This research is interested in organization members' knowledge contribution, along with the requirement for the effective knowledge management as a critical corporate asset. We consider the performance appraisal and reward system on knowledge sharing as a key issue for the successful knowledge management. Analyzed will be the interactive relationship among the performance appraisal and reward system, individual knowledge contribution, and organizational knowledge contribution effectiveness. This case study is based on in-depth interviews in the consulting industry recognized as a knowledge-integrated industry. The purpose of this research is to examine how firms evaluate and reward organization members' knowledge contribution, to define how fim1s utilize IT for the knowledge management, and to show how the performance appraisal and reward system influence organizational knowledge contribution effectiveness. Besides, other determinants for knowledge contribution effectiveness are defined. It is recognized that knowledge contribution effectiveness is positively related to non-monetary rewards and informal appraisals. As for the future study, we recommend the empirical research based on several propositions developed in this study.

Purpose: Environment test support is urgent for small and medium defense companies in order to improve the reliability of weapons systems. Also, to reduce the burden of test costs, the voucher system must be strengthened. Quality assurance support should be accompanied by budget support. Methods: First of all, it is necessary to expand infrastructure for test equipment that suffers shortages by considering environmental test frequency and waiting periods to reduce the time required for environmental tests. Results: In regard to the environmental test, expansion for test equipment infrastructure, security of budget for the test, establishment of test plan, education and consulting support are required to resolve some limits of small and medium defense companies. Conclusion: Along with the opening of environmental test courses for industry operators, the expansion for consulting support projects of the defense industry support system is needed.

본 연구는 복잡하고 다양한 컨설팅 프로젝트에 참여하는 구성원들의 서로 다른 인식체계와 서로 다른 지식체계에 대한 프로젝트의 팀성과에 영향을 미치는 팀협업의 연구다. 본 연구의 목적은 컨설팅 프로젝트의 인지적 상호작용 과정에서 팀공유인지, 팀정보교류, 팀지식통합, 팀효능감의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 선행 연구를 바탕으로 연구모형과 연구가설을 수립하였다. 컨설팅 프로젝트에 참여한 컨설턴트를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구가설에 대한 실증적 분석을 위해 인구통계학적 분석, 타당도 및 신뢰성 분석, 가설검정을 위한 구조모형 분석, 팬텀 변수를 이용한 매개효과 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 팀성과를 높이기 위해서는 인식체계인 팀공유인지 및 팀정보교류의 개선이 필요하며, 지식체계인 팀지식 통합이 함께 향상되어야 한다. 따라서 서로 다른 인지 및 지식체계를 통합하고, 서로의 전문성을 신뢰하며, 성공적으로 팀 작업을 수행할 수 있는 팀효능감이 필요하다. 그리고 향후 인지 과정의 하위요인에 관한 연구가 필요하다고 본다.

본 연구는 최근 전자 금융거래의 증가와 동시에 금융거래 정보의 탈취 혹은 변조 등 보안위협 또한 급증하면서 안전한 보안 방안과 대응이 시급한 실정이다. 이에 종래에 사용된 사기방지시스템 혹은 이상금융거래 탐지시스템(FDS, Fraud Detection System, 이하 FDS)을 최근 주목 받고 있는 빅데이터 관련 기술(이상금융거래에 대한 다양한 형태의 정형/비정형 금융거래 이벤트 데이터를 실시간으로 수집/저장하고 과학적 연관 분석 기법을 활용하여 비정상 행위를 탐지 및 차단할 수 있는 기능)을 활용하여 국내 금융회사인 A사에 개선 모델을 구축 하였다. 구축결과 시나리오 고도화 분석을 통한 오검출을 최소화 하여 기존 시나리오 Detect탐지 대상의 감소 효과를 나타냈다. 아울러 FDS고도화에 대한 향후 발전방향을 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문은 BI 시스템을 도입하여 사용하고 있는 기업들을 'IT통신 업종', '전기전자 업종', '에너지 화학 업종', '자동차 기계 장비 업종', '식품 소비재 업종' 과 같이 5개 산업 업종으로 구분 하여 BI 시스템을 도입한 기업의 효율성을 DEA 기법의 CCR 모형과 BCC 모형을 활용하여 평가하였으며, 특히 Time-Window 기법을 적용하여 BI 도입 후 기간별로 효율성의 변화 추이를 분석하였다. 즉 BI 시스템을 도입한 기업들의 상대적인 효율성을 비교하여 순위를 매기고, 분석 시 BI 도입 시점으로부터 시간이 흐른 것을 토대로 비교 평가하는 Time Window 기법을 활용하여 BI를 도입한 지 오래된 기업과 그렇지 않은 기업을 차별화하여 의미 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 에너지 화학 산업에서 BI 도입 후 효율성 제고가 두드러졌고 전기 전자 산업의 효율성이 꾸준히 안정화되어 가고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

