Indonesian construction companies are currently facing high competition both among themselves and with global construction companies. In order to address this issue, the Government of Indonesia has enacted specific regulations and policies relating to the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMSs) ISO 9001 based in construction, acknowledging that the consistency of construction project quality requires a formal quality system as a guarantee to raise quality standards at all project stages. The research has been undertaken to examine the effectiveness of the regulations and policies against several key performance indicators (KPIs) of the ISO 9001 Indonesian construction companies. A comprehensive review of the relevant regulations and policies together with interviews with the Government and National Construction Services Development Board recommend possible additional guidelines and supporting quality system, which intends to measure contractors' project output against defined standards as well as to assess their performance among other similar service providers. The outcomes of the research contribute to the development of the Indonesian own construction industry quality measurement and assessment system.

In 2006, Korean Government decided to relocate the several Government bodies and public institutes. They include total of 49 central Government agencies, semi-government agencies, and 17 national research institutes. The completion of the relocation program has been set to be final in 2030. The target population for the city plan is set to be 500,000. The goal of MAC is first to complete the first phase of the program by 2014 within the budget. In order to achieve the goal, considerable time has been spent to properly establish the program management system. The success of MAC's Multi-function Program Administration System is too early to determine as it is still in progressive. The success depends on the operations not the development.

우리나라에서 건설산업의 구조개편, 건설기술의 경쟁력 향상 등과 맞물려 CM에 대한 다양한 논의과정이 있었으며 건설산업기본법('97) 및 건설기술관리법('01)에 CM제도가 규정됨으로써 명실상부하게 체계를 갖추게 되었다. 이 중 특히 공공사업에 대해서는 효율성 제고라는 문제의식에서 출발하여 제도의 활성화를 위한 시범사업(Pilot Project)이 정부를 중심으로 추진중에 있다. 현재 추진중인 시범사업은 제도의 정착, 활성화 뿐만아니라 기존의 CM제도를 좀더 구체화하고 다양화하는 과정으로서 그 시행의 중요성을 인식할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 시범사업의 추진을 통하여 현재의 감리중심의 CM제도에서 발주자 및 사업특성을 고려할 수 있도록 Owner형 CM, PM형, 민자사업 적용방안 등 다양한 CM적용형태를 모색해야 할 것이다. 이러한 노력들은 공공사업의 효율성 제고 뿐만아니라 민간부분에도 많은 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다.

GS건설은 당사에서 수행하는 모든 Project에 종합건설사업관리시스템인 TPMS (Total Project Management System)를 적용하고 있다. 국내 현장(現場)은 물론 해외에서 수행하는 모든 Project에도 TPMS를 적용하여 공사를 수행하고 있는데, 특히 해외 현장에서는 당사만이 아닌 협력업체부터 자재업체는 물론 발주처까지 함께 TPMS를 사용하여 성공적으로 사업을 수행하고 있다. 이렇게 적용된 당사의 TPMS는 단순 문서 공유 범위를 넘어 각 이해관계자가 원하는 정보를 실시간으로 얻을 수 있고, 모든 정보를 별도의 가공 없이 Project 내 말단 엔지니어의 입력한 결과가 최종적인 현황으로 집결되어 보여지므로, 실무자에게는 업무 효율성의 증대를 가져오고 있으며, 이해 관계자들에게는 당사의 투명한 업무 수행 결과 공유를 통한 신뢰를 구축하는 성과를 거두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 성공 사례를 문서관리를 중심으로 공유하고 당사의 향후 추진 방향에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

BIM (Building Information Modeling)은 토목 구조물의 3차원 객체모델을 기반으로 기획 단계부터 설계, 시공 및 유지보수 단계에 이르기까지 대상 구조물에 관련된 모든 정보를 통합적으로 생성, 관리하는 기술이다. 현재 국내외의 다양한 건설 산업 분야에서는 건설 생산성 향상을 위하여 BIM 기술을 도입하여 활용하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 BIM 기술을 적용하여 효율적인 엔지니어링 업무를 수행하기 위해서는 무엇보다 참여 주체간의 협업 시스템이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 토목 프로젝트 참여 주체의 요구사항을 분석하여 건설 프로젝트 관리를 위한 BIM 기반의 CPLM (Construction Project Lifecycle Management) 시스템을 설계, 개발하였다. CPLM 시스템은 건설 프로세스 단계에 따른 정보의 관리와 공유가 가능한 환경을 제공한다. 향후 CPLM 시스템을 실무에 도입함으로써 기존의 업무 프로세스를 개선하고 데이터를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있게 되어 의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Players of construction projects proceed with each work process by information gathering, modification and communication. Due to the complex and long-span lifecycle projects increased, it became more important to grasp this mechanism for the successful project performance in construction project. Hence, most project information management systems or knowledge management systems equip information retrieval system. There are two logic to infer the meaning of retrieval target; inductive reasoning and deductive reasoning. The former is based on metadata explaining the target and the later is based on relation between data. To infer the information flow, it is necessary to define the correlation between players and work processes. However, most established information retrieval systems are based on index search system and it is not focused on correlation between data but data itself. Thus, this research aims to research on process of information flow retrieval system for large-scale construction projects.

