국내 의료기관 감염관리 간호사의 이직의도 영향요인 (Factors Affecting Turnover Intention of Infection Control Nurses in Medical Center)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 감염관리 간호사의 역할갈등과 직무만족도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 전국 의료기관의 감염관리실의 네트워크를 활용하여 최종 57개 병원의 감염관리 간호사 122명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집은 2019년 1월 5일부터 2019년 1월 30일까지 시행하였다. 자료분석은 Descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffé 사후검증, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression을 이용하였다. 연구결과 이직의도에 대하여 역할갈등(r=.46, p<.001)은 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 직무만족도(r=-.21, p=.021)는 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 역할갈등(β=.43, p=.003), 감염관리 간호사의 최종학력(석사이상)(β=.29, p=.040), 직무만족도(β=-.20, p=.013) 순으로 이직의도에 총 27%의 설명력(F=11.75, p<.001)을 나타냈다. 따라서 감염관리 간호사의 이직의도를 감소시키기 위해서는 역할갈등을 최소화하고 직무만족도를 향상시키기 위한 기관의 제도적 노력이 수반되어야 할 것이다.

Mental and Emotional Exhaustion among Academicians during Online Distance Learning: An Empirical Study from Malaysia

  • The purpose of this study is to discover the possible solutions for the problem faced by academicians during online learning by means of employing qualitative and quantitative approaches. Using a qualitative approach, selected academicians were interviewed, and their feedback was transcribed and used to develop the survey instrument. The quantitative research design was later used to determine the most plausible solutions for the problem that could be obtained and implemented by distributing the questionnaire to academicians at a public university. Multiple regression analysis results indicate that work-life conflict and lack of support are the main contributors to academicians' mental and emotional health issues. The study's major findings help higher education institutions craft appropriate strategies to enhance the effectiveness of online teaching and learning by providing the necessary support to the academicians. The study's findings suggest that academicians should separate work and family requirements to concentrate on their job. Furthermore, the immediate supervisor must be considerate in determining the number of tasks, the deadlines, and the assistance required to complete the task. Lastly, academicians must equip themselves with emotional intelligence to cope with stressors.

  • 외식산업은 서비스 산업의 특성상 생산과 소비가 동시에 이루어지고, 고객의 참여가 판매로 이뤄지기 때문에 고객 지향적이고 서비스 지향적이어야 한다. 그러나 외식업체의 효율적인 운영을 위한 인력관리정책으로 최소의 인원을 고용유지하고 점차적으로 증가되는 비정규직 종사원을 통한 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 포괄적인 인적자원관리 정책을 수행하는 것은 외식업체들이 직면하고 있는 문제이다. 따라서 종사원에 대한 새로운 인식의 전환과 차별화된 인적자원관리를 통한 질적 서비스 향상으로 경쟁력이 있는 외식업체가 되기 위해서는 종사원의 직무와 관련된 갈등 원인을 분석하고, 이에 따른 내부 마케팅이 갈등의 원인에 미치는 영향관계를 실증적으로 연구함으로써 외식업체의 인적자원 관리할 필요성이 제기된다는 문제 의식 아래 연구를 수행하게 되었다.

통일 한국의 적정 군사력에 관한 연구 - 분쟁 시나리오와 상대적 균형전략을 중심으로 - (A Study on Appropriate Military Strength of Unified Korea (Focused on relative balance strategy and conflict scenario))