Although knowledge transfer between two different parties occurs in IS development projects, the majority of prior studies focused on knowledge transfer from IT consultants to clients. Considering two parts of knowledge transfer in IS development projects, we must consider both 'where knowledge is transferred from' and 'where it is transferred to'. Therefore, in this study, we attempt to describe two different routes of knowledge transfer, such as knowledge transfer from an IT consultant to a client and knowledge transfer from a client to an IT consultant. In this regard, we have examined the effect of two different routes of knowledge transfer on system implementation success in IS development project. Specifically, we adopted the knowledge stock-flow theory to examine the causal relationship between IT consulting firms and clients in terms of knowledge transfer and eventual system implementation success. Survey data collected from 213 pairs of individuals (both clients and IT consultants) were used to test the model using three different analytic approaches such as PLS (partial least squares) and two types of mediated regression techniques. We found that knowledge transfers partially mediated both the relationships between IT consultants' IT skills (project members' business knowledge) and system implementation success. Furthermore, the effects of each knowledge transfer were distinguished by depending on the types of system, such as ERP or groupware. Our attempts have significant implications for both research and practice given the importance of effective knowledge transfer to IT consulting.

Among the state-space description of discrete vent systems, the max-plus algebra is known as one of the effective approach. This paper proposes a model predictive control (MPC) design method based on the max-plus algebra. Several studies related to these topics have been done so far under the constraints that system parameters are constant. However, in practical systems such as production systems, it is common and sometimes inevitable that system parameters vary by each event. Therefore, it is of worth to design a new MPC controller taking account of adjustable system parameters. In this paper, we formulate system parameters as adjustable ones, and they are solved by a linear programing method. Since MPC determines optimal control input considering future reference signals, the controller can be more robust and the operation cost can be reduced. Finally, the proposed method is applied to a production system with three machines, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through a numerical simulation.

This paper reviews commercial wind mapping services provided by the oversea consulting companies, AL-PRO and anemos in Germany, AWS Truepower and 3TIER in USA. They provide quick-to-use but essential dataset for a preliminary assessment before commencing an actual feasibility study for wind farm development. Details of wind mapping method, mapresolution, data extraction height, price and so forth are compared and fresh service contents such as site analysis report are drawn from the comparison. Despite its public service, the objective value of the Renewable Energy Resource Map System of Korea Instistute of Energy Research is also confirmed and it is anticipated that the drawn new content idea will be ported to the system to enrich its applicability.

Recently, the structural design code has been changed and every buildings, which have more than three floors or wider area than 1,000m2, should be designed to be able to resist earthquakes. However, most structural engineers are working in some big cities and this physical distance would set a barrier between structural engineers and architects. As a result, most row-rise buildings in small cities are designed and constructed without structural design or the consulting by structural engineers. The purpose of this research is to develop an web-based structural design environment in which structural design and consulting can be performed efficiently through on-line communication without off-line meetings or documents. In addition to the on-line communication, the system has a integrated structural design module which supports all the process of structural design and can increases the productivity of structural design work.

이 토지 컨설팅 정보 시스템(Land Consulting Information System)은 토지에 건축, 형질변경 등 개발행위와 관련하여 구입토지의 선정에서부터 개발의사결정에 이르는 여러 가지 토지법률정보, 요구토지의 입지조건정보, 개발목적에 부합하는 토지의 분포정보, 매매나 세입 관련 부동산 정보 등 사람들의 다양한 요구조건과 의사결정 요소들을 컴퓨터 시스템을 통해 질의하고 검색, 분석함으로서 경제적이고 신속한 정보의 취득과 이를 통한 신뢰성 있는 개발과 구입의 의사결정정보를 제공하기 위한 목적에서 개발되었다. 시스템 기능의 인지도를 향상시키기 위해 'ALGOSA'라 별칭의 로고를 부여하였으며, 일반 개인은 물론 현존하는 전국의 수만 업체에 이르는 부동산사무소(공인 중개사), 측량설계사무소, 건축설계사무소, 전문토지개발회사 등 컨설팅 업체를 중심으로 시스템 보급의 필요성이 기대되며, 나아가 지방자치단체의 개발관련 인허가 부서에서도 이 시스템을 도입함으로서 개발행위 인허가 토지의 체계적 관리는 물론 불법 개발행위 단속과 객관적인 공시지가부여 기준제시를 위한 실제토지이용정보제공 등 폭 넓은 시스템 도입의 효과가 기대된다. 효과가 기대된다.
