In this study, I present solutions to properly regulate assembly and demonstration at sea which has not been relatively secured and regulated compared to that of on land and inland waters so it may not violate public safety and order, and at the same time to secure it as a basic human right. Firstly, to protect and regulate in the same way with assembly and demonstration on land, I suggest to make amendments to "Law on Assembly and Demonstration" so that Korea Coast Guard Station can accept applications and administrator maritime assembly and demonstration. Secondly, in special cases where there are difficulties in the application of "Law on Assembly and Demonstration" due to the special maritime environment, following the example of Japan, America and England who have regulations in related special laws, I suggest an legislative alternative to add regulations on maritime assembly and demonstration in "Law on Maritime Guard" so that we can administer maritime assembly and demonstration in a way which there should be no conflict between basic human right of people and conservation of public safety.

Telecommunication network are becomming bigger and more complex. Its difficult to manage efficiently the networks, because these networks usually have heterogeneous and inompatoble compinents. Nevertheless, current approaches to network management have focused on centralized managementstrategies based on client-server architecture. These approaches have resulted in much weakness in the real-time management, the service extensibility, and the network scalability. In thispaper, we applied the mobile agent technology to solve the above problems. Jave is a promising technology for developing mobile agent system. But, there are several problems like the service extensibility in using the Java. To solve these problems, a new approach using digital signature is suggested to authenticate mobile agent in network management environments. This approach can solve the conflict between security of the system and extensibility of the mobile code. Moreover, the system suggested in this paper show the decentralized and flexible network management solutions.

Recently, most of global enterprises have geographically distributed organization, thus have distributed information systems which have distributed database systems. So, it is difficult for these systems to provide common views for the application programs of end users. One of solutions to solve these difficulties is an MDBS(Multidatabase System) A method to effectively implement MDBS is a schema integration. This paper proposes a methodology for a schema integration through extraction of common similar subschemas Our methodology is consisted of 5 phases : affinity analysis, extraction of similar subschemas, decision of imtegration order, resolution of semantic conflict, and schema integration. To verify the usability of our methodology, a case study is implemented with an object of MDBS. At a result, our approach can effectively be applied to the extraction of common similar subschemas and schema integration.

Caffe Bene, one of the most notable coffeehouse chain brands in Republic of Korea, gives us some thought-provoking issues in terms of sustainable success. Despite harsh competition among various coffeehouse brands, Caffe Bene has been accomplished astonishing outcomes in domestic market and now ranked 2^nd place in sales among the global coffeehouse franchise in 2010 and 2011. These achievements were possible mainly because Caffe Bene adopted distinctive shop design, maintained aggressive marketing strategy, developed new menu, and combined the unique Korean culture with ordinary concept of café to make its place attractive. However, since Korean coffeehouse market is getting saturated and consumers are becoming savvy about coffee, Caffe Bene needs to find a new solution to overcome growth stagnation. Besides, many experts pointed out that irrational increase in the number of stores might hurt its business in the aspect of managing distribution channel and providing consistent services. Also, customers of Caffe Bene have shown that it has to complement its critical weaknesses: inferior coffee taste and relatively high price for a cup of coffee. Especially, some people view that the company is shifting its high rental fee, interior cost and PPL marketing cost to consumers by charging high price for coffee. To get over the problems, Caffe Bene is currently using C/S Consumer Management System though experts are questioning about the efficacy because of the conflict between purpose of the system and the headquarters' plan. Present CEO Kim also announced that the company will complete its logistics system in the latter half of 2012 to provide stores with more high quality coffee beans to improve taste of coffee. Thus, in this case, we describe how Caffe Bene succeeded in Korean market and enumerate its key success factors. Also, we specify the long-term goals of Caffe Bene and introduce the current policies and strategies to show how the company is working on to achieve its ultimate goal. By reading and analyzing this business case, students could get useful insights regarding franchise management and think about issues on competing in a saturated market. Also, it would be worthwhile to generate creative solutions for the problems that Caffe Bene is now facing to broaden the practical perspective.

The objective of this paper is to analyze the disparities in perceptions regarding gender-related matters among students at K University, determined by their gender, and to propose solutions within the university education system. The results of the study are as follows. First, many men believe that there is no structural discrimination against women and that men are discriminated against, whereas women show the opposite. Second, men and women show statistically significant differences in perception of women's level of effort, reasons for low income, and work ability after employment. Third, men show unfavorable attitudes towards feminism compared to women. Fourth, the reasons men show hostile attitudes toward the female quota system and feminism include the influence of the traditional gender role model imposed on men and the difference in men's and women's views on structural inequality. To reduce the perception gap between men and women, it is necessary to reconsider hegemonic masculinity, apply issue-centered education using accurate information, publicize issues by preparing a mistake-friendly space, and respond to the perception gap at the university level from the perspective of citizenship education.

