Mating experiments were performed to, elucidate the distribution of perfect state of Microsporum gypseum complex originated from animals and soils in Korea. A total of 30 strains of M. gypseum complex, composed of 16 from animals and 14 from soils, ere mated with the tester strains of Nannizzia incurvata, N. gypsea and N. fulva. Among 30 strains of M. gypseum complex examined, 16 strains(53.3%) were N. incurvata, 13 strains(43.3%) N. gypsea and 1 strain (3.3%) N. fulva. Among 13 strains of dog isolates, 8 strains(61.5%) were N. incurvata and 5 strains(38.5%) N. gypsea. And each strain isolated from Korean native goat, monkey and albino rat was N. gypsea. Among 14 strains of soil isolates, 8 strains(57.2%) were N. incurvata, 5 strains (35.7%) N. gypsea and 1 strain(7.2%) N. fulva. And -mating type was more frequently observed than +mating type in the strains of N. incurvata and N. gypsea. By this study, N. fulva was isolated the first time in Korea.

As the modern-day Apartment Complex has varied community facilities such as health care center and self-improvement institutions affecting the residents' quality of life, this paper is for the in-depth understanding on how such Exterior Space vary and development plan should go. To be specific, this paper is to, based upon the theoretical contemplation on the concept and role of the Exterior Space to Apartment Complex, as well as drawing a conclusion on the development plan for subject areas as assessed. Subject areas of this paper are a total of twelve Apartment Complexes built since Year 2005 in nine different regions in Seoul. As such specialties and features as leisure of the senior citizen and female residents, the subject Apartment Complexes have provided opportunities, active and inactive, to the residents for leisure by qualitative improvement of facilities, as well as establishing the discrete brand value for the Exterior Space with featured design and spatial properties. Also notable is the eco-friendliness of the Exterior Space with cutting-edge technology, eventually appreciating the value of Apartment Complex.

As all kind of industry has developed, metal structure and machine instrument use bolt, pin, rivet and welding for assembly and combination. For pin and hinge, dimension accuracy is crucial to keep the operation and safety of the structure and machine instrument. In case of complex machine, the hinge for cover open-loop system is one of the significant design elements. Most of the hinges are being imported and assembled sine they give high technology development cost for its unit cost position. The reason is that the localization of hinge is inadequate. As the demand increase and the necessity of localization grow, it is now more important than ever to develop low cost structure. By the low cost structure, a new technology could be obtained for electronic product and structural hinge since it would enable for complex machine hinge to be guaranteed, technologically. Open-loop hinge is the link type and designed for the structure to keep constant open-loop. And, the hinge is examined in design stability by finite element analysis method. In this paper, the operation result is presented when the hinge for complex machine open-loop is designed for link type structure.

Objectives : Atopic dermatitis(AD) assume an remarkable clinical aspect and it s diagnosis almost depends on clinical symptoms. Therefore, we aimed to study the clinical diagnostic standard of AD for more accurate treatment. We repert as follows; Methods : For 6 months from March to August in 2000 we selected fifty outpatients who were prognosis of AD in the department of dermatology, Oriental medical hospitol, Dong-eui University. Results and Conclusions : 1. We classified of the grade, the condition of AD patient was slight and severe, by the sum of total by the clinical index of AD (diagnostic features). 2. By consulting previous oriental medical theories, we divided symptom-complex of AD into two type ; one was damp-heat type and the other was deficiency of blood- wind-dryness type. 3. Male to female ratio was 17 : 33 and the third stage, more than half of the patients were adolescents. 4. According to the results of symptom-complex of AD patients, on the first examination damp-heat type was more than deficiency of blood-wind-dryness type and in progressing treatment, the condition has been change to deficiency of blood-wind-dryness type. 5. In the lesions of AD, arm and knee were most serious skin lesions and in symptoms of AD, pruritus was most complained, and in progressing treatment, erosion and erythema were greatly improved. 6. When we measured the levels of serum Total IgE, that of thirty eight patientswere higher than that of normal, but elevation of serum IgE levels was not correlated with the severity of AD.

Data on age and body weight at breeding, parity, previous litter size, days open and some descriptive body linear traits from 389 meat-type, prolific Black Bengal goats in Tripura State of India, were collected for 3 and 1/2 years (2007 to 2010) and analyzed using logistic regression model. The objectives of the study were i) to evaluate the effect of age and body weight at breeding, parity, previous litter size and days open on litter size of does; and ii) to investigate if body linear type traits influenced litter size in meat-type, prolific goats. The incidence of 68.39% multiple births with a prolificacy rate of 175.07% was recorded. Higher age (>2.69 year), higher parity order (>2.31), more body weight at breeding (>20.5 kg) and larger previous litter size (>1.65) showed an increase likelihood of multiple litter size when compared to single litter size. There was a strong, positive relationship between litter size and various body linear type traits like neck length (>22.78 cm), body length (>54.86 cm), withers height (>48.85 cm), croup height (>50.67 cm), distance between tuber coxae bones (>11.38 cm) and distance between tuber ischii bones (>4.56 cm) for discriminating the goats bearing multiple fetuses from those bearing a single fetus.

