효율적인 교통관리를 위한 혼잡상황변화 유형 분류기법 개발 (Classification Method of Congestion Change Type for Efficient Traffic Management)

  • PURPOSES : To operate more efficient traffic management system, it is utmost important to detect the change in congestion level on a freeway segment rapidly and reliably. This study aims to develop classification method of congestion change type. METHODS: This research proposes two classification methods to capture the change of the congestion level on freeway segments using the dedicated short range communication (DSRC) data and the vehicle detection system (VDS) data. For developing the classification methods, the decision tree models were employed in which the independent variable is the change in congestion level and the covariates are the DSRC and VDS data collected from the freeway segments in Korea. RESULTS : The comparison results show that the decision tree model with DSRC data are better than the decision tree model with VDS data. Specifically, the decision tree model using DSRC data with better fits show approximately 95% accuracies. CONCLUSIONS : It is expected that the congestion change type classified using the decision tree models could play an important role in future freeway traffic management strategy.

꽃사슴의 Clostridium perfringens A형에 의한 장독혈증 발생 보고 (Enterotoxemia caused by Clostridium perfringens type A in Formosan deer)

  • The case reports for clostridium type A enterotoxemia in Formosan deer have rarely been reported. This paper describes a natural case of type A enterotoxemia in farmed Formosan deer in Cheongwon-gun. A dead, male 10-month-old Formosan deer was submitted to Chungbuk Livestock and Veterinary Research Institute, March 24, 2001 and examined. That deer was fed with assorted grain feed, oak leaves, acorn and bean curd. Grossly there was no visible external change. Despite of the carcass being examined within 12 hours of death, there was a quite degree of posonortem decomposition. There was severe hemorrhage in the serosa of abomasum and small intestine. Much blood tinged and watery contents were contained in those organs. Also there were severe swelling of spleen, some red foci in hepatic parenchyma. Microscopically there were severe congestion and hemorrhage in mucosa submucosa, muscular layer, and serosa of abomasum and small intestine. Also spleen and pancreas showed severe Congestion and hemorrhage. There were multifocal hemorrhage with hepatic necrosis in periportal area and focal mononuclear cell deposition in sinusoid. In bacterial culture for small intestine, Cl perfringens was isolated. By toxin typing for the strain, that had $\alpha$ -toxin belonged to type A. In electronmicroscopy for feces, no vims particle was detected. Considering clinical signs, gross lesions, microscopic lesions, bacterial culture, and toxin typing of the isolate, this case was diagnosed as enterotoxemia by Cl perfringens type A.

유동계수 산정에 기초한 교과교실형 운영 중학교 학생 동선이동량 분석 (An Analysis about Amount of Students' Circulation based on the Flow Coefficients in Middle School managed by Variation Type)

  • To compare the physical quantity of students circulation along the moving path during recess of a variation type operation middle school, five points were actually observed. The flow coefficient for these points was calculated, and the change in flow coefficient was verified and tracked over time. During the operation of the classroom, the characteristics of crowdedness and congestion time depending on the physical conditions of the frequently moved paths were shown. Even in the same corridor, the difference between the flow coefficient and the congestion time of the corridor facing the open space and the blocked space was noticeably different. As a result, detailed factors such as free walking speed, the degree of freedom of passing and the possibility of collision were also identified. This means that detailed countermeasures for the student's path should be considered first when planning the moving space of a variation type school, and identifying the characteristics of these factors could be used as useful basic materials for developing various models of classroom space.

