6차 산업화 영향요인 및 효율성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence Factor and Efficiency Analysis of 6th Industrialization)

  • 농업의 6차산업화는 농업의 융 복합을 통해 새로운 부가가치를 창출하며, 지역경제 활성화에 기여하는 등 농촌지역의 선순환 효과를 촉진시키고 있다. 이에 지역별 효율성 분석 및 효율성에 미치는 영향요인을 분석함으로써 국내 6차산업화 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석 자료는 "2015년~2016년 농 식품 6차산업화 기초실태조사 연구" 보고서 자료를 활용하였다. 분석방법으로는 DEA 및 Tobit 검증을 통해서 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 6차산업화는 소득증대 및 효율성 개선에 기여하고 있다. 두 번째, 연평균 농가 인구증가율, 2차산업 참여 비율은 부(-)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째, 6차산업화 인지여부는 정(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 자료의 한계 및 정성적 요인, 외생변수 및 설명력 등의 한계가 있을 수 있지만, 지역별 6차산업화 효율성 제고를 위한 객관적인 시사점을 도출하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

The Effect of Bakery Customers Product and Service Quality Factors on Value Perception, Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentions: Focused on Famous Bakery Customers

  • Purpose: Recently, information on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' can be obtained through various media such as TV, Internet search, and SNS, and the culture of finding and sharing them has become a trend. Since PZB's SERVQUAL, there have been many studies measuring service quality, leading to hotels, restaurants and coffee shops. These studies of service quality include product quality in the service quality dimension. Hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops are provided with intangible services while customers visit and stay, but 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' often stop by to buy products and return home. Therefore, the study on the effect of quality on customer behavior on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' should consider product quality separately. In this study, we want to study how each quality element affects the perceived value and response of customers by separating product quality and service quality. Research design, data, and methodology: This study tested the structural model of how the quality of products and services of famous bakeries affect customers' perceived value and response. As the quality factors, products, tangible services, and employee services were adopted, and perceived values adopted utilitarian and hedonic values, and customer responses adopted customer satisfaction and behavior intention. For this study, 203 survey data with experience using famous bakeries were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Result: The research results are as follows. First, product quality positively influenced utilitarian value, hedonic value, and customer satisfaction, tangible service quality positively influenced utilitarian value, and employee service quality positively influenced hedonic value. Second, utilitarian value had a positive effect on behavioral intention, and hedonic value had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: In a famous bakery, it is basic that product quality should be given priority, and for customer satisfaction, employee service quality is half as important. In addition, for Behavior Intension (revisit by the customer), in addition to product quality, the quality of tangible services and employee services should be maintained at a quarter level.

상사의 언행일치가 상사신뢰와 구성원의 발언행동에 미치는 영향 -심리적 안전감의 조절효과- (Effect of the leader's behavioral integrity on the trust in leaders and voice behavior of the Members -moderating effect of phychological safety-)

  • 본 연구는 조직 내에서 구성원들이 느끼는 상사의 언행일치가 구성원들의 발언행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 언행일치와 발언행동 간의 관계에서 상사신뢰가 매개효과가 있는지, 상사의 언행일치를 통한 상사신뢰와 구성원의 발언행동 간에 구성원의 심리적 안전감의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 표본은 서비스 관련 업종으로 보험, 증권, 은행, 컨설팅, 신용카드사의 구성원들을 대상으로 설문조사하여 424부를 분석에 이용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 상사의 언행일치가 상사신뢰와 구성원의 발언행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 확인하였다. 둘째, 상사신뢰는 상사의 언행일치와 구성원의 발언행동 간의 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 구성원들의 심리적 안전감은 상사신뢰와 구성원의 발언행동 간에 조절효과가 있으며, 심리적 안전감이 평균에서 높을 때 언행일치가 상사신뢰를 매개로 발언행동에 미치는 영향에서 심리적 안전감의 조절된 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

