구매속성에 의한 태국 김 시장세분화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Thai Seaweed Market Segmentation by Purchasing Attributes)

  • The aim of this study is to examine profiles of consumers in Thai seaweed market segments. A total of 321 consumers were surveyed in bangkok, thailand. The multiple regression analysis performed indicates that consumer preference toward seaweed snack is significantly influenced by seaweed consumption frequency. The cluster analysis performed indicates that there are three segments based on consumer purchasing attributes toward seaweed snack : leading type, pursuing type, beginner type. The results show that there are consumer segment with different purchasing attributes level and seaweed preference. in this study Thai seaweed market's biggest consumer is leading type consumer(n=40.8%) that have high level of purchasing attributes toward seaweed snack when compared to other segments. pursuing type segment(n=27.4%) consists of consumers who have low level of purchasing attributes but have high consumption frequency. beginner type segment(n=31.8%) consists of consumers who rarely eat seaweed snack and have high price sensitivity. This study can inform Thai seaweed consumer's behavior and effective segment market strategies and target consumer based on purchasing behavior toward seaweed snack.

소비자 지식과 개발 요구에 따른 아웃도어웨어 시장 세분화 (Outdoor wear market segmentation based on consumer knowledge and consumer demand for product development)

  • The purposes of this study were to segment outdoor wear market based on consumer knowledge and consumer demand for function/design development, and to examine the differences of demographic characteristics and purchase behavior among the segmented markets. Data were collected using a questionnaire survey. Respondents were adults aged over 20 and who have experiences of purchasing outdoor wear. The survey was made up of the questions on consumer knowledge to outdoor wear, consumer demand for product development, purchase behavior, and demographic characteristics. Frequency analysis, descriptive analysis and chi-squared test were used to conduct the data analysis on 454 questionnaires. The results of this study were as follows. It showed that the consumer knowledge was a little high and the consumer demands for function/design development were high. Six segmented markets based on consumer knowledge and consumer demand for function development were significantly different in terms of gender, income, purchase frequency and total item holdings. Also, six segmented markets based on consumer knowledge and consumer demand for design development were significantly different in terms of age, income, purchase frequency, purchase objective, purchase place and total item holdings. Compared to the segmented markets based on the consumer demands for product development, the gender was the key of the marketing strategies for the segmented markets by the consumer demand for function development while the age was the one in the markets by the consumer demand for design development. After considering all the results, the characteristics of the segmented markets were made out and the marketing strategies were established.

  • LX Hausys, a leading manufacturer of building materials in South Korea is engaging in the interior business where it is critical to balance between the needs of end-users (B2C) and the needs of corporate consumers (B2B) in an effective manner. Therefore, it is utmost important for the company to ensure that customer communication takes place in two directions based on correct market segmentation strategies, which in turn require a deep understanding of current as well as potential consumers. To accomplish this, LX Hausys conducted both quantitative and qualitative studies to establish a market segmentation strategy which is genuinely different from "general" consumer goods market segmentation strategies. As a result, especially since 2018, its brand (LX Z:IN) began to move up to 1st or 2nd place in a variety of brand rankings. This paper aims to look closely into various characteristic aspects of LXH's market segmentation strategy, and also shows how it is implemented in the real world.

LOV를 이용한 가치(價値)시스템 세분화(細分化) (The Segmentation of Value System Used by LOV)

  • 이 논문은 소비자의 심리묘사적변수(psychographic variables)들로 구성된 LOV(list of values)를 조사하고, 이 LOV를 이용한 소비자들의 가치체계(value system)를 세분화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 접근방법으로서는 Rokeach의 RVS, Kahle의 LOV, 그리고 Razzaque의 Asian Values를 참고하고, 한국적 가치를 추가한 모형을 개발하여, 한국 소비자들의 가치세분화를 진행하였다. 연구결과 LOV를 이용한 우리나라 소비자들의 가치체계(value system)는 (1)영향력에 관한 가치, (2)배금성에 관한 가치, (3)최신성에 관한 가치, (4)모험성에 관한 가치, (5)구원에 관한 가치, (6)사회성에 관한 가치, (7)호기심에 관한 가치, (8)영적 성향에 관한 가치, (9)보수성과 관련된 가치의 순서로 구분이 되었다. 이는 우리나라 소비자들의 가치중심의 시장세분화에 참고자료가 될 것으로 믿는다. 이상의 한국적 가치영역과 인구통계적 변수와의 관계를 분석해 본 결과 성별, 결혼관계, 학력수준, 직업, 가족월총수입, 가족구성형태, 연령 등 전반적 인구통계적 변수와 긴밀한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

이산프로빗모형에서 소비자선호의 동태성 (Dynamics of Consumer Preference in Binary Probit Model)

  • 본 연구에서는 선택모형을 이용하여 소비자패널자료를 분석함에 있어 시간의 흐름에 따라 동적(dynamic)으로 변화하는 소비자내부의 특성 차이를 반영한 특정소비자의 종적인 변화인 소비자동태성을 분석하였다. 선택모형 내에서 소비자동태성은 효용함수에 시변계수(time-varying coefficient)를 도입함으로써 표현될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 계층적모형(hierarchical model)과 상태공간모형(state-space model)에 기반하여 Random-Walk 계수를 지니는 이산프로빗모형을 개발하였고, 개발된 모형을 패널자료로부터 추정하기 위하여 Gibbs 표본법을 적용하였다. 모형추정결과 효용함수의 시변계수들에 유의한 소비자동태성이 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다. 소비자동태성이 존재할 경우 이에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 동적시장세분화가 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

