한국록색소비심리구성(韩国绿色消费心理构成):일개로경분석모형(一个路径分析模型) (Psychological Make-up of Korean Green Consumerism: A Path Model Analysis)

  • 随着消费者对环境的关注不断增加, 许多公司都积极从事环境营销来实现其目标. 不过, 有关环境的消费者的高度关注并不总是反映在他们的购买行为. 这表明需要有一个绿色消费的范围内个人的信仰体系的发展有深入的了解. 考虑到心理学的方法, 大量的研究机构已测试的基本因素和生态意识的消费者行为, 这些因素的相互关系. 然而, 以往的研究大多数集中于西方国家. 本研究使用韩国消费者为研究样本, 试图了解韩国绿色消费的基础, 发现跨文化在指导消费者的环保态度和行为的重要的普遍价值. 为此, 我们联系了Schwartz在1992年提出的10个普遍价值和价值-态度-行为层次模式的环境行为. 参照价值-态度-行为的框架, 我们提出的概念模型可以解释韩国消费者的环保态度中表现出了什么动机, 以及后来此态度如何影响他们的绿色选择. 其中, 可利用相关的环保价值的关系模式, 我们首先假设激励价值类型和环境态度之间存在特定的关系. 在假设2中, 环境态度被假定用来预测环境行为. 这个假设的基础是对环境有利的态度可能会产生许多不同的行为, 我们认为消费者对环境的有利的态度和各种环保行为是相关的. 因为有环保态度的人们会对环保行动方面的知识更感兴趣. 与假设2一致, 我们推测在不同的环保行为之间存在正相关关系. 564名大学生参加了这项研究. 样本包括308名男性, 254名女性, 2名参与者没有注明性别. 参加者的平均年龄为22.5(标准差=2.11)岁, 年龄范围从19岁到39岁. 至于专业, 我们作出了特别努力使得参与者来自于大学的不同学科. 所收集的数据是通过自我完成问卷调查. 问卷评估参与者的价值优先, 环境态度和行为. 我们进行了路径分来测试所提出的模型. 观测的模型的整体适配度为x2=72.01(p=0.00), GFI的=0.983, CFI=0.982, NFI=0.970, RMR=0.070, 和REMSEA=0.050. 大部分适配值表明了数据与模型拟合良好. 因此, 环境态度价值, 环境的非购买行为和环境的购买行为的层级关系得到了确认. 所有的预测路径被路径系数评估, 几个主要影响假设被确认. 在10个价值类型之外, 普遍性和力量是显著的但是与环境态度的关系是相反的. 与其他研究一致, 我们的结果证实了环境态度是引导各种关注环境的行为的一个重要因素. 最后我们发现环境非采购和购买行为之间有显著关系. 路径分析支持普遍性价值为韩国消费者的绿色意识提供了动机而且他们通过对环境的有利态度间接的支持了环保行为. 我们发现拥有高环境态度的参与者积极的投入到各种关注环境的消费者行为中. 在本研究中, 考虑到价值导致环保主义和进一步证实先前的结果我们提供了测试跨文化差异的机会. 此外, 我们已测试了关于三个不同类型的环境行为的态度与行为的关系. 环境的态度和行为之间的路径的不同优势, 研究人员建议, 应考虑行为的特异性, 努力改善低的态度-行为的相关性. 最后, 本文阐明了随着对环境不断增长的关注, 人们生活中的绿色行为也不断的增加.

조직유착모형의 경험적 적합성에 관한 고찰 - 교사들의 경우를 중심으로 한 한 . 미간 비교연구 - (An Empirical Testing of Employee Attchment Model: A Comprison of South Korean and U.S. Teachers)

