밀링공정중 절삭조건 변화에 따른 절삭력 추종제어를 위한 DSP보드 응용 (DPS Board Appication for Regulation of Cutting Force under Varying Cutting Conditions during Milling Process)

  • Spindle motor current is used to estimate the cutting force indirectly and control the feed rate for the cutting force regulation. The proposed algorithm is implemented to a DSP board based hardware for the industrial application. The software to make POP terminal communicate with the DSP board and POP server is coded under Windows 95 environment. Experiments under varying cutting conditions show that the DSP board recognizes the information of installed cutting tool and cutting conditions delivered from the POP server to use them for the proper control of the feed rate. The cutting force is regulated well during machining of tapered or stepped workpiece and circular shaped workpiece as well.

  • 최근 많은 산업용 기기들은 외부 모니터링과 제어 시스템에 프로토콜 호환성 문제에 직면하고 있다. 본 논문은 산업, 통신 프로토콜 변환과 제어 및 모니터링을 지원하기 위해 메인 제어 보드를 제작하였다. 산업용 통신 게이트웨이 모듈은 CAN 버스 및 이더넷 프로토콜을 지원하도록 설계되었다. 메인 보드 프로세서는 ATMEGA2560 사용하고, 서브 보드 RS485 시리얼 슬롯 4개를 배치하였다. 이들 슬롯을 통하여 아날로그 및 디지털 I/O를 제공하여 제어 및 모니터링에 사용할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구에서는 앞에서 개발된 온도 제어 시스템을 더욱 소형 경량화하기 위해 서 일반 마이크로 컴퓨터 대신에 원보드 마이컴(one-board micom)을 사용하였다. 원보드 마이컴은 프로그램을 기계어로 작성해야하는 어려움이 있으나 가격이 저렴하고 주변장치가 필요없으며, 크기가 작아 제어시스템을 소형경량화 시킬수 있는 장점이 있다.

The Moderating Role of Ownership Concentration on the Relationship between Board Composition and Saudi Bank Performance

  • The main purpose of this study is to investigate the potential effect of ownership concentration on the relationship between board composition and bank performance. The study employs a sample of Saudi banks listed on Saudi stock exchange (TADAUWL) over the period from 2011 to 2018. To test the study hypotheses and control for endogeneity issues, the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and the Two-Stage Least Squares (2SLS) techniques are used. The empirical results reveal a significant negative moderating effect of ownership concentration on the association between board composition and bank performance, which confirms the study argument and supports hypotheses. The results indicate that board composition in terms of independent board members, executive board members, and non-executive board members in banks with higher ownership concentration have a weaker positive influence on bank performance. For control variables, the results are almost consistent with theoretical perspectives and previous empirical evidence. The results of this study have important implications for regulatory authorities, companies, and market participants in Saudi Arabia and countries with high concentrated ownership to understand how ownership concentration could affect corporate governance and firm performance and to identify appropriate actions to protect board composition from the influence of ownership concentration.

  • We proposed a modularization design technique for implementing software of on-board train control system. We already proved the efficiency of CASE Tool(SCADE) for safety critical software design. The several functions of train are implemented on CASE tool each modules. We divided functions of train into modules based on the modularization design. We used MATLAB for design of on-board train control software. We proved that this technique is more useful for the software design of on-board train control for EMU.

  • CBTC (Communication Based Train Control) is a railroad system, using wireless communication for data transmission between on-board units and ground units, that makes ground computer periodically collect position and speed data from each train and transmits the preceding train's distance data up to speed limit point so as to make on-board control unit control the optimum train speed. Due to the fact that wireless communication system for train control employs only limited frequency band and output frequency, a number of ground communication units should be installed at track-side; also a running train should carry out Handover function which maintains the communication by accessing a new communication channel of the adjacent on-board communication units in accordance with the output of received radio wave. Especially CBTC is largely dependent on Handoff function between ground communication units. Therefore, this paper provides the method of identification of hazard between ground communication units and on board units.

