레포츠피싱을 통한 어가소득 증대에 관한 연구 (Feasibility of Enhancing Fishing Household Income Through Leports-fishing Development)

  • This study aims at analyzing the potential of leports-fishing for improving fishing household income. Leports-fishing is a composite concept which is combined with those of leisure, sports and fishing. Korean on-shore resources have also a composite characteristic. The properties of the east, west and south coastal waters are quite different in geography, biology and ecology. There is a array of leports-fishing development potentials of utilizing their characteristics. At present, angling forms a main activity of leports-fishing, but coastal seas would be an emerging space for the public. In order for them to be a ground of fun, enjoyment and festivals, it would be necessary to supply a wide range of activities and facilities including angling, scuba diving, fish barbecue, ecological experience, fishing experience, cruise, and so forth. As seen in the survey results, the participants have strong desire for fun and enjoyment through leports-fishing activities. The proportion of people participating in one or two times a year amounts to 40 percent. Most coastal places visited are close to medium/large cities and two-days leports-fishing/tourism accounts for some 77 percent. However, it turned out that conflicts between leports-fishing participants and fishermen are not serious. The results of expenditure function estimation appear that the elasticity of per capita income is very high with 1.2660 and that there are negative relationships between leports-fishing expenditure and transportation/food/lodging costs. Assuming the annual national economic growth rate of 4 percent, it is anticipated that Korean leports-fishing population will increase to 3.18 million in 2010 and 4.07 million in 2015. Korean leports-fishing market potential in 2015, which is calculated based on per capita expenditure on leports-fishing, appears to amount to 1,400 billion won~1,600 billion won. The contribution of such market potential to the fishing households is expected to be 62.3~74.2 percent(934.5 billion won~111.3 billion won).

조직 기업가 정신이 구성원의 조직몰입과 성과에 미치는 영향: 한국 외식 프랜차이즈 산업 (The Impact of Corporate Entrepreneurship on Employee Commitment and Performance: Evidence from the Korean Food Franchising Sector)

  • Purpose - Competitive industry structure and recent economic depression challenge a survival of Korean small- and medium-sized food franchising companies (SMFCs), albeit the explosive growth of the Korean food service industry for last few decades. Against this backdrop, it examines how these SMFCs overcome liabilities of smallness and resource scarcity to strengthen competitive advantage in the market. To tackle this, in this article we focus on corporate entrepreneurship and human resources as a knowledge-based asset for these SMFCs. Furthermore, the ratio of employee turnover is high in SMFCs. We view that such brain-drain may result in poor performance of the Korean SMFCs. As such, we pay attention to the role of organizational commitment to an organization as a solution for enhancing individual-level employees' loyalty toward their organization. Research design, data, and methodology - Our research question is to what extent corporate entrepreneurship (i.e., innovative organizational culture, organizational autonomy, and administrative innovation) affects an individual-level attitude toward the organization and, in turn, employee creativity and satisfaction in the Korean SMFCs context. We collected data from employees in SMFCs for three months. A total of 126 valid questionnaires were collected, and analyzed the data using partial least squares path modeling. Results - The reliable and valid measurement model feed into testing the structural model. Our findings suggest that innovative organizational culture and organizational autonomy positively affect employee commitment. Particularly, organizational autonomy has a greater effect than innovative culture on employee commitment. However, the relationship between administrative innovation and employee commitment is not significant. We also find that employee commitment positively affects both employee creativity and satisfaction. Conclusions - Our contribution to the existing franchising business and management literature is twofold. First, the conceptual model includes three antecedents in the organizational entrepreneurship dimension to organizational commitment. Second, we conceptualize organizational commitment as employee commitment, and validate its impact on employee creativity and job satisfaction at an individual performance level. Overall, this article suggests that it is critically important for the Korean SMFCs to develop corporate entrepreneurship in order to facilitate employees' positive attitudes toward their organizations.

한강수계의 하천에 대한 직접유출과 기저유출의 기여도 정량화 (Quantifying Contribution of Direct Runoff and Baseflow to Rivers in Han River System, South Korea)

