또래지지와 대인관계 갈등 대처방법 및 사회적 기술과의 관계 (Relationship between Peer Support, Coping Strategies and Social Skills)

  • This study explored the relationship between peer support, strategies used to cope with interpersonal stressors, and social skills among 4th and 5th graders. Instruments were the Social Support Appraisal Scale, the Self-Report Coping Scale, and the Teenage Inventory of Social Skills. Results showed that children used different coping strategies by the level of peer support. Children with more peer support were more active in seeking social support and in solving peer conflict. Children with more problems in peer relationships used more avoidance strategies such as internalization and externalization. Children with a high level of social skills were more likely to use approach strategies in peer conflict while children with a low level of social skills were more likely to employ avoidance strategies. Internalization was the most important strategy in explaining inappropriate peer relationships. For girls, social skill was the most essential variable in their peer relationships.

며느리가 인지한 고부갈등과 대처행동에 관한 연구 (A study on Conflict perceived by daughters-in-law and Their coping Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation between the conflict perceive by daughters-in-law and their coping behavior. The statistical procedures used were frequency, t-test, multiple regression, and factor analysis. The major finding are as follows; 1) The conflict perceived by daughters -in-law is not very high, but , in terms of scolding, discrimination, objection to visiting the parent home there are some conflict found. 2) The coping scale is composed of 9 factors by 27 items and adaptation to reality is the main factor. 3) Collision with mother-in-law, avoidance, self-blame, age, the attitude of mother-in-law about her son's marriage are proved to be influential variables of the degree of the conflict perceived by daughters-in-law. 4) Reanalysis is perhaps the significant coping pattern to improve the relation with mother-in-law.

  • 권력의 과정을 알아보기 위해 부부권력(전통권력, 평등권력, 개인권력), 영향력전략(보상, 강요, 감정전략), 부정적 갈등해결방식(공격과 회피)의 관계를 이론적 모형으로 설정하였고 남성과 여성의 모형을 비교하였다. 지방에 거주하는 남성 182명과 여성 196명의 자료를 구조방정식모형 검증 방식으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 남녀모델에서 3개의 공통경로가 발견되었다. 감정전략이 증가할수록 공격과 회피가 증가하였다. 그리고 평등권력이 증가할수록 보상이 증가하였다. 둘째, 남녀 모두 평등권력이 강요에 영향을 미치지만, 그 영향은 상반되는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 남성의 평등권력은 강요를 감소시키나, 여성의 평등권력은 강요를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 남녀모형에서 많은 차이점이 발견되었다. 결과를 토대로 이론적 함의와 부정적 갈등해결방식의 사용을 감소시키는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 논쟁성향과 언어적 공격성, 그리고 커뮤니케이션 불안감 등 커뮤니케이션 관련 변인들이 갈등관리 방식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사하였다. 총 404명의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문 조사가 이루어졌으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 논쟁 성향이 높은 사람일수록 갈등상황에서 통합, 경쟁, 타협 방식을 사용하며, 회피나 양보방식은 사용하지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. 두 번째로 언어적 공격성이 높은 사람일수록 경쟁 방식을 사용하며, 회피하지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 커뮤니케이션 불안감이 높으면 회피나 양보 방식을 사용하게 되며, 통합이나 경쟁은 사용하지 않는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과에 대한 논의 및 함의 또한 다루었다.

간호대학생의 MBTI 지표에 따른 갈등해결유형의 차이 (Differences in Conflict Management Style according to MBTI Indicators of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 MBTI 선호지표에 따른 갈등관리유형의 차이를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다 자료수집은 2023년 8월 30일부터 9월 30일까지였다. 자료분석은 independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe's를 시행하였다. 연구결과 갈등관리유형에 유의미한 차이를 보이는 MBTI지표 중 에너지 방향에서 I는 E보다 회피가 높았다(t=-3.776, p<0.01). 의사결정기능의 경우 F가 T보다 양보(t=-3.478, p<0.01)와 회피(t=-3.389, p<0.01)가 높았고, T가 F보다 지배가 높았다(t=2.070, p<0.5). 외부생활 대처양식의 경우 J가 P보다 협력(t=2.756, p<0.01)과 타협(t=2.044, p<0.5)이 높았다. MBTI의 심리기능유형에서는 NF형이 ST형보다 양보가 높았고(F=4.174, p<0.05), SF형이 ST형보다 회피가 높았다(F=4.202, p<0.05). MBTI 의사결정기능 유형과 외부생활 대처양식을 조합해서 갈등관리유형의 차이를 분석한 결과는 FJ형이 FP형 보다 협력이(F=2.907, p<0.05), FJ형이 TP형보다 양보가(F=4.662, p<0.01), FJ형이 TJ형보다 회피가 높았다(F=3.327, p<0.05). MBTI의 태도지표는 EJ형이 EP형 보다 협력이 높았고(F=2.817, p<0.05), IP형이 EP형 보다 회피가 유의미하게 높았다(F=4.551, p<0.01). 본 연구에서는 현재까지 국내에서는 연구되지 않은 MBTI 의사결정기능 유형(F,T)과 외부생활대처양식(J,P)을 조합해서 갈등관리유형의 차이를 확인한 것에 의의가 있다. 후속연구에서는 본 연구결과를 반영하여 대상자 수를 확대한 MBTI 성격유형별 갈등관리유형에 대한 연구, MBTI 지표 및 성격유형별 갈등관리 프로그램개발과 프로그램 효과성 분석 연구를 제언한다.

