Building of Computer - communication systems equipment environment for new IT technologies is necessary. From this perspective, the leadership position in the country in the Disaster Management Center in Seoul, organization and personnel, computer systems and communication system status, status of foreign countries like Dispatch managing disaster situations by identifying and analyzing the development plan is aimed to find.

Fuzzy-AHP와 Fuzzy-Delphi기법을 이용한 건설프로젝트의 의사결정 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Decision Making Model for Construction Projects using Fuzzy-AHP and Fuzzy-Delph)

  • This research suggests the FD-AHP decision making model for Construction Projects which is composed of two main method to prevent a ranking invert situation ; First, to make the consensus of the experts consistent, we utilize Fuzzy-Delphi method to adjust the fuzzy rating of every expert to achive the consensus condition with the fuzzy linguistic presentation. Second, to handle vague linguistic presentation caused by expert's experiences and subjective judgement, we propose Fuzzy-AHP which is able to enhance precision of construction projects decision mating situation. Moreover, with the correlation analysis, we show that the validity of the FD-AHP model under a decision making task specially on where highly demanded expert's experiences and intuition.

A Study on the Situation of Safety Management in Central African Construction Sites - Focusing on DR Congo and Rwanda -

  • The Central African Region is known as one of the most troubled and unsafe regions in Africa. But more recently the Central African Region has been growing and developing, with many projects underway involving huge local and foreign construction companies. Despite this fact, workers in the Central African Region often encounter unsafe working conditions and must confront many kinds of hazards. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify the safety management situation in Central African construction sites, by focusing on the countries of Rwanda and DR Congo. Through our research, it was found that the two countries studied in the Central African Region are very similar with regard to their safety management systems, with some exceptions. In addition, it was revealed that both these countries in the Central African Region had good safety performance. This study will help to illuminate the situation of safety systems on construction sites in the Central African Region, and can be used by companies advancing into the Central African Region's construction market.

  • In the Past, The selection of individual method of construction was done by head of construction site or an experienced person very frequently. By doing this, The wrong selection of construction method without exact adjudication of construction site situation lead to increasing of cost and extension of construction term. Finally it will effect all over the construction process. Especially, In case of underground construction in the beginning, there are a lot of a variable factor and it also effect on the entire construction process and it need very careful process. The purpose of this study is to present the best suitable methodology for selection of construction method by considering potential risk of construction method and variables together with external condition for underground construction. The purpose of this study Is to select the most suitable construction method by analysing potential conditions(construction site situation and client request in designing ) To do this, We prepared arrangement rule to arrange the conditions for construction method. And thin make checklist of the analyzing construction method. Though above process, To expect the risk of individual construction method using above risk checklist and using Analytic Hierarchy process among Multiple-Criteria Decision making, the professional opinions is to be adapted. By doing this, it can lead and select the most suitable construction method considering the data which get from risk density test.

  • Construction safety should be considered prior to any other factors to execute construction projects smoothly and reduce the social expenses. Especially, the safety education is very important to the lives of labors and to control the four resources such as time, money, quality and safety. On this research, the present situation and related regulations of safety education are reviewed and the education contents and realities of the safety empirical education places are surveyed. Also questionnaire to education lecturers is performed to understand the satisfaction level of the education programs of the education places. Finally, the improvement directions are suggested to inspire trainees based on the results of the research.

  • 인공지능에 기반한 지능형 지휘통체체계는 복잡하고 방대한 전장정보와 전술 데이터들을 학습모델을 통해 자동으로 융합 및 추출하여 전장상황을 분석한다. 지휘관은 지능형 지휘통제체계의 상황분석 결과를 제공받아 전장인식이 가능하여 의사결정을 지원할 수 있다. 의사결정지원에 특화된 결과를 지휘관에게 제공하기 위해서는 인공지능을 학습하기 위한 실 전장상황과 유사한 전장상황분석 데이터셋 생성이 필요하다. 본 논문은 기존 선행연구인 '인공지능 기반 전장상황분석을 위한 가상 전장상황 데이터 셋 생성 연구'의 다음 단계의 데이터셋 구축 방법 연구로 지휘관의 의사결정지원 및 미래 전장인식을 위해 최종적인 전장상황분석 결과에 필요한 데이터셋을 생성하는 방안에 대해 제안하였다. 전장상황 분석용 학습 데이터셋 생성도구 SW를 설계 및 구현하였고, 구현한 SW를 이용하여 데이터 레이블 작업을 진행하였다. Siamese Network 학습모델을 이용하여 구축한 데이터셋을 입력하고, 후처리 알고리즘을 활용한 출력 결과를 도출하여 생성한 데이터셋을 검증하였다.

  • Generally, 4D CAD can be used for visualizing construction schedule information in railway construction project. It is important that 3D CAD object should be represented by real construction situation according to construction site condition. However, it is difficult to visualize real construction situation in 4D CAD viewer because 3D objects should be separated by limited duration of each activity. This study suggests a morphing technology for visualizing 4D object by each activity schedule according to real construction progress.

서울시 지하철 3, 4호선 건설에 따른 개발리익 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Value Capture Using the Data of Subway Line#3 and Line#4 in Seoul.)

  • The management of subway business in large cities has recently become more difficult because of increased construction and operation costs. To cope with this situation, it is necessary to examine the methods of obtaining returns on development profits of land value rises that occur due to subway construction along subway lines, For this purpose, we examined the actual situation of rises in land values brought about by the construction of subway line #3 and line #4 in Seoul with application of three methods. In this research, we have calculated a basis of the development profits produced by the construction of subway line. According to the results, development profits produced by the subway construction differ depending on the method adopted. If, however, we accept line comparison analysis method, the total development profits amount to 557,3 billion won that is equivalent to 37 percent construction cost.

YOLO-v3을 활용한 건설 장비 주변 위험 상황 인지 알고리즘 개발 (Development on Identification Algorithm of Risk Situation around Construction Vehicle using YOLO-v3)

  • 최근 정부는 건설 산업의 재해율과 사고 사망률이 전체 산업 중 높은 비율을 차지한다는 점을 개선하기 위하여 새로운 대책을 강구하고 있다. 특히 4차 산업혁명의 시대적 흐름에 맞춰 ICT 기술과 융합된 건설 기술 개발에 집중적으로 투자하고 있다. 이런 상황에 대응하고자 본 논문에서는 건설 기계를 사용하는 작업에서 작업자의 안전성 향상을 위한 방법으로, 건설 기계 운전자와 주변 작업자 간의 작업 상황 정보를 공유하고 인지할 수 있는 개념을 제시하였다. 그리고 해당 개념의 일부를 실현하고자 카메라를 이용한 인공 지능 기반 영상처리 기술을 활용하여 토공 작업에 접목시켰다. 그 중에서도 다짐 장비를 이용한 실험을 통해 YOLO-v3 기반의 영상 처리 알고리즘으로 토공 작업 중에 주변 작업자 상황을 인지하고 위험 상황 여부를 판단할 수 있는 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 그 결과 본 알고리즘은 동영상에서 초당 15.06프레임을 처리하며 90.48%의 정확도로 건설 기계 주변 위험 상황을 인지할 수 있다. 향후 이 같은 기술을 활용하여 건설 현장의 안전사고 예방에 기여하고자 한다.
