergence based on developed curriculum.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic materials on establishing convergence oriented respiratory infection management system in nursing students attending clinical training by analyzing anxiety, knowledge, possibility of infection, possibility of prevention, and compliance level of preventive behavior. Data were collected from 222 nursing students experienced clinical practice from June 15th to 30th in 2015 using questionnaire. Characteristics relative to variables were measured, and analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. The results are as follows. The anxiety was 42.70(max 80 points), but possibility of infection was 22.55(max 100 points). Also, knowledge(11.73 out of 16 points), possibility of prevention(7.37 out of 10 points), and compliance level of preventive behavior(34.55 out of maximum 48 points) were slightly above average. The influencing factors on compliance of preventive behavior were anxiety and possibility of prevention. It is needed to lead convergence oriented approach on enhancing compliance of preventive behavior through providing information and educating possibility of prevention during MERS outbreak.

The study sets out to examine the relationship between the effects of government support, network capability, and knowledge sharing on the effects of innovative behavior on innovation performance. As digital-based networks and knowledge sharing activities are rapidly becoming common in the era of the spread of Covid-19, 357 questionnaires were analyzed for incumbent employees and the research hypotheses are verified using SPSS 24 and smart PLS 3 to prove the relationships between variables. As a result of the study, it is found that innovation performance increased when government support, network capability, and knowledge sharing increased. Innovative behavior is found to significantly mediate the relationship between network capability, knowledge sharing, and innovation performance, and government support was found to have a significant effect on network capabiltiy. Therefore, in order to induce innovative actions that are important in creating innovative results, various programs to enhance the network capabilities of entrepreneurs and promote knowledge sharing should be required as government support policies. This will serve as a driving force for entrepreneurs to voluntarily develop and implement ideas more flexibly and freely, thereby enhancing competitiveness through innovative growth of companies and industries. In other words, this study verified the effectiveness of government support in the network capability to help create innovative results by inducing innovative behavior along with knowledge sharing activities, and comprehensively demonstrated the relationship between factors in the overall structure.

There are two main artifacts in reconstructed images from in-beam positron emission tomography (PET). Unlike generic PET, in-beam PET uses the annihilation photons that occur during heavy ion therapy. Therefore, the geometry of in-beam PET is not a full ring, but a partial ring that has one or two openings around the rings in order for the hadrons to arrive at the tumor without prevention of detector blocks. This causes truncation in the projection data due to an absence of detector modules in the openings. The other is a ring artifact caused by the gaps between detector modules also found in generic PET. To sum up, in-beam PET has two kinds of gap: openings for hadrons, and gaps between the modules. We acquired three types of simulation results from a PET system: full-ring, C-ring and dual head. In this study, we aim to compensate for the artifacts that come from the two types of gap. In the case of truncation, we propose a method that uses prior knowledge of the location where annihilations occur, and we applied the discrete-cosine transform (DCT) gap-filling method proposed by Tuna et al. for inter-detector gap.

Education emphasizes problem-solving skills based on convergent thinking power in an era of rising uncertainty and rapid progress. This paper proactively designed e-Learning team teaching convergence liberal arts courses for prospective teachers by these social needs. It analyzed the empirical effects on the operation of the subjects to foster future talent who can converge and apply knowledge in various fields. The curriculum consisted of professors of mathematics, practical Arts, computer, and education, and was operated to convey convergent knowledge of information technology and humanities, and consisted of 15 liberal arts courses at J University. Besides, textbooks and teaching materials were also developed by the faculty. As a result of the primary research, prospective teachers who took the course generally showed high satisfaction with the class, especially for the faculty. The students' overall convergent thinking ability has increased to a statistically significant level (p<.01), and the students' major has been found to be irrelevant. On the other hand, it can be seen that communication, content convergence, and caring factors, excluding creativity factor, have all risen to a significant level.

The purpose of this study is to discuss how to introduce micro degree for innovation in convergence education in our university. To this end, the background of the introduction of micro and nano degrees and domestic and foreign applications were reviewed. The reason why the rate of students completing the multi-degree was low was that the credits required for graduation were higher than that of other domestic universities, and the difficulty of the courses offered in the convergence major did not match the students. In order to reduce the burden of students learning convergence subjects while acquiring new knowledge and skills, the introduction of a micro degree is considered to be an alternative to the current convergence education.

Anonymity and privacy issues are becoming important as all transactions in the blockchain are open to users. Public blockchains appear to guarantee anonymity by using public-key addresses on behalf of users, but they can weaken anonymity by tracking with various analytic techniques based on transaction graph. In this paper, we propose a scheme to protect anonymity and privacy by converging various security techniques such as k-anonymity, mixing, blind signature, multi-phase processing, random selection, and zero-knowledge proof techniques with incentive mechanism and contributor participation. Through performance analysis, our proposed scheme shows that it is difficult to invade privacy and anonymity through collusion attacks if the number of contributors is larger than that of conspirators.

Most studies of organizational effectiveness previously done, have measured financial performance such as productivity, efficiency or subjective performance such as a commitment, satisfaction, and turnover intention of employees. However, these measurements have limitations to evaluate a organizational effectiveness in recent knowledge information era because evaluation of organizational effectiveness in knowledge-based society needs measurements in various aspects such as financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. The purpose of this study is to overcome these problems and to introduce an appropriate system for evaluation of organizational effectiveness under knowledge management paradigm. In this paper, we suggest a Balanced Scorecard(BSC) as a new measurement standard of organizational effectiveness in a knowledge information era. The balanced scorecard is designed to help firms that have historically overemphasized short-term financial performance. When measuring organizational effectiveness through Balanced Scorecard(BSC) suggested by Kaplan and Norton[31], it is to present the measurement indices that can cover the limitation of the past evaluation indices of organizational effectiveness.

The purpose of the study was to identify factors influencing the knowledge and management of allergic disease. Participants were 220 childcare teachers working in childcare facility, date was collected through self-questionnaire. Data was analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0. Age(p=0.13), experience of education(0.49) showed significant difference in athma/ allergic rhinitis. Experience of education(p=0.45), necessity of education(p=.034) in asthma/ allergic rhinitis showed significant difference. There is no significant difference in knowledge and management of atopic dermatitis. Allergic disease management and age accounted for 36.2% influencing on knowledge of asthma/allergic rhinitis. Allergic disease knowlege, education experience and necessity of education accounted for 43.1% influencing management of asthma/ allergic rhinitis. Based on the findings of this study, it can be used to educational programs data for childcare teacher.
