건설공사 적시생산(Just-ln-Time)을 위한 조달시스템 개발 - 콘크리트 타설 공사를 중심으로 - (Development of the procurement system for Just-in-Time Building Construction)

  • 도심지의 대형 공사를 그것도 짧은 공기 내에 수행함에 있어 가장 중요한 과제로 부각되는 것은 건설 주요 자원의 효율적인 관리이다. 즉 자재, 인원, 장비 등의 적기적소 조달이 주요 관리 항목이 되고 있다. 또한, 자원의 적기적소 조달을 위한 생산 단계별 생산주체간의 효율적인 정보의 교환은 성공적인 공사 수행에 절대적인 영향을 끼치게 된다. 따라서 이러한 정보를 효율적으로 관리하여 주요 자원을 조달, 운반, 양중, 적치, 설치 각 단계별로 관리할 수 있도록 하는 주요 자원 관리 시스템의 개발이 필수적이다 본 연구에서는 자동차 제조 산업 등 타 산업분야에서 성공적으로 사용된 적시생산의 기본적인 원리와 정보전달기법, 즉 간판시스템의 기본개념을 응용하여 건설프로젝트 자원정보관리시스템을 개발하였다. 또한, 이 시스템을 콘크리트 타설 공사에 적용하였다. 현장의 콘크리트 공사 흐름을 분석한 후, 가치흐름맵핑(VSM)을 통해 정보관리 개선 후 개선모델(FSM)을 제시하고, 이를 실제 초고층주상복합 건물현장의 자원정보관리에 적용하였다. 또한 현장 적용 시 도출된 적용성 등 문제점을 보완하여, 시스템의 추후 사용성을 제고하였다.

비틀림 초고층 프로토타입 모델에 대한 시공단계해석의 적용 (Applications of Construction Sequence Analyses to Prototype Models of Twisted Tall Buildings)

  • 비정형 초고층 건물의 계획 및 시공이 늘어남에 따라 이 연구에서는 프로토타입 모델에 대한 시공단계해석의 적용을 통하여 비정형 초고층 건물의 시공 중 구조적 거동을 분석하고자 하였다. 비틀림 초고층 건물을 대상으로 횡력저항시스템, 비틀림각도, 공법 조건에 따른 총 18개의 모델을 선정하였다. 횡력저항시스템으로는 다이아그리드 시스템과 가새튜브 시스템을 적용하였으며, 각 횡력저항시스템별로 $0^{\circ}$, $1^{\circ}$, $2^{\circ}$ 비틀림각도를 갖는 세 가지 평면 형태와 외곽 튜브와 내부 골조의 시공순서에 따른 세 가지 공법을 가정하였다. 시공 중인 초고층 건물의 구조적 성능은 시공단계해석의 횡변위 결과를 통하여 분석되었으며, 골조 공기와 최대 양중량과 같은 시공성능이 함께 비교되었다.

칼라 부직포의 연소실험에 관한 연구 (A Study on Combustion Experiments of Color Nonwoven)

  • 본 연구에서는 공사현장에서 사용하고 있는 칼라 부직포의 화재위험성을 평가하기 위하여 콘칼로미터와 수직화염전파성 실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 칼라 부직포는 표변에 화염이 착화가 되는 것이 아니라 용융이 된 상태에서 가연성가스가 발생되어 착화되는 연소형태를 보였다. 수직화염전파성 실험의 경우 가열강도에 의해 칼라 부직포가 수축 및 파단되어 화염이 전파되지 않을 정도로 열에 매우 취약하였다. 총방출열량은 2.66 MJ/$m^2$로, 건축물 실내마감재료 난연성능평가의 준불연재료(10분), 난연재료(5분) 8 MJ/$m^2$ 이하 기준에 규합되지만 이것은 내장재의 기준으로 칼라 부직포가 난연성능을 가지고 판단할 수 없으며 외장재에 대한 난연성능과 실험방법에 대한 기준이 마련되어야 한다고 판단된다.

