AHP를 이용한 원자력발전소 건설공사의 단위작업 위험도 평가 (Assessment of risk of unit work in nuclear power plant construction using AHP)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of risk of the working unit of nuclear power plants construction. In order to do this, and the risk index by type and source of risk judgment derived in the previous study were utilized. Further, to derive a risk index of unit work in nuclear power plant construction, a survey targeting safety professionals was conducted. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used for analysis of the survey. The following results were obtained. Firstly, the results of AHP showed that main building work is the most dangerous work, and base excavation work is the second dangerous work among 21 unit works. Secondly, so, it is required to invest more and to take a increasing interest in unit works of civil and architecture as compared to other unit works. Further, the results could be used to reduce the degree of risk in construction of the nuclear power plant.

공동주택 외부 석재마감에 따른 창호주위 누수방지에 관한 연구 (A Study in the Water Leakage Prevention around the Windows with the Stone Materials in the Apartment House)

  • This study intends to suggest the effective methods for water leakage prevention around the windows in stone works to up-grade the outdoor public space that has been taken much portion of apartment housing trends. The subjects of the study was selected among the domestic subcontractors of stone works. There are four methods for water leakage prevention around the windows; Firstly, the painting water-proof method after the masonry. Secondly, the urethane water-proof method after galvanizing panels on the gap. Thirdly, the separation method between stone and substructure and the last one is water-proof method that they put some water-proof screen between stone and substructure with the EPDM sheets. According to the analysis of the water-proof effects, constructability and planning, we could approach to conclusion that the most influent items to the water-leakage are the filling material's deformation, the state of oxygenation and deterioration of work skill. Among the water-proof methods in construction the EPDM sheet is most excellent water-proof method to meet the technical conditions. However, we have to apply it to stone works as a water-proof method for the decrease of the leakage defects after standardizing the materials, test and construction skill because there are many work skills according the subcontractors.

  • 건설현장은 다른 산업분야와 달리 다양한 형태의 공정을 동시에 진행하는 작업적 특성을 가지고 있어서 사고를 예방하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 특히 소방설비가 정상적으로 설치되지 않은 상태에서 인화성물질과 화기작업이 동시 다발적으로 진행되는 경우가 많아서 큰 화재사고로 이어지고는 한다. 본 연구에서는 2016년 발생한 김포 화재사고를 통해서 작업자가 물질의 위험성을 인지할 수 있는 유일한 수단인 물질안전보건자료의 신뢰도와 유증기 분석으로 보다 합리적인 재발방지 대책을 제시하고자 하였다.

재해분석을 통한 농업토목공사의 공종별 위험성 평가 (Risk Assessment of Agricultural Construction Works using Accident Analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • The accident risk at the construction workplace associated with agricultural engineering is comparatively higher than those of other fields due mainly to its complex work types and processes. Agricultural engineering deals with a variety of agricultural infrastructures from irrigation and drainage facilities to giant-scale coastal reclamation land infrastructures. The characteristics that most agricultural projects have conducted on a small-scale even worsen the situation drawing low attentions to risk management. Therefore, systematical risk assessment that focuses on details of agricultural construction work process is required in order to enhance safety management capacity and to prevent repetitive accidents ultimately. This study aims to categorize construction work types and processes of agricultural construction works, and to quantitatively assess the accident risk of them based on accident analysis. Regarding classification of construction works, actual 827 accident cases were thoroughly reviewed and coded by their construction site, facility and work type, project scale and so on. Most accidents (71.8 % of total cases) occurred in small-scale construction workplaces with less than 5 billion Korean won project budget. And those accidents related to agricultural infrastructure project (37.4%) and agricultural water development project (22.4%). In terms of work types, accidents frequently took place in form-work followed by pipe installation work, steel bar work and concrete work. The potential risks were compared with actual outbreak of accidents based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that the potential conditions of accident expected to be took place is somewhat different from the actual conditions where accidents actually happened. This implicates that risk management manuals or education needs to be adjusted by reflecting unexpected circumstances. Overall, this study is meaningful in that the results could be foundations as to strengthen risk management capacity for agricultural engineering projects.

