대형전동커튼 타임제어 시스템 설계 및 개발 (Design and Development of Large Electric Curtain Control System for Time Controlled)

  • The purpose of this paper is to design a curtain control system for centralized management of large curtains, which includes curtain structure, electric curtain controller, communication system, user interface and remote control. Curtain structure is designed to avoid using limit switch. The system is based on microprocessor, determined the stop position and complete running time of electric curtain through time control, and achieved remote control of curtain opening and closing through wired and wireless communication modes. By establishment of a mathematical model to calculate the inertia compensation time of the electric curtain, the electric curtain can be stopped ahead of time, and the curtain can be completely closed by the inertia. The result of test experiment of 32 electric curtain controllers shows the communication success rate reached 100%.

수막하우스의 유량 및 수온에 따른 열전달 특성 분석 (Analysis of Heat Transfer Characteristics in Response to Water Flow Rate and Temperature in Greenhouses with Water Curtain System)

  • This study analysed overall heat transfer coefficient, heat transmission, and rate of indoor air heating provided by water curtain in order to determine the heat transfer characteristic of double-layered greenhouse equipped with a water curtain system. The air temperatures between the inner and outer layers were determined by the water flow rate and inlet water temperature. Higher water flow rate and inlet water temperature resulted in the increased overall heat transfer coefficient between indoor greenhouse air and water curtain. However, it was found that with higher levels of water flow rate and inlet water temperature, indoor overall heat transfer coefficient was converged about $10W{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}^oC^{-1}$. The low correlation of overall heat transfer coefficient between water curtain and air within double layers was likely because the combination of greenhouse shape, wind speed and outdoor air temperature as well as water curtain affected the heat transfer characteristics. As water flow rate and inlet water temperature increased, the heat transferred into the greenhouse by water curtain also tend to rise. However it was demonstrated that the rate of heat transmission from water curtain into greenhouse with water curtain system using underground water was accounted for 22% to 28% for total heat lost by water curtain. The results of this study which quantify heat transfer coefficient and net heat transfer from water curtain may be a good reference for economical design of water curtain system.

  • 1970년대의 오일쇼크는 시설재배 경영자로 하여금 성에너지를 효율적으로 이용케하는 연구에 박차를 가했다. 따라서 1970년대 후반에 남부지방에서는 지하수열을 이용하는 방법으로서 소위 Water curtain의 방법을 이용한 시설의 난방 방법이 넓게 확산되어갔다. Water curtain의 난방 방법은 통상 15$^{\circ}C$ 전후 수원의 지하수를 이용해 curtain 위에 살수함으로써 동기에 1$0^{\circ}C$ 정도의 온실의 유지가 가능하여 비교적 저염성 채소(토마토, 딸기 등)의 재배에 이용되고 있다. (중략)

물리적 차단시설이 대청호 수질에 미치는 효과 분석 (Analysis the Effects of Physical Blocking Weirs on the Water Quality in Daechung Reservoir)

  • This study was aimed to assess the effects of additional installation of two different types of weirs, one is a curtain-type weir and another is a submerged-type weir, on the control of algal growth in Daechung Reservoir. A two-dimensional(2D) coupled hydrodynamic and eutrophication model that can accommodate vertical movement of the curtain weir following the water surface variations was verified using field data obtained in two distinctive hydrological years; dry(2008) and wet(2010). The model adequately simulated the temporal and spatial variations of water temperature, nutrients and algal(Chl-a) concentrations during the periods. The effectiveness of curtain weir on the control of algal bloom was evaluated by applying the model to 2001(dry year) and 2010 assuming 6 different scenarios according to installation locations. The curtain weirs that already installed at 3, 5, 7 sites(scenario C-2) showed significant effect on the control of algal growth in the reservoir; the reduction rates of algal concentration were placed in the range of 7.5~31.5% and 9.1~44.9% for 2001 and 2010, respectively. However the simulation results revealed that additional installation of curtain weirs(scenario C-3~C-6) in the bay area (choosori) have marginal effect. The effectiveness of submerged weir was evaluated against 2010 assuming 7 different scenarios according to installation locations, but all scenarios(S-1~S-7) showed neglectable or negative effect on the control of algal growth.

터널내 열차 화재시 효과적인 구난역 제연 설비를 위한 수치 해석 연구 (A Numerical Study on Effective Smoke-Control System of a Rescue Station in a Tunnel Fire)

  • In designing smoke-control system of rescue station in train tunnel, a purpose is to prevent a disaster by proposing the jet fan operation together with smoke-control curtain in tunnel fire. This study has investigated the relationship of the Heat Release Rate(HRR) and a adequate ventilation velocity to control the fire propagation in tunnel fire, and has improved the effect of the smoke-control curtain on preventing the flow of pollutants. In this study, Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) simulations with ST AR-CD(ver 3.24) were carried out on predicting the fire spreading and the flow of pollutants, considering jet fan operations and effect of smoke-control curtain. Our simulation domain is the full scale model of the 'DAEGWALLYEONG' 1st tunnel. The results represent that ventilation operation can control the fire spreading and pollutants effectively to prevent a disaster.

