사회·국가적으로 창업의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 하지만 국내 신생 기업의 생존율은 상대적으로 낮은 편이다. 따라서 초기 창업기업의 창업 만족도를 재고하여 생존율을 높일 방안 마련이 절실하다. 본 연구에서는 초기 창업기업의 창업 동기, 창업역량, 창업지원 정책이 창업 만족도에 미치는 영향과 사회적지지의 조절효과에 대해 알아보았다. 창업동기는 세부적으로 경제적 동기와 자아실현 동기로 구분하였다. 창업역량은 세부적으로 경험역량과 마케팅역량으로 구분하였다. 창업지원 정책은 세부적으로 창업자금지원과 창업컨설팅 지원으로 구분하였다. 온오프라인으로 창업 7년 이내 초기 창업기업의 경영자 250명으로부터 설문을 받아 실증분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과 경제적 동기, 자아실현 동기, 경험역량, 마케팅역량, 창업자금지원은 창업 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 창업컨설팅 지원은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 또한 창업 만족도에 미치는 영향력의 크기는 자아실현 동기, 경험역량, 마케팅역량, 창업자금지원, 경제적 동기 순으로 나타났다. 사회적지지의 조절 효과는 경제적 동기, 자아실현 동기, 경험역량에서 나타났다. 그러나 마케팅역량, 창업자금지원, 창업컨설팅 지원은 조절 효과가 검증되지 않았다. 연구 결과를 통해 자아실현 동기와 경험역량이 창업 만족도 제고에 핵심적인 요인이라는 학술적 시사점을 제시하였다. 또한 초기 창업가의 자아실현과 경험역량을 극대화할 창업 교육 프로그램과 창업컨설팅 지원 제도의 실효성 제고 노력 등이 필요하다는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The government expands its investment on R&D programs for economic growth, thus there is growing attention on the result of R&D Programs. This study proposes more improved measuring method for efficiency when the number of R&D programs is not enough to be for measuring efficiency analysis. It provides more various application method of factors on efficiency analysis. This study analyzes the influence of each input factor on efficiency by using partial efficiency concept. And it also determines input factors in similar influence throughout Spearman correlation coefficient. Finally, it suggests new method to improve discriminatory power of efficiency analysis by determining representative factors. Also, the proposed method can be practiced not only for national R&D programs, but also for other fields of research.

In this research, we proposed a quality evaluation standard model which is suitable for the internet shopping mall based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award model. A 7-Point Likert Scale was used based on the seven categories within the 2008 Malcolm Baldrige Criteria : Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Market Focus, Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Process Management, and Result. Furthermore, we analysed the validity and causal relationship among the factors within the model. The goal of this research is to find a rational standard to evaluate internet shopping malls nationwide and help the structuring and the operation of these malls. The results may be used not only as a tool to evaluate internet shopping mall sites but also as a guideline to improve the quality of a internet shopping mall site that is under development.

Enterprises are continuously trying management innovation activities for survival. Among representative management innovation activities in domestic manufacture enterprise, which are TPS, 6 sigma, Lean 6 sigma etc. Many enterprises through these reform activity have gotten good result. However, these techniques have merits and demerits according to circumstance of enterprise. Specially, there are a lot of difficulties in medium and small size enterprises. In this research, We introduce Lean-SMAIS Method for medium and small size enterprises that is consists of the merit of lean 6 sigma and software(which is called ProEye). We prove Lean-SMAIS method is useful by applying medium and small size enterprise A company.

IP 기반은 VoD, 인터넷 등의 통신 서비스와 실시간 방송 프로그램을 제공하는 통신과 방송의 속성을 모두 가진 융합서비스를 의미한다. 이러한 IP 기반을 통해 본 논문은 사용자의 요청에 따라 양방향으로 다양한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있도록 미디어 데이터의 유연성과 적응성이 고려된 멀티미디어 시스템 설계 및 구현을 하고자 한다.

This study aims to observe effects of global R&D cooperation outcomes and global business abilities of small businesses by a national aid program. This study selected a program, Industry Technical Global Cooperation Project launched from Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT). Also, small businesses CEOs' roll and efficiency are very important to increase outcomes and improve abilities of their companies. In this study, CEO's global level or ability is regarded of small businesses' global level. Then, this study shows positive effects between a national aid program and global R&D cooperation outcome and between global R&D cooperation outcome and global business abilities.

The purpose of this Study is to analyze the economic effect of the project for the establishment of the Convergence Zone of the Gyeongbuk Industry-University Convergence Area aimed at activation of R&D of companies within the Kumoh Technology Valley. As the result of the analysis, the investment of 56.837 Billion Won in the establishment of the Convergence Zone of the Gyeongbuk Industry-University Convergence Area had the effect on production inducement valued at 133.582 Billion Won, effect on added value inducement valued at 41.764 Billion Won, effect on import inducement valued at 16.794 Billion Won and the effect on employment inducement numbered at 4,992 persons.try.

This Study aims to analyze the factors for the success of commercialization of the facial extraction and recognition image security information system of the domestic companies in Korea. As the results of the analysis, the internal factors for the success of commercialization of the facial extraction and recognition image security information system of the company were found to include (1) Holding of technology for close range facial recognition, (2) Holding of several facial recognition related patents, (3) Preference for the facial recognition security system over the fingerprint recognition and (4) strong volition of the CEO of the corresponding company. On the other hand, the external environmental factors for the success were found to include (1) Extensiveness of the market, (2) Rapid growth of the global facial recognition market, (3) Increased demand for the image security system, (4) Competition in securing of the engine for facial extraction and recognition and (5) Selection by the government as one of the 100 major strategic products.

The aim of this study is to find the strategic industries that fulfills the on-site demands of the Gyeonggi province region related to the advancement and development of the local industries. As the results of the analysis, the 4 major strategic industries in the Gyeonggi province region were determined to be (1) electronic component, computer, visual, acoustic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing, (2) pulp, paper and paper product manufacturing, (3) medical substances and pharmaceutical product manufacturing, and (4) rubber and plastic product manufacturing. The industry of concordance between the 4 major strategic industry of the Gyeonggi province determined in this Study and the 13 future growth engine industry of Korea was the area of intelligent semiconductor. Accordingly, it was analyzed that there is a need to strategically cultivate the electrical and electronic telecommunication device industry, which is ranked the $1^{st}$among the strategic industries of Gyeonggi province by generating synergic effects with the policy of the government for nurturing of intelligent semiconductor industry.

The aim of this study is to propose the design suitable for sustainability evaluation model of the mobile industry considering system process (SEP). Although a quantitative evaluation was conducted on the link between the national sustainability report and the mobile industry, it was confirmed that it was difficult to identify stakeholders. So it is necessary to develop the design process suitable for the more operator-specific interfaces. The Human System Integration (HSI) methodology was proposed through linkage with work domain analysis. Agile methodology and Resilience engineering methodology were added for sustainable model design. The proposed sustainability system evaluation model is applied so that it can be easily used in all industries.
