이러닝 구축을 위한 3D 지식 검색 (3D Knowledge Retrieval for e-Learning Construction)

  • 본 연구는 산업현장에서 학습훈련이 이루어질 때 작업현장, 교육현장, 기타 시공간에서 작업자의 현재 상황이나 담당업무 맥락에 따라 개인의 숙련도나 학습진도에 맞추어 3D 몰입형 지식 가시화를 통해 비공식학습과 공식학습 모두 실시간으로 발생할 수 있는 서비스 구현을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해서 복합지식을 기반으로 실시간으로 코칭과 조언을 들을 수 있으며, 다차원적인 관계를 쉽게 식별하고 검색할 수 있는 실감형 3D 기반의 지식 검색 방법을 개발하였다.

산수유 추출물 및 분획물의 항산화 활성과 활성성분 분석 (Antioxidative Activity and Active Compound Analysis of the Extract and Fractions of Corni Fructus)

  • In this study, analysis of active compounds that are believed to be highly relevant to antioxidant activity was carried out on the methanol extract and its solvent fractions of Corni fructus. The DPPH radical scavenging activity for the comparison of antioxidant activity was higher in order of aqueous fraction > methanol extract > ethyl acetate fraction > n-hexane fraction. It is similar to the order of total polyphenol contents in the samples. As a result of LC-MS analysis, phenolic acid compounds such as caffeic acid, gallic acid and chlorogenic acid and lognin, which is known as a representative active ingredient of Corni fructus, were identified as active compounds. And the antioxidative activity and the total polyphenol content of the extracts and solvent fractions were found to be related to the contents of the compounds. Particularly, it was confirmed that phenolic acid such as caffeic acid contributes to the antioxidative activity of the aqueous fraction of Corni fructus methanol extract.

경상도 전통 마른 오징어 식해의 제법조사 및 품질특성 (A Study on Quality Characteristics and Establishment of Fermentation Process for Traditional Kyungsando Squid sikhe)

  • The method of the squid safe made in Kyungsando was examined, and fermentation precess was established. The chemical composition and functional effects of the squid sikhe were examined. In the sensory evaluation, the squid sikhe made from Gampo accepted to be best for traditional Kyungsangdo squid sikhe and it is called standard sikhe. The Gampo sguid sikhe showed higher values in total sugar, free reducing sugar and nitrogen compound analysis compared to the orthers. The sugar of standard sikhe consisted of four kinds including glucose. The contents of free amino acid was increased in the order of glutamic acid, alanine, and methionine. The composition of amino acid in water or salt soluble protein of squid sikhe contained 17 kinds, and the contents was increased in order of glut amine acid, aspartic acid, and proline.

오미자의 부위별 총 아미노산과 유리 아미노산 조성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Compositions of the Total Amino Acids and Free Amino Acids in Parts of Omija (Schizandra Chinensis Baillon))

  • The compositions of total and free amino acids in parts of Omija were investigated. The most abundant amino acids in fruits, endocarps, and seeds were arginine (50.80%), lysine (14.37%), glutamic acid (14.22%), respectively. Since the amino acid scores of fruits, endocarps, and seeds were 9.4, 11.9, and 16.7, respectively, the limiting amino acid of each part were S-compound amino acids. In the composition of free amino acids, contents of lysine were highest one such as 51.78, 57.00 and 32.88% in fruits, endocarps and seeds, respectively. The contents of histidine from free amino acids were 23.62% in fruits, 22.37% in endocarps, and 26.41% in seeds.

  • (1-x-y)Pb($Zn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})0_3-BaTiO_3PbTiO_3(0.05{\leq}x{\leq}0.20, 0.05{\leq}y{\leq}0.15$) ternary compound ceramics were fabricated by the mixed oxide method. The dielectric properties with temperature and frequency of the specimens were investigated. Relative dielectric constants of the specimens were increased with $BaTiO_3$ contents. Increasing the $BaTiO_3$contents, the variation in the relative dielectric constant with frequency, the temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) and the dielectric loss were decreased.

Comparison of Ginsenoside and Phenolic Ingredient Contents in Hydroponically-cultivated Ginseng Leaves, Fruits, and Roots

  • In this study, hydroponically-cultivated ginseng leaves, fruits, and roots were respectively extracted with ethanol. The contents of 12 ginsenosides and three phenolics in the extracts were quantitatively analyzed and the free radical scavenging activities were measured and compared. Hydroponically-cultivated ginseng leaves contained higher levels of gensenosides (Rg1, Rg2+Rh1, Rd, and Rg3) and p-coumaric acid than the other parts of the ginseng plants. The 2,2'-azino-di-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline)-6-sulfonic acid radical scavenging activities of leaves were also the highest. Accordingly, hydroponically-grown ginseng leaves were shown to hold promise for use as an environmentally-friendly natural anti-oxidant.

Analytical Method for Determination of the Content of Tire Wear Particle in Tire and Road Wear Particles

  • Tire and road wear particles (TRWPs) were collected from road dust and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) was performed to measure the content of tire wear particles (TWPs) in the TRWPs. The TGA thermograms of TRWPs showed two weight loss steps associated with polymer decomposition including weight loss after 480℃ which may be due to road wear particles. Different samples gave different TGA thermograms because the types and contents of the road wear particles attached to the TWPs should be different from each other, and each TWP might have different composition. The TGA results of the model asphalt pavement wear particles, with (volatile organics + polymers + carbon black) : ash = 33.5 : 66.5, was applied to the TRWP results, and the TWP contents of TRWPs were found to be 50-65%. The zinc oxide content in the rubber compound was negligible.

