We investigated the particularity of temperature and composition changes in $xNa_2O{\cdot}(52.5-x)B_2O_3{\cdot}47.5SiO_2$ glasses by use of FT-IR, $^{11}B$ NMR, Raman spectrometer. From FT-IR and $^{11}B$ NMR spectrometer, we thought that tetrahedral boron, $BO_4$ units are created $N_4$ increasing tendency generated near $600^{\circ}C$. It's expected that composition ana heat treatment directly contributed to structural changes, this changes are following to $Na_2O$ increasing or decreasing. caused by $N_4\;and\;BO_4$ units are caused by relatively increasing or decreasing in the glasses' structure. Particularly, $BO_4$ units are converted to $BO_3$ units after $600^{\circ}C$ heat treatment for 50h in the composition of $x<18(R<0.5,\;R=Na_2O/B_2O_3\;mol\%)$. On the order hand, $BO_3$ units are converted to, $BO_4$ units after $600^{\circ}C$ heat treatment for 50h in the composition of $x{\geq}18\;(R>0.5)$. This particularity of composition and temperature dependence of structural changes are similarly represented by Raman analysis results.
The dependence of sulfur redox behavior and its diffusivity on temperature and composition was studied in mixed alkali silicate melts by means of square wave voltammetry (SWV) at different frequencies in a temperature range of $1000^{\circ}C$ to $1400^{\circ}C$. The voltammograms showed two reduction peaks at high frequency but only one peak at low frequency. Irrespective of $K_2O/(Na_2O+K_2O)$, each peak potential due to reduction of $S^{6+}$ to $S^{4+}$ and $S^{4+}$ to $S^0$ moved toward a negative direction with temperature decrease, and the peak current showed a strong dependence on frequency at a constant temperature. However, the compositional dependence of the peak potential showed an inconsistent behavior with an increase of $K_2O$. The mixed alkali effect was not observed in sulfur diffusion. This inconsistency of both peak potential and diffusion for compositional dependence may be derived from the strong volatilization of sulfur in melts.
The passivation of AZ91D Mg alloys through plasma anodization depends on several process parameters, such as power mode and electrolyte composition. In this work, we study the dependence of the thickness, composition, pore formation, surface roughness, and corrosion resistance of formed films on the electrolyte temperature at which anodization is performed. The higher the electrolyte temperature, the lower is the surface roughness, the smaller is the oxide thickness, and the better is the corrosion resistance. More specifically, as the electrolyte temperature increases from 10 to $50^{\circ}C$, the surface roughness (Ra) decreases from 0.7 to $0.15{\mu}m$ and the corrosion resistance increases from 3.5 to 9 in terms of rating number in a salt spray test. The temperature increase from 10 to $50^{\circ}C$ also causes an increase in magnesium content in the film from 25 to 63 wt% and a decrease in oxygen from 66 to 21 wt%, indicating dehydration of the film.

Poling is an important process in fabricating PZT ceramic devices such as filters and resonators and activates piezoelectricity to sintered PZT ceramics. Tolerance of the operating frequency of these devices is tightly required in applications. And a factor to attribute the tolerance is the temperature dependence of the resonance frequency of PZT ceramics. In this paper the relationship of poling strength and temperature dependence of resonance frequency of PZT specimens was studied. The $Pb(Zr_{0.53}Ti_{0.47})O_3$ ceramics were fabricated and the poling strengths were chosen to be 0.5, 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 [kV/mm]. The dielectric constant of the specimen poled in poling strength 0.5 [kV/mm] was less than that of unpoled specimen and the specimen poled in higher electric field had the higher dielectric constant. (002) peak in X-ray diffraction patterns of the specimens increased as poling strength increased. And the change of resonance frequency of the specimens according to the variation of temperature was measured. Resonance frequency of all specimens increased as the temperature increased. The specimen poled in higher electric field had the smaller positive temperature coefficient of resonance frequency. The effect that temperature coefficient of resonance frequency becomes smaller is obtained when Zr mole in PZT composition equation increase. Controlling the poling strength is believed to be a method to adjust the temperature stability of resonance frequency of the PZT ceramic devices.
To use dielectric material of high power multilayer capacitor, the composition of the commercial CaTiO3 was changed to decrease the sintering temperature, and the physical and electrical properties were investigated. Series of experiments showed that CaTiO3 with sintering additives had the highest density, the highest shrinkage, the lowest dielectric constant, the lowest loss factor, and the lowest temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC). These properties had the constant values at sintering temperature of above 120$0^{\circ}C$.