  • 국내 하천특성은 기후변화에 의한 계절별 기후변동성과 급속한 경제성장으로 인한 급격한 토지피복의 변화에 의하여 영향을 받아왔다. 이와 관련하여, 하천관리는 수자원이용 등 인간의 활동 뿐 아니라 생태계측면에서도 그 중요성이 커지고 있다. 하천관리의 첫 번째 단계인 직접유출과 기저유출을 포함한 하천특성을 이해하는 것은 지속적인 하천환경을 조성하기 위하여 지대한 기여를 할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구의 목적은 효율적인 하천관리를 위해 직접유출과 기저유출을 정량화하여 하천에 미치는 기여도를 산정하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 한강수계에 위치한 71개의 유량관측소에 대하여 BFLOW와 WHAT 프로그램을 이용하여 기저유출 분리를 수행하였다. 그 결과 한강수계의 기저유출비는 0.42에서 0.78의 범위를 가지며, 기저유출비가 50%를 넘는 관측소는 전체 관측소의 76%를 차지하였다. 그러나 산출된 기저유출비는 댐, 저수지, 호수로부터의 방류량과 같은 인위적 영향 때문에 과다산정 되었을 가능성이 있다. 본 연구는 추후 국가적 차원에서 하천관리의 효율성과 안전성을 개선하기 위하여 전략적으로 하천 기능을 조절하는데 기여를 할 것으로 기대한다.

단위수산업협동조합의 이사회제도에 대한 수용자태도분석 (Analysis of Accepters' Attitudes toward the Board of Directors System of Fisheries Cooperatives)

  • According to the Fisheries Cooperative Law, the Fisheries Cooperative has made a substantial contribution to the development of Korea's fisheries industry amid the nation's rapid economic growth and drastic social changes since its establishment in April 1st 1962, It is, however, generally believed that the cooperative has made a poor performance in improving its business constitution. Therefore, the reform of its board of director system is one of the ways to strengthen the constitution. For the purpose of making the board of director system to operate rationally, this dissertation is divided into five chapters. Chapter I provides an overview of this study, such as research background and objectives. Chapter II focuses on the Fisheries Cooperative's board of director: its function, composition, and election. Chapter III analyzes the responses of the Fisheries cooperatives to questionnaires about the board of director system, and subsequently presents the causes and the meaning of the analysis results. Chapter IV deals with the various ways to improve the Fisheries Cooperative's board of director system, including director and cooperative governance. Finally, Chapter V draws a conclusion of this study. The independent function of the Cooperative's board of director and responsible directorship is one of the most important factors which can prevent the Cooperative from insolvency. Unlike the past, not only it has become difficult to keep the Cooperative's business under the government's support, but also the Cooperative itself is now facing a situation where the support from the government cannot be expected. This ist he reason why the Cooperative should manage itself autonomously, workout its organization, and respond to the current situation with a renovativemanagement and business strategy. Therefore, a rational operation of the board of director is urgently needed.

  • Within regional and municipal planning we are using several levels or types of EIA in the city of Dresden. Some of these types, practical aspects and some experiences of our work will be presented in this contribution. Firstly I may introduce you to some general conditions for your better understanding of our principles of work. Surely you know about. the destruction of the political and economical structures in Eastern Germany since 1989. Until today our not quite simple task is to build up new ones. At the same time people were in great expectation of freedom and high standard of living as soon as possible. Economical difficulties increased in association with the breakdown of the market in Eastern Europe. How to rebuild industrial estatements and how to renew the traffic systems? We had to find answers to all these complex question. Should we only repair the former damages or could we reach a really environmental sound production for the future? The demand for a rapid economic growth is an incredible challenge for the application of new environmental ideas. I am truly not sure whether you know the city of Dresden or not. So I would like to give you a short introduction. Dresden is situated in a valley shaped by the river Elbe. There live about 500,000 people. Dresden has a great reputation for arts and sciences. Its also well know as a town of high technology industries such as electronics and optics. We restored the power plant and therefore we don't need any atomic power plants actually we haven't got one. Since 1990 there were founded many official agencies in Dresden because it is the capatal of Saxony. Considering nature and environment we there is a large forest area called "Dresdner Heide". The river Elbe and the meadows are situated on both sides of the river. There are a lot of green and free places in the city area too. Furtheron there is something unusual for a large city: about 50% of the drinking water resources mostly take place within the city itself. The origin is the ground water as well as water from the river Elbe after filtration of course.

