PL has been developed centering around England and America. Recently many countries are introducing PL system changing the world a single economic bloc based on the rapid development of Technology and Economy. This paper is studied with related literatures and theses, organizational consulting cases within the framework of the firm as the central operating bodies of PL system. In the past, Some papers about System Integration which was operated as a same Certificate System and enacted in a single organization, was studied and presented. But most of papers was a theoretical study related model and conception. In this situation Government supports PSMS of a single system at government expense to 100­200 companies for improving organizational confrontation ability of PL this year. This paper proposed a design and effect of Integration system model based on the analysis of ISO 9001：2000, KS, PSMS and ISO 14001. The integrated system has the following three distinctions. Firstly, KS is a national establishment, national leading certification and forcing standard. Secondly, ISO 9001：2000 and ISO 14001 are an international organization's establishment, non­official certification and optional standard. Finally, PSMS isn't a national law and forcing matter. And it isn't the concept of certification but the operational system by itself. Also if a lawsuit by defect is happened, it is very dangerous. This paper, which is integrated by four management systems and has many consulting cases, is the first in this department and is different from others. Also If people has the basic knowledge about management system, they can directly connect it to the organizational system according to this paper's guidance. It is very good result in this study because the law of PL is executed now.

If industrial safety statistics are analyzed, among the total of 2,114 dead people from industrial disasters in 2011, construction workers took 29.4% with 621. The construction industry makes a lot of efforts to reduce the death toll. However, since the measures are not from the analysis of root causes but from superficial countermeasure plans near general matters, it is in a situation that the actual effectiveness is marginal. Therefore, in this paper, improvement measures were intended to be prepared in order to reduce accidents, by inspecting safety control systems of target companies with high accident rates among major construction firms and extracting overall problems of them.

본 논문에서는 복잡한 구조의 멀티미디어 스트리밍 시스템을 단순하고 기본적인 작업 구조를 설계하고, 이 구조를 바탕으로 확장성과 이식성을 높일 수 있는 시스템 설계에 목적을 두고 있다. 따라서 복잡하고 확장성이 떨어지는 문제점을 해결하기 친하여 시스템의 처리 구조를 선형 작업 집합(LTS : Linear Task Set)모델로 제안하였다. 단순한 기본 구조를 바탕으로 일관성 있는 처리과정을 정의하고 단순한 시스템 구조에서 서비스의 목적과 요구사항에 따라 자유로운 구조 변경을 허용할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 이 모델을 바탕으로 멀티미디어 스트리밍 서비스가 가능하도록 컴포넌트 시스템 모델을 제시하였다.

국내 가동원전에서는 내화방벽 관통부의 성능이 적절하게 유지되도록 주기점검절차, 데이터베이스 등 발전소 상황에 적합한 관리방안을 수립하여 운영하고 있다. 이 중에서 내화방벽 관통부 유지관리용으로 구축된 데이터베이스는 관통부 유지관리에 필요한 필수정보가 수록되어 있으나 관통부 담당자의 개인 관리도구로 활용되고 있으므로 실효성 향상이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 보완하기 위하여 발전소 구조물, 관통부 등의 3차원 형상정보(3-dimensional Plant Model)를 활용하여 시각적인 관리 편의를 향상시키고, 웹 기반(Web-based)의 관통부 정보 구축을 통하여 발전소 수준(Plant-level)에서 관리가 가능한 관통부 관리시스템 개발 사례를 기술하였다.

This study aims to suggest the alternative policies and practices which policy makers can introduce and enlarge for work-family balance of employees. For purpose, this study analyzed the regulation of work time and parental leave benefits of employees. And the results of major projects in family friendly support services were examined. Based on these assessment, this study suggested various flexible work arrangements, papa's quota system in parental leaves, various family leaves for family care, establishment of FFSC in every metropolitan area, diversification of consulting project, and enlarging of certification project on family friendly workplace.

