인터넷 쇼핑몰 불만족 요인이 불평행동과 중재제도 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Internet Shopping Mall Dissatisfaction Factors on Complaint Behavior and Intention to Use Arbitration System)

  • With the development of the Internet, e-commerce is rapidly developing, and e-commerce through the Internet has become a major distribution channel for selling products and services to consumers and buyers. However, as Internet shopping develops, consumer dissatisfaction and conflict are increasing. In this regard, this study examined how consumer dissatisfaction caused by using an Internet shopping mall, which is currently taking the core position in commerce activities, leads to consumer complaints, and how these complaints affect the necessity and intention to use the arbitration system. As a result of the study, the following implications were obtained. First, it will be necessary to remove the root cause of consumer complaints by continuously monitoring consumer complaints, rather than staying at passive consumer complaints such as defective product exchange and damage compensation for dissatisfaction with Internet shopping malls. Second, it can be said that the function of the arbitration system is required to protect the rights and interests of consumers using the Internet shopping mall and to actively improve the problems in the event of a damage situation or a problem situation. Lastly, academia's continuous research will be needed, and governments and related organizations will need to continuously provide and promote information to users of Internet shopping malls.

감정노동과 인권보호 - 항공사를 중심으로 (Emotional Labor and Human Rights Protection in the case of airlines)

  • 항공기 승객을 포함하여 소위 악성소비자에 의한 감정노동자의 피해는 소비자의 권한 남용이 노동자의 인권을 침해할 가능성이 많다는 이유로 심각한 사회 문제가 되고 있다. 감정노동은 공개적으로 얼굴과 신체를 나타내며 만들어 내는 감정 조절의 한 형태이며, 또한 노동자에 의한 감정의 관리가 시장에서 교환될 수 있는 상황을 만들어내는 직업에서의 감정의 관리에 해당한다. 감정노동을 요구하는 직업의 예로서 간호사, 의사, 대기 직원 및 TV 배우 등을 들 수 있다. 그러나 경제가 제조업으로부터 서비스업으로 이동함에 따라 더 많은 노동자들이 다양한 서비스의 직업 환경에 처해 있는데 과거에 비해 고용주의 요구에 따라 그들의 감정을 관리하도록 요구받고 있다. 감정노동으로부터 오는 증상의 하나는 소위 스마일증후군인데 마코토 나츠메교수는 노동자가 계속되는 부자연한 웃음의 결과로 우울증과 신체적 질병을 발전하게 된다고 주장한다. 직장에서의 심한 정도의 감정 통제는 종사자의 심한 정도의 감정 고갈 및 낮은 수준의 직업 만족도로 연결되어진다. 대부분의 경우, 감정노동자는 구매한 상품 및 서비스와 관련하여 공급자에게 대하여 불만을 제기하여 악의적으로 보상을 받으려는 악성소비자에 의한 권리 남용으로 상처를 받고 있다. 이러한 배경 하에서 한국 정부는 "소비자보호법"을 폐기하고 2006년 "소비자기본법"을 제정하였는데, 소비자는 보호를 받기도 하지만 동시에 의무와 책임을 가질 것을 규정하고 있다. "항공안전 및 보안에 관한법률"은 항공기 승객이 여행 중에 기내난동 등 금지되는 행위를 예시하고 있다. 또한 감정노동자의 인권은 예절과 품격 및 근로 환경의 문화적인 향상이 이루어질 때 더욱 보호될 수 있다.

DRM 사용자간 재배포를 위한 라이센스관리 모델 설계 (Design of License Management Model for super-distribution between DRM Consumers)

  • DRM 시스템의 재배포 기능은 디지털 콘텐츠 산업 활성화에 필수적이다. 기존의 DRM은 지적재산권의 안전에 치중하였기 때문에 배포에 대한 제약과 소비자 권리를 억제하는 요소가 된다. 본 연구는 사용자간 재배포를 강화할 수 있는 라이센스관리 모델을 제시한다. 배포 시에 콘텐츠 헤더에 사용자의 식별정보를 넣어서 배포함으로써 배포 이력을 관리한다. 라이센스 발급 후에는 클라이언트가 헤더와 라이센스의 식별정보를 비교하여 안전을 확인한다. 배포 형식과 라이센스를 유형별로 분류하여 적합한 배포 방식을 적용하고 적합한 라이센스를 발급함으로써 배포를 활성화할 수 있다.

