This paper is propose for some guidelines in making curriculum for the training of archivists for Koran records. This paper pays special attention to the revival of the culture of record-keeping tradition of our owns. Without it's revival, a blind introduction of archival sciences based on Western civilizations can be ended up another version of cultural and academic imperialism as such in the field of the record-management of Korean records. Rapidly growing information and computer technology of our owns must be incorporated in the making of archivist training programs. It proposes that the opening of archival science major as a department at the graduate school level is in the long run essential, yet that of an associate master degree program can be in real an alternative. A training of archivists is not just to produce of a technician but a crafts(wo)man who would be in the vanguard of the renaissance of the record-keeping culture in Korea.

Although the object detection accuracy with still images has been significantly improved with the advance of deep learning techniques, the object detection problem with video data remains as a challenging problem due to the real-time requirement and accuracy drop with occlusion. In this research, we propose a method in pig detection for video monitoring environment. First, we determine a motion, from a video data obtained from a tilted-down-view camera, based on the average size of each pig at each location with the training data, and extract key frames based on the motion information. For each key frame, we then apply YOLO, which is known to have a superior trade-off between accuracy and execution speed among many deep learning-based object detectors, in order to get pig's bounding boxes. Finally, we merge the bounding boxes between consecutive key frames in order to reduce false positive and negative cases. Based on the experiment results with a video data set obtained from a pig farm, we confirmed that the pigs could be detected with an accuracy of 97% at a processing speed of 37fps.

지식정보사회에서 발전된 네트워크 인프라를 바탕으로 전산망의 구조는 보안성을 확보한 다양한 형태의 망 구성을 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 국가·공공기관 전산망의 경우 각 기관별 특성과 연계 기관까지 고려한 기술적, 관리적 보안환경 구축이 필요하며, 이를 위해 기관별 특성에 따른 사이버 위협을 분류 및 위협 지도를 바탕으로 기술적·관리적 취약점 및 사이버 위협을 분석 등을 통한 사이버 훈련을 위한 기본 연구의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인터넷망과 국가정보통신망의 이원적 인프라 망을 기반으로 구축되어진 국가·공공기관 전산망의 내·외부 사이버 위협에 따른 유형별 분석을 사례 기반의 시나리오를 통해, 실질적인 사이버 위협 요소를 도출 및 분석하여 사이버보안 훈련 요소 도출용 사이버 위협 MAP을 제시하고자 한다.

컴퓨터와 인터넷의 발달은 사회 전 분야에 걸쳐 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 교육 시장도 이에 적극적으로 부응하여 원격교육, 사이버교육, 가상강의, e-Learning 등의 이름으로 제안되어지며 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이를 위한 시스템들이 다양하게 제공되면서 컴퓨터를 이용하여 이루어지는 교육과 평가가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 많은 시스템들이 제한적 기능을 제공하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 학습자들의 교육 이해 수준 정도를 실시간으로 피드백(Feedback)함으로써 교수자가 맞춤식교육을 진행할 수 있는 CBT(Computer Based Training/Test)방식의 쌍방향 자율모드 기반 교육 환경을 제공하는 RTE(Real Training Environment) 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템을 활용하여 학습자의 능력에 맞는 맞춤식 교육 환경을 제공하고 학습자들의 학습동기를 극대화시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

This paper describes a rule-based approach for syntactic disambiguation used by the English sentence parser in E-TRAN 2001, an English-Korean machine translation system. We propose Parser's Ambiguity Type Information (PATI) to automatically identify the types of ambiguities observed in competing candidate trees produced by the parser and synthesize the types into a formal representation. PATI provides an efficient way of encoding knowledge into grammar rules and calculating rule preference scores from a relatively small training corpus. In the overall scoring scheme for sorting the candidate trees, the rule preference scores are combined with other preference functions that are based on statistical information. We compare the enhanced grammar with the initial one in terms of the amount of ambiguity. The experimental results show that the rule preference scores could significantly increase the accuracy of ambiguity resolution.

본 연구에서 SDG를 사용한 교육 퍼즐구현을 통하여 협동학습을 컴퓨터교육에 적용하였다. SDG란 하나의 컴퓨터 디스플레이에 다중 입력장치로 협동적인 작업을 할 수 있는 시스템을 말한다. SDG 기반의 협동학습을 통해 학습자들은 협동 학습을 수행하게 된다. SDG를 이용한 협동학습이 단일 디바이스를 이용한 개별 학습보다 우월하다는 기존의 연구가 있다. 이를 바탕으로 협동학습을 이용한 퍼즐게임을 구현하였다.