  • 본 논문은 피고용자들의 조직에 대한 헌신도와 근속의도에 초점을 두는 피고용자 조직유착(employee organizational attachment)의 인과모형을 비교, 검토한다. 이 논문은 교사들의 조직유착 행위에 대한 두 개의 연구, 즉 미국 시카고 지역 공립학교 교사들에 대한 연구와 한국의 서울시 중등학교 교사들에 대한 연구를 바탕으로 하고 있다. 이 논문의 이론적틀은 Price-Mueller의 조직유착모형이다. 이 모형은 크게 다섯 개 군의 변수들을 포함하고 있다: 1) 일(노동)에 대한 반응변수 - 업무만족도, 헌신도, 근속의도, 2) 심리학적 긴장변수 - 역할애매성, 역할갈등, 업무과부하, 학생들의 자질, 3) 사회적 구조변수 - 자율성, 단순성, 분배정의 승진의 정당성, 4) 경제적 구조변수 - 보수, 직업안정성, 승진기회, 외부 노동시장 기회, 그리고 5) 개인적 성향변수 - 직업헌신도, 노동가치, 기대만족, 긍정적 인성. 자료는 질문지 조사방법으로 수집되었으며, 서울시내 중등교사들을 대상으로 한 표본 조사 결과 649개의 유효사례가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 조직유착의 인과적 모형을 검증하기위해 LISREL을 이용한 공분산구조분석이 사용되었다. 결과에 따르면 근속의도에 대한 외생변수들의 영향을 매개하는 데, 내생변수인 업무만족도와 조직헌신도의 역할이 미국에 비해 크게 작을 뿐만 아니라, 이 모형은 근속의도 변수의 변량을 크게 설명하지도 못한다. 한국과 미국의 이러한 차이는 한국의 교사들이 가지고 있는 고용관계와 노동시장의 구조적 특성들, 즉 강제적 이동과 외부노동시장의 폐쇄성 때문에 나타나는 것으로 보인다. 미국에서 발달한 이러한 조직유착모형은 적용범위(scope condition)를 명시함으로써 예외적인 경험적 자료에 따른 잘못된 무효화를 방지할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 앞으로 연구는 한국 교사들의 경우와 같은 구조적 제약에서 피고용자들의 조직유착을 가져오는 요인들에 대한 개념적 및 경험적 탐구에 더 많은 관심을 두어야 한다.

작목별 협동조직의 유형과 효율적 운영방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Types and Effective Management Schemes of the Cooperative Farmers' Organizations in Korea)

  • The objectives of this study were to 1) classify the cooperative farmers' organizations in Korea according to the development level and institutional aspects through the exploration of its' conceptual and institutional basis, 2) analyze the farmers' needs for organization, 3) identify the problems and situation of organizations, and 4) formulate an effective management model for each cooperative farmers' organization. The study was carried out through a review of literature and using available statistical data collected from various sources and empirical survey. Major findings of the study were: 1) the cooperative farmers' organizations could be classified into four types : crop units, farming cooperative corporation, trust farming companies and joint-stock agri-business. 2) a lot of members of the organization feel that the information is insufficient, the opportunity to suggest their own ideas is hardly given, and the members are not satisfied with the cooperation among the members, 3) the members who have higher level of schooling education showed a higher participation level in the organization, 4) most of members did not recognize the organization they participated in, 5) participation of the organization's members and concerned institutions is an important factor to promote problem solving and better communication within the organization, 6) any type of continuing education for the members is needed to facilitate the transfer of a new agricultural and organizational technology, 7) research and development(R & D) is one of the most important factors of the development of organizations, 8) most organizations are deficient in professional management skills(financial, personal, accounts, etc.), 9) the trust farming companies have difficulties in managing the firm on account of the characteristics of agriculture(especially seasonal), the dispersed trust lands, and the need for more alternative work in the winter season, and 10) in the case of agri-businesses, their organizations are more specialized in marketing and have more structured systems of management. Based on the results of the study the following recommendations were made for further improvement and development of agricultural cooperative organizations : (1) More governmental support should be given to education for improvement of the organizational structure. And more deliberate and differentiated governmental support should be provided for the organizations to be viably managed. (2) For more efficient communication between the members and the organization, more opportunities for discussion are needed. (3) The more research should be committed to this kind of work in order to get more analytic data and strategic plans of cooperative organizations.

