Of pharmacological interventions, Tylenol had the highest score at 3.44 out of a possible 4 points. The most frequent route for giving medication was intramuscular injection (42.6%) and for 62.7%, there was a decision by the physician for routine medication or prn. On reactions after medication, moderate relief had the highest frequency (41.9%), and for side effects after the medication, feeling of nausea was most frequent (70.4%). Of the nonpharmacological approaches to pain relief, ice bag had the highest score with 2.95 out of a possible 4. Judgement to give medication was made by the nurse for 50.1% of the participants and 647% reported a little relief from pain. Methods: The researchers explained the objective for 143 persons who completed hospital clinical training from June 2nd, 2006 to October 23rd, 2009 among paramedic in fire station. The questionnaire in this research consisted of 80 questions. In the reliability for the awareness of emergency patient assessment, cronbach's $\alpha$ was 0.95, and in the reliability for emergency care fulfillment, cronbach's $\alpha$ was 0.93. reliability for clinical knowledge improvement is cronbach's $\alpha=.95$, and reliability for emergency care fulfillment is cronbach's $\alpha=.82$. Collected data was analyzed through SPSS 18.0 statistics program for frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, Paired t-test, t-test, Correlation Coefficient, and internal consistency reliability was analyzed by cronbach's $\alpha$. Results: 1) The paramedic awareness and practice difference for emergency patient is statistically signification for general patient assessment(t=14.159, p=.000), trauma patient assessment(t=11.288, p=.000), internal medicine patient assessment(t=10.898, p=.000), and it shows the level of practice is lower than the level of awareness. 2) The paramedic difference between the level of awareness and practice according to whether or not they have clinical career is not signification on awareness(t=3.119, p=.125), and is high on practice(t=3.119, p=.002). 3) The correlation between paramedic awareness and the level of practice shows positive correlation(r=.61, p=.000). The higher the awareness of emergency patient assessment is, the higher the level of practice is. 4) The difference between paramedic clinical knowledge improvement and the level of emergency care practice is statistically significant(t=3.351, p=.001). 5) 89.6%(128 persons) of paramedic replied hospital clinical training experiences are helpful for field activity. 92.3%(133 persons) replied they apply well for clinical knowledge learned during hospital clinical training and emergency care skills in the field. Conclusion: Paramedic in fire station must evaluate the patient's initial assessment and activate the transfer system to the emergency department. It is necessary to develop and implement the effective education program continuously. The education program should systemize currently operated hospital clinical training. emergency disease and symptoms emergency care method, and practice mainly skill education should be progressed. In the prehospital and transfer management, high quality of medical assessment is required to the emergency medical service system. • It is important to plan and operate various training programs at the national level to develop librarians' job performance expertise and future-oriented capabilities. The purpose of this study was to examine the possibility of introducing a librarian learning community as an training program at a professional education and training institution and to suggest an appropriate operation method. To this end, research was conducted using the following contents and methods: 1) theoretical discussion on program operation such as the concept, operation stages, and types of a librarian learning community through a review of related literature; 2) exploring the possibility of operating a librarian learning community through pilot operation and derivation of implications, 3) proposal of a librarian learning community operation model. This study reviewed the librarian learning community operating model through participant observation and participant opinion collection during the pilot operation process to minimize confusion in the early stages of implementation, and also presented an operational roadmap and support system for the successful establishment of the program in the future. There is a need to further develop the librarian learning community operating model presented in this study through implementation and empirical analysis over the next several years. However, the results of this study will also be useful as an initial operating model for a learning community for professional education and training in other fields.

And, 44.3% of the nurses agreed or strongly agreed that post-operative treatment of pain in children should always aim at eliminating the pain completely. 3. There was a significant relationship between pain attitude and knowledge related facts about pain(r=.217, p<.01). 4. When asked to identify the point of self-reported pain on a 0-10 scale at which the nurse would give medication, point 7 was mostly identified (29%). 5. Only 19.8% of the nurses utilized pain rating scale to assess children's pain. 6. The nonpharmacologic interventions nurses used most were position change, emotional support, and massage. 7. 68.7% of the nurses indicated that they learned about pain management from their current working environment. Also, Mostly helpful resource identified in increasing their pain management knowledge and skills was the continuing education program. • Objective: This study was carried out to examine factors influencing job stress and health promotion behavior of medical doctors, who play the important role for improving people's health. The data were collected from 340 medical doctors working in clinic and hospitals in Daegu using self-administered questionnaires over the period from July 1 to August 15, 2018. Methods: A multiple regression model was used to study the factors influencing job stress and health promotion behavior of medical doctors. Results: This study showed that average job stress level of the subjects was 3.06 out of 5 point. The medical doctors with carrying out surgery and longer working time tend to have higher job stress level compared to other groups without surgery and having short working time. And medical doctors generally do not have good health promotion behavior and average level of practice of health promotion behavior of the subjects was 2.30 out of 5. The groups with high rate of quitting job and working in hospital tend to have lower practice level of health promotion behavior compared to other groups. And it also showed that the groups with higher the job satisfaction rate and vocational aptitude tended to have the higher level of practice of health promotion behavior compared with other groups. Conclusions: Medical doctors tend to have higher job stress level, whereas they have relatively lower health promotion behavior compared with people with other jobs. Thus, strengthening of health education and counselling for medical doctors and improvement of work environment considering job's characteristics is needed. In particular, the education for job stress management and health promotion in regular continuing education program organized by medical doctors's association should be strengthened.