Obesity-induced disorders contribute to the development of metabolic diseases such as insulin resistance, fatty liver diseases, and type 2 diabetes (T2D). In this study, we evaluated whether the Aloe QDM complex could improve metabolic disorders related to blood glucose levels and insulin resistance. Male C57BL/6 obese mice fed a high-fat diet for 54 days received a supplement of Aloe QDM complex or pioglitazone (PGZ) or metformin (Met) and were compared with unsupplemented controls (high-fat diet; HFD) or mice fed a regular diet (RD). RT-PCR and western blot analysis were used to quantify the expression of obesity-induced inflammation. Dietary Aloe QDM complex lowered body weight, fasting blood glucose, plasma insulin, and leptin levels, and markedly reduced the impairment of glucose tolerance in obese mice. Also, Aloe QDM complex significantly enhanced plasma adiponectin levels and insulin sensitivity via AMPK activity in muscles. At the same time, Aloe QDM decreased the mRNA and protein of $PPAR{\gamma}/LXR{\alpha}$ and scavenger receptors in white adipose tissue (WAT). Dietary Aloe QDM complex reduces obesity-induced glucose tolerance not only by suppressing $PPAR{\gamma}/LXR{\alpha}$ but also by enhancing AMPK activity in the WAT and muscles, both of which are important peripheral tissues affecting insulin resistance. The Aloe QDM complex could be used as a nutritional intervention against T2D.

One of the most important elements in creating the pleasant residential environment is the wind. For the pleasant residential environment, it is important that the air pollutants are not stagnant but appropriately and swiftly diffused and removed by winds. Especially, the river becomes a main route of wind in the urban core. So, it is necessary to secure the space to circulate the sufficient cool air to this area. But, recently many high-rise apartment complexes have been built along the rivers that have the fine view and pleasant environment. As a result, the cool and fresh air coming from mountains hardly diffuses into the urban core but just flows along the river. Considering the facts above, this study selected types of building layout and kind of land cover as complex or architectural design factors that have an influence on wind environment. Based on the factors, it analyzed change in wind environment according to apartment complex development aiming at the Sinchun area which is Daegu Metropolitan City's main wind corridor. Therefore, when apartment complex development is planned in the future, it can offer basic data for establishing plans for more pleasant complexes. As a result of the analysis, it was shown that the layout type of housing and the building height plan in consideration of wind corridor around the river were pretty effective in increasing the wind speed and circulating the air in the apartment complex. Therefore, if wind corridor is considered when apartment complex development is planed in the future, this study can offer useful information contributing to improve comfort in residential environment in the level of complex building as well as city planning.

After radical excision of a tumor in the maxillofacial area, functional and esthetic reconstruction is needed, including flap surgery. Among the many etiologies of flap failure, venous thrombosis is one of the most frequent. Heparin is used routinely in the effort to avoid development of venous thrombosis. In rare cases, heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) type II occurs due to exposure to heparin. Heparin attached to platelet factor 4 forms a PF4/heparin-immunoglobulin G immune complex on platelet surfaces. This complex activates platelets, which leads to multiple coagulation in venous and arterial blood. We report here on a rare occurrence of HIT type II following fibula free flap surgery.

In this paper, was determined optimal mixture proportion of segregation reducing type superplasticizer, and it was used to analyze the characteristics of the concrete. As a result, organic acid type and organic synthesis containing complex flow concrete with KASS 5T-401 are satisfied with the quality standards.

This study is aimed at analyzing on the sunshine according to the blocks direction by location type of apartment complex in Busan, to propose a planning on the decision of blocks direction and the improvement of architectural law in sunshine environment. The results of this study were as follows; On the basis of winter solstice in "□ block type", the average of ratio of shadow area in flat site is 51 % in apartment with a southern exposure, 39% in apartment with a south-eastern exposure. The average of ratio of shadow area in the descended site toward the north is 49% in apartment with a southern exposure, 34% in apartment with a south-eastern exposure. The average of ratio of shadow area in the descended site toward the south is 66% in apartment with a southern exposure, 53% in apartment with a south-eastern exposure.