We report the salient features of the magnetic properties of amorphous TM70Cr5Si10B15(TM=Fe, Co, Ni) alloys. The temperature dependence of magnetization for amorphous ribbons were measured by a SQUID and a VSM from 5 K to 700 K under an external field of 10 kOe. Except TM70Cr5Si10B15 that shows a paramagnetic behaviour, both Fe and Co based amorphous alloys show a typical ferromagnetic thermo-magnetization curves. For these two ferromagnetic alloys, the saturation magnetization in the temperature range from 5 K to about 0.4 Tc can be descrived by the Bloch relation, Ms (T)=Ms(0) [1-BT3/2-CT5/2]. The spin wave stiffness constants and the range of exchange interaction were analyzed from the magnetization behaviour. The variation of the magnetic properties are discussed and compared with the composition of the alloys.
We studied the dependence of electrical conduction mechanism of Cupric Oxide on temperature and measured the specific resistivity of sintered specimen from $600^{\circ}C$ to 90$0^{\circ}C$ . We considered the relations between electrical conducti-vityand temperature with reheating the sintered specimen. X-Ray diffraction patterns showed that lattice parameters of cupric oxide increased above 20$0^{\circ}C$. Cupric oxide had nostoichiometric compositions$(CuO_{1+x})$ owing to the excess oxygen and showed hole conduction with energy gap of 0.15eV below $650^{\circ}C$$\pm$1$0^{\circ}C$ Above $650^{\circ}C$$\pm$1$0^{\circ}C$ cupic oxide had the stoichiometric composition and showed electron-hole conduction owing to the intrinsic ionization with energy gap of 1.04V.
We have reported the seasonal and portional variation in the composition of uronic acid of alginic acid from Ecklonia cava in the previous study. In the present paper, uronic acid block structure of alginic acid from Ecklonia cave was investigated, and some related properties such as viscosity, the dependence on temperature and substitution of metallic ion were also discussed. The proportion M block was highest amnog three blocks in both of frond and stipe. The average values of M and G block ratios were $51.6|%\;and\;32.3\%$ in the frond, whereas $45.7\%\;and\;38.6\%$ in the stipe, respectively. The proportions of alternating blocks in the frond and stipe were similar, and the values were $16.1\%$ in the frond and $15.6\%$ in the stipe. The viscosity of $1\%$ sodium alginate solution was almost inversely proportional to the M/G and/or M block ratio. Viscosities were marked maximum from summer to autumn and minimum winter to spring. In the value of lower M/G and M block ratio, the viscosity seemed to have a considerable dependence on temperature. The temperature dependence was more appearant in the alginic acid from the frond (M/G ratio, 0.95; M block, $54.2\%$) collected in July and the stipe (M/G ratio, 1.61; M block $47.6\%$) in April. The affinity with metallic ion appeared higher in order of $Pb^{2+}>Cu^{2+}>Co^{2+}>Zn^{2+}$. The amounts of metallic ion exchange of the $Pb^{2+},\;Cu^{2+},\;Co^{2+}\;and\;Zn^{2+}$ were ranged from 3.4. to 4.7, 2.5 to 3.2, 1.8 to 2.2 and 1.6 to 1.7 meq/(g. sodium alginate), respectively.
The p-n homo junction diode of the III-V ternary alloy semiconductor $In_{1-x}Ga_xP$ : S grown by the temperature gradient solution (TGS) was fabricated by Zn-diffusion, and it's characteristics was investigated. The carrier concentration of $In_{1-x}Ga_xP$ doped with sulfur, 0.5 mol %, was $1{\times}10^{17}cm^{-3}$ and the mobility was varied with the composition. In the case that the diffusion time was constant as 30 minutes. The temperature dependence of diffusion coefficient was decreased from D= $4.2{\times}10^{-5}$ exp (-1.74/$k_{B}T$) to D= $2.5{\times}10^{-5}$ exp (-3.272/$k_{B}T$) with increasing of composition $\times$ from 0.43 to 0.98. The major peak of E.L spectrum was due to D-A pair recombination and the peak intensity was increased with the increasing of input current. And the E.L intensity was decreased with the increasing temperature, and shift to the long wavelength. The luminescence efficiencies measured at $5^{\circ}C$, atmosphere temperature, was decreased from $2.6{\times}10^{-4}$% to $9.49{\times}10^{-6}$ % with increasing of composition it from 0.39, direct transition region, to 0.98, indirect transition region.
The effects of Ba2+, Sr2+, and Ca2+-substitutions for Pb2+ at Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 composition were studied for thier dielictric, piezoelectric, and aging properties. For relative dielectric constants and electromechanical coupling factors, the Ba2+-substituted composition was the highest and the Ca2+-substityed composition was the lowest. In the case of mechanical quality factors, the opposite behavior occurred. Time dependence of frequency for various ion-substituted compositions is similar to that of non-substituted composition. The piezoelectric properties after aging at high temperature was the worse than that after aging at room temperature.