고속도로 합류 및 엇갈림구간에서의 차로변경 분포 분석에 관한 연구 (Analysis of Lane-Changing Distribution within Merging and Weaving Sections of Freeways)

  • 일반적으로 차로변경 형태는 선택적 차로변경과 강제적 차로변경 등의 두 가지 형태로 구분된다. 선택적 차로변경은 운전자가 원하는 운전상태를 유지하기 위해 선택적으로 차로를 변경하는 경우이며 강제적 차로변경은 운전자가 현재 차로에서 반드시 차로를 변경해야 하는 경우로 합류부 또는 분류부와 같은 반복정체 구간에서 발생하므로 연속류 도로의 교통상태에 매우 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 고속도로의 대표적인 반복정체 구간인 합류부와 엇갈림 구간에서 수집한 항공사진 개별차량 자료를 사용하여 교통량, 속도, 밀도 데이터와 차로변경 데이터를 생성하였다. 개별차량 속도 변화추이를 이용하여 각 분석구간에서 안정류와 정체류를 구분하였으며 30m 간격으로 분석구간을 구분하여 교통혼잡전과 후의 차로변경 횟수와 차로변경 지점의 변화를 차로변경 분포를 통하여 비교분석 하였고 정체 교통류를 대상으로 차로 변경 분포를 이용하여 본선차로간 전이과정에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구는 본선 차로간의 차로변경 분포와 본선과 연결로간의 차로변경 행태가 고속도로의 교통류 흐름에 따라 변화하는 영향을 분석하여 고속도로 반복정체구간의 차로변경 모형을 개발하는데 기초이론 제시를 목적으로 수행되었다.

  • The change of industrial structure, the expansion of economic scale, the elevation of national life level and rapid motorization bring about social problems that are traffic accident, traffic congestion, etc. Especially, big traffic accidents bring about the great number of dead and wounded person with damage of property. But there are no study results available mainly focused on the big traffic accident analysis. Accordingly, this study is essentially for the factor analysis of big accident types including laws violation and the assaulting driver's death using Quantification ll method.

돈사의 상대습도가 돼지흉막폐렴의 병인에 미치는 영향 (Effect of relative humidity in swine house on pathogenesis of swine pleuropneumonia)

  • The effect of relative humidity in swine house on swin pleuropneumonia was examined in piglets experimentally infected with Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotype 5. A total of 20 piglet were grown under 30~40%, 41~50%, 51~64% and 65~80% relative humidity chambers after intratracheal inoculation of A pleuropneumoniae. Characteristic fibrinous pleuropneumonia was observed in the pigs grown at the low relative humidity groups. The detailed results were as follows : 1. Growth performance and environment conditions were lower than high relative humidity groups. 2. Characteristic histopathological findings were fibrinous pleuritis and pneumonia accompanied congestion, hemorrhage, thrombosis and edematous change. 3. Antigenic distribution of inoculated bacterium was found mainly in alveolar macrophages or accumulated foci of macrophages adjacent to necrotic area. 4. Characteristic electron microscopic findings were proliferation of type II pneumocyte with increased lamella bodies and activated alveolar macrophages with pseudopods and widening of interstitium.

LTE-A 네트워크 환경에서 MTC를 위한 효율적인 접근관리 기법 (Efficient Access Management Scheme for Machine Type Communications in LTE-A Networks)

  • 최근 들어, 사물 인터넷 (Internet of Things)을 지원하기 위한 중요한 기술 중 하나로 고려되고 있는 MTC (Machine Type Communication)는 사람의 개입 없이 MTC 단말들에게 네트워크 연결을 제공하는 기술이다. 그러나 짧은 시간 내에 많은 MTC 단말들이 접속을 시도하는 경우, 제한된 통신 자원으로 인하여 자원 경쟁이 심화되고, 이로 인하여 단말의 접속 실패가 야기될 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 단말들의 통신 자원 접근을 분산시킬 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 LTE-A 환경에서 MTC 단말들의 효율적인 접근관리 기법을 제안한다. 먼저 특정 시간구간 동안 접속을 시도하는 단말 개수를 측정하고, 이를 기반으로 다음 시간구간 동안 접속을 시도할 단말 개수를 예측한다. 이러한 예측 개수를 기반으로 제안 기법은 통신자원 접근을 시도하는 단말 개수를 제어한다. 제안된 기법의 성능 증명을 위하여, 성공확률, 실패확률, 충동확률, 그리고 접속지연시간 측면에서 성능을 분석하였다.