한국음식의 세계화를 위한 푸드코디네이터의 역할에 관한 중요도와 실행도의 차이 분석 (A Study on Difference between the Importance and Performance of the Role of Food Coordinator for the Globalization of Korean Food)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide useful information for establishing efficient marketing direction of globalization and commercialization of Korean foods by investigating the performance(satisfaction) and importance of food-coordinators' role. The results of the survey are summarized as follows: The most influential improvement variable of Korean food for globalization was 'hygiene'(23.6%) followed by 'taste', 'price', and 'shape and color'. Interest degree about food-coordinators showed 3.68 points in 5 points, and necessity of food-coordinators' job and education was 4.15 points. Food-coordinators' quality for globalization of Korean food was "a skill should be excellent"(4.51 points), "it must be original troubleshooting ability."(4.43 points) and "It must be professional ethics consciousness."(3.99 points) in the order. They were highly important of "freshness of food"(4.75 points) and "cleanliness of food and tableware" (4.65 points) in terms of the quality of korean food for globalization. The role importance of food-coordinators for globalization of Korean food was 'ability of development of Korean dish and Korean menu'(4.22 points), 'coordinate ability for various Korean special diet'(4.14 points) and 'knowledge for wann welcome service that consider table manners, service method and other person(4.12 points) in the order. The most influential unsatisfied variable of food coordinators' role was 'consulting ability connected with management of Korean restaurant' followed by 'ability of presenting concept connected with restaurant development of Korean style' and 'production ability for banquet party plan and representation in a Korean style'. In terms of IPA analysis on food-coordinators' role for globalization of korean food, it was noteworthy that items with high importance but low performance included "ability of development of Korean dish and Korean menu", "event coordinate ability connected with a Korean-style dish", and "production ability for banquet party plan and representation in a Korean style".

코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 경험한 커리어쇼크가 주관적 경력 성공 인식 수준에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Career Shock Experienced in the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Level of Subjective Career Success Perception.)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify the factors of shocking events in the career aspect experienced by Korean workers in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, and to find out whether these career shocks affect individual perceptions of the importance of subjective career success. Design/methodology/approach - In the survey of 146 respondents, the career shock events experienced in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic were largely divided into three categories; 'work change', 'employment anxiety', and 'life anxiety'. For the subjective career success, seven dimensions - 'financial security', 'financial achievement', 'entrepreneurship', 'positive relationship', 'positive impact', 'learning and development', 'work-life balance' - were used. Findings - As a result, there was no difference in the perception of subjective career success due to the experience of 'work change' during the Covid-19 period. However, the respondents who experienced 'employment anxiety' came to recognize that 'financial security' and 'financial achievement' were more increasing in terms of the degree of difference of importance. And respondents who experienced 'lifetime anxiety' perceived that the degree of difference of importance was increasing in the six dimensions except for 'social influence'. Particularly, the increase in the importance of 'work-life balance' and 'positive relationship' was found to be the greatest among the career success dimensions. Research implications or Originality - Finally, it was concluded that changes in the external environment such as Covid-19 pandemic influence as a career shock and affect the level of importance in subjective career success perception. Based on the results, the theoretical implication on current career study and some practical implications for organizational career management were suggested.

가스 기업의 ESG 활동이 조직 자부심 또는 조직 신뢰를 통하여 종업원의 직무성과에 미치는 영향 연구 (Impact of Gas Companies' ESG Activities on Employee Job Performance Through Organizational Pride or Organizational Trust)

  • 본 연구는 탄소중립을 위해 노력하는 가스 관련 에너지 기업(기관)의 ESG 활동이 종업원의 조직 자부심과 조직 신뢰를 통해 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 345명의 가스 관련 공공기관과 민간기업에 종사하는 직원의 설문 결과를 Smart PLS 4.0을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 연구모형과 가설을 설정한 후 검증하였다. 검증 결과 환경(E) 활동과 관련한 ESG 활동은 조직 자부심과 조직 신뢰에 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 사회(S) 활동과 지배구조(G) 활동은 조직 자부심과 조직 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직 자부심과 조직 신뢰는 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 ESG 조직구성원의 조직 자부심이 높을수록 조직신뢰가 직무성과에 미치는 영향이 높은 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 가스 관련 에너지 기업(기관)의 ESG 활동과 관련하여 발전적 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

