A Study on Consigned Party Management System Enhancement for Personal Information Protection (개인정보보호 수탁사 관리체계 강화 방안 연구)

  • Nowadays, it is increasing that corporates consign tasks related to the personal information processing to the consignees for efficiency and quality improvements and cost reductions. As the consignments are increased, there are increases on types and amounts of personal information. Therefore, the needs on the information managements and the security threats are increased. This report will analyze the laws that consignors and consignees should follow. Moreover, it identifies issues and analyzes the current levels on consignees in terms of the personal information protection so that the consignors can come up with the best and efficient way to monitor the consignees when they consign the personal information processing tasks.

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to find that Factors in the practical application of LISMB(Logistics Information System Practice Based) on S.P(Smartphone)' Characters. and take in the whole situation of LISMB on S.P' Characters by this research and it is clear from the findings that LISMB on S.P' Characters situations and distinctiveness. Research design, data, methodology : Research model and hypotheses have been developed based on literature review and working-level interview The collected data were analysed with structural equation modeling, examining the hypothesized relationships and mediating effect. Result : The results of research are as follows, First, LISMB on S.P' Characters has a positive effect on a precariousness of operation management. but That has no effect on a precariousness of general management. Second, Consign management and User non-cooperation has a mediating effect on relationships between LISMB on S.P' Characters and general management. Third, Old version system, User non-cooperation and Unskilled in equipment new system has a partly mediating effect on relationships between LISMB on S.P' Characters and operation management. Conclusion : Smart-phon Prevalence rates keeps increasing. Nevertheless, LISMB on S.P' Characters may no be used in Container transportation market. This problem are being blamed for hampering corporate activities and harbor logistics industry development. so we need new way to solve that problem.

  • Environmental issues are increasingly important in consumer decision-making. This paper focuses on the consumer's role in consumption process-purchase, use, and disposal, which has significant environmental consequences. And this paper discusses several approaches to motivate consumer's awareness and responsibility for the environment and further his/her lifestyle change. The Green Consumer should be able to consider the implications of his/her lifestyle choices as well as his/her purchase, use, and disposal decisions. Consumer education and various consumer movements for environment preservation should keep the goal in perspective, which is not only to motivate consumer's long-term behavior change but also to consign his/her buying power and political power to help make changes where he/she really counts.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze characteristics such as spatial composition, areas, location of functional unit space and comparing the type and the number of operating programs by type of managements of multipurpose senior center in Youngnam metro area. first, the consignation management facilities had functional unit space of 152 things and the direct management facilities had 115 things. When comparing average areas composition ratio, direct management is public welfare, social education, public part, medical and rehabilitation order and consignation management is public part, social education, public welfare and rest part order. Second, medical part must be located around the first floor or the elevator, because many people can frequently use this area at the same time. Third, as a result of analysis of management programs indicated that the total number of programs is as a whole 74 things a range of $min12\~max20$ in the each direct management facilities and 111 things a range of $min20\~max24$ in the each in the each consignation management facilities. This fact shows that consignation management provided many people with more various programs than direct management. Finally, the number of staff in the direct management is less than consignation management. When comparing programs per staff and space, the direct and consignation management each appeared (2.74, 0.64) and (1.35, 0.73). This fact implied that the consignation management was more specialized than direct management in the service and function.

  • Recently, the number of companies consigning their personal information management work has been increasing; they consign the work for various reasons and purposes, for example, in order to reduce costs related to personal information managers, improve efficiency through professional performance and to improve service quality. As such, since the cases where an consigning agency - not the personal information manager - handles personal information are increasing due to the increase of consigning of the personal information management work, we need to concerned with and pay attention to how much such agency makes efforts for personal information protection. In this regard, this study suggests a plan for efficient management of the agency during the course of consigning work as well as a list of requirements for personal information protection to be considered in each phase of the following; establishment of personal information protection framework for all consigning work processes, selection of consigning agency, execution of consigning contract, operation and management of consigning work, and termination of contract.

Strategic Planning for the Contract-Managed Hospital Foodservice Through QFD Methodology (QFD 기법을 이용한 병원 위탁급식 운영전략 수립)

  • At present, health care industries throughout the world are struggling with the challenges to set up financial structures as cost-effective ways and means of satisfying customer needs for health care services. Many hospitals consign foodservice management to foodservice companies for the purpose of efficiency. The companies taking charge of hospital foodservice are also striving to gain an advantage over keen competitions. This study applied Quality Function Deployment(QFD) to one hospital (which will be shown as $\ulcorner$A hospital$\lrcorner$ below) managed by a contract foodservice company for the purpose of strategy planning to provide sustainable competitive advantage. First of all, this study scanned internal and external environment of $\ulcorner$A hospital$\lrcorner$ by means of a Quality Measurement Tool and a fieldwork study. With the result of environment scanning, this study elicited 20 strategies through SWOT analysis, which were categorized by 4 perspectives such as financial, customer, internal process, learning and growth perspectives. Finally, the priorities of 20 strategies were extracted from QFD methodology. According to the results obtained by applying QFD to $\ulcorner$A hospital$\lrcorner$'s foodservice, the strategies which $\ulcorner$A hospital$\lrcorner$ foodservice was obliged to introduce and implement were : the specialization of Children's hospital foodservice, scientific foodservice management through the standardization of foodservice operations, the maintenance of sanitary quality through sanitary system, the remodeling of facilities, the introduction of new equipment, the prompt and accurate response to customer needs, the development of appropriate patient menus, the provision of competitively priced meals for patient selection, the development of a demand forecast model by considering the characteristics of a children's hospital, improvement of productivity and the reduction of labor costs through the employment of experienced employees based on their seniority.

An Institutional Approach for Application of the Contracting-out in City Parks - Focused on the Case Study of City Park Management of Seongnam City - (도시공원의 민간위탁 적용을 위한 제도적 방안 - 성남시 도시공원 운영사례를 중심으로 -)

  • One of the most fundamental jobs of contemporary government is to look into various ways of providing its citizens with the best service work. This study aims to establish a procedure through which to consign the management of city parks to private companies, thus inviting participation and satisfaction on the part of citizens. In particular, this procedure includes creating a system of selecting private managing companies, for instance, specifying standards of selection and assembling selection committees. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, city parks can be managed better by private companies than by local governments in terms of cost cuts, personnel training, business efficiency, and know-how accumulation. The legal background for this is found in central and local legal articles. Second, it is recommended that the selection committee be composed of 6 to 9 members, both insiders and outsiders. In addition to selecting private managing companies for contracting-out, the committee should under take the role of consulting on how to perform and revise selecting standards, so that they can continue to improve these procedures. Third, the decision on private management should be noticed in advance and be made based on standards considering each local government's condition. These standards should consider the aspects of the public good, cost saving, quality of service, managing supervision, and citizen participation. The committee's assessment takes into account both the quality and the quantity of the standards. Fourth, the contracting-out for city park management should follow the order of: announcing consignment and receiving applicants, organizing selection committees and assessing applications, selecting and contracting, midterm evaluation, and re-announcement and re-consignment. To run city parks through the contracting-out is expected to increase the number of park visitors. Additionally, private consignment will involve a participation of diverse citizenship, thus playing an important role in city parks' building of a green-culture community.