가상훈련(Virtual Training)은 특정한 훈련을 목적으로 훈련에 필요한 환경이나 상황을 가상으로 구현하여 실제상황처럼 진행하는 교육 훈련으로서 최근 가상현실 기술의 급격한 발전으로 현실세계에서 직접 경험하지 못하는 상황을 실감적으로 체험하는 것에 대한 요구가 더욱 증대하고 있다. 특히, 가상훈련 시스템은 가상현실 기술을 활용하여 몰입감과 상호작용 제공을 통한 학습 효과가 높아 직접 관찰이 어렵거나 텍스트와 2D 자료로 설명하기에 어려운 학습내용, 가시화하기 어려운 내용, 추상적인 학습개념, 고위험 및 경비가 많이 드는 시험 등의 교육 분야에 매우 효과적이다. 본 연구에서는 수요를 반영한 가상훈련 시스템 개발을 위해 최근 교육의 패러다임인 국가직무능력표준 NCS (National Competency) 교육 분야를 분석하여 적용 가능한 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 제안한다. 향후, 제안한 가상훈련 콘텐츠들이 개발되어 NCS 교육과정을 가장 잘 반영하고 있는 폴리텍 대학등 대학 교육에 적용 가능할 것이라 사료된다.

지식정보화시대를 맞이하여 사이버교육을 활용한 다양한 교육 프로그램은 학교, 기업교육, 군 장병교육, 평생교육시설은 물론 공무원 교육훈련제도까지 도입이 되었다. 국가공무원의 경우 국가공무원인재개발원 사이버교육센터의 주관으로 실시되는 교육과 지방공무원은 15개 시 도 공무원교육원 주관으로 이루어지고 있다. 2008년 공무원 상시학습제도의 도입으로 연간 일정시간 이상 교육 훈련받는 것을 의무화하였고 사이버교육이 공무원교육훈련에 활성화를 이루었다. 본 연구에서는 공무원 교육훈련제도의 관점에서 사이버교육 운영의 인식을 사이버 교육 참여했던 충청남도 정예공무원 교육생을 대상으로 한 분석결과를 바탕으로 사이버교육의 발전방안을 제언하고자 한다.

Damage control is a very important preliminary and primary activity to improve the survivability of naval ships by preventing spread of damage, and various types of onboard damage control training are conducted regularly on naval ships. The scenarios for these trainings should be well organized to improve the training efficiency. However, at present, it takes much time and effort to generate the training scenarios and there is a problem that the procedures and contents of the scenarios vary widely depending on the persons who generate, without the established methods and standards. In this paper, an efficient generation method of damage control onboard training scenarios has been established, especially for flood and fire o n naval ships. Also a computer program has been developed based on the established method. The results showed that this method and computer program reduce the time and effort to generate these scenarios, and it is hoped that the method be used as a ROK Navy Standard.

The article reveals and theoretically substantiates the trends of foreign language teachers' professional training in universities of Ukraine in terms of European integration, which are systematized in three areas: macro-level (system of education), meso-level (universities) and micro-level (subjects of educational process). The article aims to substantiate the trends of foreign language teacher training in the context of European integration and the main directions of creative use of constructive ideas of European experience in the innovative development of education. The article lights up the system for improving foreign language teacher training in universities, which is based on updated goals, content and approaches to the implementation of basic concepts, principles and features of teacher training in European experience, enable us to improve the quality of teacher training, its competitiveness in the European labor market. In the article developed the conceptual model of strategic development of the university in the conditions of European integration. It is emphasized that information technologies provide great opportunities for the development of professional skills and intellectual potential of future professionals. At present, the computerization of the educational process in higher education institutions is considered as one of the first and most promising areas for improving the quality of education. The article offered directions of internationalization of educational activity of university in the conditions of European integration. Diagnostic tools for the development of the university in terms of integration into the European educational space, individual rating and ranking of structural units of the university have been developed; main directions of activity of the laboratory of the skill of the teacher of higher school and methodical recommendations on the creation and the organization of work of scientific laboratories.