  • To prepare for the complicated international relationship regarding Korean Peninsula after reunification, this thesis started off with the awareness that Unified Korea should build its international posture and national security at an early stage by determining its appropriate military strength for independent defense and military strategies that Unified Korea should aim. The main theme of this thesis is 'The research on appropriate military strength of the Unified Korean military'. To derive appropriate military strength of Unified Korea, this research focuses on conflict scenario and relative balance strategy based on potential threats posed by neighboring countries, and this is the part that differentiates this research from other researches. First of all, the main objective of the research is to decide appropriate military strength for Unified Korea to secure defense sufficiency. For this, this research will decide efficient military strategy that Unified Korea should aim. Than by presuming the most possible military conflict scenario, this research will judge the most appropriate military strength for Unified Korea to overcome the dispute. Second, after deciding appropriate military strength, this research will suggest how to operate presumed military strength in each armed force. The result of this thesis is as in the following. First, Unified Korea should aim 'relative balance strategy'. 'Relative balance strategy' is a military strategy which Unified Korea can independently secure defense sufficiency by maintaining relative balance when conflicts occur between neighboring countries. This strategy deters conflicts in advance by relative balance of power in certain time and place. Even if conflict occurs inevitably, this strategy secures initiative. Second, when analyzing neighboring countries interest and strategic environment after unification, the possibility of all-out war will be low in the Korean Peninsula because no other nation wants the Korean Peninsula to be subordinated to one single country. Therefore appropriate military strength of the Unified Korean military would be enough when Unified Korea can achieve relative balance in regional war or limited war. Third, Northeast Asia is a region where economic power and military strength is concentrated. Despite increasing mutual cooperation in the region, conflicts and competition to expand each countries influence is inherent. Japan is constantly enhancing their military strength as they aim for normal statehood. China is modernizing their military strength as they aspire to become global central nation. Russia is also enhancing their military strength in order to hold on to their past glory of Soviet Union as a world power. As a result, both in quality and quantity, the gap between military strength of Unified Korea and each neighboring countries is enlarged at an alarming rate. Especially in the field of air-sea power, arms race is occurring between each nation. Therefore Unified Korea should be equipped with appropriate military strength in order to achieve relative balance with each threats posed by neighboring countries. Fourth, the most possible conflicts between Unified Korea and neighboring countries could be summarized into four, which are Dokdo territorial dispute with Japan, Leodo jurisdictional dispute with China, territorial dispute concerning northern part of the Korea Peninsula with China and disputes regarding marine resources and sea routes with Russia. Based on those conflict scenarios, appropriate military strength for Unified Korea is as in the following. When conflict occurs with Japan regarding Dokdo, Japan is expected to put JMSDF Escort Flotilla 3, one out of four of its Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Escort Fleet, which is based in Maizuru and JMSDF Maizuru District. To counterbalance this military strength, Unified Korea needs one task fleet, comprised with three task flotilla. In case of jurisdictional conflict with China concerning Leodo, China is expected to dispatch its North Sea fleet, one out of three of its naval fleet, which is in charge of the Yellow Sea. To response to this military action, Unified Korea needs one task fleet, comprised with three task flotilla. In case of territorial dispute concerning northern part of the Korean Peninsula with China, it is estimated that out of seven Military Region troops, China will dispatch two Military Region troops, including three Army Groups from Shenyang Military Region, where it faces boarder with the Korean Peninsula. To handle with this military strength, Unified Korea needs six corps size ground force strength, including three corps of ground forces, two operational reserve corps(maneuver corps), and one strategic reserve corps(maneuver corps). When conflict occurs with Russia regarding marine resources and sea routes, Russia is expected to send a warfare group of a size that includes two destroyers, which is part of the Pacific Fleet. In order to balance this strength, Unified Korea naval power requires one warfare group including two destroyers. Fifth, management direction for the Unified Korean military is as in the following. Regarding the ground force management, it would be most efficient to deploy troops in the border area with china for regional and counter-amphibious defense. For the defense except the border line with china, the most efficient form of force management would be maintaining strategic reserve corps. The naval force should achieve relative balance with neighboring countries when there is maritime dispute and build 'task fleet' which can independently handle long-range maritime mission. Of the three 'task fleet', one task fleet should be deployed at Jeju base to prepare for Dokdo territorial dispute and Leodo jurisdictional dispute. Also in case of regional conflict with china, one task fleet should be positioned at Yellow Sea and for regional conflict with Japan and Russia, one task fleet should be deployed at East Sea. Realistically, Unified Korea cannot possess an air force equal to neither Japan nor China in quantity. Therefore, although Unified Korea's air force might be inferior in quantity, they should possess the systematic level which Japan or China has. For this Unified Korea should build air base in island areas like Jeju Island or Ullenong Island to increase combat radius. Also to block off infiltration of enemy attack plane, air force needs to build and manage air bases near coastal areas. For landing operation forces, Marine Corps should be managed in the size of two divisions. For island defense force, which is in charge of Jeju Island, Ulleung Island, Dokdo Island and five northwestern boarder island defenses, it should be in the size of one brigade. Also for standing international peace keeping operation, it requires one brigade. Therefore Marine Corps should be organized into three divisions. The result of the research yields a few policy implications when building appropriate military strength for Unified Korea. First, Unified Korea requires lower number of ground troops compared to that of current ROK(Republic of Korea) force. Second, air-sea forces should be drastically reinforced. Third, appropriate military strength of the Unified Korean military should be based on current ROK military system. Forth, building appropriate military strength for Unified Korea should start from today, not after reunification. Because of this, South Korea should build a military power that can simultaneously prepare for current North Korea's provocations and future threats from neighboring countries after reunification. The core of this research is to decide appropriate military strength for Unified Korea to realize relative balance that will ensure defense sufficiency from neighboring countries threats. In other words, this research should precisely be aware of threats posed by neighboring countries and decide minimum level of military strength that could realize relative balance in conflict situation. Moreover this research will show the path for building appropriate military strength in each armed force.