화장품 판매자들의 소비자와 판매자로서의 비윤리적 상거래의 관계 (The Relationship between Consumer's and Sales Person's Unethics)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the differences of ethical attitudes as consumer and as salesperson among cosmetic salesperson. For this purpose, 128 cosmetic salespersons, Chunlabukdo, were sampled, 2007. The quesionnaire was composed of the demographic characteristics, attitudes toward the clients, the ethics related to work, and ethical attitudes as consumer. The differences were statistically tested at p<.10. The results of this study as follows; The sub-variables of attitudes toward customers were irresponsibility, understanding and respect for customers, and first priority to Sales persons. The ethics related to work's were sales of defected products, unfair sales practices, and unusual discount. Consumer ethics' were false and deception, invasion of Sales person's rights, and illegal. The types of consumer's ethics were distributed from 57.5% for the unethical consumers, 15.7% for the middle consumers, and 26.8% for the ethical consumers. The salespersons as the ethical consumers tended to show irresponsible attitudes to the clients and first priority to themselves rather than customers. Unethical consumers tended to treat their customers in an unethical sales manners.

유전자재조합식품과 소비자보호 (Genetically Modified Foods and Consumer Protection)

  • Genetically modified foods may be defined as the foods deemed as safe by current technology among the many kinds of agricultural and stockbreeding products that are now under research and development using contemporary gene-modification techniques. This study examines hotly debated arguments, both for and against genetically modified- foods, in various countries. This study also investigates consumers'rights and responsibilities. Countries that are developing and exporting genetically modified organisms(GMO) have maintained that GMO can help produce more crops while reducing labor and other production-related costs, and that the genetically modified foods signify ″the second green revolution,″ which will solve future food and environmental problems by strengthening specific nutritive substances and extending shelf-life. But consumer groups, environmental organizations. and food-importing countries are more cautious about importing and consuming those foods because the potential dangers of GMO to human bodies and the environment have not been tested thoroughly yet. South Korea, following suit with others such as EU, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, introduced a law on 'Labeling of Genetically Modified Foods', which went in effect in March, 2001, on the basis of customers'rights to make informed choices. The law takes the ″precautionary principle″ into consideration, rather than stopping at insuring ″substantial equivalence″ in developing and consuming GM foods. The actual impact of the law will depend on the level of citizens'Participation more than on the government's willingness to carry out the law. So far the level of Korean consumers'consciousness about genetically modified foods is very low. Therefore, it is hard to expect consumers to exercise their ″rights not to buy″ foods that are potentially unsafe. The Korean government must devise an effective plan to inform and educate the people about the labeling of genetically modified foods.

  • The need for oral health rights for people with disabilities is very high, and current oral health care system does not fully reflect these demands. Efforts to promote oral health of people with disabilities are urgently needed. In order for the disabled to have oral health rights, access to oral health services for people with disabilities should be improved and barriers to access should be resolved. In this study, we propose oral health service delivery system to guarantee oral health rights for the disabled. In addition, before applying the proposed oral medical delivery system, the external effects of the system application were predicted and the expert verification was conducted to find out the solution. There are some controversies about the development of the service delivery system proposed in this study. As a result of the expert verification, there were disagreements about the suitability of the service provider, the suitability of the service recipient, the appropriateness of the service content and scope, and the appropriateness of the cost and the revenue source. Subsequent Delphi surveys require the development of structured questionnaires for discussions that require consensus. It is expected that a reasonable consensus of expert opinions will be derived.