이기종망간의 수직적 핸드오프에 대한 상태전환 방식의 TCP 혼잡제어방안 (TCP Congestion Control based on Context Switch in Heterogeneous Wireless Networks)

  • 이기종 무선망에서의 수직적 핸드오프는 전송지연시간과 전송대역의 큰 변화를 가져온다. 이로 인하여, 오인된 재전송과 대역의 비효율적 사용을 유발시키며, 결국 TCP의 성능을 크게 저하시킨다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 각 무선망에서 사용되었던 TCP 상태 변수 값들을 분리하여 저장하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이기종 무선망간의 수직적 핸드오프 시, 해당 무선망에서 사용되어 저장되었던 TCP 상태 변수 값들이, 현재 동작하는 TCP 상태 변수 값들로 전환되어 사용된다. 시뮬레이션 분석을 통하여, 제안된 TCP 혼잡제어가 수직적 핸드오프에 대하여 TCP 성능 저하가 발생하지 않았으며, TCP SACK과 비교하여 전송률에서 좋은 성능을 보여주었다.

The Relationship between Oxygen Saturation and Color Alteration of a Compromised Skin Flap: Experimental Study on the Rabbit

  • Background The aim of this study was to collect important data on the time of oxygen saturation change in relation to skin flap color alteration using non-invasive pulse oximetry to evaluate its ability to provide continuous monitoring of skin flap perfusion. Methods An experimental study on the monitoring of blood perfusion of 20 tube-island groin flaps of 10 male New Zealand rabbits was performed using pulse oximetry. The animals were randomly assigned to one of two groups representing a blockage of either arterial or venous blood flow. The oxygen saturation change and clinical color alteration were monitored from the beginning of vessel clamping until the saturation became undetectable. The result was analyzed by the t-test using SSPS ver. 10.0. Results The mean times from the vessel clamping until the saturation became undetectable were $20.19{\pm}2.13$ seconds and $74.91{\pm}10.57$ seconds for the artery and vein clamping groups, respectively. The mean time of the clinical alteration from the beginning of vein clamping was $34.5{\pm}11.72$ minutes, while the alteration in flaps with artery clamping could not be detected until 2.5 hours after clamping. Conclusions The use of neonate-type reusable flex sensor-pulse oximetry is objective and effective in early detection of arterial and vein blockage. It provides real-time data on vessel occlusion, which in turn will allow for early salvaging. The detection periods of both arterial occlusion and venous congestion are much earlier than the color alteration one may encounter clinically.

안면형상연구의 인간과학적 기초 연구 - 정기신혈(精氣神血)의 유체역학적(流體力學的) 해석을 중심으로 - (Fundamental Studies on Human Sciences by Facial Form Analysis - Based on Unit Fluid Model of Essence, Qi energy, Emotion, Blood -)

  • For the purpose of investigating the reasonable logics contained in physiognomy of east and old western medicine. hypothetical researches based on hydromechanics theory were performed concerning facial types of form and pathologic features, especially 4 types of Dr. Jisan-Essence, Qi energy. Emotional Activity and Blood(EQAB). In order to infer the functional relation between facial type forming and EQAB factors, EQAB were supposed as fluid grounded on their continual flowing or periodical change and pressure effect from its congestion. and a premise that there's a linear corresponding relationship between the appearance of organ and its physical conditions of its inner vessels is formed too. Through this work, the unit fluid model(UFM) of Essence can be assumed as circle shape formed by the high viscosity and surface tension, the UFM model of Qi energy as quadrangular shape by the scattering features to outer four directions, and the UFM of emotional activity as inverted triangular shape by the flippant and uprising features, and the UFM of blood as ellipsoid triangle by the heavy and descending features in spite of circulation. The shapes made from each UFM are reproduced in the process of human development and manifest respective facial shape through the self-reproduction method like fractal theory in the last. Conclusively. it is said that the facial form analysis method like EQAB type theory can be the useful methodology to understand the human pathological and physiological features in view of hydromechanics.
