Purpose: Post-purchase service in online platforms has created an exciting focus for consumer behavior studies. This study intends to ascertain the impact of post-purchase shipping dimensions (shipping service, tracking service, return service, and customer care) on customer satisfaction and behavior intention. The authors developed a new model considering behavioral intention as the endogenous variable integrated framework of previous studies. Research Design and Methodology: The total sample is 223 respondents, selected using purposive sampling. The data collection uses Google Forms and is analyzed using AMOS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: Our findings showed shipping, tracking, returns, and customer service positively impact customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction mediates shipping, returns, and customer service on customer behavior intent. Furthermore, customer satisfaction does not affect the effect of tracking service on customer behavior intention. Conclusion: Our hypothesis of the relationship between the post-purchase dimension and customer satisfaction was supported. However, only two of our three mediating hypotheses are supported. The mediating effect of customer satisfaction on the post-purchase dimension on behavioral intention is insignificant, while their direct relationship was significant. It showed that, concerning tracking service, customer satisfaction is not a requirement for the customer to perform behavioral intention in an e-retail context.
For the growing importance of mobile communication, this study sets out to investigate the factors that influencing mobile phone customer satisfaction behavior through a structural equation model. This study proposes six factors model as the key determinants of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, we examine the moderating effect of demographic factors. The study was conducted using a structured questionnaire, data collected from 386 active subscribers. Results confirm that brand name, social influence and after sales service are the three significant determinants of consumer satisfaction. This study finding also suggests that demographic attributes have important consequences on customer satisfaction. The study findings offer an extended theoretical understanding towards customers' mobile satisfaction in the emerging market perspective and for practitioners, potentially to other similar context.
Recently, Japan's territorial claims over the Dokdo Islands and history distortion have provoked the national sentiment of the Koreans. These events make worse political and economic relations between two countries and carry out a demonstration urging a boycott of Japanese goods. This study examines the effects of Korean consumers' ethnocentrism and animosity toward Japan on the product satisfaction perceived after using the Japanese products and repurchase intention. The author hypothesize that animosity toward Japan will affect negatively repurchase intention and positively consumer ethnocentrism, and ethnocentrism will affect negatively product satisfaction as well as repurchase intention Covariance structural equation modeling supports the model and animosity has significant impacts on repurchase intention and consumer ethnocentrism respectively.

Based on a literature review, this study derived four dimensions of perceived attributes: brand assortment size, exclusivity, convenience, and personalization. The paper presents findings from an online survey targeting 359 consumers in their 20s to 30s who had recent experience with luxury fashion platforms. Based on the collected data, a structural model equation analysis was performed using AMOS 22.0 and SPSS 26.0. The findings illustrated that brand assortment size, exclusivity, and personalization had positive effects on consumers' platform trust. In addition, brand assortment size and convenience had a positive impact on satisfaction. Overall, the findings of the study illustrate that perceived attributes of luxury fashion platforms have a significant impact on consumers' platform trust and satisfaction and online word-of-mouth intentions. This study reveals that consumers' trend orientation moderates the effects of consumer attitude and behavioral intention. This research investigates the relationship among product risk, financial risk, security risk, privacy risk, perceived satisfaction, and purchase intention. Validated measurements were identified from a literature review. The measurement model and the conceptual model depicting hypothesized relationships were evaluated based on responses from 306 customers using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results showed that product risk, financial risk, security risk, and privacy risk impacted on perceived satisfaction. Besides, product risk, privacy risk, and perceived satisfaction influenced purchase intentions. Thus, this study focused on the influences of product risk, financial risk, security risk, and privacy risk on their cognitive attitudes toward websites. That means the more consumer perceive security, the more they avoid shopping online. The study is important to show how perceived risk affects online shopping behaviors, and it invites marketers to make necessary adjustments to prevent perceived risks to increase and online shopping to decrease. The findings of this study suggest the creation of a framework on the effect of perceived risk types on online shopping. Managers need to take perceived risks into account when designing their electronic marketing channels. In addition, shopping websites should strengthen their transaction security by appropriately using various available resources and new information technologies.

Internet-based financial services are being increasingly integrated into consumers' daily lives. Internet-only banks have emerged as a powerful tool accelerating financial inclusion. This study investigates the satisfaction and continuous use intention predictors for Internet-only banks. We employed an extended post-acceptance model and used six antecedent factors that included perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, privacy risk, functional risk, subjective norms, and network externality. All 351 participants used Internet-only banks and were 20-40 years of age. A self-administration online survey was conducted. SPSS 23.0 analyzed the frequency, description, and multiple regression analysis. The results of current study are as follows. The education, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and network externality positively influenced the satisfaction of Internet-only banks. Privacy risk negatively influenced satisfaction with Internet-only banks. Perceived ease of use, subjective norm, network externality, and satisfaction positively influenced the continuous use intention of Internet-only banks. The results of our study provide a better explanation of important factors that could enhance the understanding of satisfaction and continuous use intention for Internet-only banks. Furthermore, this study extends the antecedent variables to the knowledge of financial services and enlarges the understanding of users' post-adoption behaviors.