Innovative Methodology for Assembling Jack up Leg of 205m on ground of Ultra

  • Generally, in jack up rig design for harsh environment, its leg height is a major factor for achieving a sufficient serviceability & operability in terms of the worst environment and the workable depth. Due to difficulties in constructing such a high-slender leg, inaccessibility of yard fabrication equipment, etc. the construction of Jack up rig fur harsh deep sea has not been common. Method using heavy crawler crane, fabrication tower or extension by the floating crane vessel is still conventional construction but, considering high cost fur mobilizing heavy lift vessel (HLV) or additional marine work for implementing preload / full height test at sea, the ground-base construction is much advantageous. Air skidding method (ASM hereafter) is ground-based construction methodology, newly developed due to such requests. ASM could also be extended to similar engineering fields. This paper presents the operating sequence, design parameters and procedure which were verified through successful operation at the end of May 2002.

  • Lifting plan in the large spacial structure is an important factor influencing the efficiency and economy of the construction process. The purpose of this study was deriving the requirements for lifting techniques as the basic research in the double spoke wheel roof structure construction. In the lift up erection method, management plan of the interference error in the column and outer-ring was needed that occur during lifting roof structure. In the bent erection method, material usage reduction plan was required by the structural design of the temporary bent. In the hybrid erection method, lifting plan was needed that minimizes weather condition and crane usage. All lifting techniques were required Value Engineering model for reduction of cost and construction period.

A Study on the control system for the Unintended Car Movement Protection Means to meet the International Standards of lifts

  • As the number of tall buildings is increasing, the high-speed lift is necessary in the modern world. Therefore, the further considerations for associated safety devices of lifts were required by the International Standards. In order to stop the moving of cage and keep it, the lifts have to be provided with means that can detect the unintended car movement. Therefore, the International Standard Safety Rules for the construction and installation of lifts had been revised. This paper describes the operation principles of the Rope Brake to fit the Unintended Car Movement Protection (UCMP) means required by the International Standards. This paper confirmed that the performance of these devices was suitable in the scope of the safety standards. This paper also analyzed that the shocks on working of these devices in a car would be dangerous to each passenger differently. Thus, this paper proposes a new design that the circuit diagram of the Unintended Car Movement Protection systems should be improved from the existing design to solve these internal shock problems. So, it is expected to protect passengers from the internal shocks by working of Rope Brake due to irrelevant factors.

역해석을 통한 복합차수시스템의 점토차수재 사면파괴 사례 연구 (Back analysis on shear failure of compacted soil liner in composite liner system)

  • This paper deals with a case study on a unique slope failure in a liner system of a municipal solid waste containment facility during construction because the sliding interface is not the geomembrane/compacted low permeability soil liner (LPSL) but a soil/soil interface within the LPSL. From the case study, it is concluded that compaction of the LPSL should ensure that each lift is kneaded into the lower lift so a weak interface is not created in the LPSL, and the LPSL moisture content should be controlled so it does not exceed the specified value, .e.g., 3% - 4% wet of optimum, because it can lead to a weak interface in the LPSL. In addition, drainage materials should be placed over the geomembrane from the slope toe to the top to reduce the shear stresses applied to the weakest interface, and equipment should not move laterally across the slope if it is unsupported but along the slope while placing the cover soil from bottom to top.

초지연제의 응결시간차를 이용한 매스 콘크리트의 수화열 저감을 위한 현장 적용 (Field Application of Mass Concrete Using Setting Time Difference of Super Retarding Agent for Reduction of Hydration Heat)

  • In this paper, field application of mass concrete using setting time difference of super retarding agent is reported to reduce hydration heat of concrete placed at newly constructed apartment house in Busan. Horizontal placing lift is applied. According to test results. slump and air content meets the requirement of target values. For compressive strength, it exceeds the nominal strength ordered by the costumer. Compressive strength of concrete cured in place is achieved more than the values of nominal strength at l4days. For temperature history, maximum temperature of center at top section shows 58.5$^{\circ}C$, and at bottom section, 62.6$^{\circ}C$. According to naked eye's investigation, no hydration heat crack is observed at the surface of concrete.

  • To install heavy structures in the railway bridges, crane methods or launching methods using temporary structure have been applied. These methods are uneconomical because working yard is required, temporary cut of rail system, etc. In this study, various construction methods has been developed which are suitable to the filed conditions. In the case of simple span structure like plate girder bridges, the girder is loaded to troy system at the working yard and then transferred to the working place. To lift and lower the girder system, a new transfer system was developed. Different methods each for simple span bridge girder and long span girder were developed and detailed work procedures were proposed. Using these methods, the heavy structures can be installed with simple and safe work procedures and the construction cost and duration can be reduced.