FIDIC White Book 일반조건 핵심 리스크 세부조항 도출 - 피딕 클라이언트/컨설턴트 모델 서비스 계약, 2017년 5판 기준으로 - (Deriving Key Risk Sub-Clauses of General Conditions of FIDIC White Book - Based on FIDIC Client/Consultant Model Services Agreement, 5th edition 2017 -)

  • FIDIC White Book은 클라이언트와 컨설턴트간 모델 서비스 계약조건이다. 본 연구는 델파이 기법을 활용하여 FIDIC White Book 일반조건의 63개 세부조항들 중 핵심 리스크 세부조항 도출을 목표로 하였다. 해외건설 서비스계약 및 FIDIC White Book에 대한 10년 이상의 경험과 전문지식을 보유한 40명의 전문가 패널을 구성하여 총 3회의 델파이 조사 과정을 통해 전문가의 의견 일치성을 높이는 방향으로 신뢰성을 향상시켰다. 델파이 1차 조사에서는 일반조건 63개 세부조항들 중 리스크의 영향력을 리커트 5점 척도로 폐쇄형 설문조사를 수행하였고 26개의 주요 리스크 세부조항들을 도출하였다. 델파이 1차 조사결과의 내용 타당성은 내용타당도 CVR값으로 검증하였다. 델파이 2차 및 3차 조사에서는 26개의 주요 리스크 세부조항들에 대하여 리커트 10점 척도로 폐쇄형 설문조사를 수행하고 각각의 리스크 발생도 및 영향도를 평가하였다. 델파이 3차 조사 결과의 신뢰성은 변이계수 COV값으로 검증하였다. 26개의 주요 리스크 세부조항들 각각의 리스크 발생도와 영향도 평균값을 PI Risk Matrix에 적용하여 총 14개의 핵심 리스크 세부조항들을 도출하였다. 핵심 리스크 세부조항 도출결과는 구체적인 서비스 범위의 합의, 지연관리, 변경관리가 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과로 실무관점에서는 컨설팅업체의 컨설턴트가 클라이언트와 서비스 계약을 체결할 때 계약적 리스크 최소화를 위해 검토해야 하는 가이드라인을 제공해 주고 있다. 학문적 관점에서는 해외건설에 참여하는 컨설턴트들을 위한 서비스 계약 관련 핵심리스크 도출에 대한 연구의 방향성을 제시하고 있다.

남성리더십과 여성리더십 스타일과 리더십 효율성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Leadership Styles of Women and Men in Leadership Effectiveness)

  • 최근 여성리더십 연구의 필요성이 증대되고 있는 시점에서 부하들이 상사인 남녀리더에 대하여 어떻게 지각하고 있는 지 파악함으로써, 남녀 리더의 평가를 알아본다. 한편 평가하는 부하가 인식하는 리더십 스타일에 리더에 대한 평가가 어떻게 달라지는 지 규명해볼 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 남성리더와 여성리더의 리더십 스타일에 차이가 있는지, 남녀 리더십 행동 및 효율성에 차이가 있는 지를 비교한 연구라 할 수 있다. 분석결과를 보면 리더십 스타일에서 변혁적 리더십은 남성리더보다 여성리더가 더 높다고 평가되었다. 과제지향적 리더십과 거래적 리더십은 남성리더가 여성리더 보다 높게 평가되었다. 관계지향적 리더십의 남녀가 차이는 유의미하지 못했다. 남성리더와 여성리더에 대한 평가가 조사대상자의 성별에 따라 달라지는지를 알아보기 위한 분석에서 남성리더에 대한 남녀부하의 평가를 비교한 결과, 남성부하나 여성부하 모두 과제지향적, 거래적 리더십을 여성리더보다 남성리더 쪽에 높게 평가한 반면, 여성 부하들의 경우 여성리더가 남성리더에 비해 관계지향적 리더십과 변혁적 리더십을 더 높게 평가하였다. 리더십 효율성에 있어서는 남성리더와 여성리더 간의 경우 의사결정업무, 대인관계업무, 관계조정업무, 부하상담업무에서 남녀 간 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 남녀부하의 남녀리더십에 대한 리더십 스타일과 리더십 효율성에는 부분적인 차이가 존재하는 것으로 결론내릴 수 있다.

