기록물관리 전문요원의 국가기록원 계속교육 전이효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Transfer Effect of Continuing Education in the National Archives of Korea for Records Managers)

  • 본 연구는 국가기록원 계속교육의 전이효과를 향상시키기 위한 목적으로 국가기록원 계속교육의 전이효과와 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 이에 따른 개선방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 국가기록원 계속교육의 전이효과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 학습자 특성, 교육 프로그램 특성, 조직의 전이풍토로 구분하였으며, 기록물관리 전문요원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 272명의 전문요원이 응답하였고 통계분석을 통하여 전이효과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하였다. 이와 더불어, 전문요원들의 요구사항 및 의견을 수렴하여 국가기록원 계속교육의 전이효과를 제고할 수 있는 개선방안을 학습자, 교육 프로그램, 조직의 전이풍토, 국가기록원 측면에서 제시하였다.

대학도서관 사서직을 위한 계속교육 운영모형 연구 (A Study on the Operation Model of Continuing Education for Academic Librarians)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국사립대학도서관협의회 회원들을 대상으로 질문지조사를 실시한 결과를 바탕으로 국내 대학도서관 사서직을 위한 바람직한 계속교육 행태를 제안하였다 조사 결과 61.4%가 1년에 1회 이상 평균 2.6건의 계속교육 프로그램에 참여하고 있으며 사서들이 선호하는 계속교육 유형은 단기 연수 혹은 강습의 유형이고 기간은 일주일 혹은 2-3일이 가장 선호되는 것으로 나타났다. 교육은 근무시간 중에 시행되는 것을 선호하였고 온라인 교육에 대한 선호도가 비교적 높게 나타났다. 계속교육의 활성화를 위해서는 대학도서관이 실제 관심을 두고 있는 교육 주제 선정이 가장 중요하다고 답하였고 선호하는 교육 프로그램은 이용자교육, 정보검색, 전자저널 및 라이선스, 도서관 기획 및 전략. 도서관 마케팅, 가상 디지털 참고봉사 등의 순이었다.

응급구조사의 업무 특성에 따른 보수교육 만족도 및 교육요구도 (Satisfaction of continuing education and need assessment according to job characteristics in emergency medical technicians)

  • Purpose: To assess the satisfaction of continuing education and need assessment according to job characteristics in emergency medical technicians (EMTs). Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 222 EMTs from May 28 to July 6, 2018. It consisted of questions on the method and need of continuing education, and satisfaction regarding education time, assessed using a 5-point Likert scale. Descriptive statistics, a chi-square test, and ANOVA were used to analyze the data. Results: The responses to questions on the method of continuing education (${\rho}=.000$), satisfaction of regarding the duration of continuing education (${\rho}=.029$), method (${\rho}$< .001), and topic (${\rho}=.000$) varied according to the differences in job characteristics of EMTs. Assessment and management of patients with multiple trauma ($4.17{\pm}.735$) emerged as the most important while license examination protocol for EMTs ($3.33{\pm}.968$) was rated the least important among topics for continuing education. Separation of continuing education (${\rho}$< .001), education method (${\rho}$< .001), education topic (${\rho}$< .001), and necessity of quality management of continuing education (${\rho}$< .001) differed according to the job characteristics of EMTs. Conclusion: It is important to provide a suitable program catering to the diverse requirements of EMTs. The education programs must be tailored to the needs of level 1 and level 2 EMTs separately. To improve the quality of education, it is necessary to evaluate the continuing effects.

  • According to the development of scientific technique, approvement of income level, diversification of recreation, etc., modem society human being demand for the facility for communication, education, and information in the community. So, School is watched by the community as a continuing education center where is expropriated diversify demands. On the other hand, the fact is that education program by community demands in the school facility has not been set. Then, this study aim to suggest to proper education program by consequence of question.