온라인상의 소비자 기만 인터페이스 규제방안 연구: 다크패턴을 중심으로 (A Study on the Regulation of Consumer Deception Interface: Focusing on Dark Patterns)

  • After COVID-19, the percentage of digital consumption has soared. Meanwhile, as the online platform market grows in size and digital commerce is activated, controversy over the "dark pattern" that induces consumers to do unintended things online continues. Dark patterns are deceptive design patterns that cause consumer rights and financial damage and can result in damaging fair market competition. As a result, the need to regulate dark patterns is raised not only by overseas regulators but also in Korea, and there are growing calls for strengthening consumer protection against dark patterns, with amendments to related laws being proposed by the National Assembly. On the other hand, there is no agreed definition of dark pattern from a normative point of view, and there is a concern that even legitimate advertising marketing activities of companies may be regulated, so a review of dark pattern regulatory measures is required. In this study, dark patterns were reviewed from a normative point of view and appropriate regulatory measures were analyzed. In particular, the problem of the dark pattern can be applied in a way that the market regulates and controls itself in consideration of the characteristics of the online platform. This study reviewed the possibility of self-regulation for dart patterns and proposed the role of each subject.

  • 최근 아동들의 온라인 활동에 대한 참여가 활발해짐에 따라 아동을 대상으로 하는 온라인 서비스 역시 빠르게 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고, 아동들은 그들의 보호받아 마땅한 권리를 충분히 보장받고 있지 못하다. 본 연구는 아동이 주로 이용하는 앱서비스를 대상으로 현황 및 사례 조사를 통해 국내 아동 개인정보보호에 관련한 이슈를 유형화하여 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 아동의 개인정보보호에 관한 현황을 살펴보고 국내외 법제도에 근거하여 이슈를 도출했다. 연구 결과, 아동 식별의 이슈, 고지 및 동의의 실효성 이슈, 정보주체로서 아동의 권익 이슈 등이 도출되었다. 현황분석을 통해 살펴본 온라인 환경에서의 아동 개인정보 관련 내용을 바탕으로 정책적 시사점을 도출하고 개선방안 등을 제언하였다.

본인 부담상한제와 민영 실손의료보험의 상호작용 (Interaction between Out-of-Pocket Maximum and Indemnity Health Insurance)

  • 본 연구는 건강보험의 본인부담상한제와 민영실손의료보험의 관계에서 야기되는 쟁점을 진단하고, 제도 개선을 위한 정책 과제를 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 문헌연구를 통해 본인부담상한제 초과 환급금 미지급으로 인한 소비자 피해 실태와 건강보험 보장성 강화에 따른 실손보험의 역할 변화를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 일방적 약관 해석과 불완전판매 관행이 소비자 권익을 침해하고 있으며, 실손보험의 보장 축소에도 불구하고 보험료 인하로 이어지지 않는 문제점이 확인되었다. 이에 상품 구조 합리화, 위험률 산출 투명화, 소비자 정보 제공 강화 등의 제도 개선과 함께, 건강보험과 민영보험의 합리적 역할분담을 위한 사회적 합의 도출이 시급함을 강조하였다. 본 연구는 의료보장체계의 발전적 재편을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Web 2.0 정보화 시대에 부합되는 소비자교육 교과경쟁력 강화 방안에 관한 연구: 고등학교 기술/가정 교과에서의 소비자교육에 대한 유용성 평가와 교육방법 개선을 중심으로 (A Study on Strengthening the Curriculum Competitiveness of Consumer Education Consisted with the Web 2.0 Information Age: Based on the Evaluation of Availability and Improvement of Teaching Method of Consumer Education in High School Domestic Science)

  • In this study, based on the current curriculum of consumer education in high school with the advent of Web 2.0 age, I analyzed both the curriculum used by new information tools related with Web 2.0 age and the one used by traditional tools to find out the degree of necessity of consumer education for the high school students in proportion to the level of their informational ability. First, compared with the education of food, clothes and shelter in the curriculum of manual training and domestic science, the necessity, importance, and availability were low and the students had a lower level of interest than they had with the three factors mentioned above. Second, after dividing the sector of consumer education in the curriculum into three fields such as reasonable purchase and use, solution and prevention of consumer problems and forming a new consumer trend, I looked into the necessity of the teaching method using conventional tools and the one using new informational tools following Web 2.0 age respectively. Traditional tools were favored for the education of consumption-related laws and policies, consumers' rights for the general cause of consumer problem solving and preventing. For the generation of the new comsumer trend, the new information tools were preferred in the appreciation of consuming culture and the issues of consuming environment. Third, it was revealed that students' level of informational ethics was the highest at 5.55 while their level of information creation and processing was the lowest at 3.96 from the research of six categories of their informational ability.
