  • TRIZ was developed and refined in the Soviet Union between 1946 and 1985 by Genrich Altshuller. Its primary application has been for solving inventive problems in the areas of engineering. But, recently the elements of TRIZ began to be applied non-technical areas by Darrell Mann. TRIZ theroy was brought into South Korea in 1995 and it is used by the LG, SAMSUNG, POSCO. TRIZ is simply not the tool for technical problem solving, covering many areas of comprehensive approach is being recognized. TRIZ is a methodology for defining problem, finding root cause through RCA(Root cause analysis), defining technical contradiction and physical contradiction. TRIZ overcomes contradiction and purses problem solving method through innovation. TRIZ is a problem solving method in this study using the principles of non-technical fields applied to the improvement of the logistics area study. The method to overcome contradiction is 40 principles. It is possible to generate idea by using 40 principles. This study was applied to logistics field of non-technical area by using TRIZ principle.

  • This study was performed with a view to examine the nature and difference of EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis) and CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis), and to compare the analysis process and result of EFA and CFA with the same data. The result of empirical analysis was as follows. Meanwhile, p.1, p.3 was removed owing to hampering the convergent validity in EFA, p.3 was removed owing to hampering the discriminent validity in CFA. EFA was reduction process of muti measurement variables to a few factor, but CFA was understanding and confirmatory process of measurement and latent variables' relation. Eventually, this study showed that EFA and CFA used different methology, thus the different outcomes appeared although using the same data, and implicated resonable application of methology according to given data.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate health status and health promoting behaviors of female elderly, and their needs for health-related services in an urban-rural combined city. The data were collected from the subjects registered in senior welfare center and senior citizens' clubs. A total of 119 women were participated in the survey. The results of the study are as follows; 1. The subjects perceived their health status relatively unhealthy. Their health promotion behavior score was 10.82 (range 0-17), and more than $60\%$ of them performed well in smoking and drinking control, regular meal. taking breakfast, and maintaining good relationship with others. 2. The most needed service was health screening followed by health risk assessment, disease diagnosis and treatment. 3. The most demanded education was on dementia prevention, followed by exercise, balanced diet, and maintenance of memorial and mental capability. 4. As the health interest and the health responsibility increased, the need for health service increased as well. Likewise, the health education needs increased as the health interest, health responsibility, and health promotion behavior increased. The results show that the health promotion programs for female elderly need to be focused, primarily, on health screening, health risk assessment, medical services for disease diagnosis and treatment, and health consulting and education. And health consulting and education programs should be designed to promote health interest and health responsibility of female elderly, change positively their attitude to aging, and include education on dementia prevention, exercise and nutrition management. • This study analyzed empirically the same data through SPSS statistic(regression analysis) and AMOS program(structural equation model) used for cause and effect analysis. The result of empirical analysis was as follows. The different outcome of coefficients and p-values were deducted. Especially, in the mediated effect testing, meanwhile, SPSS statistic(regression analysis) pictured mediated effect, AMOS program(structural equation model) did not picture mediated effect on the reject zone of null hypothesis(absolute t-value and C.R.-value were nearby 1.96). Eventually, this study showed that what program used determined the outcomes of coefficients and p-values(In particular, the outcomes were differentiated further in the increasing measurement error) though using the same data.

  • Korea's social economy promotion policy is a government-led policy, and its success or failure depends on how well it is known to the residents. The Jeonnam Social Economy Internet Shopping Mall was also established as a government-led road, but its popularity is low. This study examines the influence between reliability and loyalty of the 'Jeonnam Social Economy Shopping Mall'. 267 samples were used and verified with the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of the study, the characteristics of shopping malls had a significant effect on customer trust and loyalty, and played a mediating role between reliability and loyalty. The residential area and the purpose of purchase had a moderating effect. The limitation of research is that comparative research with other shopping malls is insufficient. In the future, comparative evaluation should be carried out in relation to research on social economy enterprise products by region.

  • This study aims to configure what dimensions make up for smart phone after service quality, and how this service quality affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Smart phone market is a market of the device leading the digital convergence as well as positioning itself as one of the national growth driving industry. To survive in this matured market, companies should have to respond actively to radical changes and customers needs in the so-called Smart Revolution environment. Lately, however, the smart phone market is prospected to move from growth phase to mature phase by the scholars. In order to proactively respond to the change in such market condition, companies need to provide absolute advantage in customer loyalty over their competitors by revolutionizing the after-sales service quality. Qualified A/S will lead to service satisfaction and achieve customer loyalty. The empirical analysis results obtained through A/S quality are as follows : First, human quality (attitude, expertise, problem-solvability), environment quality (handling agility, convenience, comfort), service policy quality (quality guarantee, additional service operation) are dimensions that make up for A/S quality. Second, A/S quality dimension showed a significant positive influence on service satisfaction and A/S satisfaction showed a positive influence on customer loyalty as well. Based on this empirical study, we propose some implications for A/S quality improvement. First, human quality dimension has relatively higher influence on A/S satisfaction in case of free A/S, so companies need to solve the product problem completely when consumer's first visit by continual employee education. Second, in case of paid A/S, the service policy quality-especially A/S Warranty period- has higher influence on A/S satisfaction.

Methodology: We examine case study that dental clinic preventive service of local dental clinic. Following the double diamond design four steps(①discover, ②define, ③develop, ④deliver), we use suitable analytic tools in each steps. In discover step, we perform observation and desk research. Next, in define step, affinity diagram, user persona, and user journey map are performed. We then make service blueprint in develop step. Finally, in deliver step, virtual scenario and confirm some outputs which are based on results of former steps are suggested. Findings: As a result of this study, waiting and consulting phases turn out that these phases are in the most trouble than others. Users(patients) have lots of complain and dissatisfaction in these phases. These touch-points will have to be modified Practical Implication: After checking this study result, it could suggest improvement schemes. To apply these, we try to make some scenarios, and finally realize some outputs. Service design has arisen to strengthen the competitiveness by reflecting user's experience and needs. Especially, service design is not typical, it is so flexible that can apply to various situation and objects. We hope that result of this study is made good use for dental clinics in need.