일 종합병원 간호원의 역할갈등에 관한 연구 (A Study on Nurses Role Conflict in a Hospital University)

  • Nursing role tends to be more complex then before because of the increased number of health professionals and of the health needs of patient. Accordingly, nursing role expectations are various and sometimes conflict by its role set. There are various literatures on role conflict of nurses and discussed how to eliminate the conflict in order to improve nursing service particularly in the hospital organization. This study was designed to determine if role conflict exist among nurses who work in a hospital and if so what resolution were most frequently selected by the nurses to the role conflict. The study population was fifty six registered nurses of K university hospital. The fifty six was defined and selected by nonproportional stratified sampling method to obtain subjects who are from uniform role set. A questionnaire, a list of role connect, stimulated by the literature review, knowledge based on several years' experience in nursing was formulated by the author and administered to the study population. The questionnaire included twenty nine closed question items of role conflict and classified according to the intra sender conflict, intersender conflict, person conflict and interperson conflict. The response choices to the questions range on a scale continuum with degrees of conflict from one to five: never - 0, seldom - 1, occasionally - 2, frequently - 3, and mostly -4. Per cent, means, standard deviation, and x² -test were used to analyze data. The findings of the study could be summarized as follows. 1. General characterstics of the study population: Most of the population were between the age of 22-27 and are not married. 2. Analysis of Role conflict Existence of Role conflict of nurses was found by the total mean conflict score, 2.06. Inter Sender Role conflict revealed the most high mean conflict score and the lowest one was inter person role conflict. Among the five role senders of nurses: Physician, patient and hi9 family, peer and superior, nursing students and hospital administrator, nurses showed the highest conflict mean score for physicians and the lowest score for Nursing student. 3. Analysis of role conflict resolution. Compromise through discussion with the role sender was the most frequently selected method by the respondents. The result also showed that the respondents tend to resolve the conflicting situation created by patient or his family by persuation. On the o thor hand, Avoidance and ignorance was frequently chosen for the conflicting role expectations from the hospital administrator.

아동이 지각한 부모행동통제특성과 정서지능 및 친구 간 갈등해결전략 (Parental Behavior Control Recognized by Children and Its Effect on Children's Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Resolution Strategies in Peer Friendships)

  • This study examined the relationships of parental behavior control recognized by children and its effect on children's emotional intelligence and conflict resolution strategies in their peer friendships. Subjects were 521 $5^{th}$, $6^{th}$ grade elementary school Children in seoul. Data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation, multiple regression and path analysis. Result showed that parents' control of children's behavior affected children's conflict resolution strategies in peer friendships and affected their emotional intelligence. Path analysis showed that control by parents, demand for maturity and clarity of communication directly affected compromising-integrating strategies. Parental control was affected directly by dominating strategies. Controlling behavior by demand of maturity, clarity of communication and nurture influenced compromising-integrating, avoidance and concession strategies of children's emotional intelligence.

  • 무선 USB (universal serial bus) 시스템은 기존의 USB 기술과 WiMedia PHY/MAC 기술을 결합한 새로운 기술이다. 무선 USB 시스템은 기존의 USB와 같은 개인 영역 네트워크 뿐만 아니라 무선 개인 영역 네트워크에서도 적용될 수 있다. 다수의 무선 USB 네트워크들은 각각의 어플리케이션을 위해 독립적으로 형성되고 동작할 수 있기 때문에, 인접한 네트워크간 간섭이나 충돌이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 슈퍼프레임내 다른 시간 구간을 이용하는 방법을 사용할 수 있다. 하지만, 네트워크의 수가 많아지게 되면, 이용 가능한 자원이 부족하게 된다. 따라서, 본 논문은 무선 USB 시스템을 위한 간섭회피 기법을 제안한다.

  • This research is, first of all, a theoretical study concerning 'conflict.' Only then, we could obtain ways in which we manage and resolve various problems arising from conflicts in business between Korean and Chinese companies. In doing this, we also tried to grasp cultural characteristics, or factors, in Chinese ways of carrying out negotiations that lead to conflicts with us. On the basis of these preliminary considerations, we developed practical techniques of conflict management and types of negotiation strategy. We thereby could suggest broader strategic implications for better performance in international business. Concretely, this research investigates techniques of conflict management and types of negotiation strategy. For such techniques and types, we suggest, (1) Sharing technique or reconciliatory compromising negotiation and its compromise strategy, (2) collaborative technique or cooperative negotiation and its win-win strategy, (3) competitive technique or competitive negotiation and its profit-seeking attack strategy, (4) accommodative technique or receptive negotiation and its relation-maintaining yield strategy, (5) avoidant technique or evasive negotiation and its indifference-showing avoidance strategy. This research contributes to promote understanding on negotiation culture of chinese corporate. and we provide the guideline of the conflict management and the insight for the efficiency strategy of chinese business negotiation. But, empirical data and statistical examinations should be added to our present research for the future prospective ones.

A Probabilistic Algorithm for Multi-aircraft Collision Detection and Resolution in 3-D

  • This paper presents a real-time algorithm for collision detection, collision avoidance and guidance. Three-dimensional point-mass aircraft models are used. For collision detection, conflict probability is calculated by using the Monte-Carlo Simulation. Time at the closest point of approach(CPA) and distance at CPA are needed to determine the collision probability, being compared to certain threshold values. For collision avoidance, one of possible maneuver options is chosen to minimize the collision probability. For guidance to a designated way-point, proportional navigation guidance law is used. Two scenarios on encounter situation are studied to demonstrate the performance of proposed algorithm.
