This study is on capacity building and attitude to work of librarians in Edo State public libraries, Nigeria. Investigation was on the capacity building programs in the Edo State public libraries, the levels of librarians' awareness and participation in the programs, methods of building the capacity programs, influence on the librarians' attitudes to work and factors militating against the programs. Descriptive survey design was adopted for the study and the entire population of 23 librarians were used. Results indicate that the capacity building programs in the library include computer literacy skills, online public access catalogue (OPAC), Internet collection management and general trends in librarianship. The methods used in building the capacity programs in the library include conferences, workshops/seminars, on-the-job and internally organized courses. Respondents indicated very low level of participation in the programs and a negative influence of the programs on their attitudes to work. Various problems were identified as militating against the capacity building programs and solutions were suggested.

This article examines the utilization of e-resources Modibbo Adama University of Technology, (MAUTech) Yola under the auspices of the central library, the Ibrahim Babangida Library. Academics and students are primary users of information resources of any library, hence, their responses towards the utilization of e-resources in the institution have been critically considered in this study. A Mixed method research Design was adopted for the study. A case study approach was employed. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Diffusion of Innovation (DoI) theories were used to develop the conceptual framework of this paper. Questionnaires were used as data gathering tools. Academics and students acted as participants. Major findings are lack of sufficient Internet access for academics and students and lack of training and awareness campaigns. Conclusion has shown that e-resources did not impact research and teaching of academics in MAUTech, Yola.

Being aware of the present situation in Latvia and in whole Europe, Mathematics curriculum development is a topical issue. One of the ways how to deal with it is the application of study modules in the study process. The division of Mathematics studies in the Forms and Content Modules allows students to understand better the organization of study process of mathematics, and creates conceptual awareness of Mathematics logics and its practical application helping students to understand causal relationships and to develop cognitive skills. The purpose of this study is to help the students in middle school improve their English listening comprehension by presenting effective teaching and learning techniques using animation. A good animation provides a self-contained world with language expressed in a virtual context. A few animation such as "Mulan", "The Emperor's New Clothes", and "Gulliver's Travel" are presented. The materials are primarily for English listening comprehension, enhance awareness of American culture and life-styles, and to encourage students' active role in learning English. It is suggested that their use with content-based instruction, where animation provides relevant schema background, makes language relevant and comprehensible. Practical aspects of classroom instruction are discussed, focusing on the adaption of pre-viewing, while-viewing, and post-viewing activities to the selected animation. It is concluded that careful animation selection, purposeful lesson planning, and the integration of pre-viewing, while-viewing, and post-viewing activities into the content-based lesson encourage natural language skills, especially the listening comprehension and students' interest in English.

The purpose of the study is to assess the professional inclination, academic and social background, family status and their occupation, gender distribution, choice of work, and their perceptions of aspirant LIS students. The study examined the various career choice factors and sources of motivation that influence the students of LIS profession. The data has been collected from the 251 LIS students' enrolled five prominent universities of North India. The results indicate that majority of female students join the LIS profession because of employment opportunities. Most of the respondents are from rural areas, hails to middle class families and their educational background in Arts/Humanities and Social Science subjects. Majority of the respondents choose the LIS profession as primary career because for the better employment possibilities. The study recommends the public awareness about the LIS profession in India.

This study is to examine grammar understanding with beginner English speakers according to presentational methods of grammatical content. 18 English-speaking Korean beginners were randomly assigned and divided into two groups. We first examined if there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in grammar comprehension with and without illustrations. It was found that the group given the presentation illustrations showed greater understanding than the group without them. Second, no statistically significant difference in grammar understanding was found between the groups with and without materials marked for their awareness. Third, no statistically significant difference was found between the groups with the order of presenting content elements related to grammatical items. This study is to affirm the importance of illustrations as a component of Korean textbooks.

In this study, keywords from representative online portal sites such as Naver, Google, and Youtube were collected based on text mining analysis technique using Textom to check the changes in metqaverse after COVID-19. before Corona, it was confirmed that social media platforms such as Kakao Talk, Facebook, and Twitter were mentioned, and among the four metaverse, consumer awareness was still concentrated in the field of life logging. However, after Corona, keywords from Roblox, Fortnite, and Geppetto appeared, and keywords such as Universe, Space, Meta, and the world appeared, so Metaverse was recognized as a virtual world. As a result, it was confirmed that consumer perception changed from the life logging of Metaverse to the mirror world. Third, keywords such as cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency, coin, and exchange appeared before Corona, and the word frequency ranking for blockchain, which is an underlying technology, was high, but after Corona, the word frequency ranking fell significantly as mentioned above.

This paper makes a comparative analysis of and (Third Edition) textbook. In the introduction part, it puts forward the purpose, significance and research object of the text, combs the general situation of the research on the arrangement of business Chinese textbook, discusses the concept and characteristics of business Chinese, and then makes a detailed comparative analysis of and Two Business Textbooks for Korean and Chinese. Firstly, the paper compares the compiling principles, compiling purposes and applicable objects. Then, it compares the text content, vocabulary selection, grammar teaching, culture and other aspects. Business Chinese has more international teaching ideas and diversified teaching methods in textbook editing, while the former is more targeted in different countries, reflecting more contents of cultural comparison between China and Korea in textbook content. we hope to find a reasonable plan for the compilation of Korean business Chinese textbooks.

Purpose: Tinnitus, which is often described as the conscious awareness of a sound without an external auditory stimulus, is one of the most common symptoms in the general population. This study aimed to explore the experiences of individuals living with tinnitus. Methods: In this qualitative exploratory study, data were collected from November 2017 to January 2018 through in-depth individual interviews with 11 tinnitus patients. Verbatim transcripts and field notes were analyzed using content analysis. Results: The extracted content was classified into three core categories of tinnitus experiences: "suffering from constant sound," "being imprisoned surrounded by persistent noise," and "efforts to overcome." Conclusion: This study shows that tinnitus had a severe negative impact on patients' lives. The finding will help healthcare providers understand their patients more deeply.

Various artificial intelligence neural network models that have emerged since 2014 enable the creation of new content beyond the existing level of information discrimination and withdrawal, and the recent generative artificial intelligences such as ChatGPT and Gall-E2 create and present new information similar to actual data, enabling natural interaction because they create and provide verbal expressions similar to humans, unlike existing chatbots that simply present input content or search results. This study aims to present a model that can improve the ChatGPT communication skills of university students through curriculum research on ChatGPT, which can be participated by students from all departments, including engineering, humanities, society, health, welfare, art, tourism, management, and liberal arts. It is intended to design a way to strengthen competitiveness to embody the practical ability to solve problems through ethical attitudes, AI-related technologies, data management, and composition processes as knowledge necessary to perform tasks in the artificial intelligence era, away from simple use capabilities. It is believed that through creative education methods, it is possible to improve university awareness in companies and to seek industry-academia self-reliant courses.