  • Metabolic engineering is now a well established discipline, used extensively to determine and execute rational strategies of strain development to improve the performance of micro-organisms employed in industrial fermentations. The basic principle of this approach is that performance of the microbial catalyst should be adequately characterised metabolically so as to clearlyidentify the metabolic network constraints, thereby identifying the most probable targets for genetic engineering and the extent to which improvements can be realistically achieved. In order to harness correctly this potential, it is clear that the physiological analysis of each strain studied needs to be undertaken under conditions as close as possible to the physico-chemical environment in which the strain evolves within the full-scale process. Furthermore, this analysis needs to be undertaken throughoutthe entire fermentation so as to take into account the changing environment in an essentially dynamic situation in which metabolic stress is accentuated by the microbial activity itself, leading to increasingly important stress response at a metabolic level. All too often these industrial fermentation constraints are overlooked, leading to identification of targets whose validity within the industrial context is at best limited. Thus the conceptual error is linked to experimental design rather than inadequate methodology. New tools are becoming available which open up new possibilities in metabolic engineering and the characterisation of complex metabolic networks. Traditionally metabolic analysis was targeted towards pre-identified genes and their corresponding enzymatic activities within pre-selected metabolic pathways. Those pathways not included at the onset were intrinsically removed from the network giving a fundamentally localised vision of pathway functionality. New tools from genome research extend this reductive approach so as to include the global characteristics of a given biological model which can now be seen as an integrated functional unit rather than a specific sub-group of biochemical reactions, thereby facilitating the resolution of complexnetworks whose exact composition cannot be estimated at the onset. This global overview of whole cell physiology enables new targets to be identified which would classically not have been suspected previously. Of course, as with all powerful analytical tools, post-genomic technology must be used carefully so as to avoid expensive errors. This is not always the case and the data obtained need to be examined carefully to avoid embarking on the study of artefacts due to poor understanding of cell biology. These basic developments and the underlying concepts will be illustrated with examples from the author's laboratory concerning the industrial production of commodity chemicals using a number of industrially important bacteria. The different levels of possibleinvestigation and the extent to which the data can be extrapolated will be highlighted together with the extent to which realistic yield targets can be attained. Genetic engineering strategies and the performance of the resulting strains will be examined within the context of the prevailing experimental conditions encountered in the industrial fermentor. Examples used will include the production of amino acids, vitamins and polysaccharides. In each case metabolic constraints can be identified and the extent to which performance can be enhanced predicted

다문화이해교육의 실제와 발전방향에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 초등학교를 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study of Education on Multicultural Understanding : Focusing on Elementary Schools)

  • 시장개방과 국제결혼의 증가로 인하여 한국사회는 점차 다문화사회로 진입하고 있다. 교육부는 다문화학생 교육 선진화 방안을 발표하여, 다문화학생에 대한 교육을 강화하고 있으며, 전체 학생을 대상으로 다문화이해교육을 실시하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교를 중심으로 다문화이해교육의 실제를 파악하고 향후 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 다문화이해교육 강사들이 학교 현장에서 다문화이해교육을 어떻게 진행하고 있는지 고찰하고 다문화 교육과정의 개념적 모형에 비추어 그들의 교수목표와 교육내용이 다문화적 가치를 잘 전달하고 있는지 살펴보았다. 연구방법은 4명의 다문화이해교육 강사를 연구 참여자로 섭외하고 사전인터뷰, 수업자료 검토, 수업참관 및 수업참관 후 사후 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 이 연구과정에서 수집된 자료를 분석하여 주요 주제를 도출하였다. 연구 참여자들은 모두 초등학생을 대상으로 자신(배우자)의 출신국 문화를 소개하였으며, 수업은 전통복식, 음식 등 풍습위주의 외형적인 문화에 초점이 맞춰져 있었다. 다문화이해교육은 대상 학생 및 문화의 측면에서 다양성을 고려할 필요가 있으며, 2차시 분량의 일회성 수업으로 세계적 상황에 대한 공감능력 및 사회적 행위능력을 배양하기 다소 어려웠으며, 교과내용과 연계하여 융합교육과정으로 발전시키려는 노력이 필요하다.