국내 은행의 고객세분화 마케팅 전략 비교분석 (A Study of Marketing Strategies as a Customer Segmentation in Domestic Bank)

  • This study reviewed the marketing strategies of domestic banks and introduced the theoretical framework of CRM model. The market segmentation for consumers in several domestic banks was compared and whether those informations were useful for consumers to evaluate the banks fit to their needs and for bank managers to promote their marketing strategies were also analyzed. The results of study showed that the domestic banks seemed to be apparently different in consumer services. This study showed that their private strategies must be somewhat different and it was important to search and keep those VIP's who contributed to their business. It was recommended to build the PB(private banking) center to counsel those VIP's and to analyze customers' characteristics.

선택상황에서의 제품 속성평가를 바탕으로 한 온라인 의류 구매자 세분화 (Market Segmentation of Online Apparel Buyers Based on Attribute Evaluations in Choice Sets)

  • Consumers have more choices for apparel products as e-shopping grows. This study examines the importance of apparel product attributes and classifies online apparel buyers into groups based on product attribute evaluation in various choice sets. For the empirical research, the online survey was conducted and Latent Gold Choice 4.0 was used for the choice-based conjoint analysis. Five consumer segments are found based on the choice selection of product attributes. The importance of product attributes (online shopping mall, brand, price, and style) and the preference of each product attribute level were different across segments. This research improves the knowledge of the purchasing behavior of online apparel buyers and provides proper attribute combinations of apparel e-shopping for each consumer segment.

내의류 소비자의 구매 성향에 따른 시장 세분화 연구 (Innerwear Consumer Segmentation According to the Shopping Orientation)

  • Apparel has been generally considered to be high involvement merchandise. But, there are many kinds of merchandises with various attributes within the apparel category. Among apparel merchandises, innerwears have been known to be relatively low-involved and convenience products. Lately, many brands with brand name, high quality, and fashionability were launched, and innerwear consumers became more sophisticated and individualized. Therefore, investigating the shopping orientations and behavious of innerwear consumers is needed. Consumers perceived the images and attributes of competing brands to be similar. So, those brands in competition need to establish differentiation strategy. Generally, the innerwear shopping orientation of consumers was passive and low-involved. But, they could be segmented into apathetic group, brand oriented/loyal group, and rational/economic purchaser group. These groups showed significant differences in demographic characteristics, store patronage, and information sources of innerwear. Therefore, there are consumer groups with various shopping orientations and purchasing behaviors in the innerwear market.

국내 레깅스 브랜드 현황에 따른 아쿠아 레깅스 생산실태조사 (Aqua leggings production status survey according to the status of domestic leggings brands)

  • This thesis provided basic data of the domestic leggings industry. For the purpose of comparative analysis, the sales status and consumer preference status of domestic leggings brands were selected, and the three companies, X*xymix, A*dar, and M*laware, which occupy the top positions by domestic leggings brand rankings Therefore, from 2018 to 2020, the market size of leggings items is identified with reference to the sales status and consumer preference status data, and the status of consumer preference is analyzed. As a result of the survey analysis, X*xymix, A*dar, and M*laware, which rank high in consumer preference, operate a separate men's leggings line from leggings targeting young women who mainly focus on yoga, pilates, and fitness exercises. As the age increased, the demand for leggings expanded to the middle-aged. Therefore, it is believed that the segmentation of leggings is made according to the diversifying types of exercise, and as the age group in demand for leggings is expanded, continuous research on market segmentation for aqua leggings necessary for aqua exercise that can exercise without straining the body.

  • 시장의 글로벌화는 시장환경을 급격히 변화시키고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이에 부응하여 디자인을 통해 글로벌경쟁우위를 차지하려 노력하는 글로벌 기업들을 위해 글로벌 디자인 프로세스를 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구는 글로벌 소비자문화의 의미구조와 이동의 관점에서 글로벌 세분시장을 구성하는 글로벌 소비자문화, 글로벌 디자인 및 글로벌 세분시장을 구성하는 소비자간의 순환적 인과구조를 규명하여 글로벌 디자인을 위한 새로운 연구의 틀을 창조한다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 소비자들이 선호하는 디자인을 위해서 글로벌 소비자문화-기반 글로벌 디자인 프로세스를 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 위해 먼저 글로벌 세분시장과 글로벌 소비자, 글로벌 소비자문화 및 글로벌 디자인을 고찰한다. 그 다음 이들 간의 인과구조를 규명하기 위해 이론적 고찰로서 McCraken의 제품의 문화적 의미구조와 이동에 관한 이론을 적용하여 그것을 바탕으로 연구의 틀을 구성한다. 그리고 글로벌 소비자문화 중 10대 청소년의 글로벌 문화에 대한 2차 자료를 바탕으로 사례연구를 진행한다 마지막으로 연구의 결과로서 글로벌 소비자문화-기반 글로벌 디자인 전략을 제안하고 미래 연구를 위한 방향을 논의한다.
