In this paper, we study the geometry of half lightlike submanifolds M of a semi-Riemannian manifold $\tilde{M}$ with a semi-symmetric non-metric connection subject to the conditions; (1) the characteristic vector field of $\tilde{M}$ is tangent to M, the screen distribution on M is totally umbilical in M and the co-screen distribution on M is conformal Killing, or (2) the screen distribution is integrable and the local lightlike second fundamental form of M is parallel.

In this paper, we study some geometric structures of a weakly cyclic Z-symmetric manifold (briefly, $[W CZS]_n$). More precisely, we prove that a conformally flat $[W CZS]_n$ satisfying certain conditions is special conformally flat and hence the manifold can be isometrically immersed in an Euclidean manifold $E^n+1$ as a hypersurface if the manifold is simply connected. Also we show that there exists a $[W CZS]_4$ with one parameter family of its associated 1-forms.

Various semiconductor nanowires such as GaN, GaP, InP, Si$_3$N$_4$, SiO$_2$/Si, and SiC were coated conformally with aluminum oxide (Al$_2$O$_3$) layers by atomic layer deposition (ALD) using trimethylaluminum (TMA) and distilled water ($H_2O$) at a temperature of 20$0^{\circ}C$. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) revealed that A1203 cylindrical shells conformally coat the semiconductor nanowires. This study suggests that the ALD of $Al_2$O$_3$ on nanowires is a promising method for preparing cylindrical dielectric shells for coaxially gated nanowire field-effect transistors.

This paper suggests the algorihtm which extracts the classification parameter relative to the only feature of document patterns even though they are rotated or scaled, and also classifies them. With the complex logarithmic conformal mapping, the sample of the document pattern image makes the pattern image of the complex logarithmic plane. Because the power spectrum of this plane is invariant to the rotation, and scale of the pattern image, it is used as the characteristics parameter of the patten image. By using the coherence function, this method analyzes the standard and input power spectrum. additionally, it classifies the input pattern image. Even though input image is rotated, our algorithm can classify it without reference to the rotation, and this is possible when the scale is in the range of 0.5-1.5.

A thin film of aluminum for ultra large scale integrated circuits metalization has been deposited on TiN and SiO$_{2}$ substrates by plasma assisted chemical vapor deposition using DMEAA (dimenthylethylamine alane) as a precursor. The effects of plasma on surface topology and growth characteristics were investigated. Thermal CVD Al could not be got continuous films on insulating subsrate such as SiO$_{2}$. However, it was found that Al films could be deposited on SiO$_{2}$ substate without any pretreatments by the hydrogen plasma for pyrolysis of DMEAA. Compared to the thermal CVD, PACVD films showed much better reflectance and resistance on TiN and SiO$_{2}$ substrate. We obtained mirror-like PACVD Al film of 90% reflectance and resistance on TiN and SiO$_{2}$ substrates. We obtained mirror-like PACVD Al film of 90% reflectance on TiN substrate. Excellent conformal step coverage was obtained on submicron contact holes ;by the PACVD blanket deposition.

Organosiloxane based spin on planarizing dielectrics (PTS-E and PTS-R) were developed for application in flat panel displays as a replacement to conformal chemical vapor deposited SiNx. Here we demonstrate the successful use of siloxane-based material as a passivation layer for active matrix $\alpha$-Si thin film transistors (TFT) on both rigid and flexible substrates.

In this paper, we have proposed the new configuration of wideband antenna using CPW fred lines. The proposed antenna has CPW feed lines and U-slot to achieve wade bandwidth with good impedance matching. The use of CPW feed line can decrease the number of substrates. It is compared with the conventional antenna find by a microstrip fled line. The parameters of CPW fred lines were studied by using the quasi-static approximation which is based on the conformal mapping method. The analysis of CPW discontinuities such as the tapered-step structure and the open ended gap were studied by using the quasi-static approximation which is based on the boundary element method. Also, the equivalent circuit model of multi-layer antenna were proposed using the cavity model. Experiment results of the proposed antenna 7how wide-bandwidth characteristics and good radiation patterns in passband.

We describe that an elastomeric stamp of poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) can modify the surface energy of some surfaces when brought into conformal contact with the number of stamping. We focus on an increase of the hydrophobicity of the patterned surface due to diffusion of low molecular weight (LMW) silicone polymer chains. The transfer of PDMS to the surface during patterning is relevant to and calls for attention by those who are using this method in applications where control of the surface chemistry is of importance for the application.
