1. Objectives In ShinChukbon "DongyiSuseBowon", there are many contents of constitutional diseases and symptoms. The aim of the present study was to investigate recognition of sleep as Dong-Mu's constitutional symptoms. 2. Methods In ShinChukbon "DongyiSuseBowon", I found contents about sleeping and made comparative study of acquired contents. And I made comparative of previous studies. 3. Results (1) I concluded that Soumin who has interior and exterior diseases didn't get sleep well. Under the condition that constitutional diseases are cured, Soyangin gets to sleep well. (2) I concluded that Soyangin who has interior and exterior diseases sleep lesser than ordinary symptoms. Under the condition that constitutional diseases are cured, Soyangin gets to sleep well. (3) I concluded that Taeumin who has interior diseases sleep lesser than ordinary symptoms. Under the condition that constitutional diseases are cured, Taeumin gets to sleep well. (4) I concluded that Taeang who has constitutional disease may sleep lesser than ordinary symptoms. But not confirmed. 4. Conclusions There is some ground that sleep as constitutional symptom would be a good authority of checking constitutional disease.

'Ul-zeong' comes from obsturction of qi by stress. The mind affect the body. The patient has depressed mood, irritable sign, chest discomfort, costral pain, angry state or some strange feeling on the throat. $'Y{\acute{i}}q{\acute{i}}ngbi{\grave{a}}nq{\grave{i}}'$ is a psychological therapy that a doctor changes the patient ' s psychological condition by using various method. 'yi' means moving, 'qing' means changing. Art therapy means a therapy by using artistic activities and included in $'y{\acute{i}}q{\acute{i}}ngbi{\grave{a}}nq{\grave{i}}'$ In this case, a female patient, 35 years old, who suffered from 'ul-zeong' with depressed mood, anxiety, general body weakness, anorexia, constipation. We used $'y{\acute{i}}q{\acute{i}}ngbi{\grave{a}}nq{\grave{i}}'$ besides herbal medication, acupuncture to her and her condition got improved. Therefore we reported it for the treatment.

In this paper I explore the theory of agent causation proposed by T. O'Connor. According to the theory, we can't explain an agent's control over his intention and action without appealing to 'agent causes events'(shortly, ACEs). But I argue that ACEs can't be a help to an agent's control over his intention and action. For this I show that reason-responsiveness is a necessary condition for an agent's control. In order for ACEs to help in explaining an agent's control, ACEs must be able to satisfy 'reason-responsiveness condition'. But, ACEs fail to satisfy the condition. For this reason, I conclude that ACEs can't be a help to an agent's control over his intention and action.

In this paper we study modules with the W F I⁺-extending property. We prove that if M satisfies the W F I⁺-extending, pseudo duo properties and M/(Soc M) has finite uniform dimension then M decompose into a direct sum of a semisimple submodule and a submodule of finite uniform dimension. In particular, if M satisfies the W F I⁺-extending, pseudo duo properties and ascending chain (respectively, descending chain) condition on essential submodules then M = M₁ ⊕ M₂ for some semisimple submodule M₁ and Noetherian (respectively, Artinian) submodule M₂. Moreover, we show that if M is a W F I-extending module with pseudo duo, C₂ and essential socle then the quotient ring of its endomorphism ring with Jacobson radical is a (von Neumann) regular ring. We provide several examples which illustrate our results.

This article summarizes the results of sea transportation load measurements, which will be used as the reference to the sea transportation environment condition for the launch vehicle of KSLV-I. KSLV-I will be transported by Sea from Pusan to the NARO space center in Gohung, Chunnam province. Since the vibration load condition during sea transportation is considered as one of the important design parameters of KSLV-I and its transportation means, it is necessary to directly measure the environmental condition of sea transportation loads prior to establish the sea transportation plan in detail. This material includes the measured data of 3-axis linear accelerations and 3-axis angular rates on the board of a barge-ship, which is towed by a tug boat during shipping operation. This barge-ship is same class with one which will actually carry KSLV-I. The results show that the measured load condition during sea transportation is not severer than the reference data of MIL-STD-810F and Zenit-3SL launch system.

Let K be a nonempty weakly compact convex subset of a Banach space X and T : K ${\rightarrow}$ C(X) a nonexpansive mapping satisfying $P_T(x){\cap}clI_K(x){\neq}{\emptyset}$. We first show that if I - T is semiconvex type then T has a fixed point. Also we obtain the same result without the condition that I - T is semiconvex type in a Banach space satisfying Opial's condition. Lastly we extend the result of [5] to the case, that T is an 1-set contraction mapping.

This Study deals with effect of low visibility condition at nighttime on traffic accident. Roads for experiment of this study are Gyeongbu expressway, Seohaean expressway, Yeongdong expressway and Seoul beltway in Gyeonggi province. For this study, I subdivided basic straight section of them into 58 short section. And I analyzed effect of low visibility condition by darkness at nighttime on traffic accident by using 410 traffic accidents between January 1, 2009 and June 30, 2012 on those sections. The Quasi-experimental and negative binomial regression were applied to analyze effect of low visibility condition at nighttime on traffic accident. In this study, I only analyzed visibility difference of daytime and nighttime on traffic accident except other effective variables on traffic accidents. As a result, I have found that it is for low visibility condition at nighttime to have effect on traffic accidents at such specific conditions as Los A speed is maintained in basic straight section of expressway in fine weather. And I tried to do various analysis on types and causes of traffic accidents using the result of analysis.

Ministry of Education and Human Resources presented on December, 2006, 'Alternative school establishment and operation regulation' of contents that can be recognized attainments in scholarship because is authorized if alternative schools fulfill fixed condition. Even though, one time, it was true that several opinions which try to limit to adaptation school of person disqualified for school, thus, various discussion and efforts that specialized school for alternative education does to grow are appearing. However, the expectation which a lot of non authorized schools will apply is not so high because specialized school for alternative education will be controlled in free curriculum and school operation that have been administered and can not be guaranteed school's sell-regulation if acquire legal authorization. Under such social and educational background I surveyed present condition, law, system, literature investigation of existing study, Japanese system and example and authorized two sample specification schools etc. through 'A Basic Study on the Optimum Facilities Criteria Modeling of Regional Specialized Schools for Alternative Education(2006. 10)'. This study was preceded the succession and I visited 17 schools that permit investigation opening of schools among 29 that is authorized until present. So I try to find out architectural planning criteria to activate specialized school for alternative education more through analyzing school's general present condition, establishment idea, operation and specialized education plan, facilities present condition and characteristic.

As a condition for obtaining the silk I type crystal that has stability and high reproducibility, after dissolving silk fibroin crystalline part (Fcp), the changes of recrystallized crystal structure according to dialytic pH were examined by x-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis. The Fcp was obtained from the aqueous solution of silk fibroin enzymatic proteolyzed by chymotrypsin. The crystal structure of Fcp showed silk II type. When the Fcp was dissolved by 10M LiBr aqueous solution, the Fcp1 showed the silk II type at pH 9. However, besides the silk II type, the silk I type structure begins to appear at pH 8 and only the silk I type structure was found below pH 6. On the other hand, the Fcp2 that calcium chloride was used in the dissolution found only the silk I type crystal structure below pH8.