  • Government has presented a guideline for the calculation of carbon emission with infrastructures in 2011, which aims to manage the GHG(greenhouse gas) emission of construction sector. Generally, the main emission sources of construction works are divided into the fuel consumption of equipments and the use of materials. This study investigated the characteristics of GHG emission with the use of equipments under the construction of railroad track. Track types are classified into ballasted track and concrete track. As a result, the specific GHG emission on the construction of ballasted track at the A line was 39.53 ton $CO_{2e}/km$ and concrete track was 25.54 ton $CO_{2e}/km$. Ballasted track showed higher specific GHG emission than concrete track because of the additional construction works by the use of gravels. In future, it is necessary to study the comparison of GHG emissions with construction methods including the use of materials. Based on these results, the low carbon construction of railroad will be established continuously.

  • When we have been estimated construction costs, till now, we are used to costs accumulating method of each items based on standard labors rates. But there are some problems of its methods. Our governments are applied to a historical construction costs estimation system for building construction and civil engineering works from January 2004. The electrical construction works are forecasted that applied to historical construction cost estimation systems. This paper is showed to development of electrical construction cost index for estimation of historical costs and contract prices.

건축공사용 중국산 화강석의 명칭혼란 개선방안 (Improvement on the Non-standardized Name Use of Chinese Granite for Korean Building Constructions)

  • 본 연구는 국내 건축공사에서 사용되는 중국산 화강석의 명칭 혼란 문제를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 개선 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 석재공사 전문가의 인터뷰 및 문헌조사, 실제 시공된 현장의 공사계약서류 23건을 분석하여 명칭혼란의 유형을 정리하였다. 실태유형분석 결과 4가지 유형의 문제점으로 분류되었다. 추가적으로 34인의 현장 석공사 담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 명칭혼란 문제에 대한 개선방안을 조사하였다. 연구 결과 향후 문제점의 개선을 위해서는 정확하고 상세한 명칭의 계약서류 작성 및 표기가 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 보다 근본적인 해결을 위해 지속적인 연구를 통한 수입산 석재의 명칭 표준화가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

테오 판 두스부르흐의 반-구축적 조형특성에 관한 연구 - 1923년 데 스틸 전시회의 주택설계작품을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Formal Characteristics of Theo van Doesburg's Counter-construction - Focus on the House Projects in 1923 De Stijl Exhibition -)

  • Dutch artist, Theo van Doesburg had shown short but strong experimental aesthetics in his works through De Stijl movement. He played a leading role for editing De Stijl magazine and performed various formative works such as painting, sculpture, and architecture. In 1923 he opened the first De Stijl exhibition cooperated with Cornelis van Eesteren. In this architecture exhibition he showed rich formal spirits of counter-construction in his major design works, that is Maison Particuliere and Maison D'artiste among three houses projects. Formal characteristics of counter-construction can be summed up under two categories, time and space. Analytical results are as follows; First, the characteristics of counter-construction related to time category include two types of two mode. One is linear aspect of time based on the viewer's movement. The other aspect is simultaneity caused by synoptical effect. These could be proved by the analysis of arrangement of color planes. Secondly, the spatial aspects of counter-construction are produced through two different ways of formal strategies. Van Doesburg arranged cubes in very irregular pattern. This treatment induces ambiguous void and creates feeling of subject's space. And, through deleting, shifting, and extending he could make dynamic spatial effect by interpenetration between in and out. This fluid space thus introduces movements of one's gaze and circulation. He denied traditional classical values which had ruled the western aesthetical discipline for centuries and believed that mankind can reach the realm of universal equilibrium by contrast and tension created by counter-construction. In this vein Theo van Doesburg was an avant-garde artist of Hegelian thoughts who adopted the dialectical method without following the formal characteristics from ancestors.