윤리교육이 간호사의 도덕판단에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Ethics Education on Nurse덕s Moral Judgement)

  • This main purpose of this study was to assess the effects of two different types of ethics education on the moral judgement of clinical nurses. One type was free discussions among nurses with given specific moral issues and the other type was discussions guided by experts on specific moral issues. The study employed a quasi-experimental, nonequivalent pre test-post test design using two different control groups. The conceptual framework of the study was derived from the Kohlberg′s Moral Development Theory (1969) and the Greipp′s Ethical Decision-Making Model (1992). The data was collected during the period of October 14 through December 15, 1998. Sample consists of 32 nurses working in the ICU who met research criteria. 16 nurses were assigned to the free discussion group and 16 nurses to the group for the guided discussion with experts group. For the pre-test, the DIT which was developed by Rest (1984) and JAND by Ketefian (1998) were used with some modification by the author. After the education, only JAND was used to assess the changes in moral judgement. The collected data was analysed using SPSS PC program. The findings are as follows: 1. There was no significant difference between two groups in their general characteristics. Only difference which was statistically significant between two groups was that realistic score on Case 3/Medical Research and Autopsy was higher in the free discussion group. 2. Hypothesis 1: "There will be a difference on the moral judgement of nurses before and after they receive an ethics education". This hypothesis was supported partially. Those who had low scores on moral judgement before the education tended to have higher scores after the education on the same issues. And, after the education, the nurses tend to give lower scores on the dilemmas they had experienced frequently at work; while giving higher scores on those dilemmas they had no prior experience. 3. Hypothesis 2: "The effect of education may differ depended upon the moral development index [P(%)] score of nurses". The effect of education was different depend on moral development level. The group who′s P(%) scores was low at the pretest has higher scores in realistic moral judgement after the education, while the groups with middle or high P(%) scores went down after the education. These changes were statistically significant in some cases, thus, the Hypothesis 2 was partially supported 4. Hypothesis 3: "The method of ethics education will have different effects on the moral judgement of nurses". Even though several nurses attended the guided discussion stated that the education program broadend their perspectives the difference between two groups was not significant and this hypothesis was not supported. In conclusion, both types of ethics education had helped the nurses to acquire the skills to deal some nursing dilemmas. The effects of ethics education may differ according to the moral development index - P(%) score. However, because of some of the limitations of this study, mainly small sample size, short term education, unable to control other variables which may affect moral judgement of nurses, further research is warranted.er research is warranted.

빅 데이터 분석을 활용한 소셜 네트워크 서비스 환경에서 구매의도에 관한 메타분석 (A Meta-Analysis of Influencing Factors on Purchase Intention in Social Network Service Environment Utilized Big Data Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 환경에서 구매의도에 관한 문헌적 고찰을 통해 선행연구를 살펴보고 개념 모델에서 제시된 요인에 대한 실증 분석된 연구들을 메타분석하기 위해 2005년-2015년 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문을 연구대상으로 하였다. 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문만 여과하여 조건에 부합한 총 29편의 논문을 연구에 대상으로 선정하였다. 메타분석의 결과 만족과 구매의도 경로가 가장 큰 효과 크기로 나타났으며, 효과크기는(r = .455)이었다. 두번째 효과크기는 구전과 구매의도 경로에서 효과(r = .398), 다음으로 신뢰와 구매의도 경로에서(r = .386)로 나타났다. 그런데 상호 작용성과 구매의도 경로에서는 가장 낮은 효과크기(r = .342)로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구 개념 모델에서 제시된 예측변수는 약 22%-12% 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 학문적 실무적 의의를 논의하였다.