Along with the changing pattern that the construction project is getting complicated, large-scaled and up-to-dated, necessity of efficient management of manpower and resources of the construction site is being increased. In particular, considering that the construction site requires a lot of labor force and in terms of the construction cost, labor cost shares 30-40%, labor management has become a very important factor. In this study, in order to support a stable and successful construction project implementation and supplement the existing system being utilized at the current site, construction site access management automation system based on hand vascular pattern, a biometrics system, is intended to be developed. Relevant theory for the system development and the problem of existing RFID system were evaluated and based on this findings, a system design and DB composition chart were envisaged. In addition, by applying this developed system to a number of sites, its result was analyzed

건설 PMIS(Project Management Information System, 이하 PMIS)는 과거의 업무보조 수단에서 벗어나 프로젝트의 성공을 위한 필수적인 도구 중의 하나로 인식되고 있다. 하지만 정보관리시스템 구축 목표와 전략 부재로 인해 투자비 규모 설정은 물론 파급영향에 대한 기대감 상실로 정보화 노력이 일시적 현상에 그치고 있다. 이는 정보화 투자 대비 효과에 대한 검증이 부족하여 정보화를 추진하는데 있어 동기 부여가 되지 못하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 PMIS의 품질요인과 프로젝트 관리의 성공 간에 영향관계를 파악하는 것이 목적이다. 건설 프로젝트 관리의 성공요인, 정보시스템 품질평가 및 성공모델 도출에 대한 기존 문헌고찰을 통해 프로젝트관리의 성공과 PMIS의 품질을 측정하기 위한 평가항목을 구성하였으며 실제 PMIS의 사용자인 시공사, 사업관리자(Construction Manager, 이하 CM)를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이렇게 수집된 자료들로 통계프로그램인 SPSS 12.0을 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 통해 건설 사업에서 PMIS의 품질요인과 프로젝트 관리의 성공간의 영향관계를 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다.

최근 공공사업 발주조건에 BIM(Building Information Modeling)이 의무화되고 있고, 실무 도입을 통한 성공 사례가 증가되면서 건설 분야의 BIM 도입이 본격화되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 BIM 관련 연구는 대부분 설계 또는 시공단계에 한정되어 수행됨에 따라 건설프로젝트의 생애주기를 고려하지 못하고 있고, 특정 업무지원 기능 위주로 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설공사 프로젝트의 기획부터 유지관리단계의 생애주기 동안 단계별 BIM 적용이 가능한 통합 BIM 운영 프로세스를 제안하고 이를 토대로 통합 BIM 시스템을 개발한다. 이를 위해 교량공사를 대상으로 수행단계별 정보체계를 분석하여 BIM 활용 기능과 적용 프로세스를 제시하였으며, 이에 근거하여 수행단계별 BIM 운영 시스템을 구축하였다. 연구에서는 개발된 시스템의 실무 적합성 검증을 위해서 사례적용과 건설 실무자의 활용성 설문 조사를 수행하였다. 이러한 BIM 통합 운영체계는 생애주기를 고려한 건설공사의 3차원 기반 통합정보관리체계로 활용성이 기대된다.

This paper shows construction management focused on waste management in construction project in planning stage Construction waste is given a great deal of weight on total waste. And it is issued in government policy. But it show the limit of problem.As a result of having referenced idea as describe above, this paper will be studied by this process. First, present condition of development waste, cases is researched in construction projects. Second, problems of development pattern and management system are investigated and checked in project cases. Third, maintenance and management method project are proposed by application of planning Stage.