This paper proposes a new algorithm for estimating ARMA model parameters. In estimating ARMA model parameters, several methods such as generalized least square method, instrumental variable method have been developed. Among these methods, the utilization of a bootstrap type algorithm is known as one of the effective approach for the estimation, but there are cases that it does not converge. Hence, in this paper, making use of a cross correlation function and utilizing the relation of structural a priori knowledge, a new bootstrap algorithm is developed. By introducing theoretical relations, it became possible to remove terms, which is liable to include much noise. Therefore, this leads to robust parameter estimation. It is shown by numerical examples that using this algorithm, all simulation cases converge while only half cases succeeded with the previous one. As for the calculation time, judging from the fact that we got converged solutions, our proposed method is said to be superior as a whole.

지금까지의 전자정부 구축은 국민의 편의성과 정부업무의 효율성에 맞추어져 왔으며, 이는 경제적 사회적 흐름에 따른 IT서비스가 국민과 정부가 실제로 원하는 것을 찾아 지원하고 선도하여 줄 수 있도록 하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 엄밀히 말하면 우리의 전자정부 과제는 남한에 국한된 것이다. 헌법에 의하면 남한과 북한은 하나의 국가인데도 불구하고, 남북한 간의 한계성을 의식적으로든 무의식적으로든 인식하여, 남한으로 테두리를 정하고 u-Korea를 실행하고 있는 것이다. 이러한 상황에서 통일부가 운영하고 있는 남북교류협력시스템(http://inter-korea.unikorea.go.kr)를 바탕으로 남북교류협력을 위한 실질적인 프로세스 개선과 정보화 전략을 새롭게 수립하기 위하여 현황과 방향성에 대해 연구하여, 향후 남북통일을 위한 초석이 될 수 있는 IT서비스로서, 또한 남북간의 특이사항을 반영한 시스템으로 기타 전자정부 과제들의 통일 이후의 모습이라는 거시적인 미래과제를 풀 수 있는 한 도구로 본 연구가 활용되고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 정보컨설팅시스템과 지식베이스 관리시스템을 이용하여 연구자에게 연구과제 단위로 정보를 제공해 주는 연구컨설팅시스템을 인터넷 웹상에서 구현하였다. 시스템 평가를 위해 먼저 정보컨설팅시스템에 대한 이용자의 만족도를 조사한 다음 본 시스템을 맨체스터대학의 NetEc와 문헌과 웹사이트 등을 조사하여 비교 분석해 보았다.

This study aims at suggesting some measures to establish rural community development information system through ISP. A future model for rural community development information system was established by applying such 3-step ISP methodology as environment analysis, current status(AS-IS) analysis, future(To-Be) directions. As a result, with the vision of realizing comprehensive information service for rural development projects, rural development information system has established such goals as the assistance of project decision making through preparing rural development project data management system and acquiring evaluation efficiency, the preparation of spatial information utilization system, the utilization of objective GIS-based information through the increase of data management efficiency, the community activation and participatory rural development through rural spatial information portal service. In order to attain the goals, four strategical subject matters were derived. They are: 1) one-stop service subject matter for data management including pilot DB building for rural development projects, 2) rural information GIS service strengthening subject matter including DB building for rural development, O&M measures, 3) step-by-step DB building subject matter including the sharing of integrated information system for rural development, and 4) core value increase subject matter of spatial information data including the building of active service delivery system.

This study shows the field of construction which was less developed in the aspect of information system in comparison to other areas needs to introduce construction information system and suggests it can make more value linked with company performance through the system. For the first step, it emphasizes the integrated enterprise approach not optimization of each sector in a company. This paper extracts the current issues of construction information from the core process of construction area and implies a driving plan and the future development plan for construction information. Antecedent studies for this drew the information structure model and the construction information-driving model of a construction company. Hence, case studies with management companies that implemented the construction information system successfully tested validity. This research brings the cases of PMS, the integrated finance system, and CRM system as successful ones.