근로자 노출평가제도 내 위험성평가 방법론의 적용 (The Adoption of Risk Assessment Methodology in Exposure Assessment)

  • Objectives: Exposure Assessment for workplace hazards where the exposure level is below occupational exposure limits(OELs) has been performed without considering either the degrees of risk or exposure levels and has failed to lead to intervention in many cases. The objective of this study was to suggest and test an application framework for risk assessment methodology under the current exposure assessment system in Korea. Materials: First, we investigated the exposure assessment systems in Korea and other countries. To adopt some risk assessment techniques, we also analyzed risk assessment systems and compared them to exposure assessment systems. A few suggestions were made. We held a public hearing during an industrial hygiene conference and took surveys using a questionnaire. Results: The first suggestion was to implement the risk assessment and exposure assessment through a "one-stop" system. In that case, one expected question would be who has been doing the jobs so far. In most cases, industrial hygiene consulting services or laboratories have been performing exposure assessment for business owners. Business owners are required to perform risk assessment. As two different groups of people will be required to implement two things in a one-stop system, they need to share information. As an information vehicle to share information, commonly filed survey checklists were suggested. The second suggestion was to categorize exposure level into four groups instead of the current binary divisions based on OELs. In the risk assessment system, exposure level is divided into four groups utilizing the cut-points of 10%, 50%, and 100% of OELs. The same schema can be adopted in the exposure assessment system and different levels of requirements can be assigned for each group. The third suggestion was regarding the regulation system. To provide the suggestions some thrust toward being implemented in the field, changes should be made in the legal system. Two different types of new exposure assessment result reporting forms were suggested. Some investigations such as an ergonomic survey are officially accepted as risk assessment under the current legal system. A few items were suggested to be included in the exposure assessment result reporting to be accepted as risk assessment. A pilot study in two small factories was performed and pointed out the strengths and weakness of our suggestions. Conclusions: Discussions and studies on the improvement of the exposure assessment system have been held for decades and no tangible changes have yet been made. We hope this result can help realize healthy lives for workers in Korea.

대학도서관의 목록이용연구 (Catalog use study : with reference to universities in Daegu)

  • This paper gives a summary and overview of a survey conducted at the catalogues of five universities in Daegu during November 1982. The major objective of this study was to secure information about user needs in order to improve the catalogue in Korean university libraries. Data was collected by a combined method of questionnaire and interview. A total of 379 respondents were taken on a randomly selected sample of catalogue users. Results of the survey can be summarized as follows: 1. Eighty-eight percent of the students answered that they had used the library more than twice a month. Nevertheless the number of students consulting the catalogue with the same frequency was only 220, or a n.0, pproximately 58 percent. Those who used the library most tended to use the catalogue more than those who rarely came to the library. 2. Those who had been shown how to use their own catalogue were only 32.5percent of which the students found the instruction sufficient for them to be able to use the catalogue were only 37.5 percent. In particular, they stated that instructions by printed materials and/or library orientation were so poor that they didn't give much help in using the catalogue. This problem makes many libraries to review their own method of instruction in order to encourage patrons to use the catalogue more effectively. 3. Most of the students consulted the catalogue in order to locate library materials. Known-item searches and subject searches were 84 and 16 percent respectively. While 70.5 percent of the students used the author-title catalogue without any difficulties, only 35.5 percent of those stated that using the classed catalogue was easy. 4. It was surprising that the number of students using title access in the search was far greater than that of students using author access. In contrast with this, other studies conducted by many earlier overseas investigators revealed that the great majority of patrons tended to use the latter first. Therefore, we should put more emphasis on the title entries in the catalogue itself as well as cataloging rules. 5. Most useful bibliographic elements in the entry were author, title, call number, date and publisher whereas edition, series statement and the location of publisher were rarely used compared with the other elements. Content note was the most desirable element in the entry to be involved, for many catalogers were used not to describe it on the note area. 6. The chief reason given for not using the catalogue was "I can manage without it" with "It's difficult to understand contents of the card entry." The other one was "It's useless to search materials by the catalogue because I've failed so many times to obtain them out of the stock." In response to this, circulation and acquisition system should be improved not to make such complaints any more.
