Recently, Korean government has, enacted "Individuals with Disabilities anti-Discriminatory Act" in 2008, and is actively promoting the law. However, it is still at its infancy in comparison to other advanced countries in terms providing access for all users. Educational digital contents offered through cyber home learning need to be universally designed to include all learners. This study, I have analyzed the accessibility of K cyber home learning contents using FAE tool, and the result showed low scores or failed for 'HTML Standards', 'Scripting' and the 'Text Equivalents.' To assist digital contents' accessibility, UDL 7 principles could be use to improve accessibility and universality for learner-centered designs. Use of UDL will include learners with and without disabilities to learn from educational digital contents.

The diet of Pacific cod (Gadus macrocephalus) in the East Sea, Yellow Sea and Jinhae Bay was studied by analysis of stomach contents. In total, 518 individuals ranging from 15.5 to 77.0 cm standard length SL were analyzed. Prey organisms of the Pacific cod in the East Sea consistedof Caridea, Cephalopoda and Pisces, whereas In the Yellow Sea, the main food items of Pacific cod were similar to those of East Sea Pacific cod except for Cephalopoda. Interestingly, the stomach contents of Pacific cod in Jinhae Bay is mainly Pisces, which is in contrast to those of the two different coastal areas, the East Sea and the Yellow Sea. Although various species of food were eaten by smaller Pacific cod, both Caridea and Pisces were mainly taken by larger Pacific cod. Consequently, the diet of Pacific cod within acertain size is mainly influenced by prey abundance and prey-size spectrum in its habitat. Higher stomach emptiness of Pacific cod in Jinhae Bay might indicate that fully matured Pacific cod temporally stop feeding during their spawning period.

With the development of ICT technology, various mobile applications have appeared one after another, and they have penetrated deeply into the lives of individuals. In order to explore the key factors that movie content-related applications should have through empirical studies, this study used the information system success model to investigate the influence of each quality factor on movie consumers' attitudes toward movies and their viewing intentions. As a result of the study, it was derived that the most important factor among the quality factors of movie content-related applications was the information quality factor, followed by the service quality being the next most important factor. In this study, based on the results of this study, the direction of application related to movie contents as a new distribution channel was proposed by suggesting a way to improve applications related to movie contents for the development of the domestic movie industry.

The rapid progress of the software has enabled individuals to copy and remake digital contents, which was only done by professionals. However, this rapid growth of software has brought many other defects. As a solution to the problems, contents producer needs to have certification and inspection of its contents text and hold the proprietary rights. In this paper, the new video watermarking scheme is proposed which is appropriate for the requirements mentioned for digital video contents and it is applied to MPEG-2 video encoder and decoder. In order to insert watermark sequence for digital video data, watermarking used blocks reordering algorithm and SCL(secret code list). It is satisfied two properties of cryptography that confidentiality and integrity. We test the proposed algorithm to see its performance in terms of watermark capacity, compression robustness and visual quality impact. According to the experiment of proposed watermarking algorithm, we obtained satisfactory results that watermark can still be extracted after MPEG-2 re-encoding at lower bit rates. It is important property for data hiding and user authentication in video data.

This study started from the consciousness that the community media practice studies have been confined to the traditional terrestrial broadcasting. The following research results and implications were obtained by analyzing Daedeok-valley Radio's case to elucidate characteristics of online-based community media and content production and distribution characteristics neglected in previous researches. First, online community media activities are civic/citizen media activities that capture the value of local communities, and this locality is realized through media content production and its online distribution. Second, contents of online community media link members of the community, and individuals become nodes, interacting both online and offline. Therefore, online-based citizen media activities can be utilized effectively as a means to enhance civic participation and to achieve the locality of community in online and offline spaces depending on strategies for online contents production and distribution. Utilizing online infrastructures for media content creation and distribution in Korea demonstrates potential opportunities of local online media to be considered as niche media that can increase its own sustainability.

Crowdfunding, a way of raising small size investments or donations from numerous individuals, mostly through internet to fund a project, has attracted global interests. The growth of the social network platform has made crowdfunding easier especially for those in the arts and culture sector. Despite the growth of such vehicle, there has been not much empirical research on the subject. We investigated the relationships between the information in the web sites and its contribution to the success in fundraising. We have sampled 161 projects that were uploaded on Tumblbug.com and studied the type of information that lead to a successful fund raise. As a result, we fould that the contents characteristics including motion-pictures, images, and lengthy texts have positive impacts on the success of fundraising. Fundraising rewards did not show any impacts.

Facial expressions decide an image for the individual, and the ability to interpret emotion from facial expressions is the core of human relations, hence recognizing emotion through facial expression is important enough to change attitude and decisions between individuals within social relations. Children with unstable attachment development, seniors, autistic group, ADHD children and depression group showed low performance results in facial expression recognizing ability tasks, and active interventions with such groups anticipates possibilities of prevention and therapeutic effects for psychological disabilities. The quantified figures that show detailed change in position of lips, eyes and cheeks anticipates for possible applications in diverse fields such as human sensibility ergonomics, korean culture and art contents, therapeutical and educational applications to overcome psychological disabilities and as methods of non-verbal communication in the globalizing multicultural society to overcome cultural differences.

Anyone curious to easily access and learn Korean history has become interested in Korean history data bases, which will provide accurate and reliable historical information. Furthermore, user demands for information sharing and reusability, available through setting up a semantic web, have been increased, which have taken the shape of linked data. Efforts have been made to construct public data bases containing readily usable contents a user can understand and utilize with ease. They have been produced by several organizations, portal sites, and individuals, trying to deviate from existing mainstreams - expert-based text data bases. A problem with those data bases is that they have not considered such vital factors as the sharing and utilizing of information as a whole. This study suggests a LOD-based Korean history contents implementation system, providing rich information environment by way of multi-dimensional web-data connections. In doing so, this system has tried a historic information circulation service system which is based on information sharing and connecting.

Purpose: This study was conducted to understand the meaning of mind control as it is understood by elderly persons in Korea. Method: This study was conducted by engaging three elderly persons who are over the age of sixty five and presently residing in Seoul. Several in depth interviews were conducted with these individuals from March 2003 until November 2003. The contents of the interviews were analyzed using the Giorgi Method (1985), which places the emphasis on discovering meaning within the phenomenological context of an individual's experience. Results: The analysis of the contents revealed the following four components with regard to the meaning of mind control for elderly persons (1) Settling the mind (2) Gradual lowering of expectations and hope for the success of offspring, (3) Having good thoughts and acting accordingly, and (4) Making up one's mind to follow the 'natural flow of life'. Conclusion: By allowing a wider and deeper understanding of the meaning of mind control for elderly persons the results of this study provide a basis for improving the care of elderly with a holistic perspective.

In this study, five personality types of employees have any impact on their creativity, a systematic and comprehensive study of literary research and demonstration studies were parallel. Results of the research employee of the extroversion, agreeableness of their creativity (+) showed the impact. In addition, sincerity, openness to experience, personality and creativity of employee creativity (+) for influencing said. Neuroticism to creativity, but nature does not affect any found. This study, five personality types that affect employee creativity of individuals by examining the relationship between personality type and creativity by presenting a model for the study, employees' personality types can have on creativity and offers a realistic alternative to the theory presented you can find the meaning in that. These theoretical and empirical validation of the results of employee productivity oriented organizations, including human resource management in a systematic and reasonable for the type of personality tests are being conducted on the administrative feasibility is expected to be able to provide. Finally, based on the results of these studies, management and administrative implications and future research directions presented.