  • An easier implementation method of the field oriented control of induction machine using Matlab/Simulink and dSpace board is proposed in this paper. The total system for the control of induction motor is modeled with the help of Matlab/Simulink. These models consist of induction motor block, SVPWM inverter block and control algorithm block, etc. And this system is simultaneously simulated and experimented in Matlab/Simulink environment with dSpace borad (DS1102). It is possible that Matlab and dSpace board compiler can make $^'{\ast}.c'\;and\;^'{\ast}.obj'$ file of models designed in Matlab/Simulink environment automatically. Both Simulation and experimental results are given.

급성기 요통의 치료에서 경판의 유용성 평가 (The Evaluation about Effects of the Hard Board on Treating Acute Low Back Pain)

  • Objectives The aim of this study is to evaluate effects of hard board applied to acute low back pain patient by using Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Pain Rating Score(PRS). Methods From March. 2005 to October. 2005, 20 cases of acute low back pain were divided into 2 groups in sequence. Control group took a rest on the bed(marble-sponge mattress) and sample group took a rest on the hard board. Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Pain Rating Score(PRS) were used to assess the change of pain. VAS and PRS were checked 3 times before the treatment, after 3day treatment and 6day treatment. Results 1. After 3day and 6day treatment, there was statistical significance between control and sample group by VAS. 2. After 3day and 6day treatment, there was statistical significance between control and sample group by PRS. Conclusions On treating acute low back pain, it is more effective taking a rest on the hard board than taking a rest on the bed. Further study is needed about effects of hard board applied to acute low back pain patient.

  • In general satellite verification process, the AOCS (Attitude & Orbit Control Subsystem) should be verified through several kinds of verification test which can be divided into two major category like FBT (Fixed Bed Test) and polarity test. And each test performed in different levels such as ETB (Electrical Test Bed) and satellite level. The test method of FBT is to simulate satellite dynamics with sensors and actuators supported by necessary environmental models in ETB level. The VDS (Vehicle Dynamic Simulator) try to make the real situation as possible as the on-board processor will undergo after launch. The purpose of FBT test is to verify that attitude control logic function and hardware interface is designed as expected with closed loop simulation. The VDS is one of major equipments for performing FBT and consists of software and hardware parts. The VDS operates in VME environments with target board, several commercial boards and custom boards based on the VxWorks real time operating system. In order to make time synchronization between VDS and satellite on-board processor, high reliable semaphore was implemented to make synchronization with the interrupt signal from on-board processor. In this paper, the real-time operating environment used on VDS equipment is introduced, and the hardware and software configurations of VDS summarized in the systematic point of view. Also, we try to figure out the operational concept of VDS and AOCS verification test method with close-loop simulation.

  • 본 논문에서는 IPTV와 셋톱박스의 전원 동기화를 통한 전력 손실을 줄이는 알고리즘을 연구하였다. 그리고 임베디드 보드에서 Android 7.0으로 IPTV (Miracast 및 인터넷)를 제어 할 수 있는 안드로이드 시작프로그램을 설계하였다. 시작 프로그램은 IPTV의 원격 제어로 제어 할 수 있다. 그리고 IPTV를 사용할 때 TV를 수신할 수 있으며, Miracast 및 Embedded 보드는 절전 모드로 전환된다. 이러한 방식으로 한 모드를 선택하면 다른 두 모드가 절전 모드로 전환되고 절전 제어 기술이 적용되어 에너지 소비를 줄일 수 있었다. 이 논문에서 사용 된 보드는 Android 버전 7.1.2 버전의 Raspberry pie 3B / B + 및 Asus Tinker 보드이며, Android Studio 프로그램을 사용하여 안드로이드 시작 프로그램을 작성 하였다. 동기화 제어 알고리즘은 IPTV 원격 제어와 함께 작동하도록 개발 되었다. 이러한 방식으로 개발 된 절전 제어 기술 및 원격 제어 동기화 제어 알고리즘은 Android 시작 프로그램에서 리모컨으로 IPTV, Miracast 및 인터넷 선택 및 작동이 정상적인 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