의료기관 종별 간호사의 임상간호교육 참여 현황과 보수교육 요구 분석 (Analysis of Participation Status in Clinical Nursing Education and Needs for Continuing Education among Clinical Nurses according to Hospital Type)

  • Purpose: This study investigates the participation status in clinical nursing education and nurses' continuing education needs to develop educational programs. Methods: Participants were 227 nurses working in medical institutions where nursing students practiced, and the selection criteria were nurses with more than two years of clinical education experience; data were collected using structured questionnaires. Results: More than half of the clinical nurses had completed a preceptor training program for clinical nursing education, and the subjects mainly educated by nurses were new graduate nurses and nursing students. The obstacles to clinical nursing education were lack of compensation, lack of manpower, lack of patient nursing time, excessive workload, and lack of knowledge as educators. The educational methods preferred in continuing education were small-group workshops and online education. The desired educational topics in continuing education were current nursing practice standards, simulation nursing education, and the role of clinical nursing educators. Conclusion: Based on our results, it is necessary to understand the importance of clinical nursing education, which is essential for clinical nurses, to prepare a specific system for them and to develop and operate a systematic education program according to medical institutions' characteristics.

서울지역 간호사 보수교육 실시 분석 -오프라인교육 중심으로- (The Analysis of Raw Data of Completion of Off-Line Continuing Education in Nursing in Seoul, 2008-2012)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2008년에서 2012년에 대한간호협회 서울특별시간호사회에서 실시된 간호사 보수교육 자료를 분석하여 2012년 4월부터 전면시행 중인 의료인 면허신고제와 간호사 보수교육 운영의 발전을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 2008년부터 2012년까지 5년간의 4,086건의 간호사 보수교육 프로그램을 이수한 165,759명의 자료를 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 일반적 특성, 보수교육 프로그램, 면허취득경과기간을 기술통계, 면허취득경과기관에 따른 보수교육 프로그램의 차이를 t-Test, ANOVA, 상관관계로 분석하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 2008년에 비해 2012년의 보수교육 이수자는 27.6% 증가하였고, 개발된 보수교육 프로그램수는 61.0% 증가하였다. 보수교육 이수자의 78.6%는 40세 미만이며, 89.5%가 병원에서 근무하고 있었다. 실시된 보수교육 내용 중 임상간호 내용이 65.6%로 가장 많았고, 보수교육 유형 중 82.6%가 기관개발교육이었다. 이수자의 면허취득경과연수에 따라 보수교육 프로그램, 보수교육 유형, 보수교육 내용의 참여에 유의한 차이를 보였으며 특히 면허취득경과연수가 길수록 근무지가 병원이 아닌 기타기관에 종사하는 대상자가 많았고 이수한 교육내용을 보면 지역보건, 직무역량이 증가하여 경력단계별 교육내용 요구도 파악 및 내용의 차별화가 필요함을 알 수 있다.

전문대학 평생교육 학습자의 평생교육프로그램 참여 동기와 만족도가 참여 지속의도에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Participation Motivation and Satisfaction on the Participation Persistence among Adult Learners at College Continuing Cducation Center)

  • 본 연구는 평생교육 프로그램에 참여하는 학습자들의 평생교육 참여동기와 교육만족도를 분석하고, 참여지속의도에 미치는 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 대학에서 운영되는 평생교육 프로그램의 질을 높이고, 요구도를 반영한 다양한 교육프로그램을 개발하여 성인학습자의 관심과 평생교육 참여지속률을 높이고자 한다. 본 연구는 2017년 5월 1일에서 6월 20일까지 경기도에 소재한 4개 전문대학 부설 평생교육원에서 강좌를 수강하고 있는 성인남녀 412명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Version 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 대상자의 일반적인 특성, 주요 변수들은 기술통계를 이용하였고, 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 참여동기, 교육 만족도, 참여지속 의도의 차이는 T-test와 ANOVA로 분석하였다. 참여자의 참여동기, 교육 만족도, 참여지속 의도의 관계는 Pearson's correlation으로 분석하였고, 참여자의 참여지속의도 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 단계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 연구대상자의 평생교육프로그램 참여 동기, 교육만족도 및 참여지속 의도 간에는 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 대상자의 참여지속의도에 미치는 영향요인은 참여 동기, 교육 만족도, 시설 및 환경 만족도이었고 모형이 유의하고 41.2%의 설명력을 보였다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 전문대학 평새교육프로그램 학습자의 참여동기를 높이기 위해 참여동기와 교육만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 요인을 고려하여 프로그램을 개발하고 운영할 필요가 있다.

