The revised "Software Industry Promotion Law" has been effective from 2013. This law is to be basis of the domestic public information sector and increases the opportunities for small and medium-sized firms in participating the public IT projects. The shortcomings of this law may be the increase of the risk and the decrease of quality of projects. These suggest that the competencies of project manager (PM) s are critical. Also, in general, an SI (System Integration) project is a one that provides a customer with a customer-tailored system for system integration. Particularly, in an SI project involved in a public institution or a large corporation, the ripple effect of success or failure of a project is becoming greater as the system requires higher cost and more time due to high complexity and large scale. One of the solutions to address these problems is to investigate the competencies of a PM. Thus, in this paper, we derived the major competencies using the RGT (Repertory Grid Technique) and categorized the resultant constructs using the content analysis. In addition, we analyzed the level of importance of competencies by applying the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The conclusion was that Problem-solving Skill and Leadership were the most important competencies of a project manager.

The recognition of public libraries as development partners places an onus on public libraries to provide services that will enhance national integration and development. Whereas libraries have been known to provide information resources in various formats, recent developments around the world have shown that it is no longer enough to provide information to users. Users are being encouraged to become knowledge producers and not just consumers. In this regard, libraries are rethinking their strategies. One of the consequences of this, is the creation of makerspaces: a space for creating things within the library. This paper explores the prospects of makerspaces in Nigerian public libraries. The paper identified how makerspaces could lead to national development by providing access to technology, providing opportunity for users to work together thereby promoting unity and togetherness among the citizenry of a given society as well as providing an enabling environment for people to be creative. The paper argued that makerspaces in Nigerian public libraries will lead to increased patronage and users' satisfaction, change in perception of librarians by the public, promote synergy among citizens and result in economic development.

The traditional Chinese mathematics education is examination-contended and has its disadvantages. The mathematics education reform today is undergoing in a wider era and faces its attention on innovation education individually education, flexible and diversified education, give prominence to integration of the curriculum, the integration of teaching content and information technology, and the changing of teaming methods and teaching methods. These are all the new trends in the mathematics education reform in China.

본 연구에서는 각 지역 데이터베이스에 저장되어 있는 컨텐츠들을 통합 관리할 수 있는 컨텐츠 통합 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 컨텐츠 통합 관리 시스템은 각 지역 데이터베이스에 저장되어 있는 컨텐츠들의 저장 스키마를 표준화된 XML 문서로 변환하여 통합된 전역 데이터베이스를 생성한다. 본 연구에서 개발한 컨텐츠 통합 관리 시스템은 컨텐츠의 지속적인 확보를 위해 서로 다른 환경에서 저장되고 운영되고 있는 컨텐츠를 통합관리 할 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 제시한다.

이 연구는 STEM 통합 접근의 사전 공학 교육 프로그램 모형을 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 관련 문헌 고찰과 전문가를 대상으로 한 타당도 조사를 실시하였다. 이 연구에서는 STEM 통합 접근의 교육 프로그램 모형 개발과 관련하여 다음과 같은 세 가지 결과를 산출하였다. 첫째, 과학, 기술학, 공학, 수학 각각에 대한 개념, 고유의 탐구 방법과 지식 구조 및 영역을 확인하고, 이에 대한 타당도 조사를 통해 STEM 통합 접근의 개념 모형을 구성하였다. 둘째, STEM 통합 접근의 통합 핵심 요소, 활동유형, 교육 프로그램 수행 학습 인원, 교육 프로그램 수준을 탐색하고 이를 바탕으로 하여 STEM 통합 접근의 교육 프로그램 개념 모형을 구안하였다. 셋째, 주제 중심 통합 접근에 따른 탐구 프로젝트 활동, 문제 중심 통합 접근에 따른 문제 해결 활동, 설계 중심 통합 접근에 따른 창의 공학 설계 활동 각각의 교육 프로그램 구성 단계를 제시하여 STEM 통합 접근의 교육 프로그램 구조화를 꾀하였다.