Sources of Carbonaceous Materials in the Airborne Particulate Matter of Dhaka

  • To explore the sources of carbonaceous material in the airborne particulate matter (PM), comprehensive PM sampling was performed (3 to 14 January 2010) at a traffic hot spot site (HS), Farm Gate, Dhaka using several samplers: AirMetrics MiniVol (for $PM_{10}$ and $PM_{2.5}$) and MOUDI (for size fractionated submicron PM). Long-term PM data (April 2000 to March 2006 and April 2000 to March 2010 in two size fractions ($PM_{2.2}$ and $PM_{2.2-10}$) obtained from two air quality-monitoring stations, one at Farm Gate (HS) and another at a semi-residential (SR) area (Atomic Energy Centre, Dhaka Campus, (AECD)), respectively were also analyzed. The long-term PM trend shows that fine particulate matter concentrations have decreased over time as a result of government policy interventions even with increasing vehicles on the road. The ratio of $PM_{2.5}/PM_{10}$ showed that the average $PM_{2.5}$ mass was about 78% of the $PM_{10}$ mass. It was also found that about 63% of $PM_{2.5}$ mass is $PM_1$. The total contribution of BC to $PM_{2.5}$ is about 16% and showed a decreasing trend over the years. It was observed that $PM_1$ fractions contained the major amount of carbonaceous materials, which mainly originated from high temperature combustion process in the $PM_{2.5}$. From the IMPROVE TOR protocol carbon fraction analysis, it was observed that emissions from gasoline vehicles contributed to $PM_1$ given the high abundance of EC1 and OC2 and the contribution of diesel to $PM_1$ is minimal as indicated by the low abundance of OC1 and EC2. Source apportionment results also show that vehicular exhaust is the largest contributors to PM in Dhaka. There is also transported $PM_{2.2}$from regional sources. With the increasing economic activities and recent GDP growth, the number of vehicles and brick kilns has significantly increased in and around Dhaka. Further action will be required to further reduce PM-related air pollution in Dhaka.

디지털 디바이드(Digital Divide) 연구경향 분석 (Past and Future of the Digital Divide: A Bibliometric Analysis and Review)

  • 1990년대 이후 인터넷 등 정보화기기의 급속한 발전 및 보급으로 디지털 디바이드(Digital Divide : 정보격차)는 정보화 사회의 주요 정치, 경제, 사회적 이슈로 떠올랐다. 또 정보격차 문제를 규명하고 이를 해결하기 위한 많은 정책적 노력과 학문적 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 지난 2000년부터 2011년까지 약 10년간 진행된 정보격차와 관련된 다양한 연구들을 체계적으로 정리하고자 했다. 이를 위해 Engineering Village 2(EV2) 데이터베이스를 활용, 정보격차와 관련된 기존 연구들에 대한 자료를 수집했으며 연구자가 설정한 기준에 따라 이를 분석하고 분석결과를 정리했다. 20여년 간의 관심과 지속적인 노력에도 불구하고 정보격차는 여전히 현재진행형인 이슈로 기존의 연구경향을 분석 정리한 본 연구는 향후 정보격차에 대한 후속연구에도 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

디지털 영상을 이용한 철도선형정보 추출 (The Extraction of Railroad Alignment Information Using Digital Imagery)

  • 철도는 대중교통 수단으로 가장 일찍이 개발되어 근대 산업발전에 크게 기여하였으나 20세기 중반이후 자동차, 항공기 산업의 발달과 투자의 집중으로 철도시설의 낙후 등 정체화의 길을 걷게 되었다. 그러나 산업의 고도화 및 분업화로 인한 교통수요의 급속한 증가와 다양화로 대량수송, 고속성, 안전성, 정시성, 에너지 효율성 및 환경오염 방지 측면에서 탁월한 장점을 갖는 철도의 역할을 재인식하게 되었다. 최근 기존선의 개량 및 이설하고자 할 경우 기존선의 평면선형 제원은 기본적인 자료로서 필요하게 되는데, 만약 최초 선형자료의 기본인 설계도서가 분실되었거나 훼손되었을 경우에 설계제원의 복원이 불가능하며, 최근 발생되는 각종 재난으로 인한 선로 유실시 선형의 정밀 복구가 어려운 실정이다. 철도선형제원이 기본적인 지리정보 자료로서의 기능을 발휘하기 위해서는 누락된 기존선의 철도선형에 대한 제원을 알아야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회간접자본시설인 철도를 대상으로 디지털 영상을 획득하고 분석 처리하여 선형의 3차원 형상을 재현하며, 선형제원을 역으로 산출함으로써 기존선의 선형자료를 정밀하게 추출하여 철도시설의 정보화 구축에 기여하고자 한다.

건설사업관리(CM) 관리인력 규모산정을 위한 사례연구 - 공공공사 건축공사 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Calculation of Organization Scale in Construction Management -Focusing on Building Construction-)

  • 국내 CM현장은 경기침체로 인해 성장이 다소 둔화되고 있지만 최근 공공기관 이전사업 등으로 인해 CM시장은 꾸준한 규모를 보이고 있다. CM제도가 도입된 이래로 다수의 발주기관들이 건설사업관리 역량을 점차 보유하고 있지만 이에 대한 건설사업관리 조직 규모 산정을 위한 노력은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 공공공사 건축공사 10개소 사례를 바탕으로 통계분석과 관리인력당 사업비를 활용하여 건설사업의 관리업무를 수행하는 전체 관리조직의 규모 산정 방법을 도출하였고 Case Study를 통해 활용성을 검토하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 적정 관리인력 규모 산정 및 투입으로 건설사업의 원활한 업무수행과 성공적으로 사업을 수행하는데 기여하고자 하였다.