대학도서관의 참고사서을 위한 계속교육 (Continuing education for reference librarians in academic libraries)

  • The purpose of this study is to synthesize the theoretical systems concerning the necessity, methods, contents, and institutions of the continuing education for academic reference librarians in Korea, and to present a direction after performing a survey research to the librarians and grasping the phenomena on the basis of the system. The necessity, participation, contents, and performing institutions of continuing education were examined in detail, and the correlations among the sub-groups divided by gender, age, academic level of study, career as a librarian were analyzed. Also the direction of continuing education for reference librarians was presented on the basis of the analysis. On the basis of the analyzed contents, the following three methods for an ideal form to the continuing education of the reference librarians were presented in this thesis. 1) It is desirable that the continuing educations are performed at a professionalized institutions such as a library and information science department in a college and an education center for librarians which offers the Certificates of Advanced Study(CAS) as a librarian. 2) It is necessary to develop the various types of educational program in which a working reference librarian may take more chances to study during vacation, weekends, or in the evening time. 3) It is necessary to develop the proper educational contents that reference librarians want, and to educate the librarians in order for them to keep pace with the change of times.

보건진료원을 위한 보수교육자료의 개발방향 (A Study on the Development Strategy of Continuing Education Package for the Community Health Practitioners)

  • The role of Community Health Practitioner(CHP) should be continuously adapted to the social changes and the needs for health care services. That is the reason CHP needs to be retrained through the continuing education program. This paper showed CHP's roles to be reinforced by analyzing his present . task performance and ability in seven task areas as well as the changes of the social environment. In addition, this paper presented retraining areas needed for the reinforcement of the CHP's role in the future, and the development strategy of related continuing education package. The major results are as follows: 1. CHP's main practice area is health care services and management & guidance, whereas the development of health information system is neglected. 2. As a result, CHP plays a role mainly as a health care supplier, a consultant and a health instructor. Therefore CHP's roles to be reinforced are management of the community health system, act as a spokesman and a team member, promotion, assessment, collection & maintenance of information, coordination and research. 3. The areas to be reinforced in CHP's continuing education are (]) aged people's health, (2)?drinking & smoking, (3)?young people's health(including drug and sexualissues), (4) rehabilitation, (5)?administration and management for community health, (6)?partnership & membership, (7) local residents' participation and community development, (8) collection & treatment of health information and (9) environmental issues for community health. 4. The priority in developing continuing education package should be given to the area, which is encountered often in rural area but important, and has a good opportunity to be resolved. The health management of aged people was selected as a top priority by members of the Community Nursing Academic Society. 5. It is recommended that the instruction materials be accommodated to the small scale workshop or seminar in order that CHPs can participate actively in the continuing education program.

치과위생사의 보수교육 참여동기와 교육만족도에 관한 연구 (Participation motivation and satisfaction of continuing education in the dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the participation motivation and satisfaction of continuing education in the dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 900 dental hygienists in Seoul and Gyeonggido in continuing education 2015. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects (7 items), continuing education requirements (6 items), and continuing education evaluation (9 items). Cronbach's alpha was 0.859 in participation motivation and 0.901 in satisfaction. Likert five point scale was used. Data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 program. Results: The priorities of the contents were as follows; patient care and counseling(49.0%), the latest information and technology(43.9%), middle management roles(23.3%), health care management(17.6%), and lecture studies(4.4%) in order by multiple responses survey. The favorite instructors were specialized dental hygienist(52.3%). The ideal pay for education fee was 50 percent supported by the institution. The best official announcement of education was e-mail. The participation motivation of education was 4.45 points and was focused on the education completion issue. The lowest score was 2.77 of development of human relationships between participants. The choice for instructor was 3.43 and the lowest score was 2.49 of education fee. Overall satisfaction score was 3.04. Conclusions: Diversification of the continuing education is very important. It is necessary to develop and implement the education methods and to train the dental hygiene specialists for the education.
