Intelligent Adaptive Active Noise Control in Non-stationary Noise Environments (비정상 잡음환경에서의 지능형 적응 능동소음제어)

  • The famous filtered-x least mean square (FxLMS) algorithm for active noise control (ANC) systems may become unstable in non-stationary noise environment. To solve this problem, Sun's algorithm and Akhtar's algorithm are developed based on modifying the reference signal in update of FxLMS algorithm, but these two algorithms have dissatisfactory stability in dealing with sustaining impulsive noise. In proposed algorithm, probability estimation and zero-crossing rate (ZCR) control are used to improve the stability and performance, at the same time, an optimal parameter selection based on fuzzy system is utilized. Computer simulation results prove the proposed algorithm has faster convergence and better stability in non-stationary noise environment.

  • Once, the faster the digital technology developed, the more provocative obscure commercial film has spread like a trend. Researching the aspect of the successful films, about 10 million audience in 2016, we can find the similarities that only social phenomenon, stands itself without real-existence, which makes public sentiment. I will list up all the problems that I mention above with audience's review and analyze the famous film "the wailing" with big social attention, having 6.8 million audience. I will seek the better way to developthis movie, in terms of artistic dignity and depth as an public-art. With great depth, the realistic application of cultural inheritance, holding mankind common, such as culture, philosophy, religion, history, would be an essential proposition for obtaining cultural emotional empathy from the people in the society. Based on this, the theme and massage from a director, should be expressed in order to be a master piece work beyond time and space in the film history.

  • This study sought to identify the effects of entrepreneurship orientation and self efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions among workers in the bio-healthcare industry in Korea. As interest in health increases in the age of aging, the bio-healthcare industry is attracting a lot of attention for start-ups as an industry that can create high added value, but there are also aspects that take a relatively long time to develop technology, require a lot of money, and have a relatively high probability of failure. In this study, we measured the level of entrepreneurship orientation and self efficacy of bio-healthcare industry workers and identified the degree of influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Studies have shown that innovativeness, progressiveness, and risk-taking among entrepreneurship orientations all have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, self efficacy has been shown to have a mediating effect on the relationship between innovativeness, progressiveness, risk-taking and entrepreneurial intention.

Framework for Measuring Dynamic Influence Index & Influence Factors using Social Data on Facebook (페이스북 소셜 데이터를 이용한 동적 영향 요인 및 영향력 측정 방법에 관한 프레임워크)

  • The explosive growth of social networking services based on smart devices popularize these relationships and activities online in accordance with the far larger impact of this on the real life offline, the interest and importance for the online activity is increasing. In this study, factors affecting the SNS activity are defined by object, user, influence direction, influence distance and proposed a method to measure organic terms in effect between the SNS users. Influence Direction and Influence Strength (or Distance) are elaborated by using the existing influence measurement element such as structured data - the number of friends, the difference between the number of contacts - and the new influence measurement element such as unstructured data - gap between the former time and the latter time, preference and type of response behavior - that occur in social network service. In addition, the system for collecting and analysing data for measuring influence from social network service and the process model on the method for measuring influence is tested by using sample data on Facebook and explained the implementation probability.

  • The accurate analysis of ultrasonic wave propagation and scattering plays an important role in many aspects of nondestructive evaluation. A numerical analysis makes it possible to perform parametric studies, and in this way the probability of detection and reliability of test results can be improved. In this study, a finite element method was developed for the analysis of ultrasonic fields, the accuracy of results was checked by solving several representative problems. The size of element and the integral time step, which are the critical components for the convergence of numerical results, were determined in a commercial finite element code. Several propagation and scattering problems in 2-D isotropic and anisotropic materials were solved and their results were compared with known analytical or experimental results.