가연성 물질에 따른 워터커튼 시스템의 열 및 연기유동 제어특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Inflammable Materials on the Control Characteristics of Thermal and Smoke Fluid of Water Curtain System)

  • 본 연구에서는 가연성 물질을 고려한 워터커튼 시스템(Water Curtain System)의 열 및 연기유동 제어 특성을 실험적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 Room Corner Tester(RCT)를 사용하여 연료의 종류가 소나무(PineWood)와 가솔린(Gasoline)인 경우 각각의 발열량(Heat Release Rate)을 구하였으며, 워터커튼용 화재실험 장치를 제작하여 화원근방에서 5m 떨어진 지점의 천장 부근에 분사각도 $180^{\circ}$, 오리피스 직경 8.2 mm의 노즐(Nozzle)을 설치한 후 목재와 가솔린 각각에 대해서 화재실험을 실시하여 워터커튼 전후의 온도분포와 가시도를 측정하였다. 그결과 워터커튼 시스템의열및연기유동 제어는 가연성 물질의 연소특성에 따른 고온의 연기발생량과 분사 노즐에 의한 유동현상이 중요한 상관관계를 갖고 있음을 확인하였다.

순환식 수막하우스의 수온에 따른 플라스틱 온실 내 온도변화 분석 (Analysis of Temperature Changes in Greenhouses with Recirculated Water Curtain System)

  • 순환식 수막시스템의 적정 수온을 결정하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 딸기를 토경재배하고 있는 실험온실에서 외부온도, 수막용수의 수온 및 야간시간대에 따른 처리방식별 온실 내부 환경변화를 비교 분석하였다. 대조구는 무수막 온실이고, 처리구는 수온이 $10^{\circ}C$, $15^{\circ}C$로 각각 설정된 순환식 수막온실로서 모두 무가온 및 추가적인 보온자재의 투입이 없는 상태를 말한다. 수막이 직접 살수되는 2중 비닐하우스는 폭 5.5m, 길이 55m이고, 분당 살수되는 평균 수막유량은 38.5~44.5L로 나타났다. 3가지 처리조건 모두에서 외부온도와 내부온도는 양의 선형관련성이 매우 높게 나타났으며 처리구(10, $15^{\circ}C$)의 외부온도에 대한 상관성은 유사한 수준으로 분석되었다. 보온효과는 수온 $15^{\circ}C$ 처리구가 수온 $10^{\circ}C$ 처리구보다 $1.3^{\circ}C$ 정도 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 외부온도가 약 $-8.1{\sim}8.6^{\circ}C$ 범위에서 변화할 때, 처리조건 별 최저온도는 무처리구, 수온 $10^{\circ}C$ 처리구, 수온 $15^{\circ}C$ 처리구가 외부에 비해 각각 6.4, 11.0, $12.3^{\circ}C$ 정도 높게 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 평균 온도는 무처리구, 수온 $10^{\circ}C$ 처리구, 수온 $15^{\circ}C$ 처리구의 순으로 높아지고 온도변화폭은 오히려 작아지는 경향을 보였다. 외부 최저온도가 $-1.3^{\circ}C$, 평균온도가 $1.5^{\circ}C$인 날은 수막시스템의 수온을 $10^{\circ}C$로, 외부 최저온도가 $-4.7^{\circ}C$, 평균온도가 $-0.2^{\circ}C$ 인 날은 수온을 $15^{\circ}C$로 설정해도 온실의 목표온도($5^{\circ}C$) 유지가 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 처리조건별 야간시간대(일몰 후, 자정, 일출 전, 일출 후)에 따른 온실 내부와 외부의 온도는 전반적으로 일몰직후가 가장 높고, 이후 서서히 감소하여 일출직전이 가장 낮아지는 경향을 보였다. 따라서 온실의 목표온도 유지를 위해서는 일출직전 시간대에 특히 집중적인 관리가 필요하며, 순환식 수막시스템의 수온을 획일적으로 $15^{\circ}C$ 이상으로 결정하기 보다는 외부온도 변화, 야간시간대, 재배작물에 따라 다르게 결정하는 것이 타당한 것으로 판단된다.

PVA와 CMC 첨가가 커튼 코팅용 GCC 도공액의 유변 특성 및 커튼 안정성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of PVA and CMC addition on Rheological Characteristics and Curtain Stability of GCC Based Curtain Coating Colors)

  • Curtain stability without curtain contraction is critical for a successful operation in curtain coating, and this can be influenced by the change in particle dynamics and rheological properties of coating colors. In this study, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) were added to control the rheology of GCC based curtain coating colors. Surface tension was increased slightly with increasing content of cobinder. Shear-thinning of viscosity was more pronounced for the CMC containing GCC coating colors. Complex modulus decreased when small amount of PVA was used as a cobinder, but it increased in other coating colors. Extensional viscosity was increased with increasing of the cobinder content, but CMC was more effective. Results indicate that pigment interaction with PVA is different from that with CMC. Dispersibility of coating colors was improved due to steric stabilization when small amounts of PVA was used, but flocculation occurred by bridging when the amount of PVA was increased. Dispersibility of coating colors was improved when small amount of CMC was added, while flocculation was observed by depletion effect when the concentration of CMC was increased in coating colors. Addition of cobinders at proper levels gave positive effects both in rheological properties and curtain stability. On the other hand, excessive amount of cobinders caused particle flocculation and this resulted in rheological and curtain stablity problems.

The Design and Implementation of Electromotion Curtain System using PLC and CDM Controller

It provides the basic feature of intelligent home network such as the followings; various functions, powerful control. It also becomes the ideal technology with inexpensive power-line protocol, energy saving and solar power generation. Generally it is a suitable motor for BLDC to move the electrical curtain, because it provides the maintenance without difficulty, long-lived use with good efficiency. On this paper, we proposed the BLDC motor controller designed by CDM(Coefficient Diagram Method) and evaluated its performance with a simulation of the plant, designed the electrical curtain using BLDC motor and powe-line protocol.