신생아의 행동반응에 대한 실무교육이 간호사와 신생아와의 유희적 상호작용에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of In-service Education of Newborn's Behavior Response on the Nurse-Newborn Play Interaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of in-service education on the nurse-newborn play interaction. The research design adopted the pre-experimental design applied only for one pretest-posttest group and Barnard's mother-infant interaction model was used as a conceptual framework. The subjects were 26 nurses who were selected from 2 nurseries in general hospital in Pusan, and 52 healthy newborns who were after 4 days from birth during data collection period at the same hospital. The data were collected from June 1st to October 5th in 2001, by video-taping for the interactive behaviors between the nurse and the newborn, played for 5 minutes in nurseries 2 weeks before and after in-service education. The in-service education consisted of the newborn's behavior responses focused on the newborn baby's states, behavior, cues and state modulation, 3 times per 1 week, 90 minutes per 1 time, lecture, demonstration and hand out project. The experimental tool used for this research was Ha Young-Soo's Korean translation of the Maternal-Infant Play Interaction Scale by Thompson, Jody Baird, Sara Gordman, Bryant(1982), some parts of which were adapted to be suitable for the purpose of this research. Mother and baby scale by Wolke & James-Roberts(1987) was also modified and used as the criterion of nurse's perception of a newborn baby. The results of this study were as follows: 1. This result supported the major hypothesis : After the intervention of in-service education, the nurse and newborn play interaction was promoted. 2. After intervention of in-service education, the nurse perception of newborn, especially the criteria of newborn's reaction was promoted., The results of this research confirm that in-service education on the newborn's behavior responses such as states, behavior, cues and state modulation is an effective way to improve the interaction between the nurse and the baby. It elevated the nurse's sensitivities to the baby's needs. Therefore, in-service education can change the conditions of current nursing practice mostly centered on physical care into a better one in which nurses consider the emotional, social, and intellectual development stages of babies. Accordingly, in-service education contributed to promoting the effective nurse-newborn play interaction so positively.

빅 데이터 분석을 활용한 대사증후군 위험요인에 관한 메타분석 (A Meta-analysis of Influencing Mediator Athletics on the Metabolic Syndrome Risk Factors Utilized Big Data Analysis)

  • 메타분석은 여러 실증연구의 정량적인 결과를 통합과 분석을 통해 전체 결과를 조망할 기회를 제공하는 통계적 통합 방법이다. 우리나라 학술지에 게재된 대사증후군 위험요인에 관한 연구들을 계량적으로 통합하고 검토해보기 위해 진행하였다. 본 연구는 대사증후군에 대한 문헌적 고찰을 통해 선행연구를 살펴보고 열거된 요인에 관한 실증 분석된 연구들을 메타분석 하기 위해 2000년-2015년 국내 학술지에 게재된 36편 논문을 연구대상으로 하였다. 메타분석 결과 허리둘레 사전 사후 경로에서 가장 큰 효과 크기(r = .420)인 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째 큰 효과 크기는 고밀도지단백콜레스테롤 사전 사후 경로(r = -.402)인 것으로 나타났다. 그런데 이완기 혈압 사전 사후 경로가 가장 작은효과 크기(r = .234)인 값을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 연구결과를 바탕으로 학문적 실무적 의의를 논의하였다.

성인지 예산 제도화의 정책적 효과 분석 - World Bank 73개 국가를 중심으로 - (An Analysis of the Policy Effect on Institutionalization of Gender Responsive Budgeting - Focusing on World Bank 73 Countries -)

  • 이 연구는 그동안 진행된 성인지 예산 관련 연구가 개념적 논의에 머무르는 한계를 지적하고 거시데이터를 활용하여 성인지 예산의 제도화가 양성평등에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구의 분석대상은 세계은행 기준 229개 국가 중 성인지 예산을 시행하고 있는 73개 국가이며, 연구의 시간적 범위는 2006년-2012년 7년에 걸친 자료를 패널 데이터를 구축하여 패널 분석방법인 고정효과 모형으로 분석하였다. 종속변수는 성인지 예산의 궁극적인 목적이 되는 양성평등(성 격차 지수)으로 설정하였고, 독립변수는 성인지 예산의 제도화(형식적, 질적 구분)로 설정하였다. 그리고 그 외 종속변수에 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단되는 사회경제적 요인, 정치적 요인, 지리적 요인을 통제변수로 설정하였다. 분석결과, 성인지 예산의 제도화는 양성평등에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 성인지 예산이 말이나 문서와 같이 수사적 행위에 머무르는 것보다 법률적, 절차적으로 형식적 기반이 갖추어진 국가에서 양성평등에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 성인지 예산의 제도화 수준이 높은 국가일수록 양성평등에 더 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 성인지 예산의 제도화의 실효성을 높이기 위해서는 제도화의 질적 수준을 향상시키기 위한 노력이 수반되어야 함을 확인할 수 있었다.