Modeling and SINR Analysis of Dual Connectivity in Downlink Heterogeneous Cellular Networks

  • Small cell deployment offers a low-cost solution for the boosted traffic demand in heterogeneous cellular networks (HCNs). Besides improved spatial spectrum efficiency and energy efficiency, future HCNs are also featured with the trend of network architecture convergence and feasibility for flexible mobile applications. To achieve these goals, dual connectivity (DC) is playing a more and more important role to support control/user-plane splitting, which enables maintaining fixed control channel connections for reliability. In this paper, we develop a tractable framework for the downlink SINR analysis of DC assisted HCN. Based on stochastic geometry model, the data-control joint coverage probabilities under multi-frequency and single-frequency tiering are derived, which involve quick integrals and admit simple closed-forms in special cases. Monte Carlo simulations confirm the accuracy of the expressions. It is observed that the increase in mobility robustness of DC is at the price of control channel SINR degradation. This degradation severely worsens the joint coverage performance under single-frequency tiering, proving multi-frequency tiering a more feasible networking scheme to utilize the advantage of DC effectively. Moreover, the joint coverage probability can be maximized by adjusting the density ratio of small cell and macro cell eNBs under multi-frequency tiering, though changing cell association bias has little impact on the level of the maximal coverage performance.

Performance Improvement of Queen-bee Genetic Algorithms through Multiple Queen-bee Evolution (다중 여왕벌 진화를 통한 여왕벌 유전자알고리즘의 성능향상)

  • The queen-bee genetic algorithm that we made by mimicking of the reproduction of queen-bee has considerably improved the performances of genetic algorithm. However, since we used only one queen-bee in the queen-bee genetic algorithm, a problem that individuals of genetic algorithm were driven to one place where the queen-bee existed occurred. This made the performances of the queen-bee genetic algorithm degrade. In order to solve this problem, we introduce a multiple queen-bee evolution method by employing another queen-bee whose fitness is the most significantly increased than its parents as well as the original queen-bee that is the best individual in a generation. This multiple queen-bee evolution makes the probability of falling into local optimum areas decrease and allows the individuals to easily get out of the local optimum areas even if the individuals fall into a local optimum area. This results in increasing the performances of the genetic algorithm. Experimental results with four function optimization problems showed that the performances of the proposed method were better than those of the existing method in the most cases.

Development of e-Commerce System Based on Social Network Service (SNS 기반 e커머스 시스템 개발)

  • Fundamental problems of e-commerce are exaggerated advertising of products, lack of trust in products or suppliers, and false reviews. As a solution, I have merged the concept of trust service embedded in social network service(SNS) with commercial domain to develop a new type of service called "Reliable SNS Commerce Service". The contents developed in this paper are as follows: first, online community functions for users to provide services; second, commerce functions; and third, functions for linking SNS and commerce. Through the reliability information presented in this paper, the seller provides more reliable and objective purchase information to the buyer about the sales items, thereby contributing to the sales by increasing the probability of the actual purchase. The buyer can purchase the higher-quality products with confidence. The service providers can gain the reputation as a reliable site for purchasing members. In conclusion, this paper provides a positive effect to all the participants, which will contribute to the development of a new commerce market and activation of electronic commerce.

  • In modern society, various digital devices are being distributed in a wide range of fields due to the fourth industrial revolution and the development of IoT technology. However, noise is generated in the process of acquiring or transmitting an image, and not only damages the information, but also affects the system, causing errors and incorrect operation. AWGN is a representative noise among image noise. As a method for removing noise, prior research has been conducted, and among them, AF, A-TMF, and MF are the representative methods. Existing filters have a disadvantage that smoothing occurs in areas with high frequency components because it is difficult to consider the characteristics of images. Therefore, the proposed algorithm calculates the standard deviation distribution to effectively eliminate noise even in the high frequency domain, and then calculates the final output by applying the probability density function weight of the Laplace distribution using the curve fitting method.

  • Currently, in Korea, large-scale, deep excavations are being carried out adjacent to structures due to overcrowding in urban areas. for adjacent excavations in urban areas, it is very important to ensure the safety of earth retaining structures and underground structures. accordingly, an automated measurement system is being introduced to manage the safety of subway tunnel structures. however, the utilization of automated measurement system results is very low. existing evaluation techniques rely only on the maximum value of measured data, which can overestimate abnormal behavior. accordingly, in this study, a vast amount of automated measurement data was analyzed using the Gaussian probability density function, a technique that can quantitatively evaluate. highly reliable results were derived by applying probabilistic statistical analysis methods to a vast amount of data. therefore, in this study, the safety evaluation of subway tunnel structures due to adjacent excavation work was performed using a technique that can process a large amount of data.
