The most critical element in the real-time operation of RFID application programs that are suitable for the mobile environment is the RFID middleware, made exclusively for mobile handsets, which processes collected data on a real-time basis and sends only the useful information to the application client. In this paper, we intend to design and implement a mobile RFID middleware system that supports the mobile handset environment for real-time based processing of the necessary data in the mobile environment. The proposed mobile RFID middleware system includes a mobile reader interface that collects the tag data, a mobile filtering engine that processes the tag data into more meaningful data that is sent to the application interface, and finally the mobile application interface that supports the m-SOAP application access protocol for interfacing with existing mobile applications. The filtering speed of the newly-developed middleware engine was found to be suitable for the characteristics of mobile handsets.

Unlike in the past, the environment related to CSR activities of financial services companies changed, such as lower interest rates, easier access to knowledge and the environment for risk management of financial services companies changed, including global economic instability, increased regulations, and exposure of new technologies associated with operating methods. This study examined the effects of CSR activities and risk management on sustainability and mediating effects of corporate image among financial service companies. The result of the study are as follows. First, the CSR's legal responsibilities, management in disaster risk and strategic risks of financial service enterprise have positive effect on sustainability, however, the management of CSR's ethical responsibilities, discretionary responsibilities, operational and financial risks have shown to have negative effect Second, CSR's legal responsibilities, discretionary responsibilities and the management of disaster risks act as mediating role between corporate image and sustainability. As a result, when financial service enterprises concentrate on managing CSR's Legal responsibilities and disaster risks, it was found that the corporate image improves and enhancement of sustainability.

The purpose of this study is to compare perceptions toward multicultural adolescents' career problems between multicultural adolescents and parents with multicultural backgrounds and youth and parents in non-multicultural families and to discuss their differences. For this purpose, the data from 825 respondents were analyzed using correspondent analysis. The results follow as: first, multicultural adolescents tended to agree very much with the difficulties of interpersonal relations, distance from appearance, and economic difficulties while non-multicultural adolescents tended to disagree with. Second, both multicultural and non-multicultural adolescents disagreed with the confusion about identity as Koreans, but parents of non-multicultural adolescents showed a negative perception. Third, in terms of education and institutions, multicultural adolescents recognized the strong need for expanding career education opportunities for multicultural students, supporting employment, strengthening access to career information, and professional help for careers compared to non-multicultural adolescents.

The purpose of this study is to expand the access rights of audience by diversifying and specializing types of material of TV documentary produced by independent production. To achieve this, we classified according to materials of . This research suggested that almost the whole independent production produced this documentary in the way of complete posting system, especially small production. Also as the result, to analysis nine types of materials, types of current affairs and human sources have the most to produce occupied 51.9% and independent production have maximized profits through a series of works. The research value of this study is that this study analyzed the types of material selection of TV documentary produced by independent production systematically.

Mostly mechanical products are connected by several components instead of single accessory in product process. Although majority of assembly process is automated, the fault analysis is not automated because it needs expert knowledge in various fields to support inclusive decision-marking. This paper proposes an assembly fault analysis support system that uses image regions which can be easily accessed and understood by experts of various fields. An assembly fault analysis support system helps effective fault analysis from assembly by integrating image regions, product design information, and fault detection information. The proposed method enables fault information access from multimedia information by segmenting product images. After product images are segmented by labeling, design information and fault information are integrated in extended Attributed Relational Graph.

As the online game which is possible of large-scale multiple access enjoys popularity, the number of development by many online game manufacturers came to increase exponentially. But, the reason why the qualitative expansion pace cannot follow the pace of the quantitative expansion on games is that most of them are paltry enterprises except the leading enterprises which are occupying few competitive advantages, so there is no well-established production procedure, and accurate test before the launch isn't accompanied. Therefore, it doesn't cope flexibly to the expectable results. Now, important function is not embodied through the game feature checking stage of the same feature or is under the situation being used in finding out the fatal error of the specific parts. To this, this study collects the emotional vocabulary in the games to suggest the evaluation system that can evaluate the emotion the user feels while playing the game with the usage of the evaluation system that is leaned toward the existing usage evaluation system, and through factor analysis, we classify them into interactivity, interface and information factors and suggest the emotion evaluation system while designing the evaluation questions according to it.

Depression and mental illness across all age groups, and steady increasing in suicide rate are our major social problems which cause dramatically decreasing government competitiveness. While Korean government has implemented various policies to improve mental health and prevent suicide, it faces revealing issues in progress on implementation and referral management systems. The current research examined domestic and foreign cases to understand the actual status and directivity of ICT convergence plan in terms of mental health. The United States and the United Kingdom have provided convergent ICT service, telepsychiatric care to senior citizens in rural areas, children and adolescents, socially disadvantaged class, etc. In Korea, emergency-notice devices are installed to prevent suicide for single elderly people, and diverse mobile health devices are developing to cure depression and Alzheimer's disease. ICT convergent mental health care service is needed to save socioeconomic costs and realize universal welfare for an aging society. Social consensus on sharply conflict issues, medical law and medical devices about telepsychiatry service, effectiveness studies on users' unique psychiatric characteristics by life cycle, and region-specialized strategies for the least densely populated rural regions with lower access to medical care should be considered.

This study analyzes the right guarantee level of Job Creation Project for the Elderly by participation type based on Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing. The analysis is conducted using '2012 Job Creation Project for the Elderly Participants Survey' of Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged. The major findings are as follows: First, "social contribution" type's implementation level of "active participation in society and development" is not high enough. Second, considering the average age of the participants, the level of "work and the ageing labor force" is high enough while the practical level is not high in market. Third, the level of "access to knowledge, education and training" is not enough within "market entrance" participants. Fourth, the level of "poverty reduction" and "income security" is not high. Based on the results, this study proposes that the quality of "social contribution" type's occupations and "market entrance" type's education should be improved. Also, the wages of the entire occupations provided by this project need to be raised.

Digital Multimedia Broadcasting is the next generation broadcasting service which enables various digital multimedia contents, i.e., audio and video, and data access for mobile users. However, due to the bandwidth limitation, the spatial resolution is limited to CIF(Common Interleaved Frame). The Advanced Terrestrial DMB (AT-DMB) secures additional bandwidth by adopting hierarchical modulation transmission technology and provides high data rate and quality for mobile multimedia broadcasting services with scalable video coding(SVC). This paper proposes scalable video coding technology for AT-DMB which enables high quality mobile multimedia broadcasting services that exceeds current DMB service's quality and contents capability.

The purpose of this study was to examine major motivations for using SNSs and the effect of them on SNS participation. In order to address the research questions, 253 undergraduate and graduate students participated. Results of the study were summarized as follows. First, Cyworld was mainly used followed by Facebook and Twitter. Most of the respondents had access to SNSs via smart devices. The average frequency of SNS use was 1-3 times a day and they used them less than 30 minutes a time. The reasons why they started to use SNSs were mainly to follow current trends, maintain friendship, and accept acquaintances recommendations. Second, the result of component analysis derived four primarily underlying dimensions related to SNS use; self-satisfaction, social interaction, recreation, and information seeking. Third, both self-satisfaction and social interaction motivation had significant correlation with SNS participation. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that self motivation was more influential on active participation than social interaction and information seeking motivation.