대두(大豆)에 대(對)한 함붕소립상용인(含硼素粒狀熔燐) 및 복합비료(複合肥料)의 비효에 관(關)하여 (Effectiveness of Regranulized Fused Phosphate Containing Boron and Compound Fused Phosphate on the Growth and Yield of Soybean)

  • 숙전(熟田) 토양(土壤)에 있어서 대두재배시(大豆在培時) 용인(熔燐), 붕사(硼砂) 입상용인(粒狀熔璘), 함붕소입상용인(含硼素粒狀熔燐), 복합비료(複合肥料) 및 함붕소복합비료(含硼素複合肥料)($B_2O_3$ 0.5, 1.0, 1.5%)의 시용(施用)이 대두함량(大豆收量)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 밝히고져 포장시험(圃場試驗)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 용인형태별(熔燐形態別) 대두수량(大豆收量)을 보면 분상용인(粉狀熔燐), 입상용인((粒狀熔燐), 복합비료複合肥料)들 간(間)에는 차이(差異)가 인정(認定)되지 않았으나 무연산구(無憐酸區)에 비(比)해서는 모든 용인(熔燐) 시용구(施用區)들이 수량(收量)이 유의성(有意性)있게 높았다. 이로 미루어보아 본시험(本試驗)에 공시(供試)된 입상(粒狀) 용인(熔燐)은 분상(粉狀) 용인(熔燐)과 비(比)할 때 비효면에서 차이(差異)없는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 2. 붕소이용(硼素施用)은 무시용(無施用)에 비(比)해 유의성(有意性)있는 증수(增收)를 갖어 왔으며 분상용인(粉狀熔燐)에 붕사(硼砂)를 별도(別途)로 첨가(添加)하는 것보다는 함붕소입상용인(含硼素粒狀熔燐)의 형태(形態)로 시용(施用)하는 편(便)이 더 유리(有利)한 것으로 나타났고 함붕소복비(含硼素複肥)의 환경(境遇)에는 붕산함량(硼酸含量)이 1.5%는 되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 붕소이용(硼素施用)은 내수(萊數)를 증가(增加)시키는 효과가 있었으며 식물체중(植物體中)의 붕소(硼素), 가리(加里) 및 석회(石灰)의 농도(濃度)와 그 흡수량(吸收量)을 증가(增加)시키는 효과도 인정(認定)되었다. 4. 시험후(試驗後) 토양분석치(土壤分析値)를 보면 분상용인(粉狀熔燐), 입상용인(粒狀熔燐), 복합비료(複合肥料), 함붕소복합비료(含硼素複合肥料)들은 토양중(土壤中) 유효인산 함량(含量)을 높이는데 있어 차이(差異)가 없었으며 이런 경향(傾向)은 석회(石灰)나 고토(苦土)의 경우(境遇)에도 같았다. 5. 붕소이용(硼素施用)은 시험후(試驗後) 토양중(土壤中) 수용성(水溶性) 붕소함량(硼素含量)을 높인 傾向이었다.

장뇌삼 첨가 탁주의 이화학적 특성 및 Ginsenosides 함량 (Physicochemical Characteristics and Ginsenosides Compositions of Makgeolli Added with Mountain Ginsengs)

  • Rice wine (makgeolli) containing various amounts of mountain ginsengs (MG) are being prepared with nuruk and yeasts, and the physicochemical characteristics and contents of ginsenosides in MG-makgeolli were analyzed. Average particle size of MG powder is $29.1{\mu}m$. MG slice (20 g) or powder (0~20 g) and rice (3,000 g) were used for 12 days fermentation of makgeolli, makgeolli containing slice of MG (SW-makgeolli), makgeolli containing 2 g (PW1-makgeolli), 10 g (PW2- makgeolli), 20 g (PW3-makgeolli) of powder of MG, respectively. Soluble solids and pH levels show no differences between five kinds of makgeolli groups, whilst the presence of high amounts of MG (PW3-makgeolli) caused decreases in ethanol and acidity. Major free amino acids in MG-makgeolli are glutamic acid and arginine. Total contents of 14 ginsenosides are approximately 2.5 g/100 g of dried MG powder and major ginsenoside were ginsenosides Re, Rb1, Rb2, Rg1, Rc and Rf. During the propagation of makgeolli containing MG, the ginsenosides Rb1, Rb2, Rb3, and Rc decreased, whilst ginsenosides Rg3 and compound K increased highly. It indicates that ginsenosides in MG are metabolized to different forms of ginsenosides by brewing microorganisms.

가스화와 소각 용융 조건에서 생성된 슬랙의 재활용성 분석 (Recyclability Analysis of Slags Obtained at Gasification and Incineration-Melting Conditions)

  • 석탄 및 하수슬러지 내에 함유된 무기물질을 환경적 측면에서 안정적인 물질로 재활용하기 위해서는 회재의 형태가 아닌 슬랙의 형태로 발생시키는 것이 한 방법이다. 가스화 반응에서 생성된 석탄 슬랙과 소각ㆍ용융과정에서 생성된 하수슬러지 슬랙의 특성을 분석하여, 재활용 측면에서 살펴보았다. 급냉을 시킨 슬랙들은 잘게 쪼개진 수 mm크기로 발생되었고, 함유된 미연탄소분은 모두 0.15% 이하였으며 슬랙의 구조는 대부분 무결정형인 특징을 보여주고 있었다. 분석 결과를 보면, 석탄 슬랙과 하수슬러지 슬랙 모두 중금속 성분이 용출되는 양은 국내기준치의 10배나 엄격한 일본기준보다도 훨씬 낮아서 재활용 물질로 활용하는 데에 문제가 없음을 알 수 있었다. 슬랙 내에 함유된 중금속 농도에서는 큰 차이가 있었는데, 향후 중금속 함량규제가 도입될 경우에는 두 슬랙 원료의 혼합 활용을 통해 중금속 함량 조절도 가능할 것이다.