Purpose - Conventional supply chains (SCs) must identify facilitating roles, such as port or terminal operators, shipping companies, and freight forwarders in executing the various logistical activities that support the organizational strategies of shippers. Meanwhile, supply chain collaborative practices can engender a willingness to share relevant and mutually helpful information. To this end, this study seeks to identify the impact of supply chain integration (SCI) on information sharing (IS) and the operational performance (OP) of Korea's container-shipping industry from the perspective of social capital. Design/methodology - We established the research model for this study based on previous studies. In administering the survey, we obtained 149 valid responses from employees working in liner-shipping companies and freight forwarders in Korea. With the collected questionnaires, the study's hypotheses were tested using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 Findings - The results indicate the existence of a mediated relationship where the impact of SCI on OP is mediated by IS. The effect of external integration (EI) on OP is fully mediated by information quality (IQ) and information-sharing content (ISC). Furthermore, EI, IQ and ISC partially mediate the relationship between internal integration (II) and OP. Originality/value - This study expands SCI contexts, where ISC and IQ respectively serve as bridges between EI and OP which has crucial implications for container-shipping companies in terms of improving their performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine mathematics teachers' perceptions of multicultural education. To achieve this goal, the study explored how 10 elementary mathematics teachers noticed multicultural content in a mathematics textbook. Building upon noticing framework (Jacobs, Lamb, & Philipp, 2010), we first examined teachers' attention toward multicultural content in a mathematics textbook. Then, we examined teachers' interpretation of the content. We employed a content analysis approach to examine the collected data. The results indicated that most mathematics teachers held a content integration perspective. Their view was that "multicultural education" referred to learning about the diverse cultures of different countries. Moreover, although they noticed some multicultural content in the textbook, they wanted to discuss them in superficially descriptive ways and avoid talking about social justice issues. Additionally, some teachers believed that mathematics is a culture-free subject. They argued that multicultural content should not be presented in mathematics textbooks. We also discussed uncommon themes, which were reported by only a few mathematics teachers.

선형적인 읽기와 쓰기 특성을 가지고 있는 승자전취메커니즘 방식의 아날로그 메모리를 구현하였다. 메모리의 읽기 동작은 연상메모리의 최적 함수 선택을 위하여 절대값 회로와 승자전취메커니즘 회로가 이용된다. 본 연구에서는 병렬의 고속 쓰기와 읽기 동작뿐만 아니라 고집적을 가능하게 하는 시스템 구성이 실현된다. 복수의 메모리 셀의 구현이 더 높은 집적도와 고속의 쓰기 읽기를 위하여 구현된다. 실시간 인식을 위하여 본 연구에서 사용된 함수는 이상적이며 메커니즘의 시뮬레이션을 위하여 MOSIS의 $1.2{\mu}$ 더블폴리 CMOS 공정 파라미터를 사용하였다.

인터넷 기술 덕분에 미디어 수용자들이 미디어 콘텐츠를 생산하고 유통하는 역량은 전통 미디어 조직에 큰 도전이 될 정도로 커졌다. 이러한 도전은 인터넷이 이제 걸음마 단계인 방글라데시와 같은 국가에서 훨씬 더 긴요하다. 이 연구는 사용자 생성 콘텐츠(UGC)가 어떻게 그리고 왜 방글라데시의 텔레비전 방송에 나타나고 있는지를 알아보았다. 방글라데시 주요 방송사 보도국의 뉴스 편집 간부들을 심층 인터뷰한 결과, 방송사들이 뉴스에 UGC를 사용하는 데에는 위기적 사건이 발생했을 때 정부가 종종 언론 보도에 개입하며, 언론사와 기자가 그런 위기 보도의 경험이 많지 않다는 것이 크게 작용하고 있었다. 또한, 언론사의 전통적 작업 기준만으로는 UGC 및 시민의 뉴스 제작 참여를 관리하기 어렵다는 것도 발견되어, 방글라데시 언론사에 UGC를 관리하는 종합 대책이 필요함을 알려준다.

유보통합이 진행중이다. 이에 따라, 0~5세 영유아교육과정 개발이 필요하다. 2024년 6월 유보통합 실행계획안이 발표되었다. 0~5세 영유아교육과정 운영이 제시되었다. 0~2세와 3~5세 교육과정이 내용에서 비슷하며 동일한 기준으로 개발되었기 때문에 합쳐지는 것이 자연스럽다. 교육과정을 합칠 때 교육과정의 내용, 교원 자격, 재정을 함께 고민할 필요가 있다. 0~5세 영유아교육과정이 개발됨에 따라 교원자격도 0~5세 영유아교사로 설정되어야 한다. 연구의 결론은, 먼저, 교육과정을 0~5세 영유아교육과정으로 일원화한다. 다음으로, 0~5세 영유아교육과정을 가르칠 교사들은 0~5세 영유아교사로 양성해야 한다.