  • South Korea has had a rich history of independent thinking and self-reliance since the Korean Conflict. The war left the country the need for infrastructures in a variety of fields. Instead of relying on aid from foreign nations, however, key figures within South Korea's borders fathered the nation's first government-funded scientific and engineering institute, the Korea Institute of Science & Technology (KIST). Even though KIST encountered numerous obstacles, its commitment to research and development (R&D) would ultimately allow it play a crucial role in the rebuilding of the country. As a result of the institute's success, South Korea was able to move forward economically to become a beacon of hope for developing nations around the world.

맞벌이 부모의 일-가정 갈등이 우울에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지지의 매개효과 (The Effect of Dual-income Parents' Work-Family Conflict on Depression: Mediation Effect of Social Support)

  • 본 연구는 맞벌이 부모의 일-가정 갈등과 우울 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 확인함으로써 맞벌이 부모의 정서적 관리에 대한 실천적 지원 근거 마련에 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 초등학교 이하의 자녀를 둔 20세 이상의 맞벌이 부모 214명이며, 2021년 4월에 온라인으로 수집된 자료를 SPSS/WIN 24.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 일-가정 갈등, 사회적 지지 및 우울 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 상관성이 있었다. 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 3단계의 위계적 회귀분석을 시행한 결과 1단계와 2단계에서 일-가정 갈등은 매개 변인인 사회적 지지(β=-.188, p<.01), 종속 변인인 우울(β=.539, p<.001)에 각각 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 3단계에서는 일-가정갈등과 우울 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지가 부분 매개 효과가 있는 것이 확인되었고, 이는 Sobel 검증 결과에서도 통계적으로 유의하였다(z=2.468, p=.013). 본 연구 결과는 맞벌이 부모의 일-가정 갈등과 이와 관련된 우울에 사회적 지지의 중요성을 뒷받침하는 근거로 활용될 수 있으며 맞벌이 부모의 정서적 문제 해결을 위한 전략 수립 및 사회적 지원 마련의 당위성을 제공한다.

이익충돌 상황에서 설득 메시지의 프레이밍 및 반복에 따른 도덕적 의사결정 탐색 (Exploring framing effect and repetition effect of the persuasive message on moral decision making in conflict of interest)

  • 메시지 제시는 개인의 태도 및 의사결정 행동 변화를 설득하는 대표적인 방법으로, 실용성과 효과성 간 균형을 고려할 때 이익충돌 상황에서 발생 가능한 여러 문제에 대한 효율적인 해결 방안 중 하나이다. 메시지의 프레이밍과 반복은 메시지의 설득 효과에 영향을 주는 두 주요한 변인이나, 이를 이익충돌과 도덕적 의사결정에 적용하여 탐색한 연구는 부재한다. 본 연구에서는 도덕성 점화 설득 메시지의 프레이밍 유형과 도덕성을 점화하는 설득 메시지의 반복 횟수에 따른 사익추구행동의 차이가 있는지 검증하였다. 이를 위해, 대학생 63명(남: 35명, 여: 28명)을 메시지 프레이밍 유형에 따라 세 가지 조건(긍정적 프레이밍 조건, 부정적 프레이밍 조건, 비점화 조건)으로 무선할당한 뒤, 이익충돌 상황에서 가상의 파트너에게 자문을 하는 웹 기반 컴퓨터 실험을 통해 각 조건에서 도덕성 점화 설득 메시지를 4회 반복 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 메시지 반복 횟수와 메시지 프레이밍 유형 간 상호작용이 유의하지 않았으나, 메시지 프레이밍 유형의 주효과 및 반복 횟수의 주효과는 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 긍정적 프레이밍 집단이 비점화 집단에 비해 낮은 수준의 사익추구행동을 보였으며, 메시지 반복과 사익추구행동 간 U자 형태의 이차 함수 관계가 확인되었다. 이 같은 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 함의와 의의에 더불어 한계점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