Aviation safety is the stage in which the risk of harm to persons or of property damage is reduced to, and maintained at or below, an acceptable level through a continuing process of hazard identification and risk management. Many accidents and incidents have been taking place since 2014, while there had been relatively safer skies before 2014. International civil aviation community has been exerting great efforts to deal with these emerging issues, thus enhancing and ensuring safety throughout the world over the years. The Preamble of the Chicago Convention emphasizes safety and order of international air transport, and so many Articles in the Convention are related to the safety. Furthermore, most of the Annexes to the Convention are International Standards and Recommended Practices pertaining to the safety. In particular, Annex 19, which was promulgated in Nov. 2013, dealing with safety management system. ICAO, as law-making body, has Air Navigation Commission, Council, Assembly to deliberate and make decisions regarding safety issues. It is also implementing USOAP and USAP to supervise safety functions of member States. After MH 370 disappeared in 2014, ICAO is developing Global Tracking System whereby there should be no loophole in tracking the location of aircraft anywhere in world with the information provided by many stakeholders concerned. MH 17 accident drove ICAO to install web-based repository where information relating to the operation in conflict zones is provided and shared. In addition, ICAO has been initiating various solutions to emerging issues such as ebola outbreak and operation under extreme meteorological conditions. Considering the necessity of protection and sharing of safety data and information to enhance safety level, ICAO is now suggesting enhanced provisions to do so, and getting feedback from member States. It has been observed that ICAO has been approaching issues towards problem-solving from four different dimensions. First regarding time, it analyses past experiences and best practices, and make solutions in short, mid and long terms. Second, from space perspective, ICAO covers States, region and the world as a whole. Third, regarding stakeholders it consults with and hear from as many entities as it could, including airlines, airports, community, consumers, manufacturers, air traffic control centers, air navigation service providers, industry and insurers. Last not but least, in terms of regulatory changes, it identifies best practices, guidance materials and provisions which could become standards and recommended practices.

The Housing Lease Protection Act was enacted from March 5, 1981 as Law No. 3379 to guarantee the stability of residential life and legal status. After then, there were many problems, but through several times revision, it had improved insufficient part. However, in order to give guarantees actually the position strengthen for homeless poor people many issues still need to be solved and it has been raised. Along the way, with the introduction of the tenant renewal claims, in February 14, 2015, the National Assembly planned to discuss current issues by operating the Special Committee for housing welfare of ordinary people in the extra session. In the current, however, the conflict of the pros and cons is shown clearly. Meanwhile, because the contract renewal claim of tenant was not guaranteed, if the minimum duration of the lease will be lapsed, contract renewal is dependent on the intention of landlord. Thus, the residential stability of homeless poor could become unstable. Therefore, in this paper, to stabilize the residential living for tenants who are in poor status, analyze our term of existence regulation and through the compared to the national legislation about the term of existence, it will try to propose the specific legislative approach to the problem.

Each participant in building construction project requires their own workspace to execute their activities. In this environment, inappropriate workspace planning in construction site causes workspace conflicts which result in a loss of productivity, safety hazard and poor-quality issues. Therefore, workspace should be regarded as one of the most important resources and constraints have to be managed at construction site. However, current construction planning techniques such as Gantt chart, network diagram and critical path method have proven to be insufficient to workspace planning. This paper contains formalized process for workspace planning in 4D BIM environment to prevent workspace related problems in construction project. The proposed process in this paper represents workspace occupation status for each activity and suitable solutions for identified workspace conflicts by integrating workspace attributes and activity execution plan. Based on the result of this study, project manager will be able to prevent probable workspace conflicts and negative effect on project performance by devising appropriate workspace plan during preconstruction phase.

Case-based reasoning is an efficient method to find solutions for new problems by using past cases after appropriate changes. It is widely used in everyday life because it resembles the way human acts. In this paper, we propose a military system that generates the most appropriate tactics for CGF (Computer Generated Forces) by utilizing past practices. It indeed applies case-based reasoning at the process of armed conflict. When the CGF squad on a mission, they will be given an action plan to reach the final goal. In the process of executing, tactics for specific action should be organized such as attacks, ambushes, and tactical moves. By using the proposed method, tactics were generated by case-based reasoning. The proposed system successfully receives input through each command and control agent, measures the degree of similarity with the case in case DB, selects the most similar case, modifies, uses, and then stores it for next time.

Religion is the symbolic form and action, linking the ultimate condition of life with human beings. Religious idea grasps the world through symbols and gives birth to the action through symbols. This research put its purpose in elucidating the effect of religion on the costume and its mechanism. It's focus is centered on Buddhism, Hinduism, and Islam which are among the world high religions. Part of this research also examines the mechanism in which several composing factors are expressed with rituals and manifested with costumes, this process was diagrammatized and suggested. The composing factors of religion such as belief system, experiences, community, and rituals are closely related. Ritual especially, is the symbolic action, practice, and the way of rescue, expressing religious meaning. Religious rituals such as imitative rituals, positive or negative rituals, sacrificial ritual, and rites of passage have been expressed with religious music or figurative art such as costume, construction, and art as well as religious ritual like ancestral rites. Religion has had a great effect on the overall culture including costume as a belief system by lightening the meaning of life and suggesting the solutions to the human problems such as anxiety or conflict.