"공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률" 개선 방향에 관한 연구: KS X ISO 15489 표준에 입각하여 (A Study of Improvement for Public Records Management Act: Based on KS X ISO 15489)

  • 우리나라는 1999년 "공공기관의 기록물관리에 관한 법률"의 제정과 2006년 "공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률"의 전면 개정을 통해 종합적이고 체계적인 기록물관리 발전에 박차를 가하는 한편, 전자기록물로의 패러다임 전환을 위한 토대를 다져왔다. 이러한 맥락에서 국가 차원의 기록관리에 대한 구체적 지침으로서 법을 보완하는 기능과 역할을 하는 기록관리 표준 KS X ISO 15489의 2007년 제정은 큰 의의를 지닌다. 이에 본 연구는, 국가적 기록관리 정책과 원칙의 토대가 되는 법률과 표준은 상호배타적이거나 상충되어서는 안 된다는 원칙을 전제로, KS X 15489 제정의 의의를 살피고, 법률과 표준의 상호성을 논한다. 이를 위해, KS X ISO 15489의 다섯 가지 영역별 주요 내용을 토대로 법률에서의 상호 관련 내용을 비교 분석하고, 상호 정렬성을 검토한다. 이러한 분석을 토대로, 현행 기록물관리 관련 법령의 개선점을 논의하고, 기록관리의 미래지향적 발전에 대한 논점을 제시한다.

공학 설계 패러다임 변화에 따른 팀 창의성의 정의 및 하위 영역과 요소 도출 (A Study on the Definition of Team Creativity upon the Design Paradigm and Their Sub-domains and Element Extraction)

  • This paper attempts to take an in-depth study of the importance of teams and their creativity according to changes of recent design paradigm in engineering and to draw conclusions of the sub-domains and their element extraction. For this purpose, theoretical consideration was reviewed to present the definition of creativity and its sub-domains and elements. Besides, the two steps of expert validation test were conducted to extract the definition of creativity and its sub-domains and elements. The team creativity is defined as a team ability to come up with fresh and useful ideas and to lead them to get meaningful results through cooperative interactions among team members to solve problems given to them based on each member's creativity. Totally, 4 subs -domains and 16 sub-elements were extracted to get to know their influence on the team creativity. This includes a team size, characteristics of team members, and a team structure in team organization domain. To evaluate team atmosphere, elements such as sensibility, fellowship, teamwork, reliability, autonomy and open minded feature are included. In the team activity domain, strategies for solving problems, activities for divergent thinking, activities for convergence thinking and team interaction are included. Also, the sub-domain for team management includes a task, process and conflict management.

동물복지 관점에서의 한국 사육곰 구호정책 개선방안 (Improvement Disciplines for Relief Policy of Breeding Bears at the Perspective of Animal Welfare in the Republic of Korea)

  • South Korea had encouraged farmers to breed bear to increase farmer's income since 1981. Currently farmers breed over thousand number of bears, however but the policy measures for breeding bears is expected to conflict the main stream of bear conservation due to South Korea belong to the member of CITES, which categorizes and manages bears under Wild Fauna and Flora Protection Act. Government needs to establish a special law containg the win-win relief strategy not only for farmers of breeding bears, but international corresponding policy. So, we have reviewed the domestic status and international trends on breeding bears, and suggest the alternative strategies of the policy such as a bear park, a bear village, use of species recovery center, use of a preservation organization. This policy should be accompanied with more detailed fact analysis, management agency, well equipped welfare facility and financial preparation for proper management of breeding bears against changing international trends on wildlife conservation.
